About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Offensive security
The internal offensive security team is responsible for the penetration testing program, red team engagements, and offensive research aimed at uncovering sophisticated attack scenarios targeting high-value assets across the Nebius Cloud stack.
The Role
We're hiring an Offensive Security Lead to build and run Nebius' red team capability. You'll design and execute adversarial simulation across our cloud platform - attacking the same infrastructure our customers depend on - and translate findings into measurable security improvements.
This is a hands-on leadership role within Product Security Team. You will build an internal red team, establish a penetration testing program, and conduct research to uncover sophisticated attack scenarios targeting high-value assets across the Nebius tech stack.
What you’ll do
Build and
lead a red team function
within Product Security Team, hiring and developing offensive security engineers.
Validate and extend early-stage Secure SDLC threat models via
continuous penetration testing
, assessing threat severity and mitigation status while challenging assumptions made during threat modeling and system development. Automate routine validations to keep pace with increasing feature flow, reserving manual analysis for genuinely complex cases.
Plan and execute full-scoped
red team engagements
against Nebius cloud platform - including compute, storage, inference, networking, orchestration layers, and internal tooling. Identify threats, which are able to impact an organization's operations. Work closely with Detection & Response and other security engineering teams to run purple team exercises, validate detection coverage, and close gaps collaboratively.
Research novel attacks
against GPU infrastructure (e.g., closed-source firmware and vendor driver binaries, device passthrough exploits, SR-IOV/IOMMU misconfigurations, RDMA/InfiniBand fabric attacks, etc.), the inference stack (e.g., vLLM, TRT-LLM), and AI platform managed services (e.g., managed Slurm). Assess tenant-isolation boundaries and how they can be broken at the low-level stack
Conduct targeted assessments of new products and infrastructure changes before they ship.
Deliver clear, actionable reports for both technical audiences and leadership - with prioritized findings and remediation guidance.
Establish red team processes, tooling, and a methodology that scales as the platform grows.
What we’re looking for
6+ years in offensive security - penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation - with at least 1-2 years leading or mentoring a team.
Deep experience attacking cloud-native environments: Kubernetes privilege escalation, cloud IAM abuse, virtualization and container escapes.
Strong fundamentals across the attack lifecycle: initial access, persistence, lateral movement, data exfiltration.
Proficiency developing custom tooling and post-exploitation capabilities (Python, Go, or similar).
Experience running purple team exercises and working constructively with blue teams.
Ability to write clear, senior-level reports with business-contextualized risk (not just raw findings) that engineers can easily use.
Nice to have
Experience attacking ML infrastructure, model serving pipelines, or GPU clusters.
Reverse engineering and exploits development experience
Application security experience
Familiarity with eBPF bypass techniques or kernel-level exploitation.
Background in vulnerability research or CVE discovery.
Experience with cloud provider internals (hypervisor/networking layers).
Presenting your security research at conferences like BlackHat/DefCon, etc.
Hiring Process
Recruiter's chat (30mins)
Live-coding interview (60mins) to asses basic coding skills
Security interview (60mins) to asses domain expertise
Security System Design interview (90mins) to assess practical experience
(Optional) Technical deep dive (90mins) to present a complex and impact project.
Final interview to close the hiring process (45mins)
Why this role at Nebius
Build a red team from scratch at a company operating frontier AI infrastructure.
Attack surface that's genuinely novel - GPU clusters, AI platforms, multi-tenant cloud at scale.
Work alongside world-class engineers on infrastructure that powers frontier AI.
Competitive compensation with equity upside in a Nasdaq-listed, high-growth company.
Flexible, remote-first culture

ABOUT THE TEAM
Most providers make customers migrate their data to them. We're doing the opposite: bringing ClickHouse Cloud into the environments our customers already trust, so their data stays useful right where it lives.
Those environments come in a few shapes. Some are major cloud data platforms that run ClickHouse as a native service, so customers get it without leaving the tool they already use. Some are BI and visualization tools that need ClickHouse to show up as a fast, first-class data source behind their dashboards. And some are developer and data platforms we connect through marketplaces and identity federation with a couple of clicks or agentic calls. Every integration is unique, but the goal is the same every time: ClickHouse should feel like a first-class citizen in every environment.
The craft is finding the patterns underneath different integrations. As one of the first backend engineers, you'll help shape the technical defaults for this team. You'll have end-to-end ownership, but you'll also work inside the constraints of platforms you don't own: thin documentation, unfamiliar deployment topologies, and timelines governed by partner approval cycles. A lot of the challenge is engineering across trust boundaries you don't fully control.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work closely with your engineering manager, the product manager, a growing team, and experienced engineers across the broader org. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own an integration end to end: the design, the code, and the production system that keeps running after launch. The patterns you set there become defaults the rest of the team builds on.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Owning the architecture: auth and identity flows, multi-tenancy, how data moves and where it's allowed to live, performance, and what happens in production
- Running what you build. Which means owning the infrastructure, CI, deployment, observability behind it and on-call
- Working on top of external platforms you can't change, and being straight about which risks are yours to manage and which aren't
- Partnering closely with the internal teams whose services you depend on: iterating on product requirements, agreeing on interfaces and protocols, and proactively finding ways to keep moving
ABOUT YOU
These are the attributes of someone who will perform well in this role:
- 8+ years building software, with a good chunk of it on data-heavy or integration-flavored systems
- Preferably proficient in TypeScript or Go or comfortable contributing to each
- Solid backend and systems instincts. You can reason about deployment topology, multi-tenancy, and data movement, and you're comfortable owning architectural tradeoffs you'll have to live with later
- You've worked with modern auth protocols, service principals, and identity federation, and you know how to get it right across a trust boundary
- You've built on someone else's platform and know what that's actually like: incomplete docs, unintended breaking changes, etc.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity. You can ship before the spec is finished, make sensible calls under uncertainty, and flag the decisions that'll be hard to undo to your team before we bake them in.
- You're good with other engineers. Much of the work runs through teams you don't own, and you earn their trust by how you think, not just what you commit.
- You're mainly a backend engineer, but you're comfortable enough to touch a modern React app
- You use AI tools well and honestly. Reach for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or whatever helps, and be clear about where you did and didn't
- You write well. Most of how we coordinate happens async in chats, design docs and RFCs
NICE TO HAVE
None of these are required, but any of them would be a bonus:
- Close familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem
- Real depth in auth and identity federation, or experience building to a partner's security review, marketplace requirements or certification requirements
- Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or the isolation and deployment topology behind them
- Working knowledge of ClickHouse, or another columnar / OLAP engine
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

Are you a tax professional who looks at complex global regulations and sees a puzzle to solve? Do you want to move past repetitive compliance checklists to build a global tax strategy from the ground up, owning your decisions in a place that values substance over corporate protocol?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our product reach grows and international tax laws shift, managing indirect tax requires deep context and real ownership. We are establishing a dedicated global indirect tax function to handle our footprint across multiple office locations and the dozens of countries where we sell products and host events.
In this role, you will act as the core expert shaping our global VAT, GST, US sales tax, and digital services tax strategies. Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will take full ownership of designing scalable compliance processes from scratch rather than just maintaining inherited workflows. You will collaborate directly with legal, procurement, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our systems handle new commercial operations, like e-invoicing and real-time reporting mandates, smoothly. Your judgment will directly influence how JetBrains navigates changing legislation and mitigates financial risks worldwide.
Day to day, you will:
Lead global indirect tax operations, managing VAT, GST, digital services tax, US sales tax, consumption taxes, and customs duties across all global entities.
Design and implement end-to-end tax workflows for digital services, physical goods, employee benefits, and intercompany transactions.
Direct our response to ViDA, focusing on the deployment of electronic invoicing.
Oversee compliance lifecycles, coordinate registrations, and manage external service providers across international jurisdictions.
Evaluate and refine internal indirect tax controls and policies to support business growth.
Advise internal product and operational teams on the tax implications of new commercial initiatives.
Partner with technical teams to automate tax reporting and integrate compliance logic into our ERP systems.
Monitor international tax updates, assessing their impact and leading the necessary system changes.
Manage tax audits and direct communications with local tax authorities.
Train internal stakeholders across departments on indirect tax compliance practices.
What you’ll bring
A problem-solving mindset that turns complex regulatory ambiguity into structured, clear processes.
The autonomy to make decisions and full accountability for the results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax implications in plain language to non-tax colleagues.
Cultural curiosity when working with cross-functional teams spanning different countries and backgrounds.
A commitment to quality that avoids quick fixes in favor of stable, long-term operational workflows.
What you’ll need
Comprehensive experience in international indirect taxation, blending advisory or consultancy work with in-house operations for an international corporation.
Deep technical command of international VAT frameworks, including EU VAT application rules.
A proven track record of designing tax workflows or adapting business systems to new regional tax legislations.
Experience managing cross-border tax audits and dealing directly with regulatory authorities.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A practical understanding of tax automation tools and ERP system integrations.
What success looks like
Success means building a resilient global indirect tax function that keeps JetBrains ahead of international regulatory updates without stalling business momentum. You will earn the trust of leadership by translating shifting rules into reliable internal workflows, ensuring our e-invoicing and digital service operations remain compliant and fully integrated. Ultimately, you win when tax risks are minimized, internal stakeholders are unblocked, and our compliance processes scale invisibly alongside our products.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.

About You
We’re looking for a Web3 Fullstack Engineer to build the layer where web2 and web3 meet. Our mission is seamless web2 ↔ web3 integration — letting players and developers interact with digital items and move them through their full lifecycle (mint, own, trade, transfer, redeem, retire) without ever having to think about which side of the chain they’re on. You’ll work across the whole stack: wallet-connected frontends, high-throughput backend services, and the smart contract and indexing layers that make on-chain items feel as fast and familiar as anything in web2.
This is a hands-on engineering role with broad ownership. A player buying an item with a credit card, a game granting an in-game asset, and a marketplace settling a peer-to-peer trade should all resolve to the same coherent item model — regardless of whether the item lives in a database, a custodial wallet, or on-chain. Making that experience invisible to the end user, and reliable for the developer, is the core of the job.
You care about product quality and developer experience as much as protocol correctness. You’re comfortable owning a feature end to end, reasoning about trust and custody boundaries, and making pragmatic calls about what belongs on-chain versus off-chain.
About Us

Responsibilities
Build Seamless Web2 ↔ Web3 Integration
— Design and ship the flows that let users move between traditional accounts/payments and on-chain wallets without friction: custodial and non-custodial wallets, account abstraction, gasless transactions, and fiat on-ramps.
Own the Digital Item Lifecycle
— Build the systems behind item mint, ownership, transfer, trading, and redemption — keeping on-chain state and off-chain records consistent, auditable, and fast.
Develop Fullstack Features
— Deliver end to end across wallet-connected frontends, backend services, and the smart contract / indexing layer that powers item ownership and turnover.
Model Items & Ownership
— Design data models and APIs that represent items uniformly whether they live off-chain, in a custodial wallet, or on-chain, and keep them in sync.
Ensure Reliability of Value Flows
— Anything that moves items or money must be correct under failure: idempotency, reconciliation, replay safety, and clear recovery paths.
Integrate Blockchains & Marketplaces
— Interact with EVM chains, token standards, indexers, and marketplace/settlement flows; abstract their differences behind clean internal interfaces.
Collaborate Across Teams
— Work with product, security, payments, and game-facing teams to turn business needs into well-scoped technical plans, and document decisions so they stand on their own.
What You Bring
Web3 & Digital Assets
Web2 ↔ Web3 Integration
— Hands-on experience bridging traditional systems with on-chain ones: wallet onboarding, custodial vs. non-custodial trade-offs, account abstraction, gasless/relayed transactions.
EVM & Smart Contracts
— Working knowledge of EVM chains and Solidity, including reading, integrating with, and reasoning about the safety of contracts.
Token & Item Standards
— Practical understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, and how they map to real game items, ownership, and transfers.
On-chain / Off-chain Sync
— Experience keeping blockchain state consistent with off-chain databases: indexing, event ingestion, reorg handling, and reconciliation.
Frontend Engineering
TypeScript & React
— Strong TypeScript and React skills for building responsive, production-grade interfaces.
Wallet Integration
— Experience with wallet connectivity and web3 client libraries (e.g. wagmi, viem, ethers.js, WalletConnect) and embedded/social login wallets.
Backend Engineering
Backend Services
— Solid backend skills in Node.js and Go: clean APIs, concurrency, and performance under load.
Distributed Systems
— Experience with distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes), especially where correctness of value transfer matters.
Data & Infrastructure
PostgreSQL
— Schema design, query optimization, and migrations at scale.
Kubernetes
— Deploying, operating, and debugging services in a k8s environment.
Message Streaming
— Kafka or NATS — event-driven patterns, consumer groups, at-least-once delivery.
Git & CI/CD
— Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Domain Context
Gaming Industry Experience
— Experience building or operating platforms for game developers, publishers, or players — especially anything touching in-game items, economies, or ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience building NFT marketplaces, item trading, or secondary-market / settlement systems
Familiarity with blockchain indexing tooling (The Graph, custom indexers) and node/RPC infrastructure
Experience with account abstraction (ERC-4337), smart wallets, or paymaster/relayer setups
Background in payments or fiat on-ramp integration bridging traditional commerce and crypto
Experience with non-EVM ecosystems (Solana, etc.) or cross-chain / bridging patterns
Familiarity with security and compliance relevant to digital assets: custody, key management, audit logging, KYC/AML touchpoints
Contributions to open-source web3, wallet, or tooling projects
Hands-on, up-to-date experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation, review, and accelerating day-to-day engineering work

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.

About The Team
Own the account backbone of a CeFi platform trusted by
millions
— login, registration, account security, MFA, Passkey — where a single security regression is measured in real user funds. The more senior you are, the more you set the technical direction others build on.
What You'll Be Doing
Own account-system subsystems end-to-end
— authentication, MFA, Passkey/WebAuthn, session & device trust, account registration and recovery — including architecture, tradeoffs, and long-term evolution.
Design flows that are
secure and low-friction at millions-of-DAU scale
— the hardest tradeoff in this space.
Partner with risk & security teams to turn threat models into shipped mobile defenses.
Build our AI-native engineering practice
— design automated development workflows and harness systems (agents, evals, guardrails, CI integration) that let AI do real engineering work, while
safeguarding delivery quality and efficiency
.
Raise the bar
through design and code review, and by making the engineers around you better.
At the Staff level: set technical direction beyond your own subsystem and drive cross-team, cross-timezone decisions that shape the account platform.
What We Look For In You
Deep, hands-on experience building
native iOS and/or Android
— you understand the platform, not just a framework on top of it.
Experience with a
cross-platform / shared business-logic layer
. We build ours in
Rust + UniFFI
; direct Rust-on-mobile experience is a strong plus, but experience with any shared-logic approach —
KMP, Flutter, or React Native
— transfers well and is valued.
Fluent in at least one of:
Swift / Kotlin / Rust / Objective-C / Java / JavaScript
, with strong CS fundamentals.
Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps
— you've applied maintainable design patterns and own solutions from requirements through to production.
Hands-on with
mobile authentication & security
— OAuth/OIDC, MFA, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), biometrics.
Direct experience with Passkey / WebAuthn / FIDO2 is a strong advantage
— it's live in our stack and central to what you'll work on.
Solid grasp of threat modeling and the mobile attack surface.
You apply AI deeply in your own engineering — not just code generation
. You've built, or are driven to build, automated development workflows and harnesses that make delivery
both faster and more reliable
. Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent concepts, with hands-on experience taking an AI pipeline from scratch to shipped.
Comfortable with
ambiguity and high scale
— you've debugged problems that only appear under real production load.
Signals we value: you naturally
raise the standard of teams you join
, mentor without being asked, and can grow into a technical anchor for the group.
Nice-To-Haves
Fraud
/ risk, cryptography, or regulated-industry (fintech)
experience.
Experience with
mini-program or dynamic/hot-update frameworks
.
Crypto trading / Web3 experience.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

2. Lunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement - Lead onsite tech talks, lunch and learns, and technical enablement sessions to educate AI labs about Supabase and its roadmap.
3. Co-build (product integration): Build integrations and joint solutions in collaboration with Supabase’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization.
4. Developer Relations (DevRel): Work with AI labs to create content—including blogs, docs, videos, and live streams—and run in-person community events and hackathons.
5. Quarterly Technical Reviews: Lead quarterly reviews with each lab to discuss highlights, adoption metrics, what’s working and what isn’t, key product initiatives, and alignment with technical resources.
