Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As Head of Legal, you will serve as Niantic Spatial's primary legal advisor and build the legal function from the ground up. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Security, and the executive team to negotiate strategic commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory matters, and establish practical processes that enable the business to move quickly. We are looking for a strong business partner who helps accelerate the company while managing risk.
This is a foundational role. You will set the legal operating model, own our most complex commercial relationships, and be a trusted voice at the leadership table — balancing legal rigor with the practical judgment a fast-moving company requires. Reporting to our CEO or President and COO, you will shape both the legal strategy and the organization that executes it as Niantic Spatial scales.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Company's Legal Partner
- Advise executive leadership on legal, strategic, and business matters.
- Provide practical, risk-balanced guidance that enables informed business decisions.
- Partner across every function to embed legal thinking into day-to-day operations.
Lead Commercial Contracting
- Own the negotiation and execution of enterprise customer, partner, supplier, reseller, technology, licensing, and data agreements.
- Partner with GTM to accelerate contract execution while protecting the company's interests.
- Develop standard agreements, negotiation playbooks, fallback language, and contracting best practices that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support strategic partnerships and complex commercial transactions.
Guide Corporate & Strategic Matters
- Manage corporate governance, Board support, and corporate records.
- Act as legal lead on corporate matters, including financing transactions.
- Support acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives as the company grows.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management
- Advise on privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, export controls, data licensing, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Engineering, and Product to address customer compliance obligations and public sector requirements.
- Develop practical legal policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes that scale with the business.
Build the Legal Function
- Establish the legal operating model, including processes, systems, templates, and outside counsel management.
- Create scalable legal operations that improve speed, consistency, and visibility.
- Manage wide-ranging patent and trademark portfolios to protect company intellectual property.
- Help define the long-term legal strategy and organization as Niantic Spatial continues to grow.
Manage Legal Disputes
- Respond to formal and alleged disputes initiated by third parties using cost-effective counsel.
- Drive litigation strategy.
- Provide risk assessments and status updates to the C-suite.
What You'll Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar, or the ability to register as in-house counsel in California.
- 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, with meaningful exposure to high-growth technology companies.
- Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise technology and commercial agreements — including software licensing, SaaS, AI, data, and technology transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters with sound business judgment and without requiring extensive outside counsel support for routine matters.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI and technology businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization — including executive leadership and the Board.
- A practical, collaborative approach that balances legal risk with business objectives and earns trust as a partner, not a gatekeeper.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, robotics, geospatial, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform companies.
- Experience with government contracting, public sector procurement, or defense customers.
- Familiarity with global privacy laws, AI governance frameworks, and international commercial transactions.
- Experience building or leading a legal function within a startup or scaling technology company.
In Your First Year
Within your first year, you will have:
- Become a trusted legal advisor to the executive leadership team and a credible voice at the leadership table.
- Meaningfully reduced commercial contract cycle times through improved processes, templates, and negotiation playbooks.
- Established scalable legal operations, including systems, policies, and governance frameworks, that enable business growth while managing risk.
- Built strong, trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering.
- Developed an effective outside counsel strategy that delivers high-quality legal support while managing spend.
- Created a legal function that is viewed as a business enabler - known for accelerating decisions, not slowing them down.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 –$340,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we're looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how enterprise software is sold and the Solutions Consultant is the cornerstone of that model. As a SC, you’ll own the full customer journey: from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, workflow implementation, expansion & renewal planning. You are the single owner of your accounts, accountable for ensuring what you sell actually gets realized. You’ll build live in front of customers, translate workflow designs into commercial outcomes, and be a trusted partner with genuine continuity across the entire relationship. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and you want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal—as the single account owner for your book of business, with responsibility for ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: the discovery is the demo, not the slide deck—you’ll run discovery, design current-to-future-state workflow architecture, and co-build in Notion with the customer
- Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own the outbound motion for your book, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders alongside BDR-sourced pipeline
- Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path
- Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing multi-workflow expansion
- Partner with Outcomes Architects (OA) on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution—owning the commercial arc while OAs drive day-to-day workflow adoption
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of a customer without a specialist in the room
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts, with the ability to map customer workflows and translate them into commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- You can own the room - you operate with agency and urgency to bring new ideas and workflows to our customers and present simple ways to solve complex problems
- You’re obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools & learning new ways of working
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new logo acquisition and expansion motions
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or CS team as part of an integrated customer motion

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field.
The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't.
- Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps actually act on. A build isn't done until the field is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day.
- Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role — ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
- You’ve shipped production agents on Vercel — build custom internal GTM apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) — you're actively building with these tools in production, not just experimenting
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool — you have opinions about how to use it well and you've pushed it to its limits
- Direct experience with Salesforce — you know the data model, you've built on it, and you're comfortable owning CRM-level changes
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong judgment on the build decision — you know when low-code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with highly technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions
- An instinct for stack consolidation — you've inherited a messy tool environment before and helped bring it toward something more intentional without breaking what works
- Systems thinker — you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they're reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
- Comfortable with a little sprawl — you're not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go
- Challenging work and exposure to a variety of ML startups.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, 1Password’s product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern the applications their employees use. You’ll shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, connecting deep technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs involved in building for enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
• Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including single sign-on (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns, as well as responsible AI-assisted product development.
What you can expect:
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences should be sequenced to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $172,000 USD and $249,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $155,000 CAD and $225,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply.
