About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager at Anthropic, you'll embed with project teams responsible for delivery of leased and partnered data center capacity. Your primary role will be to lead these partners to deliver on the fastest possible schedule while maintaining a safe construction site and protecting the finished quality of the data center.
Additionally, you'll validate deal readiness, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, maintain regular reporting and status tracking, and ensure seamless transitions from project inception through operational readiness.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Anthropic secures and activates the compute infrastructure needed to train and deploy frontier AI systems, working at the intersection of real estate, construction, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead. This is a role where leadership trumps management and process. You will be at one or more project sites 60% of the time or more and expected to shape the culture, approach, and aggressiveness that define those extended site teams. The goal is to impact outcomes in a favorable manner.
You are expected to be a force multiplier that develops and enhances the skillset that development partners, general contractors, and key trades bring to the project(s) you are overseeing. That means being a subject matter expert in the various cross functional elements of data center delivery and increasing the team's performance with that knowledge and commitment to alignment.
Confirm deal readiness and serve as the gatekeeper to validate transaction viability from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution, ensuring all predevelopment, planning, technical and business requirements are met before commitment
Partner with landlords and developers post-deal to serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact, coordinating across internal stakeholders, tracking construction progress, and facilitating critical information exchange between development partners and Anthropic stakeholders
Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required by partners during the development process, ensuring our infrastructure requirements are met while maintaining strong partnerships
Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with heavy focus on engagement across networking and deployment teams, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time-to-production
Prepare and present regular executive reporting on progress versus plan for facility development, supporting forward capacity planning and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing blockers that could impact timeline, cost, or technical requirements
Develop and refine standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery, driving continuous improvement as Anthropic scales its infrastructure footprint
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of experience in the highest level of site leadership managing data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale. You won’t have a big direct team to delegate too but will instead be able to treat the entire cross functional organizations at a jobsite as your team.
Have a strong understanding of the end to end (dirt to delivery) data center development process to include entitlements and permitting, planning and supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover. You are not an administrator but an active player in the arena comfortable making decisions and guiding delivery execution without the need to consult across multiple external parties.
You should understand data center design and construction as a simple and repeatable process that allows you to build and optimize delivery without a playbook and with minimal processes and tools handed to you. If you can think about building a data center the way kids might build a tree fort or construct a lego set, we want to talk.
In this role you will often be on an island and responsible for your own destiny. You will have free reign to develop your own approaches with the mission guidance being your only bounds. No one will be there to empower your efforts; you will create your own influence by building relationships at the site and diving in at all phases to deliver success.
You must thrive operating with ambiguity and have a willingness to own project outcomes, knowing that the buck stops with you.
In this role, it is imperative that you are as comfortable in boots on a job site working to solve productivity issues with a group of blue collar trades as you are working across executives at development and contractor partners to optimize contract and commercial structures that incentivize delivery speed.
It's a bonus if you
Understand AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems
Have had leadership positions (General Superintendent, Project Manager) within a GC or EPC on hyperscale data center projects or in self performance of hyperscale data center development projects.
Prioritize extreme ownership and have the ability to create winning cultures across diverse job sites.
Are deeply familiar with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes and have strategies to move those arrangements from traditionally transaction and risk managed arrangements to collaborative efforts that align incentives around accelerated delivery of facilities

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales VP, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own Garner's provider segment at its most senior level, as a quota-carrying seller responsible for the marquee health-system and enterprise relationships that define this category for us. You will help set the segment's go-to-market approach, from sub-segments to pursue, to lead generation, to closing strategy. This is a seat for someone who has built a selling book from limited infrastructure before and wants to do it again with a genuinely differentiated product and dataset behind them.
What you will do
Own the provider segment end to end, from go-to-market strategy through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Land and expand marquee health-system and enterprise logos, opening executive-level doors up to health-system CEO.
Run a data-driven sales motion at the most senior level: connect Garner's data to a buyer's top strategic priorities.
Lead complex, committee-driven negotiations to close, holding momentum and goodwill across long cycles and multiple veto-holding approvers.
Establish the repeatable playbook the segment adopts: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, and build the feedback loop that turns market signal into roadmap and pricing change.
Build full fluency across Garner's product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
8 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience owning a new-market motion end to end: building a segment from limited infrastructure and landing marquee logos
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
A track record of closing through multi-stakeholder, committee-driven buying processes, where clinical, analytics, finance, legal, and administrative approvers each hold an effective veto.
Command of the room with senior buyers up to the CEO: you build trust fast, go head to head on strategy, and secure buy-in for a high-consideration purchase.
Data fluency built by repeatedly entering new or ambiguous markets and learning the methodology deeply.
Repeatable plays for reviving stalled pipeline, applied across a book rather than one deal at a time.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to build an internal operating rhythm: who to pull in when, plus a feedback loop into product and pricing.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Admin & Identity and Access Management (Admin & IAM) team at Mural defines how users sign in, manage their identities, and access Mural's products, as well as how administrators configure and govern their organizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and ship secure, intuitive access and administration experiences for users and administrators
- Prototype, implement, and maintain Admin & IAM platform features, contributing as a technical expert and supporting teammates through collaboration and mentorship
- Own technical initiatives from design through implementation, rollout, and operational support
- Build flexible, observable and maintainable solutions while being accountable for security, quality, performance, and reliability
- Use AI tools as a part of your fundamental workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding
- Contribute to technical design discussions, provide thoughtful code reviews, mentor teammates, and continuously improve the quality of the team's engineering work
- Contribute to continuously improving the team's processes and engineering best practices
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team
- Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and stacks, and getting productive quickly in large, existing codebases
- An outcome-oriented and pragmatic interest in using AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding
- Strong experience building backend systems and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies
- Hands-on experience building production user interfaces with React and modern frontend patterns
- Proven ability to plan and deliver technical projects iteratively, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, design, security, and engineering partners
- Experience working in a fast-moving or growth-stage environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities
- Domain experience with identity and access management concepts such as authentication flows, authorization models, roles and permissions, SSO, SCIM provisioning, or session management
- Experience building enterprise administration or B2B SaaS configuration surfaces, such as org management, billing, or admin dashboards
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. .

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale.
Key responsibilities
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communicate clearly with users at every technical level
Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach
Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns
Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€125.000
—
€165.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work.

The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) treats Anthropic's device fleet as a platform we build and run. We run our own MDM as a production service and manage every piece of device configuration as code. Policies, configuration profiles, queries, remediation scripts, and software all ship through pull requests, CI, a staging environment, and a canary group before they reach the fleet. The fleet is mostly macOS, plus a small number of Linux machines and a growing mobile footprint.
You'll own that platform end to end: the infrastructure underneath the MDM, the configuration on top of it, the patching and software pipelines that keep thousands of devices patched and secure, and the telemetry that tells us what is actually true on every device. You'll also build automation that cuts down on manual operational work. You'll work with Security teams on hardening, compliance controls, and detection and response, and with developer and infrastructure teams to make sure those controls don't get in the way of their work. Your work will let us base access decisions on whether a device can be trusted.
We value people who double check a compliance report before they believe it. The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You'll help define the endpoint roadmap, make architecture decisions, and own the platform every Anthropic employee's work runs on. You'll also help us meet the security standards our Responsible Scaling Policy requires as models advance.
Responsibilities
Own endpoint configuration as code: author, review, test, and progressively roll out MDM policies, configuration profiles, and remediation scripts across macOS and mobile, with canary stages and rollback built in
Operate the MDM platform itself as a production service, including infrastructure as code, observability, upgrades, and incident response
Build patch management automation with rapid enforcement timelines while maintaining good user experience
Design zero touch provisioning that turns a sealed box into a productive machine on day one
Support a small number of Linux machines alongside the Mac fleet
Turn fleet telemetry into policy, dashboards, and early drift warnings, and use Claude to automate manual ops work
Partner with Corporate Security on endpoint hardening, binary authorization, and compliance controls
Take shifts on the team's rotation for incoming requests and escalations, and serve as the deep escalation tier for endpoint issues IT Operations can't resolve
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments, including leading projects across multiple teams
Have managed endpoint fleets of thousands of macOS devices through a modern MDM
Treat endpoint configuration as code that is version controlled and peer reviewed, rather than clicking in consoles
Go deep on macOS internals such as launchd, configuration profiles, TCC, and system extensions
Write Python and shell scripts
Write design docs and runbooks so teammates can review and support what you build
Strong candidates may also have
Have operated an MDM or device management platform as a service, not only consumed one as SaaS
Have worked with open source endpoint and device management tooling (Munki, osquery, AutoPkg)
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Have experience running infrastructure as code in a public cloud
Have working knowledge of Linux administration (packaging, systems, config management)
Have used LLMs to automate ops work
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we're interested in humans and money — and the complicated ways humans feel about money. Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. You will be responsible for all aspects of creative development and production on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, and you will be leading creative voice in some of our biggest brand moments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.
