ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. - ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global GTM Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide. You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Your mandate is to bring global cohesion to how we plan, assess, and hire revenue talent, with accountability for hiring quality, speed, and predictability. This is a high visibility role: your hiring plan underpins revenue commitments to the board.
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy. Translate business priorities into clear plans for each team and region, building alignment with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent. Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning, connecting coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs. Bring a clear point of view on priorities, sequencing, and achievable commitments, and adjust plans as the business changes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization. Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders, set clear expectations, and give teams the support and resources they need to succeed. Strengthen leadership capability, address performance gaps, and align recruiting capacity with business priorities.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent. Partner with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level, and embed it in sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Build the team’s ability to attract and close exceptional sellers and revenue leaders. Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for both quality and speed.
- Make hiring measurably better. Build trusted relationships and a regular decision-making cadence with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Set clear metrics, track progress, and act early on risks. Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI, so hiring is demonstrably faster and more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You have maintained a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions. You lead through your teams and are fully hands on, holding yourself to an even higher standard than those around you.
- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
The
Senior People Technology Solutions Lead
is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing the technology capabilities that support SIE's global People organization. Grounded in People Technology and enterprise HR systems, this role combines a strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, data, integrations, and employee experiences with expertise in emerging technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, agentic orchestration, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), automation, and AI-assisted development.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Technology Services, this role serves as a technical practice lead for innovation within PTS. The Principal Platform Engineer works across HRIS, integrations, reporting and analytics, service delivery, and other People Technology areas to identify opportunities, establish technical direction, develop use cases, and turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions.
Success requires strong partnership across organizational boundaries. The role works closely with People & Places as PTS's key business stakeholder, understanding priorities and identifying opportunities where technology can improve employee experience, service delivery, efficiency, and insight. At the same time, the role connects PTS with the broader IT strategy and enterprise technology capabilities in areas such as AI and agents, service management, low-code development, data, integration, security, and architecture.
This is a hands-on senior technical role as well as an influential one. The Principal Platform Engineer operates with a strong bias for action, using Agile and iterative approaches to quickly turn ideas into learning and business value. Depending on the problem, that may mean developing a technical position or white paper, rapidly building a prototype or proof of concept, or incrementally evolving a solution toward production. The emphasis is on testing ideas early, learning from evidence, and continuously refining the approach while helping colleagues across PTS build the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
People Technology Strategy & Innovation
Serve as a technical practice lead for emerging technology within PTS, helping establish direction for the practical and responsible adoption of AI, automation, orchestration, application extension, and other new capabilities.
Apply broad knowledge of HR technology, HR processes, workforce data, integrations, reporting, security, and service delivery when identifying opportunities and shaping solutions.
Translate developments in enterprise technology, vendor roadmaps, and internal capabilities into practical People Technology use cases, technical positions, and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities across PTS where technology can reduce repetitive operational work, improve quality and employee experience, increase insight, or enable the team to focus greater capacity on higher-value activities.
Establish reusable approaches and solution patterns that allow successful ideas to scale across PTS rather than remaining isolated experiments.
AI, Automation & Agile Solution Delivery
Provide hands-on technical leadership for solutions using generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP, workflow orchestration, automation, Codex, low-code technologies, and other emerging capabilities.
Use rapid prototyping and iterative delivery to test assumptions, demonstrate possibilities, gather feedback, and reduce uncertainty before committing to larger investments.
Break complex opportunities into smaller, testable increments that can demonstrate value quickly and inform subsequent decisions and development.
Lead technical design for complex or cross-platform solutions, evaluating build, buy, extend, integrate, automate, and orchestrate options based on business value, feasibility, architecture, security, user experience, and sustainability.
Apply appropriate AI patterns including grounding and retrieval, context management, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight.
Lead or contribute directly to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, remaining sufficiently hands-on to validate ideas and solve difficult technical problems.
Use evidence from prototypes, experiments, and delivered capabilities to determine whether to iterate, scale, change direction, or stop.
Partnership & Enterprise Collaboration
Partner with
People & Places
leaders and teams to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into potential technology-enabled outcomes.
Connect PTS strategy and use cases with the broader
IT technology strategy
, identifying where enterprise platforms and shared capabilities can accelerate or improve People Technology solutions.
Collaborate with teams responsible for capabilities such as enterprise service management and employee-service experiences (e.g., ServiceNow), AI agents and conversational experiences (e.g., Moveworks), low-code development and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), enterprise AI platforms, data, integration, security, and architecture.
Act as a boundary spanner across business and technology organizations, bringing together the appropriate expertise and capabilities to address opportunities that cross organizational or platform boundaries.
Represent the particular needs of People Technology, including sensitive workforce data, complex HR processes, employee experience, and regulatory considerations, while promoting reuse of enterprise capabilities and alignment with broader technology standards.
Influence, Adoption & Practice Development
Establish a clear technical point of view through recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, and well-led discussions that result in decisions and action.
Bring structure and direction to complex technology discussions, clearly communicating options and tradeoffs and adapting technical detail to the audience and decision required.
Build adoption of new tools and approaches across PTS through demonstrations, coaching, reusable examples, documentation, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration.
Mentor team members and increase broader PTS capability in AI, automation, APIs, orchestration, solution design, and modern technology practices.
Act as an agent of change, helping colleagues understand why new approaches matter, demonstrating their value through practical application, and supporting adoption as successful capabilities become part of everyday delivery.
Ensure solutions meet SIE expectations for architecture, security, privacy, data protection, responsible AI, auditability, human oversight, and production support.
Measure success not only through individual delivery, but through adoption, reusable capability, measurable business outcomes, reduced operational effort, and increased capacity for higher-value work.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience across enterprise technology, application development, automation, HR technology, digital transformation, platform development, or technology consulting, with significant experience delivering complex technology solutions.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using generative AI, automation, APIs, integrations, workflow technologies, or modern application-development approaches.
Demonstrated experience taking emerging technology from concept or proof of value through iterative development, production implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation.
Strong practical understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including agents, orchestration, grounding and retrieval, tool use, APIs, evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, and production considerations.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives that span systems, teams, or organizational boundaries and influencing outcomes without relying on direct management authority.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology options, establish a clear point of view, and translate that thinking into recommendations, technical positions, prototypes, designs, or delivered solutions.
Working knowledge of enterprise HR technology and HRIS concepts, including workforce data, business processes, integrations, reporting, security, and handling sensitive employee information.
Demonstrated experience using Agile and iterative development approaches, including rapid prototyping and experimentation, to reduce uncertainty and progressively deliver business value.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to technical, business, and leadership audiences and drive discussions toward decisions and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others, share expertise, and increase technical capability beyond one's own individual contribution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in People Technology, HR Technology, or HRIS within a complex global enterprise environment.
Experience with enterprise architecture, API ecosystems, cloud services, integration platforms, RAG, vector search, observability, or AI evaluation frameworks.
Experience with Workday HCM, Workday integrations, Workday APIs, Workday Orchestrate, Workday Extend, or comparable enterprise HR platforms and extension capabilities.
Experience developing AI agents, multi-step agentic workflows, or enterprise orchestration solutions.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable approaches for securely connecting AI models and agents with enterprise tools and information.
Experience with AI-assisted software development and coding agents (e.g., Codex).
Experience with enterprise service management and workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience with enterprise AI agent or conversational platforms (e.g., Moveworks).
Experience with low-code application development and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate).
Experience applying security, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, monitoring, or evaluation controls to enterprise AI and automation solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Be a boundary-spanning technical leader
who connects People Technology priorities with capabilities and expertise across the organization and influences outcomes through credibility rather than formal authority.
Maintain a strong bias for action and learning
, using rapid experimentation and iterative delivery to create momentum and learn from evidence while applying appropriate rigor based on risk and complexity.
Remain hands-on
, moving comfortably between technical strategy and practical execution, including prototypes, solution design, architecture, and difficult technical problems.
Build a practice, not a dependency
, increasing the ability of others to identify opportunities and use emerging technologies rather than becoming the person who must personally own every innovative solution.
Turn knowledge into influence and action
through clear recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, experimentation, and disciplined discussions that lead to decisions and delivery.
Be technology curious, but not technology led
, embracing AI, agents, Codex, MCP, APIs, orchestration, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies while beginning with the problem and desired outcome.
Understand People Technology
, recognizing the intersection of complex HR processes, sensitive workforce data, employee experience, integrations, controls, and global requirements.
Be a multiplier
, with impact demonstrated through both personal delivery and increased capability, productivity, innovation, and insight across PTS.

We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Research Engineer to join our newly forming Search and Services Platform team within Research Platform. You will build and operate the large-scale search and services that our models rely on as tools — from self-hosted, web-scale, search indexes to knowledge graphs and databases served through MCP. You will work closely with researchers and with the pretraining data, sandbox and data platform teams to make these services reliable, scalable and fast, on infrastructure measured in hundreds of terabytes of NVMe storage and thousands of CPU cores to support both data generation and critical training runs.
What you will do
As a Research Engineer on the Search and Services team, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Designing, building and operating large-scale search infrastructure: self-hosted Vespa clusters indexing web-scale corpora, managed indexes for smaller corpora, and vendor search endpoints.
- Self-hosting and maintaining a wide range of structured data sources — knowledge graphs (Wikidata, UniProt, Materials Project), scholarly data (OpenAlex, OpenAIRE), statistical databases (Eurostat, World Bank, IMF, OECD), open data portals and more.
- Designing interfaces and tools to expose to the models and agents to use the services in different ways (direct YQL or SPARQL queries, or more refined and constrained MCPs to mimic external services) to support data generation and agentic training.
- Building the data pipelines that ingest, index and serve massive datasets, including indexing our own pretraining corpora for exploration, deduplication and eval-leakage checks.
- Building strong relationships with researchers and adjacent teams (pretraining data,, sandbox, data platform), understanding their workflows and enabling them to achieve more by leveraging your expertise.
- Communicating and producing documentation or any content that will help teams make the most of the services you'll build.
About you
- 5+ years of successful experience in search engineering, data infrastructure, or a similar SRE / platform role.
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go...) and programming best practices.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale search or data systems (e.g. Vespa, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, ClickHouse or similar).
- Exposure to site reliability engineering: root cause analysis, in-production troubleshooting, on-call rotations...)
- Exposure to infrastructure management: containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), infra-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability...).
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines that address large amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ability to contextualizing, gauging risks and getting buy-in for high stakes and impactful solutions).
- Ownership, high agency and constantly seeking to learn and improving things for others.
- Autonomous, self-driven and able to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Low ego and team spirit mindset.
- Your application will be all the more interesting if you also have:
- First-hand Vespa (or equivalent large-scale information retrieval) experience.
- Experience building or operating MCP servers / tool-serving infrastructure for LLMs.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF / SPARQL, or large structured databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB...).
- Experience with large bare-metal infrastructure or HPC environments.

PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solution organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide.
The Solution organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.
Solution Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
We are hiring a Head of Solution Operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solution scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Solution operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solution tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works.
- Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography.
- Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground.
- Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies.
- Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP.
- Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase.
- Partner across functions. Work daily with Solution leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTION
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship.
- The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
Whatever your path, you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment.
- A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working: processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action.
- Data-driven and AI-fluent: you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on.
- Global operating range: you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders.
- Stakeholder management: you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
IDEALLY
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations.
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

As Head of Financial Crime Product, you will set the strategy and own the roadmap for the products behind our financial crime controls, from onboarding and screening to monitoring and case management. You will lead a team of Product Owners and work closely with Operations, Compliance and Engineering to decide what gets built, why, and how well it performs once live.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
Responsabilities
Strategy and roadmap.
Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap, agree delivery priorities and capacity with Engineering, and be responsible for the outcomes.
Leadership.
Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and help the team make sound decisions through research, data analysis and a close understanding of operational work.
Prioritisation.
Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.
Customer journey.
Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data quality, case information and handovers so customers avoid unnecessary repetition and operational teams can make well-informed decisions.
Build or buy.
Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.
New products and markets.
Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.
