ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and produce the training and enablement content that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing (PMM), Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts — including our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team — and GTM leaders to identify content needs, build clear requirements, and produce field-ready content — documents, videos, Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications — that fuels GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy.
This role takes real technical understanding: you’ll need to get comfortable with how Docker’s product works — including newer, more technical areas like AI Governance — and translate that technical depth into simple, sales-ready value positioning the field can use with confidence. This isn’t a fully technical role, but it does require the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical features well enough to explain them simply.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves translating complex technical ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences, and who cares just as much about keeping content easy to find as they do about making it great. If you enjoy partnering across teams, building a single source of truth for enablement content, and making sure the field can always find what they need, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Needs & Requirements
- Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Turn input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
- Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM execution needs, and field urgency.
Content Production
- Write, design, and produce enablement content across formats: documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks.
- Build and maintain courses, quizzes, and certifications for onboarding and ongoing training within Mindtickle.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Partner with our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team to produce enablement content — feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards — that translates technical AI Governance capabilities into clear, sales-ready value positioning.
- Build content that reinforces and extends Docker’s Command of the Message sales methodology, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value language stay consistent across all enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMM, Product, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to launches and positioning.
- Partner with GTM leaders to make sure training collateral supports GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy in the field.
- Build a working technical understanding of Docker’s product — including AI Governance and other technical capabilities — directly from teams like AIG, then translate that understanding into content the field can use with confidence.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product, Marketing, and PMM to keep content grounded in what the field actually needs.
Content Governance & Findability
- Own a single source of truth for enablement content, retiring duplicates and outdated material as new content ships.
- Organize and tag content so it’s easy to search and find within Mindtickle and other systems, for both Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Maintain a consistent voice, structure, and visual standard across all enablement content.
- Use completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to identify what’s working and what needs to be reworked.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of experience creating content in a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity — comfortable building a working understanding of Docker’s product and features (including more technical areas like AI Governance) and translating that understanding into simple, sales-ready value positioning. This role does not require deep engineering expertise, but does require the ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience producing video content, from scripting through basic editing.
- Comfort building courses, assessments, or certifications in an LMS (Mindtickle experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you can work with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience organizing content so it’s easy to search, find, and trust as a single source of truth.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and brand consistency overall.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience creating enablement content for technical, platform, or security/governance-related features (e.g., access controls, compliance, or AI governance).
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or a similar sales enablement/LMS platform.
- Experience with video recording/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vidyard, Loom).
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Experience organizing content libraries or knowledge bases — tagging, taxonomy, and search — in a CMS or LMS.
- Background in graphic design or presentation design.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
First 30 Days — Learn & Listen
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and existing enablement content library.
- Meet with PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders to understand current content gaps.
- Get up to speed on Mindtickle and the team’s other content and enablement tools.
First 90 Days — Take Ownership
- Own production of at least one major piece of enablement content, start to finish, in partnership with PMM, Product, or Marketing.
- Ship enablement content for at least one technical feature or launch — potentially in partnership with the AIG overlay team — translating it into clear value positioning.
- Begin organizing the content library so it’s easier to search and find.
First Year — Drive Impact
- Be the go-to owner for enablement content production, trusted by PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders.
- Maintain a single source of truth for content that’s current, easy to navigate, and consistently used by Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Use engagement and feedback data to continuously raise the bar on content quality and findability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a Staff level Engineer to lead the design and development of a next-generation Data Platform at Vercel. This is a unique opportunity to architect a foundational system that will power data across our products and business, supporting everything from real-time analytics to AI/ML initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for our data ecosystem, work across the organization to align engineering strategy with product goals, and build scalable, reliable systems using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting high standards for design and data governance, and mentoring a team of engineers as the organization grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building scalable data systems that drive product innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Design and implement a next-generation data platform that supports diverse requirements, including batch and real-time integrations, advanced analytics, and multiple data types, leveraging Kafka, Kafka-based tooling, and additional streaming technologies to power real-time data movement and processing.
Work with engineering, product, and senior leadership teams across Vercel to architect solutions that address business needs, aligning technical strategies with product goals and ensuring seamless data availability and usability.
Define and maintain guidelines for data ingestion, creation, enrichment, and storage, while overseeing data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to achieve low-latency analytics and scalable storage.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the tech stack, setting the example for engineering excellence, and provide mentorship and direction that fosters continuous improvement and innovation in the team.
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to data protection standards, and champion high availability and fault tolerance through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that ensure efficiency, scalability, and high performance, and evaluate build-vs-buy trade-offs, integrating vendor solutions where appropriate.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning teams to evolve infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives, serving as a key contributor to strategy, tooling, and platform enhancements for ML-related workloads.
Act as a key decision-maker for discovering, vetting, and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's success, and establish multi-phase strategic roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and drive data platform maturity.
What you need
8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles, with at least 5 years at the Principal Engineer level.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures at high scale in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance and security, and adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting sensitive information.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying organizational levels.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices across the organization.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.
What You'll Do
- Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
