ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Singapore, covering customers across APJ.
Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale, whether your title was TAM, solutions architect, professional services, senior support or something else
- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Singapore. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, across APJ
- You'll join our APJ Support Services team, alongside Support Engineers and Consulting Engineers
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
At Revit, we believe in a future where high-end, results-driven lead generation services are accessible and adaptable to companies of all sizes and life stages. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.
With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board - from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.
This is not a place for everyone but if you’re looking for a World-Class culture and opportunity to grow, build your career, make an impact, then you are likely to enjoy being a part of Revit and building the future together with us!
This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment. We move quickly, iterate constantly, and expect our team to keep pace without hand-holding.
This is not a traditional "Account Management" role - it is a performance-heavy role where you own the delivery of an outbound engine.
We don’t just need executors; we need experts. We expect you to come to the table with a strong, informed opinion on "what works." You are here to lead the strategy, not just follow a checklist. We provide the platform for you to go from Great to Excellent, but you must start at a high level of mastery from Day 1.
Our Co-Founder/CEO - Nick, and Lead of the team - Oleksandra - recorded a brief intro + role overview video — watch it on YouTube
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

4–5 projects
as the lead strategist. You aren't just the contact person;
you are the driver of the vision and the primary decision-maker
for project success.
High-Volume outreach:
Oversee 12–20 campaign launches total per month. This includes
crafting high-converting copy
and building complex templates based on your deep understanding of market triggers.
Drive the numbers:
With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, your focus is sharp:
booking 5+ high-quality appointments per project.
Consultative leadership:
Lead weekly client calls.
You aren’t just a reporter; you are a growth partner
who provides
expert recommendations
and challenges the status quo when necessary.
Lead your crew:

your dedicated Researcher
to ensure data accuracy and keep the project on schedule.
Master the tech stack:
Handle the technical backend of multiple campaigns (managing dozens of mailboxes, ensuring deliverability, and mastering HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations).
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
3+ years in performance-driven sales:
You've spent real time in BDR, SDR, BDM, or AM roles
where numbers mattered

Strategic confidence:
You can defend your strategy to stakeholders and back up your recommendations with data that moves the conversation forward.
Deep tech fluency:
You're a power user of CRM and automation tools. You understand the technical side of cold outreach and can troubleshoot tool stacks on the fly without filing a support ticket.
High-Stakes Client Management:

Speed & Leadership under pressure:
You thrive in fast-moving environments. You stay organized when things get chaotic and you're ready to step up as a mentor and leader when the team needs it.
Fluent English (C1/C2):
Clear, persuasive, and confident communication is second nature to you. You write tight recaps, lead sharp calls, and present strategy like you've done it a hundred times.
Analytical by default:
When KPIs dip, you don't wait for instructions. You dig into the data, find the lever, and adjust the approach before anyone has to ask.
Note:
If you're looking for a slow-moving, relationship-first role, this isn't it. We want someone who's already a strong operator in the sales process and ready to level up.
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
