About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

This is a builder’s role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across Southern Europe, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Southern Europe region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required)
- Proven experience working across the Southern Europe market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in the Benelux Region. This is a hands-on, in-region role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
As our first marketing hire in the Benelux Region, your work will shape how Benelux businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Benelux priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the the Benelux market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Benelux market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
