ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you’ll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy
- Build the tooling that helps GTM Engineering ship reliably, from development environments, automated tests, and deployments to backups and shared AI agents and skills
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same
- You’ve built data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
- You have hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
- You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business
- You have high attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with usage-based businesses

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Inventory Specialist, you'll make sure our engineers always have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. You will run day-to-day receiving, storage, stock control, cycle counting and kitting for the hardware side of a small, fast-moving team of around 40 engineers building cutting-edge humanoid robots. site, keeping material flowing accurately into prototype builds. This is a senior individual-contributor role: we need someone competent and self-directed who can run the site’s stores with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Boston Site Focus
- Be the first dedicated hands-on warehouse resource in Boston, setting up and organizing the stores area, location structure and labelling, and supporting the site’s prototype builds with accurate receiving, storage and kitting.
- Get the site’s prototype material ready for builds, working with the SCM Lead Boston and the local Senior Buyer on inbound material and priorities, including long lead-time items, so shortages are flagged early.
- Keep stock records and inventory reporting aligned with the other Humanoid sites so material can be seen and planned globally, and help shape how the site tracks inventory as it grows.
- Follow OSHA and applicable Massachusetts workplace safety requirements, including safe handling and storage of materials.
Goods Receiving & Put-away
- Receive inbound deliveries from suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners; check paperwork against the purchase order and inspect goods for damage, shortages or non-conformance.
- Record goods receipts accurately on the day of arrival in JIRA and the site’s inventory tracking sheets, and put material away to the correct, labelled location.
- Segregate and record quarantined, rejected and non-conforming stock, and support the return-to-supplier process with the SCM and quality teams.
- Handle ESD-sensitive, high-value, serialized and lot-controlled components with the care they need, maintaining traceability from receipt to build.
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Run daily and weekly cycle counts to the global schedule, investigate variances at root cause, and record adjustments with proper authorization.
- Own stock accuracy for the site: keep physical stock, inventory records and locations in agreement, and report accuracy KPIs to the SCM Lead and global WILP team.
- Set, review and maintain minimum / maximum (safety stock) levels for the site’s consumables, common parts and high-usage items, working with the SCM Lead and the planning team, and raise replenishment requests before stock runs short.
- Support periodic and year-end stocktakes, and flag ageing, excess, obsolete or slow-moving stock early.
- Keep every movement (transfers, issues, returns, scrap) recorded in JIRA and the inventory sheets in real time, so no stock goes untracked.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools where they help, to build and maintain count plans, stock reports and variance analysis, and to automate repetitive tracking tasks.
Material Movement, Kitting & Build Support
- Pick, stage and deliver kits to the build area against BOM and build schedule, and check kits are complete and correct before release.
- Respond to urgent pick requests and shortages from engineering and production, and give procurement and planning a clear, early view of material gaps.
- Manage material issues to builds and returns of unused material back to stock, with accurate records throughout.
- Move material between storage, kitting, build and test areas safely using pallet trucks and other manual handling.
Dispatch, Returns & Inter-site Transfers
- Prepare outbound shipments, supplier returns and rework loops, and arrange collection with carriers or 3PL partners.
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs paperwork for parts and sub-assemblies moving between Humanoid sites (London, Boston and Vancouver), working with the Logistics team so shipments clear without delay.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and chase delays before they affect builds.
Site Operations, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Keep the stores area clean, organised, safe and compliant with local health and safety requirements.
- Maintain location structure, labelling and storage layout, and apply 5S principles.
- Support the site asset register by tagging, locating and verifying tools, fixtures and equipment held in stores, and keeping custody and location records up to date. Ownership of the master asset list sits outside this role.
- Suggest and help implement practical improvements to receiving, storage, kitting and counting processes, and follow global warehouse and inventory SOPs.
- Cover the site’s warehouse needs independently, and escalate issues that need SCM Lead or global WILP support in good time.
Expectations
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, setting your own daily priorities with minimal supervision.
- Act as the site’s subject-matter expert for receiving, stock control and kitting, and a go-to person for colleagues in engineering, production and procurement.
- Train, coach and support colleagues and temporary or contract staff on warehouse processes and inventory tracking.
- Help build, document and improve the site’s warehouse processes as the team grows.
- Not a people-management role: you will set the standard and lead by example on site.
- On-site role in a warehouse and stores environment, including standing, walking and regular manual handling (lifting up to 23 kg / 50 lb, with equipment available for heavier loads).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory control role, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive or a prototype/R&D build environment.
- Practical, hands-on use of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, simple dashboards) and the confidence to use AI tools to make stock tracking and reporting faster and more accurate.
- Experience of cycle counting and stock reconciliation, including investigating and resolving variances.
- Experience of kitting and material issue to production against BOMs, and the ability to read a BOM and drawings.
- Comfortable using Slack and collaborating digitally with remote teams.
- Able to work safely in a physical warehouse environment, including regular lifting and moving of materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be needed to support urgent builds and time-critical deliveries.
Qualifications & Site Requirements
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a warehouse or logistics certificate is a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry training is an advantage.
- Awareness of U.S. DOT hazardous materials shipping requirements is an advantage.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.
Desirable
- Experience in a small, fast-moving or start-up environment where processes are still being built.
- Experience of JIRA or a similar ticketing system, or of an ERP or warehouse management system. Not required: full training on our JIRA-based processes will be given.
- Familiarity with handling lithium batteries and other regulated or hazardous components.
- Exposure to working with 3PL providers, carriers and import/export documentation.
- Lean or 5S training, or an inventory/warehouse qualification such as APICS CPIM or an equivalent.
Behavioral Skills
- Ownership and reliability: you finish what you start and you are accurate every time.
- Methodical, organized and detail-focused, with a strong sense of accuracy and compliance.
- Clear, proactive communication with engineering, production, procurement and the London-based leadership team across time zones.
- Comfortable working independently and sound judgement on when to escalate.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.

Expand and retain assigned customers by identifying new workloads, capacity, use cases, and business units, and hand off cleanly to post-sale teams.
Use MEDDPICC or a comparable method, and keep accurate pipeline, forecasts, activity, and next steps in Salesforce.

Share what you learn in the field to help sharpen MinIO's commercial playbook as we evolve toward a hybrid product-led and sales-driven motion.

Experience expanding accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and measurable customer value.
Comfort in an early-stage or growth-stage environment and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Object-storage, S3, or cloud-native experience.
Experience in a hybrid product-led and sales-driven motion.
Familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$295,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).

You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York
