Location: Prague; Limassol
Workplace: remote
Join Azul at a pivotal moment as we expand the market for Java intelligence and observability solutions that help enterprises optimize, secure and modernize their Java environments.
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Java Intelligence, you will be responsible for market strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution and commercial success for key areas of Azul’s Java Intelligence portfolio, including Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub and Payara InSight.
You will shape how customers understand the value of these solutions, influence product direction in partnership with Product Management and Engineering and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, strong market instincts and the ability to lead through influence, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for developers, architects, operations teams and enterprise decision-makers.
This role will ideally be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Limassol, Cyprus
Or remotely in Europe or the EU.
What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)
You will be responsible for specific areas across Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, working closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners. You will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging, market positioning, and business performance for your areas. You’ll use customer insight, market data, and business results to recommend direction, build alignment, and drive decisions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
The balance of your focus across the three products will evolve as business priorities change. These products are also closely connected to Azul’s Java runtimes: Optimizer Hub ships as part of Azul Prime, while Intelligence Cloud’s JVM Inventory supports Azul Core Oracle migration initiatives. Your work will therefore influence broader product and runtime priorities, and at times may include direct involvement with Azul Core and Azul Prime.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will come through strong product judgment, clarity, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to influence teams and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
Drive business and product outcomes.
Define meaningful measures of success for your product areas and use them to guide priorities and decisions. Monitor sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention, and other relevant product and business metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to understand performance, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust product direction when the data or customer feedback indicates a change is needed.
Shape product strategy.
Develop and recommend the multi-year direction for your areas, including where the products can differentiate, which customer segments and use cases to prioritize, and where Azul should build, partner, or integrate. Ensure your recommendations reflect customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and Azul’s broader enterprise and open-source portfolio.
Partner with executive leadership.
Report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with the CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO, and other senior leaders. Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, pricing considerations, customer insights, and business results clearly and credibly. Use evidence to support recommendations, invite constructive challenge, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
Translate strategy into roadmap priorities.
Turn product strategy into clear, sequenced, and achievable roadmap recommendations. Evaluate priorities and trade-offs across products and initiatives, build alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing, and help teams understand both what is being prioritized and why. Communicate roadmap direction effectively to internal stakeholders and customers while balancing customer needs, business opportunity, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
Develop pricing and packaging recommendations.
Help shape how Intelligence Cloud is priced, packaged, and metered across Java environments of varying sizes and complexity, how Optimizer Hub is positioned and packaged as part of Azul Prime, and how Payara InSight is packaged for Azul Payara customers. Develop and test pricing models, gather feedback from customers and the field, and partner with finance, sales, and leadership to refine and implement recommendations.
Lead inbound product management activities.
Partner closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements and design reviews through implementation decisions and release readiness. Lead customer discovery and requirements sessions, translate customer problems into clear product needs, and provide direction on UX and UI priorities. For areas involving Optimizer Hub, consider the operator experience of installing, sizing, and running the product on Kubernetes. Contribute to customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-base content, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and continually evaluate the usability of the product.
Lead outbound product management activities.
Partner with marketing on positioning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing content. Participate in customer and prospect conversations, support strategic deals and escalations, and conduct ongoing market and competitive research. Help ensure product messaging resonates with developers, platform teams, technical decision-makers, and executive buyers.
Build technical credibility.
Develop a strong working understanding of the technologies behind the products and engage effectively with engineering teams on product and technical trade-offs. You do not need to be a JVM internals expert, but you should understand JVM architecture and operating principles, including JIT compilation and warm-up, well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business value.
What you bring (aka Experience, Skills)
8+ years experience in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end to end — strategy through launch through revenue.
Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in an adjacent market: application performance monitoring, application security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics.
Fluency with AI tools and experience operating in an AI-first product management organization — you use them in your daily product work and have a view on where they help and where they don't.
Deep technical fluency generally — you can read an architecture diagram, follow an engineering debate, and ask the question that changes the answer.
Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product, including the messy cross-functional work of getting a model approved and into market.
Understanding of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as the key influencers in an enterprise sales cycle.
Strong domain knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English — equally effective with an engineer and with a Fortune 100 CIO.
Comfortable in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone setup: self-directed, and a strong writer because writing is how decisions get made here.
Comfortable in a startup-shaped environment where bringing order to chaos is part of the job.
Nice to have
Hands-on software or quality engineering background — you have written code and debugged production systems.
Experience with open source communities.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization: how compute is provisioned, monitored, and optimized.
Experience taking a new product from early traction to a durable revenue line.
Working knowledge of Java and Java development tooling.
Familiarity with Jakarta EE application servers (Payara, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss) and OpenTelemetry.
Experience working across more than one product at once, especially products at different stages or sold through different motions.
Experience with infrastructure software that customers deploy and operate themselves, not just SaaS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The agent must collect and use a card number but can never see it. This work sits across four hard technical domains: payments, security, real-time voice, and LLMs. Voice is the core challenge. A caller speaks or types a card number in a live, low-latency audio stream, and the digits must never reach the model, while the model stays on the call.
Sierra owns every system that touches card data, and one small team owns it end to end across three workstreams: Platform, Product, and Safety & Integrity. Customers keep their own telephony and payment gateways. Payments is live in production for some of the largest consumer enterprises, on a platform that handles hundreds of millions of calls a year. The platform is certified to PCI DSS Level 1.
- Build real-time card capture for voice: intercept keypad and spoken digits in a live audio stream, upstream of the agent runtime in a network-segmented environment, while the LLM stays live on the call. Make it work across every telephony provider and protocol Sierra supports.
- Build and extend the tokenization platform: agents receive and send short-lived tokens, and the platform swaps a token for the real value only when it calls the customer's payment gateway.
- Own the payments egress control plane: every destination for card data is approved, versioned with the agent release, and enforced by infrastructure below the application, not by convention.
- Make payment actions correct: an at-most-once action primitive in the Agent SDK, validated amounts and items, and monitoring that compares what the agent said about a payment with what really happened.
- Keep card data out of places it should not be: deterministic detection in the agent's hot path that catches what general-purpose models miss. No LLM, including any we build ourselves, ever sees a plaintext card number.
- Make payments self-serve: one payments API across Agent Studio, the Agent SDK, and Ghostwriter, Sierra's agent-building agent; gateway middleware that developers write against tokens; and support for single-tenant and customer-cloud deployments. Any team can add payments to an agent without a payments engineer in the loop.
- Grow the platform beyond cards: extend tokenization into a privacy vault for all PII.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years building backend, platform, or infrastructure systems, with a track record of shipping and operating high-reliability services in production.
- A deep security instinct. You design as though every component will eventually be compromised, and you reason naturally about blast radius, least privilege, and making bad states impossible rather than reacting to them.
- Rigor about correctness under failure: retries, idempotency, at-most-once behavior, and clear handling of timeouts and unclear results from external systems.
- Fluency in a systems language (we use Go) and comfort owning critical systems end to end, from design through production and on-call.
- Range and ownership. You like a small team with broad scope, you build clean abstractions over messy external systems, and you're never satisfied solving a problem once per customer.
- Clear communication. You can explain a design or a risk to other engineering teams and to non-engineers.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
You don't need payments experience. The engineers who built this platform came from backend, infrastructure, and security work, not payments. We care more about how you build correct, secure systems than about the word "payments" on your resume.
EVEN BETTER…
- Real-time or streaming systems: voice, telephony, media, or low-latency pipelines.
- Applied cryptography and key management, network isolation, egress control, or cloud security.
- Platforms other engineering teams build on, such as APIs, SDKs, and self-serve developer services.
- Deployments into customer-owned clouds or single-tenant environments.
- Customer-facing technical work, such as architecture reviews with customers.
- Setting technical direction on ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
- Payments, fintech, or another sensitive-data domain such as healthcare or identity.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

Who We Are
Flosum is a bootstrapped, profitable B2B SaaS company building the leading Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform. Our solutions are trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises in the most heavily regulated industries on the planet — financial services, healthcare, government, and insurance.
We’re not a startup burning cash and chasing vanity metrics. We’re a proven, scaling business that reached profitability on our own terms. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and Innovation Award winner, we’ve earned our seat at the table alongside the biggest names in enterprise software.
Built 100% on the Salesforce platform. Serving enterprises that demand zero compromise on security, compliance, and reliability.
Why This Role Exists
We are entering an aggressive growth phase — expanding our product surface, deepening our platform capabilities, and accelerating our delivery velocity. We need senior-caliber Node.js developers who can own significant parts of our architecture and ship production code that enterprise customers depend on daily.
This is not a staff augmentation seat. You will work directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO. Your decisions will have real consequences, your opinions will be heard, and your craftsmanship will be visible to the customers who rely on our platform.
What You’ll Build
High-performance backend services and APIs powering enterprise-grade SaaS applications
Scalable, secure Node.js micro services and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
Modern front-end experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript that serve demanding enterprise users
CI/CD pipeline tooling, automation frameworks, and developer productivity infrastructure
Real-time data processing and event-driven architectures handling sensitive enterprise data at scale
Requirements
Read this section carefully. We are specific about what we need because we are serious about who we hire.
Non-Negotiable Technical Requirements
5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments — not tutorials, not side projects, not bootcamp exercises. Real production systems serving real users at scale.
Expert-level understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime. You should be able to explain backpressure, the differences between setImmediate and process.nextTick, and why unhandled promise rejections are dangerous — without Googling it.
Deep experience with TypeScript in production codebases. We write typed code, and we expect you to understand why.
Strong command of RESTful API design, authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and API security best practices for enterprise environments.
Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, and understanding the performance implications of schema decisions at scale.
Proficiency with Git workflows, code review practices, automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of containerization (Docker), cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and infrastructure-as-code principles.
Highly Preferred (These Will Set You Apart)
Salesforce development experience: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations. If you know both Node.js and Salesforce, you are a rare and extremely valuable candidate to us.
Experience building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products.
Vue.js front-end development experience, particularly with Vue 3 Composition API and state management.
Experience working in B2B SaaS companies serving enterprise customers with strict compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR).
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The Kind of Person We’re Looking For
Skills get you in the door. Mindset determines whether you thrive here:
Missionary, Not Mercenary
You care about what you’re building and why. You take ownership not because someone assigned it to you, but because that’s who you are. When something is broken at 2 AM, you don’t check whether it’s “your responsibility” — you fix it.
Builder, Not a Bystander
You don’t wait for perfect specifications. You dig in, ask hard questions, propose solutions, and ship. You would rather have a working prototype by Friday than a polished slide deck by next quarter.
Craftsperson Under Pressure
Enterprise customers depend on our uptime and data integrity. You write code that doesn’t just work — it survives. You understand that in regulated industries, your code is your reputation.
Direct Communicator
You say what you think, respectfully and clearly. If a technical decision is wrong, you speak up — regardless of who made it. We value candor over politeness-at-the-expense-of-quality.
This Is a Long-Term Commitment
Let us be direct: we are not looking for contractors who jump between projects every few months. We are building a world-class engineering team, and we invest heavily in the people who join us. In return, we expect commitment.
This role is designed as a long-term, full-time engagement. You will grow with us. You will own systems end-to-end. You will see the direct impact of your work in how Fortune 500 companies build, protect, and deploy on Salesforce.
If you’re looking for a short-term gig while you wait for something else, this isn’t the role. If you want to build something that matters and be part of a team that’s scaling from strong to dominant, keep reading.
Benefits
What We Offer
Competitive compensation commensurate with your experience and impact
Direct collaboration with the founding team and engineering leadership — your voice will carry weight from day one
A profitable, stable company with aggressive growth plans — no funding anxiety, no runway clock
The opportunity to work on enterprise-grade products used by some of the largest organizations in the world
Meaningful technical challenges: security, compliance, scale, and reliability at the intersection of Node.js and Salesforce
A culture that rewards ownership, speed, and craftsmanship over politics and hierarchy
Remote-first flexibility with a results-oriented work environment

Who We Are
Flosum is a bootstrapped, profitable B2B SaaS company building the leading Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform.

Solvd Inc. is a technology services company that helps enterprises build and scale with AI. We operate through three business units: Core AI, Cloud, and Agentic Engineering. Together, they bring deep engineering expertise and an outcome-first mindset to help clients reimagine how they build, operate, and grow, turning the promise of AI into real, measurable business impact.
We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales hunter to expand Solvd's client base with new enterprise logos. You will stay ahead of market and technology trends, understand the challenges and priorities of our target customers, and translate them into opportunities that drive real business outcomes. You will generate pipeline through every available channel, including marketing-led campaigns, industry conferences and events, technology and alliance partnerships, and targeted outreach.
You will own each opportunity strategically from first conversation through contract signature. That means building a deep understanding of customer needs, articulating Solvd's value proposition with clarity and conviction, and bringing together the right internal teams to shape outcome-driven solutions. Success in this role is measured not only by deals won, but by clients who see value early and become long-term partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Logo Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise and upper mid-market clients across priority industries.
- Generate pipeline through all channels: outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, conferences, industry events, and partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, AI platform providers, and technology partners).
- Build and execute a disciplined target account plan grounded in market research and customer insight.
End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders (C Level execs and line-of-business leaders) and build trusted relationships across the buying group.
- Sell on value, connecting Solvd's capabilities across AI, agentic engineering, digital, data, and cloud to the client's business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the commercial process, including MSAs, SOWs, procurement, and legal discussions, in partnership with internal finance and legal teams.
Customer Relationships and Thought Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Solvd.
- Share Solvd's point of view on AI, agentic engineering, and digital transformation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Solvd at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening brand presence and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Bring market and customer insights back to internal leaders, sharing a clear point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams across Agentic Engineering to ensure outcome-driven solutioning.
- Work with Engineering teams to shape and build service offerings that meet evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, account-based marketing, and event strategy to drive targeted demand.
- Work with alliance and partnership teams to co-sell and build joint pipeline.
Sales Discipline and Forecasting
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, keeping all opportunities, activities, and forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Provide reliable pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
Account Ownership and Transition
- Own each new account for six months after closure, ensuring a successful delivery start and customer delight.
- Identify early expansion opportunities and grow the initial engagement where possible.
- Execute a structured handoff to the assigned Client Partner, including account plan, stakeholder map, and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting, with at least 6 years in a new logo (hunter) role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $3M to $4M annual new business quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing services deals of $1M to $3M+ with enterprise clients.
- Experience selling to C-level and senior technology and business leaders.
- Deep domain knowledge of one or more target industries (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality).
- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling Digital, Modernization, Generative AI, or agentic solutions.
- Established relationships with leading COTS (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Shopify etc) or AI platform partners.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role will be measured against three primary KPIs:
1. New Logo Bookings
- Target: $2 million in Year 1; $3 million annually from Year 2 onward.
- Measurement: Total signed contract value (bookings) from new logos closed within the fiscal year.
2. New Logo Acquisition
- Target: At least one new logo per quarter, totaling four or more annually.
- Measurement: New clients with a signed MSA and first SOW or purchase order, with no Solvd revenue in the prior 24 months.
3. Qualified Pipeline Coverage
- Target: Maintain qualified pipeline at 3× the annual bookings target—$6 million in Year 1 and $9 million from Year 2 onward.
- Measurement: Value of opportunities in the CRM that meet agreed qualification criteria, such as MEDDICC, reviewed monthly.
SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
The following indicators will be reviewed quarterly:
- Win rate: Achieve a win rate of 25% or higher on qualified opportunities.
- Account handoff quality: Support client satisfaction and account growth during the six-month ownership period, with a documented handoff to the Client Partner.
- Forecast accuracy: Maintain quarterly bookings forecasts within ±10% of committed bookings.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
- First 90 days: Build a target account plan, engage marketing and partner channels, and develop $3M+ of qualified pipeline.
- First 6 months: Close the first new logo and reach full 3x pipeline coverage.
- First 12 months: Deliver $2M in net new revenue and 4+ new logos, with each account successfully transitioned to a Client Partner.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary plus a compelling commission plan.
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
- The opportunity to build a book of business in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.
- Direct access to leadership and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Build and lead a practical, high-trust health and safety program for Mistral AI’s rapidly expanding data center operations. You will protect employees, contractors and visitors while enabling safe deployment and operation of increasingly dense AI compute infrastructure across colocation sites. You will turn complex operational risks into clear standards, effective controls and measurable improvements.
Operating context & accountability
You will be the safety partner to Data Center Operations, IT Operations, infrastructure delivery, Security, Legal and People teams, and work directly with colocation operators, installation contractors and OEM service partners. Your remit spans live sites, deployment projects, commissioning and transitions into operations. You will ensure that safety responsibilities are clearly defined and that Mistral-controlled activities meet applicable requirements while challenging partner performance where shared interfaces create risk.
Key responsibilities - safety management and compliance
- Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio: policy, critical-risk standards, annual objectives, assurance calendar, risk registers, incident classifications, documentation and management reporting.
- Interpret applicable occupational health and safety requirements with local specialists; translate them into site-level expectations, control plans and auditable evidence across different countries.
- Lead regular risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners and verify corrective actions have actually reduced risk.
- Create consistent arrangements for site access, inductions, competency checks, contractor onboarding, safety briefings and refresher training, including evidence of completion.
- Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators, including high-potential near misses, overdue critical actions, training coverage, contractor observations and incident trends; present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support supplier selection and contract reviews by defining appropriate safety requirements, escalation expectations and minimum standards for colocation and technical service partners.
Key responsibilities - operational and technical risk
- Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, switching coordination, arc-flash exposure and simultaneous activities in live data halls.
- Assess safe systems of work for heavy rack deliveries, lifting and rigging, material handling, battery systems, working at height, temporary works, confined spaces where relevant and high-density IT installation.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and job safety analyses for high-risk activities, ensuring that scope, boundaries, competence, emergency arrangements and hold points are understood.
- Partner with engineering teams on the risks introduced by direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, coolant handling, pressurized circuits, leak detection, hot surfaces and changing rack densities.
- Participate in readiness reviews before energization, commissioning, major deployments and changes in operating configuration; confirm critical safety issues are resolved or escalated before work proceeds.
- Coordinate emergency planning and drills with colocation operators and emergency responders for fire, evacuation, electrical incidents, coolant leaks, medical emergencies and loss of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities - investigations and culture
- Lead or coordinate investigations of incidents, unsafe conditions and high-potential near misses involving Mistral activities; use structured causal analysis and share actionable learning across the portfolio.
- Challenge the completeness and quality of provider or contractor investigations when Mistral personnel or equipment may be exposed; track preventive measures through verification.
- Coach engineers, managers and vendors to identify hazards early, stop unsafe Mistral-controlled work and raise concerns without hesitation.
- Build strong partnerships with operations, construction, logistics, physical security, compliance and HR; communicate safety expectations clearly in written guidance, training and site discussions.
- Provide practical support to other regions during major incidents, rapid expansion or unusual operational risk.
