We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in Canada and US.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Search & Storage squad is developing Grafana’s next-generation storage layer. As a key component of our App Platform, Unified Storage enables developers to build innovative applications using a Kubernetes-inspired Operator pattern to interact with data directly.
In addition to operating Unified Storage at scale within Grafana Cloud, our team manages two essential features for discovery and organization: Search, the unified engine for finding and querying all Grafana data, and Folders, for hierarchical content management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and
availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with Go, Rust, Python, or other similar programming languages
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with large distributed systems
Experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud o r experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Bonus Points For:
Have been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code
In US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings)/Base compensation range for this role is USD $154,445 - $185,334. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
Project Details
- Location: Remote (based in one of the approved countries below)
- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Bosnian (Cyrillic)
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools

Why Join Us
This role offers a long-term partnership with global teams on high-visibility products. You will benefit from steady project volume, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing upskilling, and access to established linguistic resources.

Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: VP Operations
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Working model: On-site, London
Working Hours 9am-6pm
Role snapshot
Mission: turn OneDome’s acquisition-led strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across platform, operations and partners.
Primary focus: operating-model design (post-acquisition), completion certainty, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You are the ‘programme manager on steroids’: you hold the whole machine in your head, zoom in/out fast, and relentlessly drive delivery.
Key partners: CEO, Chief of Staff, Product/Tech/Data leaders, Commercial/Partnerships, Risk/Compliance, and heads of acquired businesses.
Success is measured in completions, time-to-complete, cost-to-serve, partner performance, and operational risk outcomes—not activity.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal hire - OneDome has scaled quickly through acquisition and now needs a VP of Operations who can industrialise execution: remove duplicated legacy ways of working, create clarity of ownership, and build an operating cadence that makes performance repeatable.
Key responsibilities
Build and run the operating model: forums, governance, decision rights, OKRs/KPIs and cross-functional rituals that connect strategy to day-to-day delivery.
Lead post-acquisition integration: align processes, tooling, handoffs and incentives across acquired entities and the ‘mothership’ while protecting business continuity.
Own end-to-end completion performance: reduce friction and time-to-complete across mortgage, conveyancing and ancillary services; improve customer certainty and unit economics.
Drive partner operations at scale: set standards, SLAs and performance management across lenders, brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and other third parties.
Partner with Product/Tech/Data to prioritise automation and workflow tooling that de-risks operations, increases transparency, and surfaces issues early.
Strengthen operational risk: embed controls and auditability into operational processes, working closely with specialist risk/compliance functions to protect brand trust.
Build a high-performing operations organisation: structure teams, hire/coach leaders, create playbooks, and establish a culture of pace, detail and accountability.
Create a continuous improvement engine: instrument processes, diagnose failure points with data, and run systematic improvement cycles.
What success looks like
First
90 days
Complete a diagnostic of the current operating model, integration backlog, operational metrics and partner performance.
Agree a clear 100-day plan with the CEO/Chief of Staff: integration priorities, quick wins, and the next operating cadence.
Implement a visible governance rhythm (weekly/bi-weekly) with clean OKRs/KPIs and owners; remove ambiguity on decision rights.
Deliver early improvements in at least one high-friction area of the completion journey to build momentum.
12 months
A repeatable integration playbook that reduces time-to-integrate and avoids ‘legacy sprawl’.
Material improvement in completion rate and time-to-completion, with clear attribution to operational changes.
A stable, scalable operating cadence with reliable forecasting of delivery, partner performance and operational risk hotspots.
An operations team with strong middle leadership and clear accountability across the group.
Person specification
Essential experience
3-5 years of demonstrable operations leadership (COO/VP Ops/Head of Operations) in a fintech start-up/scale-up; marketplace and regulated delivery experience strongly valued.
Proven post-acquisition integration leadership: simplifying multi-entity operating models, harmonising processes and improving execution metrics.
Deep experience running multi-party delivery models reliant on external partners, with rigorous performance management.
Strong data fluency: uses funnel, operational and financial metrics to prioritise work, diagnose issues and make trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to build cadence, accountability and pace in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments.
Desirable
Formal programme delivery training (e.g., PRINCE2 / MSP / PgMP) or equivalent ‘battle-tested’ experience.
Experience in FCA-influenced or similarly regulated environments; comfort embedding controls without slowing the business to a crawl.
Exposure to mortgage, conveyancing, insurance, or other high-stakes customer journeys.
Behaviours and motivations
Structured and detail-obsessed: enjoys making messy, inherited processes clean and scalable.
High ownership, low ego: will get into the weeds, fix problems, then systematise and delegate.
Fast, clear thinker: can hold complexity and still communicate simply to drive decisions.
Bias for action with sound judgement: knows when to move fast and when to slow down for risk and reputation.

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. You will own how SE & SA work shows up in our sales process, systems, data, and planning. That includes engagement on opportunities, capacity and coverage, POC/POV tracking, quotas and technical-stage reporting. You will also support the broader sales org by keeping pipeline, forecast, and territory processes consistent. You will work closely with Business Systems and Reporting Analytics teams.

- Act as the Sales Operations partner to leadership, turning priorities into operating plans, process changes, and systems requirements
- Be the primary stakeholder for key GTM systems such as Opine and gain a deep knowledge of these systems to assist with implementation of automation, process improvements and new initiatives
- Own SE & SA related reporting and KPIs, such as coverage and ratios, engagement on pipeline, technical win rate, POC/POV conversion and cycle time, and influenced pipeline and bookings
- Design and run sales processes that involve SEs & SAs, including opportunity intake, team assignment and capacity-based routing, POC/POV tracking, and handoff to TAM
- Maintain data quality in Salesforce, including technical-stage fields, SE Owner, Opportunity Team assignment, and technical win/loss reasons
- Partner with Business Systems to scope, prioritize, and test Salesforce and GTM tool changes that affect SEs (Salesforce, Gong, Opine), and drive adoption
- Support SE & SA capacity, headcount, and coverage modeling, and align coverage to territory (ETM) design and the fiscal year planning cycle
- Support quota, territory, and compensation-related processes as they apply to SE & SA roles
- Collaborate with SE leadership and Enablement on onboarding, ramp tracking, and playbook rollout
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Support Ops, Finance, and Business Systems on cross-functional programs that touch the SE & SA workflow
- Lead projects from conception to release, including project plans, business requirement documents, and change management
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows, that reduce manual work for SEs, SAs and sellers
- Provide inputs (technical risk, POC status, SE engagement) to pipeline inspection and forecast calls, and support forecast hygiene across the sales org
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM operations function
- Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company
- Experience as the Sales Ops partner to a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or pre-sales organization
- Strong Salesforce knowledge (reports, dashboards, opportunity management, writing requirements for admins and developers); Gong, Opine, and similar preferred
- Track record building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting inputs for distributed, multi-region teams
- Experience defining and documenting scalable processes, such as capacity planning, POC workflows, and cross-team handoffs
- Knowledgeable in managing projects, including writing project plans, business requirement documents, and business summaries
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, SE, Product, Finance, and Business Systems without direct authority
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with technical audiences
- Able to work autonomously, with a constant focus on building for the future
