An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Japan. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a individual-contributor role for someone who has already led pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:

Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
Requirements
Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Benefits
Work on your terms:
Fully remote, with a flexible schedule built around getting things done, not clocking hours.
Rewarded for impact:
A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, formalized through a service agreement.
Time to recharge
: Paid time off, because sustainable output beats burnout.
Opportunity most HR careers don't offer
: You won't be boxed into one lane — you'll build real, hands-on depth across business partnership, projects, recruitment, and employee advisory, all at once.
A front-row seat to AI in HR:
Direct exposure to how AI is reshaping the function, plus real support and opportunity to build skills that will define the next decade of HR work.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing fast, and our SOX program needs to keep up. Many of the controls that matter for financial reporting run on engineering systems: who can access production and financial systems, how code changes are reviewed and deployed, and how usage is metered and billed.
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of our SOX program. You'll work across engineering, security, GRC, Finance, and Internal Audit to design and run IT controls, drive gaps to closure, and make compliance lighter for engineering teams. You’ll also use Claude to automate evidence collection and control testing, so the program scales without more manual work.
Responsibilities
Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning and control design through evidence, testing, remediation, and year-end reporting
Work with engineering teams to design and roll out IT general controls and IT application controls
Work with engineering teams to build Claude-based workflows, tools, and dashboards to automate evidence collection, control testing, and monitoring that warns engineering teams about compliance issues before an audit finds them
Lead large SOX projects, such as bringing new systems into scope, with clear success criteria, dependencies, and delivery dates
Turn control requirements into concrete engineering work with clear scope, owners, and deadlines, and a design that fits how our teams already build and ship
Build processes to evaluate new products, systems, and major engineering changes for SOX impact before they ship, so the right controls are in place from the start
Build strong working relationships with engineering control owners, help them understand what their controls require, and support them in producing evidence for auditor requests
Investigate control failures down to root cause, and drive engineering teams to fix them in time for the fix to be tested
Help keep an up-to-date list of the systems, apps, and infrastructure in SOX scope, with an owner named for each control
Track system migrations and scope changes, and make sure controls are updated as systems move
Build metrics and dashboards on control health, open findings, and remediation progress
Give regular updates on program status, risks, and remediation to technical leadership
Keep improving the program: simplify control processes, remove manual steps, and raise the share of controls that run cleanly
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT audit, or technology compliance, with a focus on SOX and IT general controls
Have run or supported a SOX program at a public or pre-IPO company
Have used automation or AI tools to make compliance work faster and more reliable
Know IT general controls and IT application controls in depth, including access management, change management, and application controls, and how they support financial reporting
Have worked closely with external auditors
Understand cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows, such as code review, CI/CD, and cloud access, well enough to work through a control design with an engineer
Can explain technical risks and control gaps clearly to executives and other non-technical audiences
Are comfortable driving outcomes across engineering, finance, and audit teams that don't report to you
Strong candidates may also have
A background in software, systems, or security engineering
Hands-on experience building with Claude Code or other AI tools
Experience with automated controls in revenue or order-to-cash systems, such as billing and usage metering
Experience with financial systems such as ERP and billing platforms, and the controls around them
Experience building or rebuilding a SOX program at a fast-growing company
Familiarity with other security and IT frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on
Embedded Firmware / Software Engineer – USB-C Power Delivery
to bring up new hardware platforms built around USB-C Power Delivery controllers and develop firmware from initial PCB power-on through production-quality implementation.
This is a low-level embedded firmware engineering role focused on hardware interaction, not application-level software development. You will develop and debug embedded C firmware on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, configure companion ICs over I2C, SPI, and UART, and work directly at the hardware bench alongside electrical and hardware engineers.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between embedded C development, PCB bring-up, USB-PD functionality, peripheral communication, and hardware-level debugging.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an engineer who is genuinely comfortable working at the hardware bench and has personally brought up and debugged embedded hardware.
The ideal candidate can explain how they powered on a new board, validated power and clocks, initialized the microcontroller, configured peripherals, debugged hardware and firmware issues, and verified USB-C Power Delivery behavior.
Strong candidates will combine expertise in:
Embedded C + ARM Cortex-M + PCB Bring-Up + USB-C/USB-PD + I2C/SPI/UART + Bench Debugging
Candidates whose experience is limited to application-level software development, without hands-on firmware and hardware bring-up experience, may not be a fit.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners: hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI-native companies, and development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) vendors. You'll work with partners, Product, and Research and Development (R&D) to turn partner and customer needs into integrations, influence product design, and build the business case for each joint effort, from the first architecture review to a shipped integration. In this role you will also own the AI model evaluation process with our model partners, working closely with our R&D teams to assess new models ahead of release and ensure GitLab is built on the best-performing models for our customers. Unlike a customer-facing Solutions Architect role focused on adoption, you'll work with partners to make GitLab better. This role has no sales quota or variable pay.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform doesn't just bring people together-it unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned strategic partners, connecting technical requirements with joint business objectives.
Turn partner technology and roadmaps into integration, architecture, and product opportunities across the GitLab platform, from planning to monitoring and AI agents and model integrations.
Resolve complex technical issues across GitLab and partner systems, including cloud architecture, tool integrations, and AI model and agent evaluation and integration. Build working prototypes to validate concepts with partners.
Manage the end-to-end AI model evaluation process with our model partners, coordinating with R&D to secure early access, align on evaluation criteria and timelines, and translate results into partnership and product roadmap decisions.
Design and facilitate partner workshops, architecture reviews, and cloud financial management (FinOps) sessions, bringing in the right participants and documenting outcomes and next steps.
Build business cases for joint technical efforts, defining expected gains, costs, and resources, and securing agreement from partner managers, R&D, and leadership.
Bring partner requirements and technical feedback into Product and R&D discussions to influence product design and the roadmap.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing with partner technical teams to move joint work from evaluation to delivery.
Track cloud, AI, and DevSecOps developments to advise partnership investment, and share reusable findings through documentation, the handbook, reference architectures, and technical content.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role. Experience with technology partners or alliances is strongly preferred.
An end-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps, with the ability to use GitLab in depth.
Hands-on cloud architecture experience with at least one hyperscaler: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Cloud cost or FinOps experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of AI model evaluation frameworks and agent technology, including large language model (LLM) application programming interfaces (APIs), agent frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how they fit into developer workflows.
Experience designing and facilitating technical workshops with senior technical and business stakeholders, and building business cases that scope work, estimate gains and costs, and size resources.
An autonomous, ownership-driven approach: you identify work and move it forward without waiting for a project backlog.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication, adapting technical and commercial trade-offs for audiences from engineers to executives.
Ability to travel about once a quarter and work hours that overlap with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). If you're on the US West Coast, expect to start around 7 a.m. Pacific Time; when the day ends is flexible.
About the team
You'll join Strategic Partnerships and report to the VP, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. The team manages GitLab's relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, and select DevSecOps companies, acting as the business owner and coordinating work across hosting contracts, product integrations, go-to-market activities, purchasing, and partner-specific marketing. Partner managers and directors lead each relationship; you'll own the technical side across partner types and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The role is remote, with Eastern Time preferred and other US time zones possible.
