How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As an Ecosystem Operations Specialist, you'll help turn GitLab's Ecosystem go-to-market strategy into reliable day-to-day execution. You'll be a trusted operational resource and first point of contact for sellers, Ecosystem Sales Managers, partners, and cross-functional teams, supporting partner business from account setup and deal registration through quoting, ordering, and post-sales operational support. You'll resolve standard issues, improve processes and data quality, and route commercial, policy, finance, legal, and systems decisions to the right owners so Ecosystem Sales Managers can focus on partner strategy, pipeline creation, and deal progression.
What you'll do
Execute partner-sourced and partner-influenced workflows, including intake, account and opportunity setup or linking, deal registrations, cloud co-sell referrals, validation, routing, approval follow-up, and standard issue resolution.
Process partner quote requests against documented pricing and program requirements, receive purchase orders, and prepare opportunities for closure with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance. Support marketplace and two-tier transactions involving distributors, resellers, and cloud providers.
Guide partners, distributors, sellers, and Ecosystem Sales Managers through operational questions, including attribution, program compliance, and post-sales support. Identify and route exceptions requiring commercial, policy, contractual, pricing, payment, or systems decisions to the appropriate owner.
Execute and improve partner program workflows, including onboarding, not-for-resale licensing, certifications, rebates, Professional Services Partner eligibility, Letters of Authorization, and channel price files. Collaborate with Programs and policy owners on required notifications, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Monitor Salesforce and partner-management data for missing links, incorrect ownership, incomplete attribution, failed synchronization, and recurring defects. Support month-end close, recurring data controls, and ad hoc reporting tied to projects and company objectives and key results.
Build and present dashboards and business updates on backlog, aging, turnaround time, approvals, pipeline, attribution, data quality, compliance, and process health. Share trends, risks, blockers, and recommended actions in regional and global partner team meetings.
Investigate recurring friction and manual work, document root causes and operational requirements, test process or system changes, and support automation and scalable self-service improvements.
Maintain process documentation, how-to guides, and best practices, and deliver office hours, operational training, and communications when processes or systems change.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in partner operations, sales operations, deal desk, order management, finance operations, or a similar revenue operations environment, including direct support for sales or partner sales teams, distributors, and partners, along with an interest in GitLab and open source software.
Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and configure, price, quote tools or other commercial systems in a channel or partner context.
Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems or portals.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and turning data into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational productivity, quality, or scale, including writing effective prompts, judging when outputs need human review, and sharing useful approaches with others.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests, investigate issues, identify exceptions, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owner, along with experience contributing to process improvement and automation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining operational requirements to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting processes, creating enablement materials, and collaborating across Sales, Ecosystem, Programs, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Systems.
Preferred experience includes Impartner or similar tools, SQL, or Snowflake.
About the team
The Ecosystem team supports GitLab's partner go-to-market strategy. In this role, you'll work with Ecosystem Sales Managers, global distributors, partners, sellers, and cross-functional teams to keep partner operations moving and make process health visible. We focus on accurate transactions, reliable partner data, consistent program execution, and reducing operational friction so our Ecosystem Sales Managers can focus on partner strategy and field engagement.

About the Role
ElevenLabs is building its first private equity and growth investor partner channel, and you’ll be the first person to own it. You’ll embed ElevenLabs in funds’ value-creation programs and drive AI adoption across their portfolio companies, so we sell portfolio-wide through the sponsor instead of one company at a time.
You’ll work with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams and portfolio executives on the fund side, and with our Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams internally. You’ll report to the Global Head of BD & Partnerships and own the pipeline and ARR sourced through PE partnerships.
This role suits someone who has worked inside a PE or growth-equity firm and now wants to build the channel from the technology side.
Responsibilities
- Launch the ElevenLabs PE & Growth Investor Partner Program and recruit the first 8–10 partner firms
- Build executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders and investment professionals
- Structure partnership agreements, joint GTM plans and commercial models
- Identify priority portfolio companies and build joint account plans with PE operating teams
- Work with AEs, FDEs, Customer Success and Product to take portfolio deployments from introduction to production
- Own PE-sourced pipeline and ARR, and expand single deployments into portfolio-wide programs
- Build repeatable playbooks and represent ElevenLabs at PE conferences and operating-partner forums
Requirements
- Experience inside a PE or growth-equity firm as an investor or operator (investing, value creation or portfolio operations)
- Go-to-market or partnerships experience at a technology company after that fund-side work
- 6+ years of experience across private equity and enterprise AI, cloud or software
- Strong relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams
- A track record of turning PE relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Executive presence with Managing Partners, Operating Partners and portfolio CEOs
- Comfortable carrying a number and building a motion from zero
Bonus
- Built a PE or growth-investor partner program at a high-growth or large tech company
- Experience selling AI or automation into support, contact center or sales use cases
- Hands-on use of voice or chat agents, including ElevenLabs
Location
This role is remote-first, with NYC or London preferred.

We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people.
You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines.
- Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete.
- Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions.
- Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation.
- Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved.
- Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions.
- Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations.
- Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch.
- Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role.
- Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working.
- Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data.
- Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
