ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

As a Senior Security Engineer embedded in the Desktop engineering team, you will own the security posture of a complex, cross-platform product that sits at the intersection of identity, OCI runtimes, and Linux kernel internals. You will be the team's primary security voice, reviewing features and code before they ship, partnering with our central security organization, and serving as the first line of triage for reported vulnerabilities.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thinks in threat models and communicates clearly with both product engineers and security specialists alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with engineering and product teams throughout the development lifecycle to identify security risks early, from design review through code review and release.
- Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new and evolving product features, with particular focus on authentication, authorization, and container runtime security.
- Serve as the team's primary liaison to the organization's security group, attending security syncs, relaying guidance, and translating central policy into practical engineering decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming vulnerability reports and CVEs: validate severity, reproduce issues, coordinate disclosure timelines, and drive remediation with the relevant engineers.
- Review Go code with a security mindset, identifying classes of issues such as privilege escalation, insecure defaults, injection risks, and improper credential handling.
- Contribute security-focused improvements directly to the codebase where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain internal security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks for the team.
- Stay current on the Linux security landscape as it pertains to containers: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, AppArmor, capabilities, and the evolving OCI ecosystem.
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or a closely related discipline, with a track record at senior or staff level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, with the ability to review and contribute to production-grade code.
- Deep understanding of Linux fundamentals relevant to container security: namespaces, cgroups, capabilities, seccomp profiles, AppArmor/SELinux, rootless containers, and privilege boundaries.
- Solid grasp of OCI specifications and container runtime security (e.g. runc, containerd, BuildKit).
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token handling, and auth flows in desktop or cloud-adjacent contexts.
- Experience performing security design reviews, threat modeling, and participating in secure development workflows.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes: CVE triage, CVSS scoring, coordinated disclosure, and working with external reporters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable bridging the gap between a dedicated security team and a product engineering team.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
You will onboard into the team and get hands-on with the Docker Desktop codebase, architecture, and development workflow. You will meet your counterparts in the central security organization and learn how vulnerability reports are currently handled. The goal is to listen, ask questions, and build a clear picture of the product's current security posture, not to change anything yet.
FIRST 90 DAYS
You will be an active participant in design and code reviews, bringing a security lens to features in flight. You will have taken ownership of the vulnerability intake process, handling your first end-to-end triage cycles with minimal guidance. You will have a working relationship with the engineers on the team and a growing sense of where the most meaningful security investments should be made.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
You will be the team's trusted authority on product security. You will have driven meaningful improvements to how the team approaches security across the development lifecycle, whether that's better threat modeling practices, improved auth flows, stronger container isolation defaults, or reduced time-to-remediation for reported issues. you will be a known presence in the broader security organization, and your work will be directly visible in the security and resilience of a product used by millions of developers every day.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's production models undergo sophisticated post-training processes to enhance their capabilities, alignment, and safety. Decisions in production training depend on knowing how the model is really behaving. Our team's mission is to have the best observability into production post-training runs at Anthropic: to be the clearest, most trusted view of model quality during training. We shape what gets measured, keep the signal trustworthy and timely, and get to the bottom of surprising results to inform post-training and release decisions.
In this role you will lead the science of how we evaluate production training runs. You'll work out which measurements tell us something real about the model, notice when they stop doing so, and find what we should be measuring but aren't. You'll partner with research teams across every RL domain, bringing their priorities into what we measure and setting the standard for what makes an eval trustworthy across post-training. You'll also be hands-on with the eval fleet day to day, because the best questions about measurement come from watching real results come in during a live run.
Responsibilities
Steer the eval strategy for production Claude models: study and optimize the eval mix so it gives the most accurate and complete assessment of model quality
Run and monitor the eval fleet live to understand how each Claude model is developing as it trains
Advise teams across post-training on eval methodology, and help eval authors bring new evals up to the bar for production
Investigate regressions in production runs and inform training interventions when appropriate
Build the dashboards, alerts, and reports that researchers and leadership use to track model quality
You may be a good fit if you
Have designed, run, and analyzed evaluations for ML models at scale
Care deeply about measurement quality, thinking twice before trusting a number
Can turn ambiguous results into clear recommendations, and are comfortable influencing direction across teams
Have strong Python skills and are comfortable working with production systems
Maintain clarity and rigor when debugging complex, time-sensitive issues
Thrive in controlled chaos and are energized, rather than overwhelmed, when juggling multiple urgent priorities during a live training run
Care about the societal impacts of your work and about shipping frontier models responsibly
Strong candidates may also have
Hands-on experience post-training large language models
Research experience in ML evaluation or benchmarking
Background in statistics and experimental design
Experience developing robust evaluation metrics for ML systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$500,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them.
A few things that define how we operate:
- One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle.
- If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack.
- We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed.
- We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job.
- We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters.
You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure.
OUR TEAMS
Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does.
Right now, we operate across four areas:
- Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale
- Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything
- Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture
- Internal Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team.
Day to day, you will:
- Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale.
- Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved.
- Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time.
- Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments (e.g. FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers.
- Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE.
- Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom.
- Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team.
The mindset we're looking for:
- You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem.
- You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job.
- You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right.
- You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win.
- You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one.
- You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am.
Experience profile:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems at production scale
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with observability practices (SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards)
- Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end, including cross-team coordination
- Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — we expect our engineers to leverage these tools to move faster and think bigger
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns
- Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal)
- Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2)
