About the role
Hi, I'm Matt Lane, Manager of Account Management at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a revenue ownership role — you'll manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and building the kind of relationships that make customers want to grow with us. You'll be part of a tight-knit EMEA team and a key commercial voice for the accounts you own.
This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.
What we value
Commercial ownership — you treat your book of business like it's yours, because it is
Forecasting discipline and data-driven decision-making, not gut feel
Multi-threaded relationships — you build trust across the org, not just with one champion
Expansion through value, not feature gates or mechanical levers
Close partnership with Customer Success — you see CS as a collaborator, not a handoff
What you'll do
Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts — renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation
Drive growth by helping customers adopt
Customer.io
more strategically, identifying new use cases and articulating ROI clearly
Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately with a clear, repeatable methodology
Build multi-threaded relationships from day-to-day operators to Directors and VPs, becoming a trusted commercial advisor
Partner closely with Customer Success on account health and with Sales on expansion deals
Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward
What we're looking for
3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role with direct ownership of a revenue number (5+ years preferred)
Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the MM space
Proven ability to grow customer spend outside of overages or true-ups — genuine expansion through adoption and value articulation
A forecasting methodology you can walk through clearly — it doesn't need to be a named framework, just logic you own
Comfortable pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building your own dashboards
Strong communicator — clear and persuasive with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Based in the UK or Ireland

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits.
You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one.
You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee.
The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md http://CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks that encode Baseten workflows. Sandboxed environments where agents can build and test safely.
The golden path — Project templates and onboarding that ship with AI tooling configured and working. Self-serve infrastructure so teams build their own agents without you as the bottleneck. Gateway, auth, cost controls, and audit logging for internal model access.
The feedback loop — Eval harnesses that answer "is this config better than that one" against real Baseten tasks, not vibes. Instrumentation of AI tool usage and its downstream effects on cycle time, review latency, and change failure rate. Honest reporting, including on what you built that didn't pan out.
Agents in the SDLC — Automation where agents earn their keep: PR review triage, test gap-filling, incident context assembly, migrations and refactors, codebase Q&A. Integrating agents into CI/CD with guardrails that make it trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the internal AI developer platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation, measurement.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever ships next quarter), and build the context layer that makes them work against our monorepo.
- Build frameworks that let other engineers create their own agents without deep LLM expertise.
- Establish the evaluation practice for AI-assisted development at Baseten, and use it to drive investment decisions.
- Drive adoption through developer experience — good defaults, clear docs, low friction — not mandate.
- Embed with teams to find where AI genuinely unblocks them, then generalize those wins into platform capabilities.
- Own the safety layer: permissions, secrets handling, audit trails, cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling AI native SDLC
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, building tools other engineers depend on daily.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks — tool calling, MCP, context management, orchestration, failure handling. You've shipped something agentic that real people used, not just prototyped.
- Deep personal fluency with AI coding tools and well-formed opinions about where they break down.
- Platform mindset: you build for adoption and self-service, treat internal engineers as customers, and would rather ship a good default than write a style guide.
- Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals.
- Comfort with ambiguity — this space invalidates its own best practices every few months.
- Excellent written communication. Much of your leverage is docs, templates, and examples that scale beyond conversations you're in.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. - Work with product and infrastructure teams to ensure their services are deployable, observable, and resilient at scale.

- Build systems that automatically evaluate deployment health using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts to detect regressions and trigger safe rollbacks.

REQUIREMENTS

We're hiring a
HVAC Estimator
for a U.S.-based commercial mechanical contractor.
This is a
newly created position
, and it is first and foremost an estimating seat. The company wants one person who can own commercial HVAC estimating end-to-end — take-offs, pricing, bid packages — and become the internal authority on how they bid work.
As you learn their processes, the role expands to include project management support. That's the secondary half of the job, and it grows over time rather than starting on day one.
Their current project mix is hospitality — hotels, resorts, restaurants — plus office buildings. They are actively expanding into
data centers, hospitals and medical facilities, government projects, and high-rise commercial
.
You'll work directly with the leadership team, not through layers. This is a long-term hire.
Your primary role: HVAC estimating
This is where you'll spend most of your time.
Prepare complete estimates for commercial HVAC projects from drawings and specifications
Execute detailed material and equipment take-offs — ductwork, sheet metal, air handling equipment, piping, insulation, hangers and accessories
Build labor pricing using U.S. labor rates and productivity factors
Solicit, review and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Analyze scopes of work, identify exclusions and qualifications, and flag scope gaps before they become change orders
Raise RFIs and process addendums during the bid period
Assemble and submit complete, competitive bid packages within deadline
Build and maintain the company's cost databases, estimating templates and standardized workflows
Conduct post-bid reviews to improve accuracy and margin over time
Your secondary role: project management support
Once you're established in the estimating seat, you'll take on a growing share of this.
Prepare and track submittals
Assemble closeout documentation
Plan management and document control
Support change order pricing and scope adjustments
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree
Hands-on HVAC estimating experience
— you have personally priced commercial HVAC scope: ductwork, sheet metal, equipment, piping, and the associated labor
U.S. market experience
— you've worked to U.S. codes, labor rates and estimating conventions
Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
Plus:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience on
large commercial
HVAC projects
Strong
Bluebeam
skills
Experience with
Procore
Professional working English, written and spoken
Nice to have
Engineering license (P.E. or local equivalent)
Previous experience supporting project management on commercial construction

ASHRAE or SMACNA familiarity
Strong written communication — this is a remote role on a distributed team
Benefits
Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
Flexible schedules.
Work from anywhere.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (west coast). We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed
- Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off
- Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal
- Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue leakage
- Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out, from how they are quoted through the hand-off to billing
- Find and remove manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented
- Help us get and stay audit ready by making sure deals are recorded correctly
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle, from pricing and approvals through order form and billing hand-off
- Comfortable building process from scratch: workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation, without a playbook handed to you
- Sound judgment on the tradeoff between deal speed and control, and on sensitive pricing and deal information
- A clear communicator who can hold a deal conversation with an Account Executive, Finance, and a customer, and have each one walk away with what they need
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools; experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ is a strong plus
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
