Proven product ownership:
Experience independently identifying new product opportunities and leading products or major initiatives from concept to launch and measurable business impact.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring Executive Assistants to partner with senior leaders across the company. Our EAs play a critical role in helping executives operate at their best—creating focus, removing friction, anticipating needs, and ensuring important work moves forward.

The work is highly visible and constantly evolving, offering exposure to some of Ramp’s most important teams, priorities, and decisions.
We are currently hiring two Executive Assistants to support leaders across Finance and Legal. We generally look for the same core qualities across our EA team: exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. During the initial conversations, we’ll learn more about your experience and preferences and discuss where there may be the strongest mutual fit.
This role is based in our New York City office. We default to being in the office at least three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner closely with senior leaders to manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution
- Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple executives, navigating frequent changes and competing priorities
- Manage executive inboxes as needed, including triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring important items receive timely attention

- Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, team events, customer or partner engagements, and cross-functional working sessions
- Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
- Serve as a central coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, proactively prompting executives and partners to keep work moving
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships on behalf of executives
- Handle sensitive business, financial, legal, customer, and personnel information with exceptional discretion
- Identify inefficiencies and build lightweight systems, documentation, and workflows that improve speed and organization
- Use AI, automation, and modern tooling to eliminate repetitive work and create greater leverage for yourself and your executives
- Continuously look for ways to anticipate needs and improve how work gets done
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and multiple high-priority workstreams
- Strong organizational instincts and exceptional attention to detail—you anticipate what’s needed and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Sound judgment about when to act independently, when to seek context, and when to escalate
- High discretion and comfort handling sensitive or confidential information
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach—you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting to be asked
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern collaboration tools
- Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or tooling to streamline work and reduce manual effort
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The next wave of enterprise transformation is being built by the Global Systems Integrators and every one of them is racing to stand up AI transformation and AI governance practices for their clients. Docker's AI Governance strategy is the natural infrastructure layer underneath that motion, and we need a senior partner leader to make that connection real, commercially, at scale.
We're looking for a Principal, GSI & SI Partnerships to build and lead Docker's engagement with the world's largest consultancies and systems integrators; Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and others, as both a strategic force multiplier for our AI Governance narrative and a tactical revenue engine through co-sell.
This is a dual-altitude role. At one level, you are the executive relationship-holder who gets Docker a seat at the table inside GSI AI practices; shaping how they build, package, and go to market with AI transformation offerings. At the other, you are the operator who turns those relationships into pipeline: enabling sales teams, building joint plays, and driving deals to close. You will define how Docker becomes the trusted infrastructure partner GSIs build their AI consultancy motions on top of and how they make money doing it.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
- Primary: CRO and Sales Leadership; Global Alliances Leadership; Partner Leadership Team
- Primary: Professional Services, Field Sales and Solutions Engineering teams (co-sell enablement and execution)
- Secondary: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Ecosystem Marketing
- Secondary: Cloud & Channel Partnerships, Technology Alliances, Product Management
- External: Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and other GSIs/SIs including their AI/GenAI practice leadership, industry verticals, and delivery organizations
RESPONSIBILITIES
GSI Strategy & Executive Engagement
- Own Docker's global GSI/SI partnership strategy, prioritizing and sequencing engagement across Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and other top-tier consultancies.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with GSI AI/GenAI practice leaders, identifying where Docker's AI Governance capabilities plug directly into their existing AI transformation and consulting offerings.
- Develop the strategic narrative and business case that positions Docker as the infrastructure and governance layer GSIs need to de-risk and scale their clients' AI initiatives.
- Represent Docker in executive briefings, QBRs, and joint planning sessions with GSI leadership, establishing Docker as a preferred, differentiated partner rather than a vendor line item.
- Partner with Professional Services and field teams to both share appropriate service assets and build the service’s capabilities Docker needs in the partner ecosystem to serve our mutual customers.
Commercial Model & Monetization
- Design and articulate a clear "how GSIs make money with Docker" story, connecting Docker's AI Governance platform to GSI services revenue, delivery methodologies, and staffing models.
- Build joint solution offerings and packaged plays with GSIs that combine their advisory/delivery capability with Docker's platform, creating a repeatable, sellable motion for both sides.
- Negotiate and structure commercial frameworks (referral, resale, co-delivery) that align incentives and make Docker an attractive, profitable practice area for GSI partners. Align with Professional Services to build the service partner capacity needed to augment PS.
Tactical GTM & Co-Sell Execution
- Own end-to-end co-sell execution with GSI partners, from lead generation and account mapping through joint pursuit and deal closure.
- Partner directly with Docker's field sales organization to identify target accounts, build joint account plans, and drive GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline.
- Build the enablement infrastructure (playbooks, battlecards, training) that equips both Docker sellers and GSI teams to identify, position, and close joint opportunities.
- Establish a consistent cadence of joint pipeline reviews with GSI partners and internal sales leadership, ensuring strategic intent translates into closed revenue.
AI Governance Practice Integration
- Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to translate Docker's AI Governance framework (Containment, Curation, Control) into language and assets GSI practices can readily adopt into their own AI transformation offerings.
- Identify and prioritize the GSI industry verticals and use cases (e.g., regulated industries, agent-based transformation) where Docker's governance story creates the clearest differentiation and urgency.
- Partner with GSIs to co-develop points of view, joint IP, and reference architectures that embed Docker into their AI transformation methodology.
Team & Program Leadership
- Build out the GSI/SI partnership function as it scales — defining coverage models, hiring needs, and operating rhythms as engagement deepens across additional GSIs.
- Serve as a member of the Partner Leadership Team, contributing GSI/SI strategy and results to the broader partner ecosystem narrative.
- Report on GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline and revenue, practice development progress, and joint GTM plan execution to executive stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years in partnerships, alliances, or GTM leadership, with substantial direct experience building and running relationships with GSIs/SIs (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or similar) at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise technology company. With strong existing network at the GSI senior exec level.
- Proven track record of building joint commercial models with GSIs and converting relationships into measurable co-sell pipeline and revenue.
- Experience navigating GSI internal structures, practice leadership, industry verticals, delivery organizations and knowing how to get a technology partner embedded into their offerings.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI transformation programs, consulting delivery models, and how GSIs structure and monetize AI advisory and implementation work.
- Background in developer tools, cloud-native infrastructure, or AI/security ecosystems is a strong advantage.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Executive presence with the credibility to engage GSI practice leaders and partner C-suite as a peer.
- Dual fluency in strategy and execution, equally comfortable shaping a multi-year GSI strategy and running a weekly pipeline review with field sales.
- Strong commercial and deal-structuring acumen; able to design win-win economics that make Docker a priority practice for GSI partners.
- Skilled cross-functional operator, able to align Sales, Product, and Marketing behind a coherent GSI engagement motion.
- Data-driven: comfortable owning GSI-sourced/influenced pipeline reporting and practice development metrics.
- Excellent narrative and positioning skills, able to translate Docker's AI Governance story into language that resonates with consulting and advisory audiences.
LEADERSHIP & MINDSET
- A senior partner leader who has built a GSI/SI function from the ground up and knows how to earn a seat inside a consultancy's practice, not just a line on their partner list.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategic influence and tactical deal execution, this is not a purely strategic or purely operational role.
- Global mindset, with the ability to prioritize and sequence engagement across a portfolio of GSIs and geographies.
- Genuinely energized by the opportunity to hitch Docker's AI Governance story to the world's largest AI transformation engines.
- Key Performance Indicators
- GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
- Number and depth of active joint GTM motions with priority GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and others)
- Executive relationship coverage and engagement depth across target GSI AI practices
- Joint offering/IP development milestones (co-branded solutions, reference architectures, playbooks)
- Field sales adoption and utilization of GSI co-sell enablement and plays
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount

Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125M in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
Role Overview
Backblaze is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of the company’s enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. This is a senior leadership role with organization-wide scope — spanning commercial and financial systems, GTM technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of AI agents across the business.
This leader will serve as the company’s architectural authority for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and their surrounding integration ecosystem. Equally important, they will support the governed infrastructure layer that enables AI agents, automated workflows, and headless capabilities to operate safely at a public company. They will partner closely with the CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring systems are compliant, auditable, and built to scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on platform engineering instincts and practical experience deploying AI agents in production environments. This is a build-and-operate role, not a purely advisory one. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team, and will grow a broader platform capability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across the commercial, financial, and GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms.
Own and maintain formal architecture documentation including system topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Establish and enforce architectural governance standards and review processes for all material system changes across the enterprise.
Define reference architectures and design patterns for integrations, data exchange, platform extensibility, and AI agent workloads.
Lead build vs. buy evaluations and establish platform selection criteria — including for AI tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps infrastructure — aligned with long-term architectural goals.
Ensure systems architecture supports scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
Systems Architecture & Integration Design
Serve as the lead architect for the design and implementation of integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and other enterprise platforms.
Establish and enforce design standards, data contracts, and integration governance across all enterprise systems.
Own the enterprise architecture review board, evaluating proposed system changes for scalability, compliance, security, and alignment with long-term design goals.
Define integration patterns (event-driven, API-first, middleware) and ensure consistent application across the technology ecosystem.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines, data models, and platform integrations reflect sound architectural principles and support reliable analytical and operational outcomes.
Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, including iPaaS and middleware platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader architecture.
Architecture Governance & Advisory
Serve as the company's technical authority on enterprise systems design questions, providing architectural guidance to Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering leadership.
Lead architecture review sessions and provide formal design approval for major system initiatives and platform changes.
Produce and maintain architectural roadmaps, standards documentation, and technical decision frameworks that guide delivery teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectural solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical design decisions.
Establish strong feedback loops with business teams to ensure the architecture evolves alongside organizational needs.
Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows — ensuring all agents and automated systems operate through governed identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, and reconciliation layers.
Maintain and enforce change management standards for workflow deployments, prompt changes, and policy updates — including GitHub-backed version control and CI/CD deployment gates.
Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls, data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA), and internal data governance standards.
Build and maintain observability infrastructure in partnership with the security team for agent operations, including real-time dashboards, alerting on anomalous behavior, and audit trail evidence for SOX and compliance purposes.
Team Leadership & Vendor Governance
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems administrators, contractors, providing mentorship and clear career development direction.
Establish best practices for systems lifecycle management, change management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external resources operate within defined architectural standards and governance frameworks.
Champion a culture of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale, including data model design, integration patterns, and access controls.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both an architectural and operational perspective.
Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure in support of automated workflows or agent systems.
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, with experience producing control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
Proven track record managing multi-functional business systems or platform teams, including direct management of admins and techno-functional resources.
Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly across technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.
Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines for business systems deployments.
Preferred
Proficiency with architecture and security frameworks to enable the responsible usage of AI
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo) at a design and governance level.
Experience developing master data management (MDM) strategy and data governance frameworks.
Experience managing analytics architecture and BI platforms such as Tableau.
Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
Experience working in public or large enterprise technology environments with compliance and audit requirements.

The company combines globally scaled multilingual infrastructure, including a network of over 500,000 linguists and domain experts, with advanced NLP, computational linguistics, and best-in-class compliance backed by seven ISO certifications. Welo Global’s five brands—Welocalize (multilingual content and localization services for global enterprises), Park IP (intellectual property and patent translation services for law firms and corporate legal teams), Welo Life Sciences (regulated language and compliance-aligned content solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations), Adapt (multilingual performance-led digital marketing agency), and Welo Data (multilingual data generation, evaluation, and human data infrastructure for AI systems)—serve distinct customer segments with purpose-built expertise, fit-for-purpose solutions, and supporting technology. weloglobal.com
Overview
Welocalize is looking for a WordPress Developer to bring website maintenance and backend development in-house across our six brand sites: welocalize.com, welodata.ai, parkip.com, adaptworldwide.com, welolifesciences.com, and weloglobal.com. This work currently sits with an outside agency and we're looking for someone who can own it internally — with faster turnaround, better institutional knowledge, and closer collaboration with our Marketing and front-end teams.
The platform is a WordPress Multisite environment. You'll work alongside an internal front-end developer who handles content management, page building, and UX — your focus is the backend: keeping the platform healthy, building custom functionality, and managing deployments.
Job Reference: #LI-JC1
Key Responsibilities
Keep all six brand sites up to date — security patches, plugin updates, and core updates on a routine and emergency basis.
Monitor site health, uptime, and performance; coordinate with our hosting provider (Pantheon) on backups, restores, and incident response.
Serve as the internal point of contact for WordPress-related technical requests, triaging and prioritising work coming from Marketing and other teams.
Handle day-to-day development requests: bug fixes, small feature builds, and plugin configuration.
Build and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks (PHP + JS) and handle PHP theme modifications as needed.
Manage the Webpack-based build process and SCSS structure for the shared theme.
Own the deployment pipeline — Git-based deployments across Dev, Test, and Live on Pantheon — and review front-end changes before they go live.
Set up and configure hosting environments, domain onboarding, and SSL on Pantheon.
Maintain third-party integrations — forms, GTM, translation connectors, and APIs.
Respond to critical incidents: site down, data loss, or security breach across any brand site.
Conduct accessibility technical reviews (axe DevTools, screen reader testing) and implement approved fixes.
Build and maintain internal technical documentation — this role replaces an outside agency, so knowledge retention matters from day one.
Requirements
Education/Experience
3+ years of WordPress development experience, ideally including Multisite environments.
Solid PHP skills and hands-on experience with Gutenberg block development (PHP + JS).
Comfortable with SCSS/CSS, BEM methodology, and a build tool such as Webpack.
Familiar with WordPress security fundamentals — patching, hardening, vulnerability response.
Experience with Git and staging/production deployment workflows.
Good communicator — you'll work closely with Marketing, front-end, and IT and need to translate technical issues clearly.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Pantheon or a comparable managed WordPress hosting platform.
Familiarity with multilingual WordPress setups (MultilingualPress, WPML, or similar).
Experience with Composer for PHP dependency management.
Working knowledge of DNS, domain configuration, and SSL basics.
Exposure to translation management integrations (Phrase, Smartling, or similar).

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.

THE ROLE

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You're the first product marketing hire dedicated to the API, and you'll build the GTM motion from scratch.

Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
Synthesia is the #1 Enterprise AI video generation since 2016, and today we work with 90% of the Fortune 100. Our core product, Studio, lets anyone turn a script into a polished video with an AI avatar, no camera or crew required.
Now we're entering a new chapter. We're making those avatars interactive. Instead of watching a video, people can have a real conversation with one: ask it questions, practice a sales pitch, run through a training scenario, get answers back in real time.
That shift needs a story, and you own it. As Head of Product Marketing, you lead the function that decides how the whole product line is positioned, messaged, and launched. Video, interactive avatars, the API, and whatever comes next.
You'll set the platform narrative and keep it sharp as the product evolves. You'll run launches across the portfolio, own competitive strategy and buyer research, and set the messaging that sales, web, and campaigns all run on.
You'll lead a team of five PMMs, hire into it, and raise the bar for what good looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You build and deploy agents. You've automated real parts of your own PMM work with them, whether that's competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch ops.
- You've led a portfolio of products and built or grown the team behind it.
- You set positioning and narrative at the company level, the top-line story everything else ladders up to.
- You're an excellent communicator, written and spoken. Your have experience managing senior stakeholders and complex program management.
- You partner closely sales enablement, and can support complex enterprise GTM motions.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is £140,000 - £180,000.
We also offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.
