ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion.
The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level.
This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. The manager will diagnose performance and conversion gaps, coach specific skills, establish a rigorous inspection cadence, and hold a high bar for accountability. They will work closely with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and other partners to improve collateral and partner messaging, refine activation and incentive plans, strengthen account and portfolio planning, and remove friction from the CPM workflow.
The goal is continuous improvement: make the team more poised with partners, more commercially disciplined, more efficient in how it spends time, and more consistent in turning PE relationships into high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person PE CPM team: one Upmarket PE CPM and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs
- Set clear role charters, coverage models, capacity expectations, and success metrics by segment; ensure the Upmarket motion receives the depth it needs while Core / Downmarket operates with speed and repeatability
- Build the team’s commercial operating rhythm across sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, closed-won revenue, partner activation, portfolio coverage, conversion, velocity, and partner health
- Coach CPMs from real partner interactions and account plans: identify the specific skill gap, prescribe an intervention, inspect behavior change, and hold a high bar for outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, ChOps, Growth, and leadership to convert PE influence into high-quality pipeline and strategic account outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, and retain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as an executive point of escalation for the team’s most strategic PE relationships, using judgment about when to coach, join, or personally intervene
- Use AI and automation to improve research, portfolio coverage, executive preparation, relationship tracking, and team productivity
- Help shape the evolving PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks for the broader Channel organization
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience, ideally with a focus on Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- 1+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships, sales, or account-management team
- Demonstrated success building and managing a complex book of investor, sponsor, or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment: can distinguish influence from source, quantify partner impact, and prioritize finite team capacity against the highest-value opportunities
- A rigorous, data-driven management style; comfortable using funnel health, conversion, velocity, activity quality, and account/partner signals to coach and allocate resources
- Executive presence with PE partners, operating teams, CFOs, and internal senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional outcomes without relying on formal authority
- High standards for performance management, feedback, and talent development
NICE TO HAVES
- Fintech, payments, expense management, AP, procurement, or CFO-software experience
- Experience designing partner programs, referral mechanics, or account-mapping motions
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English

Strong strategic and executional leadership, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in B2B marketing leadership within technology, video games, platforms, or high-growth environments. The ability to navigate complex, matrixed stakeholder environments — from local Japan leadership to global HQ — while translating global strategy into locally effective, measurable execution will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about shaping how a company is perceived and positioned within a critical market and love building marketing functions from the ground up while driving enterprise adoption and partner-led growth across Japan's gaming ecosystem, we would love to hear from you!

Create and drive the Japan marketing strategy end-to-end — brand, demand generation, field marketing, content, customer marketing, developer marketing, and partner marketing — aligned with global priorities and Japan and regional objectives.
Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team in Japan, establishing the structure, capabilities, and operating rhythms needed to scale marketing execution as the business grows.
Build and operate the marketing budget, including planning, allocation, agency/vendor management, and performance measurement and reporting against clear ROI and pipeline metrics.
Partner closely with the Japan Country Manager, GTM/BD leadership, Product Marketing, Comms, Events, and Global HQ marketing to deliver integrated programs that support enterprise adoption, partner growth, and revenue targets.
Translate and localize global B2B narratives, product launches, and brand strategy into Japan-relevant campaigns, executive and customer events, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
Serve as the senior Japan voice for marketing internally and externally — bringing market insight, customer and publisher perspective, and local nuance into regional and global leadership discussions, and influencing global strategy where Japan market dynamics diverge.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Japanese publishers, developers, and industry bodies, elevating Xsolla's visibility and credibility across the Japan gaming ecosystem.
Represent Xsolla at major global, regional and local video game development industry events and forums, and oversee Xsolla's presence, sponsorships, and thought leadership in the local market.
Establish and continuously improve marketing operating rhythms in Japan — planning cycles, event execution, vendor/agency management, and reporting cadence with global and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
12+ years of marketing experience, including 7+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally within technology, video games, platforms, or high-growth environments.
Proven track record building and leading a marketing function from the ground up, including team building, budget ownership, and cross-functional program delivery in Japan, regional or similarly complex markets.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics in Japan and throughout Asia including the role of trust, regulation, partners, executive relationships, and local proof points.
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, comfortable setting vision while remaining hands-on in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Experience leading and influencing in a matrixed organization, working closely with Country/GTM leadership, BD, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, Events, and global HQ marketing.
Excellent communicator and executive presence, with business-level (or native-level) Japanese and native-level English proficiency, and strong stakeholder management and influence skills across Japan leadership, regional marketing, and global teams.
Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, major industry events, and field/demand generation programs at a country or regional level.
