AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs.
This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough.
This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker.
Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down.
You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platforms are yours end-to-end — configured well, enabled with the field, and continuously improved as needs grow.
- Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each of those systems. Own the adoption programs that get the field using them, forecast license needs ahead of growth, and manage the vendor relationships and renewals.
- Co-own Salesforce. Partner with our other GTM Systems Manager to keep the CRM configured for how sales actually runs, and act as backup for Deal Operations processes.
- Build AI and automation on top of the CRM. Stand up agents and automations that update and maintain the CRM — keeping data clean, current, and trustworthy without adding manual work.
- Drive adoption, not just deployment. Document what you build, enable the field, and measure success by whether people actually use it.
- Right-size the process. Add just enough structure to scale the company without slowing the field down. Have a point of view on where process helps and where it just gets in the way.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems — owning platforms and process end-to-end
- Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM — you've built agents or automations that update and maintain CRM data, not just configured fields
- Hands-on adminship and configuration experience across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, and enrichment tools)
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model — enough to co-own the CRM — without wanting to be a career admin
- A real appetite for enablement — you care whether the field uses what you build, and you'll run the adoption programs to make sure it does
- Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- Judgment on process — you can tell structure that helps the field from structure that slows it down, and you right-size accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally scaling systems as the field grows fast
NICE TO HAVE
- Fluency with AI and automation tooling (Claude, Clay, n8n, or similar) as a builder, not just a user
- Familiarity with a data warehouse and BI environment (Sigma, Hex, BigQuery, Snowflake) on the data layer
- Hands-on experience with Pylon
- Exposure to Deal Operations, CPQ, or quote-to-cash processes as a backup or contributor
- You've inherited a sprawling, redundant stack and made it more intentional without breaking what works
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand.
- Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home.
- Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling.
- Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover.
- Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, techniques, and emerging technology to push the brand into unexpected places.
- Build motion systems and principles that scale across the company.
- Work closely with product and product marketing to make launches feel like moments.
- Raise the bar for motion craft across everything Baseten puts into the world.
REQUIREMENTS
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft.
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling, not just animation technique.
- Ability to own a project end to end, from rough concept through storyboarding, design, animation, and final production.
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas.
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before.
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't.
- Enthusiasm for technical products and the ability to communicate complex ideas without falling back on generic "AI" visuals.
- Comfort with a lot of ownership and ambiguity, and a high bar for quality.
- You want to help build a brand, not just execute against one.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

THE ROLE
Baseten is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our platform. You'll join a small design team with a lot of ownership and a high bar for craft, working across the entire Baseten product to solve hard problems for technical users.
This role covers the full arc of the work: early exploration through production. You'll establish patterns that show up across the product, evolve our design system, and raise the quality bar as we scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototypes, design reviews, specs, and final implementation.
- Work directly with engineering and product to frame problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes.
- Push the visual and interaction quality of the Baseten product across surfaces.
- Create interactions and details that make complex technical workflows feel clear, fast, and polished.
- Evolve our design system and establish patterns that scale across a growing product.
- Look across the product for opportunities to improve consistency, usability, and overall quality.
- Get into the code with engineers to polish UI and make sure the shipped experience matches the design.

REQUIREMENTS
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design.
- Experience designing complex, technical, or developer-focused products.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem, understand the underlying customer need, explore multiple approaches, and drive to a strong solution.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and systems.
- Experience working directly with engineers and customers, without layers of process in between.
- A fast, prototype-early working style that uses what you learn to iterate.
- Ability to think beyond individual features and improve patterns and systems across a product.
- Comfort with technical tools like Git and VS Code, and interest in working directly in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to articulate why something is good, what could be better, and when the work is ready to ship.
BENEFITS

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

Job Description
Senior Software Quality Engineer
Summary
Do you want to shape how quality is built into PlayStation® peripherals and firmware, not just verify it at the end? Join the team crafting thoughtful test strategies for PlayStation® Link™ devices. Your work will directly support product performance, stability, and the overall player experience!
We're growing the Quality Engineering team and looking for a senior engineer who enjoys owning test strategy for complex features, bringing clarity to unclear requirements, and helping the engineers around them grow.
This role combines hands-on testing with technical leadership. You'll lead planning and testing for major features, partner with developers and product teams to build in quality early, and mentor other QEs as they develop.
We value curiosity, continuous learning, and a thoughtful approach to quality at every stage.
Responsibilities
We test early, often, and across teams to help catch issues before they reach customers.
• Own test strategy and test plans for major features, including end-to-end flows, and turn unclear requirements into concrete coverage
• Lead test plan walkthroughs with developers, product managers, and other partners ahead of key release milestones
• Run and guide functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing, and close coverage gaps across the product area
• Investigate complex failures using logs, traces, and system metrics, and lead triage and defect prioritization
• Mentor junior and mid-level QEs on test design, tooling, problem-solving, and quality practices
• Improve QE processes, tooling, and documentation, and share what you learn with nearby teams
Qualifications
We'll succeed by working together to learn from bugs and build test coverage with intention.
• Several years of experience in software quality engineering or a related testing role
• Comfortable owning test strategy and planning for complex features, including scope, release criteria, and test boundaries
• Experienced across functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing, with good judgment about which approach fits a situation, plus some experience testing APIs
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or qTest, and open to picking up new tooling as needs change
• Able to explain problems, risks, and trade-offs clearly to engineers, product partners, and leadership
• Organized and detail-minded, with experience mentoring others in Agile development environments
Nice to Have
If you bring any of these, we'd love to hear about them!
• Experience testing consumer electronics, especially peripherals or embedded firmware
• Familiarity with PlayStation® products
• Experience testing on Microsoft Windows platforms
• Passion for gaming
• Experience with telemetry tools, validating event tracking, or performance testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
