Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Data Science organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo, powering decision-making across product, commercial and operational teams through experimentation and causal inference.
We’re hiring multiple Data Science Managers across different areas of the business. All of these roles are at the same level. Rather than hiring for one fixed team, we use the interview process to understand your strengths, interests and development areas, and then align you to the right scope and team at the end of the process, based on your background, interview performance, preferences and current business needs.
We’re also advertising some opportunities separately where particular domain experience is especially relevant. You only need to submit one application, as we’ll consider your profile across all suitable Data Science Manager vacancies. Before an offer is made, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the proposed team, either virtually or at our London headquarters, and learn more about the role’s scope and priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the analytical direction and measurable impact of a product or business area, while leading and developing a high-performing team of data scientists or machine learning engineers.
Our Data Science Managers work across a range of consumer, product and commercial areas. Depending on the team you join, your work could focus on areas such as customer retention and loyalty, pricing and promotions, discovery and personalisation, or customer acquisition and engagement.
Across all roles, you’ll lead and develop your team, set the analytical direction for your area and decide which problems are worth solving. You’ll ensure data science work translates into better product and commercial decisions, not just analysis.
You’ll remain hands-on while managing a team, partnering with Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance as a thought partner. You’ll set the bar for analytical rigour, prioritisation and impact across noisy metrics, real trade-offs and strong stakeholder opinions.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Experience line managing data scientists and supporting their career development
A strong background as a senior individual contributor, with hands-on experience in experimentation, causal inference or applied machine learning
Proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn insights into clear strategy and execution
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where prioritisation and judgement matter as much as technical skill
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll work on real-world problems at global scale, across a three-sided marketplace that is constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community organisers and more, united by a shared drive to make things better. Working here, you can expect:
High autonomy to shape strategy and deliver meaningful impact
Support to learn and grow through L&D programmes, mentoring and peer learning
A strong focus on wellbeing, with benefits that vary by country
A place to belong, with a diverse global workforce and active employee communities
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo

Senior Product Manager, Core People Technology
Location:
London |
Work model:
Hybrid |
Reports to:
Senior Manager, People Product
About the team
People Technology builds and runs the systems behind every hire, transfer, leave, pay change and offboard for our workforce across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our mission is to make the operational backbone of People Operations invisible when it works — reliable, compliant, and scalable across dozens of markets — so our people teams can focus on people, not process. This role sits on the People Product team, working alongside Business Systems Analysts, engineers and delivery leadership to bring product thinking to one of our highest-volume, highest-consequence surfaces.
About the role
Core is the Workday and HR platform surface that nearly every People Operations process runs through — pay, leave, employment status, right to work, and multi-country compliance for a global workforce. Demand structurally exceeds capacity, and requests arrive from every direction without a shared shape. You'll be the first dedicated product manager for this space, responsible for turning that inbound chaos into a defensible, well-communicated plan — and, over time, for building the intake, frameworks and partnerships that let the space run on systems rather than on you.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll be shaping tickets and sizing work alongside analysts and engineers, not managing from above.
What you'll be doing
Own the prioritised order of work for Core — building a clear, ranked plan, explaining the reasoning behind it, and being explicit about what's being deferred and why
Turn vague or incomplete partner requests into documented problems, mapped current-state processes, and testable outcomes
Partner directly and regularly with People Operations, Compliance, Payroll, Total Rewards and Business Systems Analysts, including holding "not now" conversations without damaging the relationship
Work hands-on with analysts and engineers to shape, size, and write tickets, keeping an accurate and current picture of committed, shipped, and carried-over work
Build and evolve the operating model across the analyst and engineering pod — the mechanisms, documentation and intake processes that let the space run with less coordination overhead
Use AI tools to accelerate translation of messy, multi-format, multi-language inbound requests into structured requirements and plans, while applying clear judgment about what should never be automated (anything touching pay, leave, employment status or right to work)
Escalate proactively on statutory or audit exposure, cross-space dependencies, and any trade-off that would move a compliance date
Report progress and delivery against plan to partners and leadership, including clear communication when outcomes fall short
Requirements
Experience owning a product or systems area end-to-end, with real decision rights over scope and sequencing — not co-ownership of a feature
Hands-on background with Workday or a comparable HRIS as a product manager or technical program manager, with genuine understanding of configuration, business processes, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to prioritise when demand structurally exceeds capacity, including a repeatable method (not just instinct) for deciding what to do and communicating what won't get done
Proven delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, comfortable starting when requirements are incomplete or undocumented
Experience translating a partner's requested solution into a well-defined problem, current-state understanding, and testable outcome
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, payroll, or other regulated/audit-exposed functions
Practical fluency with AI tools for requirements drafting, documentation, and structuring unstructured information, paired with sound judgment about where not to apply them

Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Location: London, England
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Dev Environments team sits within DoorDash's Foundations group (Platform Engineering). We own the local and remote developer experience across the DoorDash group of companies supporting over 5000 engineers. Our mission is to enable engineering velocity, quality, and efficiency at significant scale by removing friction from the day-to-day developer loop: spinning up a working environment, getting code building, and getting feedback fast, whether the "developer" is a human or an AI agent.
As a Staff Engineer on Dev Environments, you'll be recognised as an expert across the dev environments space, covering both local and remote dev flows, devcontainers, IDE/remote backends, and how they all fit together, including owning accountability for outcomes that span multiple teams. You'll set technical direction for the team's roadmap, unblock deep cross-cutting technical problems other engineers can't resolve alone, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership across the group to translate ambiguous, company-wide developer-experience problems into a concrete, sequenced technical strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical direction
Define the architecture for how thousands of engineers across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo actually develop and ship code: local and remote dev containers, remote IDE/VM lifecycle, and the full local-to-remote loop.
Build monorepo dev tooling at scale. It's part of consolidating all the companies under DoorDash’s umbrella onto one global backend - you're setting the standard, not patching one org's tooling.
Provision production-shaped environments in seconds, keep state in sync over the network, and make a remote machine feel local, reliably and cheaply, at thousands-of-concurrent-engineers scale.
Expect to invent as much as you adopt: much of this is genuinely unsolved elsewhere in the industry.
Design for AI agents as first-class consumers of the environment, not an afterthought: sandboxes that spin up on demand, run in parallel, and are safe to hand a real repo.
Support agents launched from an IDE, a CLI, or a Slack message - with no laptop required to review and ship what the agent did.
Collaboration & leadership
Align teams that don't naturally sit adjacent to each other (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, Product Engineering) around unstructured, ambiguous problems where there's no existing playbook.
Mentor engineers at all levels: run design reviews; raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance when appropriate.
Help set the hiring bar: lead interview loops, help calibrate, and support onboarding of senior hires.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
A track record of shipping production systems and leading cross-team initiatives with group level impact - comfortable owning delivery end to end, from design through to production and adoption.
Hands on fluency with the languages and tooling used to build developer tooling (e.g. Go, Python, TypeScript) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Experience managing compute via Kubernetes (multi-tenant workload isolation, autoscaling ephemeral workloads, cost management), or lightweight VM/sandbox technology (e.g. Firecracker).
Working knowledge of cloud networking, including securely and cost-effectively routing traffic across network boundaries (VPNs, service meshes, etc.)
Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into developer workflows - e.g. Claude Code - both locally, and remotely.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple non-adjacent teams without formal authority over them.
Experience building close working relationships with the engineering teams who consume your platform, not just the platform team itself.
Nice to have:
Experience in developer platforms or adjacent infrastructure: devcontainers, remote development, remote IDE backends, or developer workstation tooling.
Practical experience with JetBrains remote-backend flows, Codespaces/Codeserver-style products, or equivalent.
Experience with remote build/execution systems (e.g. BuildBuddy), or large-scale build caching.

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team with ample development opportunities. We're growing the Revenue Data team with Engineering and Accounting Data openings to drive automation and systems infrastructure. All whilst while keeping pace within one of the fastest growing marketplace companies globally.
About the Role
The Engineer for Accounting Infrastructure and Systems designs, builds, and maintains the scalable backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash / Deliveroo's accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and fellow engineers, this role translates complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, automated systems that ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong distributed-systems and data engineering expertise along with a solid understanding of financial processes, and takes technical ownership of critical projects while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the team's architecture and best practices.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Take technical ownership of critical accounting infrastructure projects — designing and building the backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash's financial reporting, reconciliation, and close workflows at scale.
Partner directly with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable, and automated systems.
Shape the team's architecture and engineering best practices, mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.
Drive measurable improvements in data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system performance in a high-impact, compliance-critical environment.
We're excited about you because…
You have 3 - 4+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex backend or data infrastructure projects.
You have deep expertise in distributed systems and data engineering, with hands-on experience in tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or similar modern data stack technologies.
You can navigate the intersection of engineering and finance — understanding concepts like revenue recognition, reconciliation, and auditability well enough to build systems that meet those requirements.
You have a collaborative, low-ego approach and can effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering.
Familiarity with SOX controls, data quality frameworks, or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a strong plus.
Why Join Us?
At DoorDash, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a massive marketplace that’s constantly evolving. By joining our London-based team on a Deliveroo contract, you get the unique advantage of working within a vibrant local business environment while directly blueprinting global-scale processes for the broader DoorDash Inc. group.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role.
Role Overview
As Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the day-to-day delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound.
Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Data Science, and Global/Central teams to build promotional plans that improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like:
Promotional Calendar Execution:
Own the day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, translating the quarterly plan into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back.
Promo Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development of strategies focused on how value propositions can change customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and our Partners.
CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right customer segment at the right moment.
Campaign Set-up & Accuracy:
Own the set-up of promotions end to end - eligibility, caps, dates, and copy - so every offer goes live as briefed and on time.
Customer-centric Programmes:
Work with Data Science to translate customer and performance data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
Budget Tracking:
Own campaign-level budget tracking and reporting, flagging when a promotion’s ROI or margin impact is off plan.
Performance Optimization:
Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and what’s worth testing next.
Test & Learn Agenda:
Design and run local test-and-learn experiments, feeding results back into the broader promotional strategy.
Competition Monitoring:
Keep on top of competitor trends and market activity to keep our offers sharp and well-positioned.
Customer Advocacy:
Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every promotion offers genuine value rather than just a lower price.
What You'll Need to Thrive:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions within a high-growth technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience owning or supporting customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, with working knowledge of core commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, GMV, margin impact) and how promotional decisions move them.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Rigor:
Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
Technical know-how:
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.
Attention to Detail:
Organised and accurate, able to run several campaigns at once without letting the details slip.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Execution Focus:
A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Language Skills:
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage in this market.

Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale.
We’re looking for a
Senior Android Engineer
to join our SDUI team. In this role, you’ll help us build and scale our server-driven UI (
SDUI
) platform, enabling teams to build a UI once and have it deploy seamlessly to iOS, Android, and Web without redeploying a new app — performantly and consistently. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically three days in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the SDUI team. We own the Android rendering layer of our server-driven UI platform, and the backend services that drive it, ensuring every consumer surface built on it is fast, correct, and visually indistinguishable from native.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive technical execution
by designing, building, and evolving the Android SDUI renderer — and the backend services (Kotlin, Golang, Protobuf) that feed it — to handle complex, real-time UI updates at scale.
Lead architectural improvements
and code reviews, ensuring the maintainability, visibility, and operational health of the renderer as more teams build on top of it.
Partner with cross-functional disciplines
(iOS and Web renderer engineers, product and design teams) to plan rollouts, align on platform decisions, and influence the roadmap.
Own large-scale initiatives
from design to delivery — including the push to bring SDUI motion and interaction quality to native-equivalent, and the ongoing migration off legacy rendering systems.
Support the growth of others
by mentoring colleagues and taking an active role in our engineering hiring process.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
5+ years building Android applications at scale
, with a deep understanding of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Backend development experience
, specifically with Golang, Kotlin, and Protobuf, and the comfort to move between client and server code as the work demands.
Experience building or maintaining a server-driven / declarative UI system
, with a keen interest in pushing what's possible with declarative rendering — bonus points if that included Litho or another DSL-based renderer.
A product mindset
, and the instinct to apply it to how you design platform services for the teams that build on top of them.
Demonstrated ownership of technical delivery
within cross-functional teams, guiding implementation choices and technical design for a platform other teams build on.
Strong communication skills
, working across time zones with iOS, Web, and Backend counterparts, plus PMs and multiple product teams.
A pride in software craft
, with a commitment to writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested mobile code.
Bonus points for exposure to Figma-to-code tooling, design-token/theming systems, or accessibility work in mobile rendering.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters — solving real problems for a platform that every consumer-facing team builds on. We’re renderer engineers, systems thinkers, and platform builders, brought together by a shared drive to make shipping UI changes fast and safe. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale
— Work on a rendering platform that every consumer surface depends on, used by millions of customers every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast
— Ship, test and improve the renderer quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership
— Take on big, ambiguous platform problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌍 A culture built for builders
— High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create
— Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.

Challenge functional recommendations constructively, asking the right questions to ensure proposed media plans, creative concepts and campaign choices meet France’s objectives.

in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, campaign planning or marketing programme management.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong critical thinking and sound judgement: able to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and assess whether proposed marketing choices support business objectives, without needing to be the technical expert in every discipline.

About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
