About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Contracts Manager to support our commercial and technology transactions. You'll partner with our GTM teams on enterprise customer deals, including some of our largest and most complex agreements. You'll review, draft, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts that support our AI systems, and build the contracting processes that help us scale. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement.
We're a relatively small legal team supporting big things, so everyone works across multiple areas. We'd love to hear where else you'd be interested in pitching in, whether because of your experience or your interests.
Key responsibilities
Draft, analyze, negotiate, and close complex commercial and procurement transactions with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners, including IP licensing agreements
Propose and build scalable solutions that improve contracting efficiency
Work with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Sales on customer calls and live negotiations, working directly with customers' legal and procurement teams to resolve open issues and close deals
Manage your deals from first redline through signature, including next steps, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination
Turn what you learn on deals into better templates, playbooks, and guidance for Legal and Sales
Minimum qualifications
Have substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in support of technology transactions, sales organizations, or partnerships
Are a self-starter who spots what needs doing, takes ownership, and manages complex contractual matters and competing deadlines autonomously
Perform well in an environment that moves quickly, with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and new types of deals and contract issues
Are comfortable and confident in front of customers and senior stakeholders in live settings
Have substantive knowledge of software agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general contract terms
Understand what matters most in a contract, when to be flexible, and when to hold firm
Explain contract issues clearly and concisely, without legalese
Collaborate across functions and levels to keep contracting moving and build strong working relationships
Preferred qualifications
4 years of related contract management experience, with at least 3 years supporting technology transactions, sales organizations, and/or partnerships
Experience at a technology startup or another environment where priorities shift quickly
Experience with IP licensing agreements
A track record of identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
Comfort working outside your areas of expertise and in uncharted legal territory
Interest in developing a deep understanding of our technical teams and what we're building
Excitement to grow with the organization and help shape the culture of the commercial function

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Ramp is hiring Customer Activation Manager for Stack, Ramp's purpose-built AI accounting platform https://ramp.com/stack for accounting firms and in-house finance teams. Its agents follow each team's processes across connected systems to complete reviewable accounting work, from recurring tasks through close and reconciliations. You will help customers identify use cases, translate their accounting process into a practical implementation plan, and build trust in agentic bookkeeping through results, impact, and deployment. You will own the customer-facing path from discovery through adoption, partner with specialists on technical setup, and help shape the playbook as the product grows. This role calls for accounting judgment, experience bringing software or process change to life with customers, and an understanding of agentic workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learn how each customer handles close, reconciliations, journal entries, exceptions, and review today; identify where Stack and agentic workflows can deliver useful value.
- Translate the current process into an implementation plan with clear inputs, owners, dependencies, validation steps, and human review.
- Guide Controllers, accountants, and other stakeholders from discovery through first use, training, and repeat adoption; adjust the plan when confidence or usage stalls.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other Ramp teams on deployments as well as process, systems, and product improvements
- Act as an advocate and expert on AI-assisted accounting work
- Turn early customer learnings into reusable discovery questions, launch steps, and adoption practices for the next implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, software implementation, accounting systems implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or a related customer-facing role; level is flexible based on experience.
- Hands-on accounting fluency: you can explain source data, close or reconciliation steps, exceptions, controls, and sign-off with concrete examples.
- Experience translating an accounting or finance workflow into a software implementation or process change, with evidence of what improved.
- Ownership of customer or client adoption beyond setup, including stakeholder alignment, training, troubleshooting, and follow-through.
- Clear communication with both finance leaders and hands-on accountants, especially when a proposed automation needs validation or a change in scope.
- Comfort creating a plan and reusable process when the product and implementation motion are still evolving.
NICE TO HAVES
- CPA, public accounting, controllership, or accounting advisory experience paired with software implementation or consulting.
- Experience with accounting automation, close management, or forward-deployed accounting work.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting-system integrations and the data or permission issues that arise during implementation.
- Experience helping accounting teams adopt AI-assisted workflows with appropriate human review.

AI Spend Management helps Finance and Engineering see connected AI spend, understand what changed, and assign it to the right owner; Router helps builders route AI model requests. You will guide customers through technical activation, connect the work of developers and AI administrators with the needs of Finance, and turn initial setup into a useful, repeatable workflow. You will lead the customer plan for AI Spend Management and coordinate with specialist Solutions partners when Router requires deeper code integration. WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Read API documentation and request/response evidence to investigate setup issues such as credentials, permissions, usage limits, model selection, and product behavior.
- Help technical and finance stakeholders understand AI usage, costs, and governance choices in language each group can act on.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering on deeper Router integrations or issues that require code-level work; give customers a clear owner and next step.
- Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review or governance workflow, and verify that the workflow is used after launch.
- Capture recurring questions and failure patterns in customer guidance, troubleshooting steps, and internal playbooks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff through verified first use and sustained adoption.
- Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication, permissions, and integration issues; production coding is not required for this role.
- Working knowledge of multiple AI providers and the customer tradeoffs around capabilities, cost, latency, reliability, usage limits, and data handling.
- Ability to communicate credibly with developers or AI administrators and plainly with Finance leaders, keeping both aligned on the launch plan.
- Comfort solving unfamiliar problems, escalating with useful evidence, and building a repeatable process in a changing product environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AI gateways, model routing, provider integrations, token usage, AI spend controls, or API-key governance.
- Post-sale implementation experience at an AI-first or developer-facing software company.
- Coding literacy or experience partnering with Solutions or Engineering teams on customer integrations.

An Overview of this Role
As Senior Manager, Data Science, you'll lead Product Data Science: a team of 6 Data Scientists within GitLab's data organization, reporting to the Director of Data Science. You have two mandates:
Drive product impact now.
Set the analytical agenda for your product areas and make sure the team's work changes decisions.
Build the merged Data Science function.
Define excellence for a Data Scientist who blends analytics and data science, and grow the team to that bar.
You lead mainly through others, and step in hands-on when it matters: reviewing a model, pressure-testing an analysis, or writing the query yourself.
What you’ll do
Set a long-range vision and roadmap for Product Data Science, and show the team how its goals connect to company strategy
Own prioritization and trade-offs across product areas, and adapt the team as priorities shift
Be the go-to partner for Product and Engineering leaders on complex and urgent questions, choosing the right approach: a deep dive, an experiment, or a production model
Raise risks and resource gaps early, and bring senior leaders clear options to drive timely decisions
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team: build career paths, act on team feedback, and make tough talent decisions when needed
Build a high-trust culture of urgency and accountability, where the team communicates openly, shares progress on a predictable cadence, and delivers quality results on time
Set standards for experimentation, causal inference, metric definition, and production modeling
What you’ll bring
10+ years in data science, product analytics, or a related field, including 3+ years managing data science or analytics teams in B2B SaaS or tech
Strong product sense and a track record as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leaders
Exceptional communicator who makes complex problems and findings clear to any audience, from Product leaders to executives, and coaches others to do the same
Thrives in ambiguity: structures undefined problems, gathers the right information, and makes sound decisions on high-risk, cross-team issues
Courage to challenge: offers dissenting views, asks tough questions, and fosters inclusive debate
Deep expertise in statistics and experimentation, including hands-on use of quasi-experimental methods (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching)
Expert SQL (Snowflake preferred) and strong Python, with experience taking ML models to production
Fluent with AI tools, with sound judgment on when AI output can be trusted
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with developer tools, DevSecOps, or product-led growth products
Experience measuring adoption and quality of AI-powered product features
Thought leadership in data science or analytics, internally and externally
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
About the Team
Product Data Science brings Data Science and Analytics together into one function. Our Data Scientists are business partners first, pairing strong product judgment with deep skill in SQL, Python, statistics, and machine learning. We help Product and Engineering decide what to build, measure what worked, and understand how customers get value from GitLab.
The opportunity is growing fast. AI is driving growth in GitLab's consumption business, creating new ways for data to drive growth. As AI takes over routine reporting, the team focuses on the hard problems: experimentation, causal inference, production models, and recommendations leaders act on.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Director of EPD Operations to run the operating system for Webflow's Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) organization. You'll own how EPD plans, tracks, launches, and reports on its work, and you'll make that system faster every quarter, increasingly with AI agents doing the repetitive parts. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer, sit on EPD Leadership, and lead a small, high-leverage team of program managers, technical program managers, and agentic engineers.
This role is for an operator who builds. You care about rituals and rigor, but you measure success by one thing: whether EPD ships more customer value, faster and more reliably.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Exempt
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
- For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc.)
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures in USD)
- Zone A: 284,000 - 355,000
- Zone B: 267,000 - 334,000
- Zone C: 249,600 - 312,000
As Director, EPD Operations, you'll…
- Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions.
- Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week.
- Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation.
- Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost.
- Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM.
- Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers.
- Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption.
- Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD.
- Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive as Director, EPD Operations if you have:
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams.
- A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time.
- Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM.
- Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update.
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted.
- Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off.
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread.
- Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a leader for SEO, AEO, and GEO to guide how expecting and new parents discover us across traditional search and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. As AI changes how parents research products, get advice, and decide what to buy, discoverability is a priority for Babylist. This role will define and execute that strategy end to end including the roadmap and measurement plan.
You will work at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data to make sure Babylist is accurately understood, cited, and recommended wherever parents look for answers. You will partner with the teams across Marketing, Tech, Merchandising and Partnerships to set direction, present to leaders and the executive team, and drive performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands where search is heading and wants to build discoverability for one of the most trusted brands in pregnancy and parenting. The role sits in Growth Marketing.
Who You Are
You have built and run an AEO program from first principles.
You write question-based prompts and define the KPIs (citation share, visibility, share of voice). You pick a tracking tool and can say what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
You have deep technical SEO skills on a large, complex site.
Rendering and prerendering, crawl behavior, structured data, internal linking, migrations, and recovery from Google algorithm updates. Babylist has XM+ registry URLs and XK guides, so scale problems are the normal case.
You measure results beyond clicks.
You link AI visibility, citations, and brand search to signups and revenue, and you work with paid search on how to attribute them.
You build with AI.
You have shipped AI-assisted workflows, programmatic pages, or internal tools that moved rankings or citations. You would rather build a system that compounds than ship one-off pages.
Applied AEO or GEO experience
, paired with a proven track record owning organic growth results. Experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, or publisher with a large content library is a plus.
You set content standards that drive organic traffic.
FAQ structure, freshness cadence, and formatting that earns citations, delivered to editors and freelance writers as guidance they can use.
You are hands-on.
You pull the data, write the brief, and fix the markup yourself.Nice to have: experience driving discovery through Reddit, YouTube, or short-form video, and building partner or sponsored organic programs without hurting editorial trust.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You understand agentic commerce,
where AI assistants research and buy products for parents. You make sure Babylist’s product data, registry, and shop pages are structured so those agents can read, compare, and recommend them.
How You'll Make an Impact
Own the organic search roadmap and its KPIs: SEO-driven activated registries against plan, clicks, top-3 rankings, and AEO citation share and visibility.
In your first 90 days, review our AEO tracking (two overlapping tools today), pick one, and lock the prompt framework and KPIs for Registry, Health and Shop.
Keep Google rankings stable and growing across the top categories of Babylist’s business. That covers the technical backlog, internal linking, and content freshness.
Move non-Registry visibility up in the categories where we trail the category leader today, with a thoughtful and actionable roadmap.
Build AI-driven systems with the internal AI Enablement team and Engineering. Replace vendor tools where an in-house build does the job, and articulate the tradeoffs.
Set the content playbook with Editorial: FAQ structure, update cadence, and what earns citations.
Partner with marketing to find new discovery channels like social and Reddit and measure whether they change AI citations and overall discoverability.
Co-own brand search strategy and attribution with Paid Search.
Publish a monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO reviews for the organization with information on performance vs. plan and key projects.
Be the company's source of SEO and AEO guidance across internal communications.
Tie organic discoverability to actual business impact including traffic that converts to registry signups and revenue.
Implement an agentic commerce roadmap for Babylist.
Why This Role
Babylist has the highest citation and visibility scores in its competitive set of registry queries. Holding that position as AI search changes takes a real roadmap, and you will build it.
Room to grow in Health. Health is a newer area for Babylist, and there is a real opportunity to expand our reach with strong content and a sharp roadmap.
You help define success. You co-build the 2027 goals with leadership and own the measurement behind them.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,788.00 to $191,730.00
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist

Important Notices
Recorded Interviews.
Babylist uses an interview recording tool to record and transcribe interviews for evaluation purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By participating in an interview, you consent to this recording and transcription.
Interview Integrity.
AI is part of how we work at Babylist. We expect you to use it too. Your application and interviews should still reflect you and your own thinking. We'll tell you when AI is encouraged. Misrepresentation at any stage may result in removal from consideration for this and future roles.
How We Review Applications
We use AI throughout our hiring process to help review, screen, and assess applications. These tools support our team's review; they do not replace it, and every hiring decision is made by a person.
Connections at Babylist.
If you have a family member or close personal relationship with a current Babylist employee, please let your recruiter know. This helps us keep our process fair and transparent for everyone.
Protect Yourself from Scams.

Senior Engineering Manager, Data & AI
Lead the engineering team behind Foundry, Insights, Intel, and Voice: the agents, analytics, and data intelligence of the modern freight platform.
About the Role
Remote, United States. Some travel is required for team onsites, customer visits, and industry events. Relocation assistance is not provided.
The Senior Engineering Manager, Data & AI leads the engineering group behind Foundry, Insights, Intel, and Voice. You'll own the group's technical strategy, delivery, and quality, hire and develop its engineers, and stay hands-on by prototyping, writing evals, reading traces, and reviewing architecture in depth.
The team is about eight engineers today and growing. It also owns the shared foundation those products run on: a context graph that connects loads, trips, carriers, drivers, customers, documents, and conversations; event-sourced platform data streaming into the warehouse; and the evals, tracing, guardrails, and model routing every agent depends on.
Alvys facilitates more than $1 billion in funds every month across invoices, carrier payments, and driver settlements. Behind that volume is one of the richest operational datasets in freight. This team turns it into agents that do real work and intelligence customers can't get anywhere else.
Engineering leaders at Alvys are builders. Expect to spend about a third of your time building. You'll set the standard for how an AI-first team works: coding agents in the daily workflow, evals before scale, and production evidence over demos.
The platform runs on .NET (C#, and increasingly F#), TypeScript, and Python on Azure and AKS, with Cosmos DB, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran underneath.
We're looking for someone who treats AI as a first-class material, both in what we build for customers and in how the engineering team works.
Industry Insight
Freight runs on phone calls, emails, PDFs, and tribal knowledge. The U.S. trucking industry is worth approximately $1 trillion today and is projected to grow by roughly 60% to nearly $1.5 trillion over the next decade.
Yet the work that moves that freight is still largely manual. Nearly 580,000 active U.S. motor carriers operate in a highly fragmented market; 91.5% run 10 or fewer trucks, and 99.3% run 100 or fewer. Few of these businesses will ever build a data team of their own. Every check call answered, rate confirmation read, and exception caught by software is time back for a small team running on thin margins.
Freight data is also structurally messy. A single load spans brokers, carriers, drivers, shippers, and documents, each with its own identifiers, and the truth lives across EDI messages, phone calls, and free text. Generic AI tooling doesn't model any of this. That's why we're building a context graph grounded in how freight actually moves.
Agents can now answer the phone, read documents, query operational data, and take actions inside a TMS. In freight, those actions move trucks and money. They must be correct, auditable, and safe.
About Alvys
Alvys is building the operating system for modern freight. Our AI-powered, cloud-native platform brings dispatch, driver mobile, safety and compliance, billing and settlements, native EDI, reporting, integrations, and automation into one product.
We were founded in 2020 by freight industry insiders who were tired of software built by people who had never moved a load. That combination of deep customer empathy and ambitious technology still defines us. We visit customers, learn how the work actually happens, prototype quickly, debate ideas openly, and turn the best ones into products people rely on.
More than 3,000 trucking and brokerage companies use Alvys today, including larger fleets with increasingly sophisticated operations. We've raised $77M to date, including a $40M Series B. That gives us real momentum and room to make bold bets, while remaining early enough that a great engineering leader can materially shape the product, team, and company.
We are building more than a modern interface for a traditional TMS. Foundry, our agent platform within Alvys, helps freight teams make decisions and complete work, and this team builds it. You'll work with curious, direct, low-ego people who solve hard problems, move quickly from prototype to production, and measure customer impact.
Our Principles
AI makes building cheap. It does not make judgment cheap.
The constraint has moved from writing code to deciding what to build and proving it is right. Agents belong in the middle of the pipeline. People remain accountable at both ends. These principles turn that into how we work every day.
Own the outcome
You own what you ship. "AI wrote it" is not an answer.
Judgment stays human. People decide what matters and whether the result is correct.
Verify independently
Generation and verification are separate. Tests, review, and approval run independently of the agent that did the work.
Autonomy is earned per workflow. Agents advance only on measured precision against human-verified outcomes. No number, no promotion.
Design for control
AI-first means security-first. Customer data stays on approved infrastructure under managed identity.
Cost is an engineering constraint. Every shared workflow has termination conditions and bounded fan-out.
Build durable systems
Knowledge is tool-agnostic. Reviewed intent lives once; vendor-specific machinery is generated from it.
Multiple vendors are a design assumption. Durable workflows don't couple to one model or harness.
Twice is a pattern. Automate repeated work and share it within 48 hours.
The Data & AI Portfolio
The Data & AI portfolio covers Foundry, our embedded automation and agent platform, including a unified agent chat that answers questions and takes actions; Insights, conversational analytics grounded in each customer's own operating data; Intel, proprietary data intelligence drawn from third-party, licensed, and proprietary data sources; and Voice, AI voice and chat agents for load status, driver check calls, and the follow-ups in between. It also includes the shared foundation: the context graph, the data platform that feeds it, and the evals, tracing, guardrails, and model routing behind every agent.
Why This Role
Few engineering leadership roles combine frontier AI work, a proprietary dataset, and an industry this underserved. This one does.
You build at the frontier, in production.
Context graphs, self-learning agents, voice agents, and agentic automation are still being figured out across the industry. Here you ship them to real customers, on live freight operations, not benchmarks.
You work with data no one else has.
More than 3,000 trucking and brokerage companies run on Alvys, and more than $1 billion in funds moves through the platform every month. Combined with third-party and licensed sources, that data is the raw material for intelligence no single fleet or brokerage could build alone.
Your work changes how an industry operates.
With 91.5% of carriers running 10 or fewer trucks, most of our customers will never hire a data team. The agents you build give a small business the leverage of a much larger one.
You own a portfolio, not a feature.
Four products share one platform. You set its architecture, choose its models and vendors, and decide where the team invests as it grows.
You shape the team from the start.
The group is about eight engineers today. You'll hire the next wave and set the standard for how an AI-first engineering team works at Alvys.
You stay close to the decisions.
You report to the Head of Engineering, work directly with customers and our Forward Deployed Engineering team, and have a direct line into company planning, backed by a $40M Series B.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading and Growing the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of about eight engineers, including senior engineers and tech leads, and grow it as the portfolio expands.
Hire senior and staff engineers, and keep the quality bar high as the team scales.
Run the team AI-first, with coding agents in the daily workflow and clear standards for how AI-written code is reviewed, tested, and shipped.
Owning Technical Strategy
Set technical direction for agents, data, and the context graph, and make the build, buy, and model calls with cost, quality, and speed in view.
Make tradeoffs across four products that share one platform, including what gets built, what gets cut, and where the team invests.
Building Agents That Learn
Own the agent development lifecycle from prototype to production to continuous improvement.
Build self-learning loops so agents improve from outcomes, user corrections, and transcripts, and make that improvement measurable.
Make evals a release gate. No agent ships without tests for quality, safety, latency, and cost.
Data and the Context Graph
Own the context graph that links loads, trips, carriers, drivers, customers, documents, and conversations, and the entity resolution that keeps it trustworthy.
Partner on the data platform that feeds it, including event streams, CDC into Snowflake, data quality, and lineage, so agents and analytics share one source of truth.
Capture decision traces (the inputs gathered, the rule applied, any exception, who approved it, and why) so precedent becomes searchable for agents and people, while rules stay explicit.
Combine third-party, licensed, and proprietary data sources into intelligence customers can act on, with the provenance, licensing terms, and tenant boundaries of each source respected.
Safety, Isolation, and Reliability
Design agents that change data with scoped permissions, human approvals, and audit trails, and defend against prompt injection and tool misuse.
Enforce tenant isolation and least privilege across every agent, tool, and data path.
Own reliability and unit economics. Track cost per task, per call, and per tenant, and keep margins healthy as usage grows.
Staying Hands-On
Spend about a third of your time building: prototype, write evals, read traces, and debug production.
Review your team's designs and code with real depth, and stay current on models and tools, separating what works in production from what demos well.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work as a peer to product and design leadership on direction, architecture, sequencing, and delivery.
Work directly with customers and our Forward Deployed Engineering team, and turn repeated patterns into platform features.
The AI Fluency We Expect
We measure AI fluency by how you verify, not by how much you use AI. More autonomy is not always better. You match the level of autonomy to the risk of the work, and you hold yourself and the team to the same five competencies.
Delegation:
You decide whether to use AI at all, which task to hand off, and how much autonomy it gets.
Description:
You state goals, requirements, and limits clearly, from a single prompt up to project instructions, specs, and policy.
Discernment:
You check output against evidence: diffs, acceptance checks, evals, and production monitoring.
Diligence:
You own the effects, including data access, permissions, memory isolation, budgets, and kill switches.
Systems:
You know how models, context, tools, harnesses, and memory work, and where each one fails.
How You Work With Agents
Design multi-agent systems on paper before you build them. For each step, choose a rule, a small model, a frontier model, or a person, and measure cost per outcome, not cost per token.
Start from code-orchestrated workflows and add model-led autonomy only where the task needs exploration. Keep agent-to-agent handoffs few, and give each agent a contract: inputs, allowed tools, and output schema.
Put limits in code, not in prompts: hooks, sandboxed worktrees, and a stop condition, retry cap, and budget on every loop.
Separate the agent that writes from the agent that checks, and give the checker fresh context.
Work in an explore, plan, execute, verify, and compound rhythm, where every correction becomes a rule, skill, hook, or test.
Move fluently across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and choose an editor-first or agent-first surface based on who should hold the controls for the next step.
Where You Take the Team
Bring every engineer to running goal-based loops, where specs and checks are written first, never weakened to pass, and run by the agent itself.
Move the team from steering every turn to designing the system that steers the agent: its context, its harness, and its loop.
Build toward agents that run continuously in hosted sandboxes, each with its own least-privilege identity, a named owner, a budget, and a tested kill switch, with risk-scaled human review on financial actions, auth, settlements, and customer data.
Close the improvement loop. Capture traces, run error analysis on real failures every week, encode the fixes, and gate every change to rules, memory, or evals behind evals and a human approver. Self-improving never means self-approving.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years building software, including 3+ years managing engineers.
You've grown senior engineers and tech leads and remain a hands-on builder who can prototype, debug production, and review code credibly.
Production LLM systems.
You've shipped LLM-powered products to real users, not demos, and can explain what broke, what you measured, and what you changed.
Agentic engineering in your own work.
You build with coding agents every day and can show the multi-agent workflows, contracts, hooks, and loops you put into production, and the checks that kept them honest.
Depth in agent systems.
You've built with tool use, function calling, MCP, orchestration, memory, and retrieval, and you understand where agents fail.
Evaluation discipline.
You've built eval systems that combine offline suites, online metrics, human review, and transcript analysis, and used them to gate releases.
Strong data engineering judgment.
You've worked with event streams, CDC, cloud warehouses, dbt, and data quality, and you know how the shape of the data limits what models can do.
Distributed systems in production.
You've designed and operated production services with real reliability requirements.
Multi-tenant security.
You've secured multi-tenant SaaS and isolated customer data, and you treat agent permissions as a security boundary.
Language fluency.
You write Python or TypeScript fluently and are comfortable reading C#, F#, and .NET. Experience with F# or another functional language is a plus.
Startup-stage fit.
You've operated at Series B/C velocity amid ambiguity, thin support, competing priorities, and a bias toward shipping and learning.
Clear technical communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to an engineer, a customer, and an executive.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge graphs, context graphs, entity resolution, or GraphRAG in production.
Real-time voice agents, including telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, turn-taking, and latency budgets.
Fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from feedback, or prompt optimization against eval sets.
Embedded automation or workflow platforms such as Activepieces, n8n, or Temporal.
SRE experience, or a record of running systems other teams depend on.
Logistics or freight experience, or another vertical where data is deeply entangled with operations.
Founder or early-stage engineering leadership experience.
A history of hiring, growing, and retaining excellent engineers.

As the Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs, you will own what Anthropic brings to the table when we sit down with senior leaders from our most strategic customers. That covers Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and the other small-room gatherings where a C-level audience meets with our leaders, product teams, and researchers. You will set the content strategy across these programs, build the library of modules and the bench of speakers, and lead the team that keeps our content fresh as our models and products evolve.
This role works cross-functionally with Product & Solutions Marketing, who owns positioning and messaging across industries and products, and customer programs which owns each program's operations, intake, and customer experience. You own the layer in between: turning Anthropic's product, research, and policy story into sessions built for an executive audience, deciding who is best placed to deliver them, and designing interactive formats and demos that work for customers building on the frontier.
The right candidate has a product marketing or narrative background, has built content for C-level customer audiences at an enterprise technology company, and has managed a team.
Key responsibilities
Set and execute the content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other gatherings of strategic customers: the themes for the year, the narrative that connects them, and how content differs by program, audience, and purpose.
Build and maintain an evergreen library of content modules that program leads and account teams can assemble into an agenda without starting from scratch. Modules span product and roadmap, research, safety and policy, industry and use-case sessions, demos, and discussion guides.
Keep the library current. Set a refresh cadence tied to model and product launches, retire what is stale, maintain a pipeline of net-new content modules, and make sure nothing in front of a customer executive is out of date.
Identify, recruit, develop and certify speakers from Anthropic's executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Maintain the cross-program roster, shape each speaker's session, and prepare them for the room.
Design the experience, not only the presentation. Choose the format that fits the audience and the goal, whether that is a working session, a live demo, a conversation with a researcher, or a peer discussion among customers.
Partner with program leads on agendas for the highest-priority engagements, tailoring modules to the customer's objectives. Set the standards and templates that let every other engagement meet the same bar.
Work with Product & Solutions Marketing, Product, and Research so that executive-level content is ready when a launch happens, not weeks after.
Capture what customers say in these rooms, including themes, objections, and requests. Route it to Product, Research, Marketing, and go-to-market leadership, and use it to improve the content.
Measure what works, including session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance, and work with program leads to connect content to program outcomes.
Hire, manage, and develop the team responsible for executive program content, and set its quality bar.
Use Claude to scale the work: build workflows that tailor modules to a customer's industry and priorities so a customized session does not require a rebuild.
Minimum qualifications
Built content for C-level customer audiences in executive briefings, advisory boards, executive councils, or similar programs.
Built a content system that other people rely on, such as a module library, a session catalog, or a speaker program, and kept it current through frequent product change.
The technical fluency to work directly with researchers and engineers, understand what they have built, and explain it accurately to a business executive.
Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers, including giving direct feedback on their material.
Judgment about format: you know when a room needs a presentation, a demo, or a facilitated discussion, and you can design each one.
Experience managing people, including hiring and developing a team.
A high bar for writing. You can draft an executive session narrative yourself and improve one written by someone else.
Genuine interest in AI and in helping the world's largest enterprises adopt it responsibly.
Preferred qualifications
12+ years in product marketing, executive content, or executive customer programs at a B2B technology company. You have owned positioning and messaging for a technical product and know how to adapt it for different audiences.
Experience at a company where the product changes quickly and content has a short shelf life.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce or tailor content.
Experience facilitating executive discussions, not only preparing others to lead them.
Worked with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
