ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. Our agents help millions of shoppers and members every day: tracking and returning orders, finding the right product, booking services, and resolving issues in each brand’s own voice.
- Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. From product discovery and personalized recommendations to cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and in-store support that turns unanswered store calls into visits and sales, our team is redefining what an agent can do for a brand’s top line - not just its cost line.
- Join us to transform how the world’s most-loved consumer brands engage their customers - and help build technology that makes shopping more personal, effortless, and delightful for everyone.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Launch an order management agent for a national apparel brand — order lookup, cancellations, returns, and exchanges — then hill-climb containment and CSAT week over week.
- Partner with Product to build a shopping agent that plugs into a retailer’s existing search and recommendation systems to guide product discovery — turning the support channel into a revenue channel.
- Stand up an in-store support voice agent for a big-box or grocery retailer, answering the stock-check and store-info calls that largely go unanswered today and converting them into store visits and sales.
- Design a booking, payments, and outbound agent for a consumer services brand operating hundreds of locations.
- Help a marketplace handle order status and buyer–seller disputes at enormous scale.
- Launch outbound campaigns — cart recovery, win-back, churn saves, and subscription renewals — across voice and SMS.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Interest in retail and consumer experiences. Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, marketplaces, or consumer brands — and familiarity with commerce and CX stacks (e.g., commerce platforms, order management systems, contact center software) — is a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Mistral AI’s Defense team to build software for defense institutions and industry.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and a background in data engineering or transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You will help shape the architecture, write production code and own substantial software components, from design through deployment and operation.
This role offers the scope and autonomy of a senior technical individual contributor in a small team. It is particularly suited to engineers operating at Senior or Staff level in demanding product engineering environments who want broad ownership and to stay deeply involved in implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build services for data ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and operational workflows.
- Develop shared data models, APIs and SDKs that help engineers build applications on a consistent foundation.
- Make authorization a core part of the architecture: define and enforce which users, applications and agents can access data or perform actions, with clear audit trails.
- Solve problems involving data consistency, schema evolution, concurrency, performance and failure recovery across services and data systems.
- Turn needs from our applied engineers and defense users into reusable software capabilities, making pragmatic choices about what to build and how to evolve them.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, testing, observability, debugging and maintainability in demanding deployment environments.
- Use AI coding tools and coding agents extensively to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring and debugging. Help the team improve these workflows while maintaining a high engineering standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong practical familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows. You use coding agents regularly, can break complex work into well-scoped tasks, provide effective context, review generated code and validate the result through tests and debugging. You remain accountable for the architecture, correctness, security and maintainability of what you ship.
- A strong track record of building and operating production software, with substantial ownership of complex systems.
- Experience in data engineering or in building transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You understand the trade-offs behind data models, storage, query execution and service boundaries.
- Experience building products where access control, permissions and data governance are central to how the system works. Work on platforms such as Foundry, or systems with comparable requirements, is particularly relevant.
- Broad software engineering skills and the ability to move between architecture, implementation and production debugging. You are comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language, solid SQL skills and the ability to become productive quickly in a Python and TypeScript environment.
- High autonomy and sound judgment: you can turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan, make technical decisions and deliver useful increments with limited supervision.
- A collaborative approach to technical leadership through code, design discussions, reviews and mentoring, and a clear motivation to build software for defense institutions and industry.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a data platform or developer product used by other engineering teams.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization, multi-tenant architectures, data lineage or auditable operational workflows.
- Experience with self-hosted software, restricted networks or other demanding deployment constraints.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and their integration with data and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Government Relations to lead the company's engagement with governments, regulators, and industry bodies across its principal markets.
The role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and carries a global remit spanning government relations, public affairs, and policy. The United Kingdom is the company's primary market and the United States its fastest-growing second, alongside Canada, Germany, and the European institutions in Brussels.
The remit extends beyond engagement to the development of the company's policy positions, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership. Three priorities define the role. The first is to establish a regulatory path for the technology, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations so that bipedal platforms, and not solely wheeled systems, can be deployed safely and at scale. The second is to develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support. The third is to build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, from industrial deployment through to sectors such as healthcare.
The role involves monitoring political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States; advising leadership on their implications for the business; building and maintaining relationships across Westminster, Whitehall, Brussels, and Washington DC; and representing Humanoid before policymakers, officials, industry associations, and at public forums.
The position is based in London, with the option to relocate to Washington DC as the company's United States operations grow, and involves regular international travel. The successful candidate will build a team as the function develops.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and own Humanoid's government relations, public affairs, and policy strategy globally, with the United Kingdom as the primary market and the United States close behind.
- Establish a regulatory path for humanoid robotics, working with governments, regulators, standards bodies, and industry associations to shape regulation that allows bipedal platforms to be deployed safely and at scale.
- Develop the company's policy positions as well as its relationships, in close alignment with Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership, so that policy work enables the business.
- Develop routes to public and institutional capital, including government-backed investment and financing support, working alongside the Chief Legal Officer and the Finance team.
- Build the public-interest case for humanoid robotics, including in sectors such as healthcare, and translate that case into deployment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships across Westminster and Whitehall, in Brussels, in Washington DC, and with industrial associations across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and North America.
- Represent Humanoid before policymakers, officials, and industry bodies, and at public forums and conferences.
- Monitor political and regulatory developments across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States, and advise leadership on their implications for the business.
- Work closely with North American legal leadership on engagement across the United States and Canada.
- Build and lead the government relations function as it grows, while remaining personally engaged in research, drafting, and engagement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience specifically in government relations, government affairs, public affairs, or policy. This is a firm minimum.
- Deep and current knowledge of the United Kingdom political environment, including the ability to anticipate how the policy agenda is likely to develop.
- A sound working understanding of the United States political environment, and of European Union institutions and policymaking.
- A bachelor's degree in law, political science, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in at least one relevant sector: technology, telecommunications, satellites, media, AI, software, automotive, aerospace and space, or defence.
- The ability to develop policy positions and strategy, not only relationships.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach, with a record of conducting research and drafting personally alongside managing others.
- The ability to operate in ambiguity and to create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including to Germany, Brussels, Washington DC, Boston, and San Diego.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- A commitment to a long-term role, and the resilience required in a company scaling at pace.
NICE TO HAVE
- A master's degree or PhD.
- Direct experience in Parliament or government, whether working with or for Members of Parliament, in a ministerial office, or with secretaries and under-secretaries in the executive branch.
- European Union policy and Brussels engagement experience.
- Experience establishing a government relations function from first principles in a scaling company.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in New York to own our larger deals across North America. You'll sell to marketing, SEO, and growth leaders who are watching their organic traffic get absorbed by AI answers and need to show their own leadership what to do about it. Your job is to build that case with them.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts in North America
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $141,500 annually with anticipated on-target earnings being $242,000-$283,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
