OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
At Wolt, we’re building technology that makes life in local neighborhoods simpler. Wolt Market is our online grocery business, bringing customers a curated range of everyday essentials quickly and reliably.
The Category Team shapes the assortment, promotions and supplier collaboration behind that experience. As a Category Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of the team ensuring promotional plans, data, communication and follow-ups move accurately and on time.
You'll receive guidance and support from experienced colleagues while taking ownership of your daily responsibilities and contributing to the commercial success of Wolt Market Serbia.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the Category Team. You will work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep commercial activities organised, accurately documented and delivered on schedule.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Analyse category, product and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve sales, profitability and assortment.
Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.
Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions and implementing commercial plans.
Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and timely campaign launches.
Implement pricing updates, campaigns and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to date.
Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance and retail systems teams to resolve issues and support business growth.
Improve daily processes through reporting tools, automation and AI to reduce manual work and increase accuracy and efficiency.
Our humble expectations*
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
1-3 years experience in category management, commercial support or coordination within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to turn data into practical insights.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales and profitability.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Confidence using presentation tools, business systems and reporting tools, along with a willingness to explore AI and automation.
A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role.
What we offer
You’ll gain broad exposure to the commercial engine of a fast-growing online grocery business and work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and cross-functional teams. This role offers a strong foundation to build commercial, analytical and operational skills while helping shape more efficient ways of working through data, systems and AI.
Next steps*
We review applications on a rolling basis. The recruitment process will include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the hiring team and a practical assessment or working session relevant to the role. An overview of this role
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be the deepest technical voice in the field for one product group, helping customers make technical decisions on GitLab's most important opportunities, roughly the top 10% by size or complexity.
Account Solutions Architects (Account SAs) will bring you into prioritized opportunities. The Account SA owns the opportunity; you own your product group's success within it. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, bringing customer needs and field insights into roadmap discussions. You'll also help the wider Solutions Architecture team build expertise through reusable assets, enablement, and coaching.
You'll specialize in one product group, not all four. In Security & Compliance, you'll focus on GitLab Ultimate, application security, Dependency Firewall, software supply chain security, compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. In Platform, you'll focus on GitLab Dedicated, self-managed deployments, bring your own model, and cloud and hybrid architecture. In Core DevSecOps, you'll focus on GitLab Premium, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), source code management, Orbit, Artifact Central, and migrations. DevSecOps brings development, security, and operations together across software delivery. In AI & Competitive, you'll focus on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, agentic workflows, AI-native development, competitive displacement including GitHub, and migrations.
Your success will be measured by technical win rate and bookings on SME-engaged opportunities, product-category commit attainment and consumption growth in your region, and Proof of Value (PoV) conversion rate, evaluation cycle time, and time from technical win to production use. We'll also measure how often Account SAs reuse your assets, their confidence in handling your product group without escalation, and the quality and impact of your feedback to Product.
What you’ll do
Act as the technical authority for your product group on prioritized opportunities, from discovery and architecture through trials and PoV evaluations.
Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and explain how GitLab differs from competing solutions.
Design and improve standardized PoV templates with clear, repeatable success criteria. Account SAs own the customer PoV; you'll contribute product-specific content and expertise while keeping the evaluation connected to the broader GitLab platform.
Equip account teams for product launches with Product Management and Product Marketing. Build demos and talk tracks, and turn early customer wins into reference stories.
Serve as the escalation point for Account SAs and Post-Sales Solutions Architects (Post-Sales SAs) on complex product questions, integrations, and objections.
Hand off PoV success criteria and architecture decisions to the Post-Sales SA with the account team when an opportunity closes. Stay involved until the customer's first production workload uses the product, and support complex accounts when Post-Sales SAs bring you in to drive adoption and consumption.
Bring structured field feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements to Product Management and Engineering with the wider SME team. Help manage early-access and design-partner programs, and represent GitLab through customer events, conferences, industry working groups, and published content.
Build reference architectures, demo environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement content so account teams can handle more opportunities without your direct involvement. Mentor Account SAs and contribute to GitLab's global SME community of practice.
What you’ll bring
Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or software engineering, with deep, hands-on expertise in one domain: application security testing, supply chain security, and compliance; scalable cloud and hybrid platforms; large CI/CD environments and source code migrations; or production AI-assisted development, working prototypes, and competitive evaluations.
Practical expertise in agentic and AI-assisted development workflows across planning, coding, testing, security, and delivery, applied in a customer-facing, pre-sales context.
Experience winning technical decisions on large, complex enterprise opportunities through structured Proof of Concept (PoC) or PoV evaluations with defined success criteria and executive sign-off.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider.
The ability to lead a whiteboard session with engineers and present the business case to executives in the same meeting.
Strong written communication, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear playbooks that others use.
Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Optional: public speaking, published technical content, open source contributions, or relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, or security.
If you bring transferable experience in an adjacent domain, we encourage you to apply.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is a self-custody wallet that does not hold users’ private keys. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, meaning a vulnerability in the product or its software delivery chain can lead directly to financial losses for users. As a result, MetaMask attracts sustained attention from financially motivated attackers and sophisticated supply chain actors.
We are looking for a
Senior Manager, Application Security
to lead application security across the MetaMask extension, mobile app, Snaps, backend services, DeFi primitives, stablecoins, and supporting smart contracts.
The role covers architecture, code, dependencies, build and release controls, security testing, and vulnerability disclosure. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the strategy and operating model, lead a small senior team, and remain directly involved in code review and threat modelling.
You will report to the Head of Security and work closely with MetaMask Engineering leadership to ensure security risks are understood, owned, and addressed.
Responsibilities
Leadership and planning
Lead and develop the Application Security team, including hiring, performance management and career development, while remaining directly involved in technical work.
Set the Application Security strategy, annual goals and quarterly OKRs in line with company objectives and the approved Target Operating Model. Define and track KPIs to measure performance and progress.
Report AppSec progress, coverage, remediation performance and material gaps to Security leadership and contribute to Risk Committee reporting.
Secure design and delivery
Define security review requirements across development and release, assess whether they are met and escalate unresolved risks.
Lead threat modelling and security design reviews across clients, APIs and backend services, including authentication, key management, signing and delegated actions. Assess trust boundaries across the full system and participate in architecture and RFC reviews.
Define software supply chain security requirements and work with engineering teams to implement and validate controls for dependencies, builds, artefacts and publishing.
Lead security code reviews across MetaMask applications and smart contracts, working with engineers and relevant specialists to address findings.
Define and evolve the secure development lifecycle to incorporate AI agents, including their access, actions and human review requirements. Set security standards for AI development tools, generated code and AI components in products.
Integrate security testing into development and delivery workflows, including static and dynamic analysis, dependency scanning, secrets detection and AI scanning. Evaluate tools and validate their findings.
Help engineers prevent recurring vulnerabilities through secure coding guidance, reusable libraries, training and the security champions programme.
Vulnerability management and external testing
Own application vulnerability assessment, triage, prioritisation and remediation tracking within the organisation’s vulnerability management framework. Correlate findings across clients, services and supporting infrastructure with the relevant owners to assess combined impact. Ensure findings have clear owners and deadlines, verify fixes and escalate overdue risks.
Set the scope and proposed investment for bug bounty, penetration testing and AI security scanning based on risk and results. Manage external providers, researcher relationships, rewards and payouts, and coordinate vulnerability disclosure.
Assurance and incident support
Provide evidence of application security controls for audits and assurance reviews, and support customer and partner due diligence.
Provide application security expertise during incidents, including vulnerability analysis and remediation support.
Qualifications
Required
:
At least eight years in application security or software engineering with a security focus, including two years leading people.
Strong practical code review skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go or Solidity across browser extensions, mobile applications and backend services, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and work with engineers to fix them.
Proven experience securing applications across clients and backend services, including distributed authentication, authorisation and key management.
Experience building or substantially improving an AppSec programme, including security reviews, automated testing, AI scanning, vulnerability management and developer support, with sound judgement on where AI adds value and how to validate its findings.
Practical experience securing software supply chains, including dependency policies, software composition analysis, npm, artefact integrity and CI/CD.
Experience running bug bounty and penetration testing programmes, including selecting and managing external providers.
Working knowledge of EVM smart contract security, including common vulnerabilities, review methods, upgrade and admin controls, and assessing external audits.
A record of delivering security improvements through engineering teams outside your reporting line.
Clear written communication, from actionable threat models to concise summaries of risk for executives.
Preferred
:
Offensive security qualifications such as OSCP, OSWE or OSWA, or a proven record in bug bounty programmes or CTF competitions.
Experience securing browser extensions or mobile applications.
Experience securing development workflows that use AI, or AI components in production applications.
Experience in crypto, Web3 or another sector facing sustained attacks, such as fintech, payments or infrastructure.
Knowledge of or a strong interest in applied cryptography.
Familiarity with attacks by state actors against software companies, particularly DPRK supply chain and social engineering campaigns.
Experience providing evidence of secure development controls for SOC 2 or ISO 27001 assessments.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Your mandate is to bring global cohesion to how we plan, assess, and hire revenue talent, with accountability for hiring quality, speed, and predictability. This is a high visibility role: your hiring plan underpins revenue commitments to the board.
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy. Translate business priorities into clear plans for each team and region, building alignment with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent. Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning, connecting coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs. Bring a clear point of view on priorities, sequencing, and achievable commitments, and adjust plans as the business changes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization. Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders, set clear expectations, and give teams the support and resources they need to succeed. Strengthen leadership capability, address performance gaps, and align recruiting capacity with business priorities.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent. Partner with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level, and embed it in sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Build the team’s ability to attract and close exceptional sellers and revenue leaders. Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for both quality and speed.
- Make hiring measurably better. Build trusted relationships and a regular decision-making cadence with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Set clear metrics, track progress, and act early on risks. Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI, so hiring is demonstrably faster and more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You have maintained a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions. You lead through your teams and are fully hands on, holding yourself to an even higher standard than those around you.
- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.
