ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.
What You'll Do
- Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in production systems, writing code and infrastructure, responding to incidents, and making security improvements without slowing down the teams building on the platform.
This role is fully remote; however, we’re only open to candidates based in the US and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- AWS Security: Own and improve security across Phantom’s multi-account AWS environment, including IAM, Identity Center, networking, compute, storage, secrets, logging, and organization-level guardrails.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in platform security, cloud security, infrastructure security, security engineering, or a closely related engineering role.
- Deep, hands-on experience securing production AWS environments. You understand IAM and resource policies, workload identity, network security, secrets management, logging, organization-level controls, and the ways these systems fail in practice.
- Deep experience securing Kubernetes in production, preferably Amazon EKS, including RBAC, workload identity, admission policy, network policy, pod security, secrets, and cluster hardening.
- Experience designing or securing mission-critical systems where compromise, excessive privilege, or loss of availability could have significant customer or business impact.
- Strong understanding of identity, authorization, least privilege, isolation, and blast-radius reduction across both human and machine access.
- Experience securing CI/CD and software supply chains, including GitHub Actions or similar systems, build runners, workload federation, artifacts, and production deployment paths.
- Experience writing and reviewing infrastructure as code using Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Ability to write production-quality code or automation in a language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- High agency and ownership. You can take an ambiguous platform-security problem from initial investigation through implementation and verified remediation.
- Clear communication and a strong track record of partnering with infrastructure and engineering teams while maintaining a high security bar.

- Experience building policy-as-code, automated remediation, or security tooling used by a large engineering organization.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or self-custodial wallet architecture.
The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE DATA FOUNDATIONS CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 MISSION
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Data Foundations - is one of its crews. Its mission: be the enabling and platform team for data lifecycle and privacy engineering across Alan: retention, deletion, anonymization, and pseudonymization, by design. It builds and runs the GDPR Orchestrator (the platform's current embodiment) and equips each area to own its own data rules on top of it. The team also handles data shared with third parties and partners, with Legal and Security on requirements, including authority-facing work (e.g. CNIL).
🔭 SCOPE
1. Own and evolve the privacy platform (build & run): its core engine, its safety mechanisms (preview/dry-run, audit trail), and its operational health (deploys, on-call, observability). You design the contract areas build on and keep it reliable as adoption grows.
2. Build the paved road (enable, teach to fish): docs, templates, and self-serve tooling so any of our 15+ areas can plug into the platform and manage its own data rules and dependencies. You coach areas through pairing and syncs; you build the capability rather than doing the work for them.
3. Coordinate across areas (the cross-area bridge): align legal, security, data, and the data-producing areas on requirements, surface cross-area data dependencies, and resolve design trade-offs between them. You own the coordination; each area stays accountable for its own data and rules.
4. Push the foundations forward: drive open platform design questions to a conclusion and grow the platform's capabilities as Alan's data, products, and footprint expand.
👀 FOCUS FOR 2026
- Own the platform: become the long-term owner of the GDPR Orchestrator and shape the roadmap for how Alan manages data lifecycle at scale.
- Raise the bar on the platform: invest in its safety, observability, and developer experience so areas build on it with confidence.
- Lay the paved road: ship the docs, templates, and tooling that let areas self-serve, then move ownership of data rules to the areas that produce the data.
- Scale the surface: grow the platform's reach across data stores and third-party systems as Alan expands into new countries.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Senior-level experience (typically 8+ years) in backend or platform software engineering, or equivalent, with deep production ownership (API and contract design, data modeling, running what you ship).
- You've built and operated platforms, libraries, or services that other engineers depend on, and you care about the contract you expose to them.
- You're comfortable operating across many teams and influencing without authoritarianism: getting legal, security, data, and product crews who don't report to you aligned on a plan, and driving it to completion.
- You bring pragmatism under constraint: you ship sound, safe solutions and improve them over time, rather than waiting for perfect.
- Strong plus: prior privacy, GDPR, or data-governance exposure, and experience working in an enabling or platform-team operating model.
- Explicitly not required: deep legal expertise. Legal and security partner with this role; they don't get replaced by it.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat platform engineering as product work: engineers and members are your customers, and doing the right thing with their data should feel effortless.
- You're hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You design and communicate: you're as comfortable writing a framing doc, drawing a dependency map, and aligning several areas on a design decision as you are writing the code.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast areas run their own data rules without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and safe-by-default abstractions that keep data handling correct and safe by design at scale.
- You're fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above the E level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

⭐️ THE DATA FOUNDATIONS TEAM ⭐
At Alan, every decision we make about our members' care, contracts and claims is a data decision. The Data Foundations team builds the platform that makes those decisions possible in a safe way.
- Being part of the Data Foundations team means you’ll build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used by everyone at Alan.
- We enable Alan’s data-driven nature and help our colleagues make the most of their data.
- Partner closely with people across Alan (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and build data solutions they can trust and use effectively.
- We own and manage all data-related tools that power Alan.
- AI is changing the way companies work with data: agents are becoming first-class users of our data warehouse. It opens a world of new usage and exciting features, as well as concerns around security, data quality and governance. We are building the foundations that allow Alan to make the most of this exciting new paradigm.
- Alan is expanding quickly: we went from 4 to 6 countries this year and we won’t stop there. Our objective is to onboard new countries in weeks, not months. Having strong data foundations is a cornerstone of that expansion, allowing our teams to make sense of a patchwork of insurance systems, regulations and reporting rules.
- Examples of our missions:
- improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines,
- enable reliable and secure access to our data warehouse for Alaners and AI agents,
- strengthen security and governance around our data assets,
- define and implement standard data practices across Alan,
- maintain and evolve our core data infrastructure to accommodate Alan's international expansion and growing product breadth…
- Our core tools include Python, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Metabase, Terraform, dbt, and others.
- Who you'll work with: Data Foundations is a small, high-leverage team inside the Tech Foundations area, whose mission is to enable product crews through world-class infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and built-in security. You'd be joining as one of its core engineers, working daily with the whole Data community at Alan.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating impact in Data positions. We welcome candidates from early-career to highly experienced profiles. You may already have strong expertise in Data Engineering, or be an experienced data or software engineer looking to deepen your specialization in this area.
- Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration (Airflow or similar), a cloud data warehouse, infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing systems, tools or libraries used by other engineers, scientists or analysts.
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft.
- Curious about AI and eager to use it thoughtfully to increase your impact.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!).
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Developer Educator to help us create best-in-class video, written, and hands-on education content for Webflow customers, and those who want to define the next phases of the web. You’ll present on camera as a developer educator, and, to keep your skills fresh, you’ll build production grade sites using Webflow that we use in our education videos and courses. You’ll also keep your skills fresh by learning how to integrate Webflow with other services and technologies and then develop content demonstrating how.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: San Francisco HQ or Remote (United States)
- Travel required to SF - 1 week per month
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $129,000 - $155,000
- Zone B: $121,500 - $146,000
- Zone C: $113,000 - $136,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director, Education Video
As a Senior Developer Educator you’ll …
- Build the reference websites that anchor Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training — real, production-quality sites and components that hold up to scrutiny from developers and designers, not just demos that survive a screen recording (see examples in our videos at Webflow University https://university.webflow.com/videos)
- Shape technical curriculum in partnership with instructional designers and video producers, scoping what each lesson needs to demonstrate and why, before anything gets built or shot
- Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions — walking through code and craft with the clarity of someone who actually built the thing
- Work alongside video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review, so what's on screen empowers learners to do the thing
- Serve as the education team's technical subject matter expert, reviewing content for accuracy and pressure-testing it against how people really work and build
- Keep the technical library current as the platform ships, deciding what's gone stale, what needs rebuilding, and what's newly worth teaching
- Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming, so education is ready when it launches rather than catching up after
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code - leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera - from an outline or word-for-word script, in studio or from your own home setup
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Educator if you:
- Build things because you need to understand them, not just to ship them
- Can address multiple audiences — the visual developer who's never opened a code editor, the engineer evaluating how Webflow can help them build better, and the marketer who’s been handed off components and templates to build with
- Take feedback on your on-camera work as craft input rather than personal critique
- Enjoy collaborating with technical and less technical education teammates alike, recognizing the unique role each person plays in the success of a project
- Are passionate about learning, education, and helping others succeed
- Are equally confident showing the messy middle of a build or the polished result
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

What the Role Is
Babylist Health is scaling past DME into insurance-covered classes and lactation consulting, and we need a seasoned operations leader who can build the rigorous operational and compliance foundation that enables the business to scale safely and effectively. The Payer and Clinical Operations Associate Director owns that foundation — making sure new payers go live smoothly, existing payer operations run without disruption, and every license and credential tied to our clinical services is valid, current, and audit-ready.
You’ll manage a high performance team that delivers both quality and operational excellence. You're the first call when an audit, site inspection, or major payer transition lands, and the person tracking payer-level performance closely enough to catch operational problems before they become incidents. This role reports to the GM of Babylist Health and leads a team of two.
This role works closely with our billing/claims (RCM), product, and customer support functions— you own the operational compliance side of payer and clinical work, and partner closely with these teams day to day.
Who You Are
You've run payer operations at scale, across more than one contract type or service line
— bringing new payers live on schedule, managing transitions, and keeping existing contracts in good standing.
You know healthcare licensing and credentialing well enough to own it without doing it yourself
— state licensure, site inspections, payer-level credentialing. You've built or bought the capacity to execute, and stayed accountable for it being right.
You've owned the operational relationship with payers directly
— you've been in the room when something urgent lands, not briefed on it afterward.
You've worked in multi-state regulatory compliance
and can translate rule changes into process, documentation, and record-keeping that people actually follow.
You've managed both commercial and Medicaid payer work
, including Medicaid expansion into new states.
You set direction and write requirements, rather than waiting for someone else to define the roadmap.
You're a strong people manager who can coach and performance manage, and you stay close enough to the work to catch problems early.
You build process rather than follow it — you bring order to ambiguous, fast-changing operational work, and leaders can tell at a glance where things stand.
You operate comfortably across a large, matrixed organization — partnering daily with billing and RCM, legal, product, and customer support without owning any of those functions.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the onboarding of every new payer — a smooth go-live is your responsibility, you own the process, the timeline and the cross functional collaboration to ensure the business is ready to service new payers on time and in full
Keep existing payer operations running clean, catching and fixing friction before it becomes a pattern. Examples include ensuring payers have efficient AR processes (EFT set up, payment schedules), ensuring we are servicing all eligible sub-plans, staying on top of changing allowable amounts and perpetuating these through our systems etc.
Own licensing and credentialing for our clinical services, including IBCLC credentialing, as we expand into classes and lactation consulting — every license current, every credential valid, every renewal ahead of deadline.
Lead the response when an audit, site inspection, or license renewal lands — you're the point of contact, and leading the response
Lead identification and implementation of compliance best practices across the Babylist Health org
Manage payer transitions end-to-end, including major payer changes, with a clear plan and clear communication to stakeholders.
Build and maintain visibility into payer-level performance — where things are working, where they're not, and what needs attention next.
Program-manage both day to day reporting and monitoring of the business as well as the operational side of new launches, such as launching new DME types, new lines of business etc.
Manage and develop two direct reports, building a team that scales with the business.
Partner cross-functionally with billing/RCM, legal, product and the payer contracting team — you own operations and compliance to facilitate their work
Why This Role
Babylist Health is scaling into classes and lactation consulting right now — you're building the operational and compliance playbook while it still doesn't exist, not maintaining one someone else wrote.
You'll lead a team from day one, with a direct line to the GM of Babylist Health.
The scope is broad and real: licensing, credentialing, audits, payer transitions, and program management for new lines of business all sit with you — not split across five different roles.
This is one of the moments that determines whether growth actually happens — the business can't scale into Medicaid and new clinical services without operations that hold up.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$133,567 to $178,118
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Teams do their best work when they’re aligned, and alignment depends on shared context. Today, the context that matters most to a team is scattered across a dozen tools: tickets in Jira and Linear, specs in Confluence and Google Docs, decisions buried in meeting notes, threads in Slack and Teams. Every new conversation starts with someone hunting it down.
We’re changing that. The Integrated Workflows team is building the layer that brings a team’s real working context into Mural, so people (and the AI working alongside them) can align on shared knowledge and design the workflows they need. When this works, a person opens a canvas and the project, the open work, the last three meetings, and the doc everyone keeps referencing are already there. No team should have to start from a blank canvas. That’s the problem we’re solving, and we’re early enough that the person in this seat will shape how it’s done.
YOUR MISSION
This isn’t connector maintenance. You’ll be defining how an AI-native product reaches into the outside world: what context to pull, how to represent it so models can reason over it, how to respect permissions and privacy across systems that each model them differently, and how to make all of that feel effortless to the end user. Few teams anywhere are working at this intersection of AI, integrations, and collaborative product design.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build connectors, including MCP-based connectors, that bring context from systems of record, docs and wikis (Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, and others), meeting notes, and communication tools into the Mural canvas
- Shape how that context is modeled, normalized, and made useful to users, so the canvas becomes a live picture of how a team works rather than a snapshot of one meeting
- Bridge product and engineering: translate messy realities (different auth models, data shapes, rate limits, permission systems, partner review processes) into a product experience that just works
- Build the integration platform, the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship connected, context-aware experiences without starting from scratch
- Own the security and trust posture of everything crossing our system boundary, including permissions, data handling, and graceful behavior when an upstream service misbehaves
- Maintain and evolve our public API with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands
- Lead projects end to end, from research and prototyping through release and iteration, with a bias toward getting value into customers’ hands quickly
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you build, and help the team get better at it
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to technical design, and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and documentation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A product mindset: you care about why something is being built and who it’s for, not just how
- 5+ years building and shipping production software at scale, with fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js (React and Python are a plus)
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and degrading gracefully when things fail
- Genuine curiosity about AI-driven products and development practices, and a willingness to experiment
- A track record of designing scalable, reliable systems and delivering them iteratively
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions and navigating trade-offs
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or interest in learning it
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Office add-ins) or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process
- Experience designing or maintaining a public developer API
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
