About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$295,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.

Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it's done
- You've owned a function, not just worked through a backlog

You'll report to our CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our Berlin office.
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid Meal & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our Berlin HQ, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You’ve built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it’s done
- You’ve owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Claude Partner Network (CPN) Reseller track lets authorized partners sell Claude directly to end customers. These partners bring Claude into accounts that Anthropic can't reach alone, and they need marketing that helps them build a real Claude practice: campaigns they can run with their own teams, funding they can put to work, and proof that moves them up through the partner tiers.
This is a foundational, first-in-seat role with wide scope. You'll be the first dedicated partner marketer for the reseller track, and you'll lead it globally. You'll set its marketing strategy, define the standards and playbooks partners run against, and build the tier-advancement path from the ground up. You'll work across regions and with a network of agency partners to deliver programs at global scale. You'll shape how reseller marketing fits into Anthropic's broader partner strategy, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, and Communications to make sure reseller activity and Anthropic's direct sales point in the same direction. You'll also set the bar for the marketers who join the practice as it grows.
Key responsibilities
Set the marketing strategy for the reseller track, including priorities, investment choices, and quarterly and annual plans that connect partner activity to registered pipeline and reseller revenue
Define the reseller marketing playbook and co-marketing standards, and keep them current as the program launches and expands
Represent the partner marketing perspective in program design, working with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Legal on how benefits, MDF, and tier criteria will work in practice
Build joint marketing plan templates for reseller partners, including campaign calendars and success metrics
Source, select, and manage the agency partners that support reseller programs globally, including scope, budgets, quality standards, and performance reviews, and build a regional roster that can scale as the program expands
Run partner-led campaigns with those agencies, using co-branded and localized kits for each market, and help partners adapt them for their own buyers
Own partner marketing funds (MDF) end to end: help partners build proposals, track approvals and documentation, and connect every funded activity to registered pipeline
Help partners reach their next tier by planning the customer stories, certification pushes, and public proof points each tier requires, on a timeline that fits the January and July tier reviews
Turn partner wins into customer stories with Customer Marketing, from interview through partner and Anthropic approvals
Coordinate joint announcements and press with Anthropic Communications, managing review timelines and holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Partner with Channel Account Managers and the field on audience and account targeting, so reseller campaigns extend Anthropic’s reach into new customers and partner and direct motions reinforce each other
Define how reseller marketing success is measured: set targets and KPIs for pipeline, reseller revenue, and campaign ROI, build the reporting, and use results to decide where to invest and what to change
Report on partner-sourced pipeline and reseller revenue influence, with 30/60/90-day tracking on every activation
Keep reseller partners informed through the CPN monthly broadcast and newsletter, and bring partner needs and results back into program planning
Minimum qualifications
Have owned marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, setting priorities and investment decisions rather than only executing against them
Have built and run co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners, including partner-funded budgets (MDF, co-op, or similar) and ROI reporting
Have sourced and managed agencies or contractors across multiple regions, including scoping work, managing budgets, and holding quality standards
Have run marketing programs across multiple international markets
Understand indirect sales motions, including how partners find, register, and close deals, and can write marketing that reaches partner sellers as well as end customers
Can build joint plans and value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for customers
Have defined success measures for a partner or channel program and used the results to change investment decisions
Are skilled at tracking program performance in a CRM or equivalent system, and can turn that data into clear recommendations
Write clearly and precisely, and can hold partner-produced copy to brand and approval standards
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move priorities forward with partners you don't manage
Can make and defend decisions with incomplete data, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and can run several partner plans at once without dropping quality
Are comfortable building new processes from scratch, in an environment where the playbook is still being written
Take ownership of outcomes and step in wherever the work needs you
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling organizations to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Have launched or scaled a partner program from its early stages, including tier design, benefits, and promotion criteria
Have produced partner-led customer stories, including managing approvals and public announcement timelines
Have experience with cloud marketplace reseller motions, such as private offers or co-sell programs
Have localized marketing content and campaigns for multiple international markets
Have established relationships with resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
Have experience with partner relationship management tools and Salesforce partner data
Understand enterprise AI use cases across industries and functions
Have set standards for or mentored other marketers, formally or informally
Have used Claude or other AI tools to scale their own marketing work

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Scaling humanoid robots from hundreds to tens of thousands of units takes several hundred million dollars of new capital, and much of it will come from partners, not just funds. Our biggest investors are also our supplier, manufacturer and customer. That makes capital formation and strategic partnerships one job.
You will be the senior operator who connects them. You will lead our next equity rounds alongside the CFO, open doors to the strategic and institutional investors who can carry Humanoid to a public exit, and turn partnerships with industrial, compute and supply-chain leaders into capital, contracts and access. Few roles offer this mix of venture, growth equity, corporate development and deal-making at a company of this ambition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capital formation (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward: investor targeting, sequencing, process management, term sheet negotiation and closing.
2. Build and run a single investor CRM and pipeline across VC, growth equity, private equity, crossover funds, sovereign wealth, family offices and corporate venture arms.
3. Cultivate a core group of long-term foundational investors ahead of each round, with a regular cadence of updates and meetings.
4. Shape the equity story with the CFO and CEO: deck, data room, model narrative and answers to diligence.
5. Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital with the CFO, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing for RaaS, and customer-funded capacity.
6. Help lay the groundwork for a public exit: investor base quality, crossover readiness and relationships with banks and long- only funds.
Strategic partnerships (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Originate, structure and close strategic alliances with industrial OEMs, logistics operators, compute and AI platforms, and supply-chain partners.
2. Design deal structures that combine commercial and capital terms: strategic equity, joint ventures, co-development, volume commitments, compute-for-equity and regional partnerships.
3. Own the partner relationship at executive level after signing, so each alliance delivers its commercial, technical and capital commitments.
4. Map the strategic landscape: who is investing in robotics and embodied AI, how, and where Humanoid fits.
Across both
1. Run one pipeline that links investor conversations to partnership opportunities, avoiding conflicts with competitor holdings.
2. Gate access to the CEO and founders so leadership time goes to the highest-value conversations.
3. Report pipeline, forecast and deal status to the CFO, CBO and board.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have sat on both sides of the table: investing at a top-tier venture firm, then raising capital and closing strategic deals for a high-growth company.
Required

- Strong relationships at strategic partners: trusted, senior-level contacts at industrial OEMs, automotive and manufacturing groups, logistics operators, semiconductor and compute companies, or their corporate venture arms.
- Deal structuring: hands-on negotiation of term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures or commercial agreements with capital attached.
- Network: active relationships with growth, crossover and sovereign investors in the US and Europe.
- Experience: 12+ years across investing, corporate development, investment banking or a startup finance or business leadership role.
- Financial fluency: you can defend a financial model, valuation and cap table in front of a demanding investment committee.
Nice to have
- Operating experience at a hardware, robotics, autonomy or industrial AI company after Series B
- Experience with IPO preparation, crossover rounds or a US–UK corporate restructuring
- Exposure to non-dilutive capital: venture debt, asset or fleet financing, government grants and defence or industrial programmes

WHAT WE OFFER
