About the job
QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, it gives users greater control over their data and how they use artificial intelligence. Our focus is on local, on-device, and privacy-preserving AI, with opportunities to connect these experiences across Tether’s peer-to-peer ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI and a practical understanding of how to turn emerging capabilities into useful products.
You will work closely with the Product Lead to help advance the QV.AC vision: identifying valuable use cases, defining AI features, exploring product concepts, and working with engineering and design to bring them to users. You’ll contribute to product direction and take responsibility for moving assigned features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
This role suits someone who knows how to leverage AI to the maximum and enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, understands its possibilities and limitations, and cares about making complex technology easy to use.
Responsibilities
Help shape AI features:
Work with the Product Lead to translate the

vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements. Bring ideas grounded in user needs, research, and hands-on experimentation.
Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.
Turn ideas into clear specifications:
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows that help engineering and design understand the intended experience, constraints, and measures of success.
Prototype and explore:
Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior. Use AI-assisted tools to explore concepts quickly and refine them with the team.
Collaborate on technical trade-offs:
Work with engineers to understand what is feasible across devices and models. Help assess the impact of response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy on the user experience.
Support prioritization and planning:
Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
Drive feature delivery:
Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.
Stay close to AI developments:
Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to
QV.AC
. Share clear recommendations about what is worth testing or adopting and why.
Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features, with the ability to explain your contribution and what you learned.
A working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, alongside an interest in local and on-device AI.
The ability to translate an ambiguous idea into a clear user problem, proposed solution, and actionable requirements.
Strong product judgment, with attention to usability, scope, and measurable user value.

Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
Preferred:
Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.
Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - TECHNOLOGY
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Technology sector. We're looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere's platform can help them achieve their business goals. You'll lay the foundation for Cohere's growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You'll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It's a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you'll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive focused on the Technology sector you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the vertical to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the Technology sector, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the Financial Services sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you'll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization's technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the Financial Services sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the Financial Services sector
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the Technology industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Financial Services operations.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is becoming the AI layer inside the platforms where enterprises already work. Our partnership with Salesforce — anchored by Claudeforce — is the first and largest example, and a growing roster of strategic technology partners is following the same path: making Claude the front door to their products for millions of users.
As Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships, you will own the ongoing comarketing relationship with these strategic tech partners. You will be the single marketing point of contact for each partner’s marketing organization, build and run the joint marketing plan, manage shared marketing funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — exec summits at partner flagship events, joint workshops, enablement moments, and co-branded activations around the world.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with strategic tech partners, starting with Salesforce: be the one consistent Anthropic marketing voice your partner counterparts plan with, and keep both sides working from a single joint plan
Build joint marketing plans with each partner, with goals and success metrics agreed before any shared funds are committed
Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF): allocation across programs, spend tracking, compliance with partnership terms, and reporting on what the investment returned
Design and execute flagship joint moments — executive summits and sessions at partner events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours), joint customer workshops, partner sales kickoff enablement, and co-hosted executive dinners
Extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem, including joint activations with shared systems-integrator and consulting partners
Measure what matters: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, program-level attribution, and a partnership marketing health scorecard built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand: apply comarketing guidelines, run messaging and asset approvals in both directions, and know when to say no to a partner ask
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Partner Marketing, Partnerships/Business Development, segment field marketers, Product Marketing, Events, and Comms all touch these relationships. You keep them coordinated and the partner experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner: a hyperscaler, a major SaaS platform, or an equivalent, including joint planning and MDF management
A track record of executive-level field programs: summits, flagship-event activations, C-level dinners, and roadshows, with the pipeline to show for them
Strong relationship-building skills: able to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while holding Anthropic's line on brand, messaging, and spend
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
Experience on both sides of a platform partnership (at the platform and at the ISV/partner)
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products
Experience running programs at global scale across multiple regions and event series
Experience working with or marketing through global systems integrators

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing both sides of the security equation, and Anthropic is focused on putting frontier AI capabilities in the hands of defenders. Cybersecurity is a fast-growing area for Anthropic, spanning enterprise security teams that adopt Claude for their own security work and security companies that build their products on our models. The buyers are demanding and data-driven, from CISOs to hands-on practitioners in security engineering, application security, security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
As Field Marketing Lead, Cybersecurity, you will lead Anthropic's field marketing for the cybersecurity audience around the world, helping position Claude as the trusted AI partner for security teams. You will align closely with the sales organization, develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs, and partner with Anthropic's cybersecurity experts in product marketing, solutions marketing, and across the business to turn their positioning and messaging into programs and campaigns. You will be the cybersecurity lead that our campaigns and regional field marketing teams draw on, working with customers in every segment and with a focus on expanding within existing accounts. You will make sure that how we show up to CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee is credible, consistent, and tied to revenue, whether in a global campaign, an executive roundtable, or a flagship industry event.
Location: this is a global role, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York.
Key responsibilities
Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan: define how we reach CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee in every customer segment, the annual program calendar, and the goals and success metrics agreed with sales leadership before budget is committed
Align with the sales organization worldwide: agree on target accounts and buying committees, build programs that expand Anthropic's footprint in existing accounts and open new opportunities, and make sure account teams have what they need to invite, follow up, and convert
Partner with product marketing, solutions marketing, and Anthropic's cybersecurity experts: build on their positioning, messaging, and enablement, and work with them to turn cyber use cases into the programs and campaigns that build awareness and demand
Develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs: playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations that let regional field marketers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC run cybersecurity programs locally without starting from scratch
Design and run flagship cybersecurity moments in the field: executive roundtables, CISO dinners, practitioner workshops, and Anthropic's field presence around major industry events such as RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, and Infosecurity Europe, in step with the launch, content, and thought leadership plans led by product and solutions marketing
Serve as the cybersecurity field lead for integrated campaigns: bring audience insight, field feedback, and program ideas, and extend global campaigns into regional programs so they land with CISOs, practitioners, and the rest of the buying committee
Bring the voice of the security buyer back into Anthropic: share what you hear from customers, analysts, and the field with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Measure what matters: sourced and influenced pipeline, expansion within existing accounts, program-level attribution, and a clear read on which programs earn more investment, built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand with a skeptical audience: hold a high bar for technical accuracy, keep the story focused on defenders and responsible deployment, avoid fear-based messaging, and know when to say no to a program that would not earn trust
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Sales, Campaigns, regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Comms all touch this audience. You keep them coordinated and the customer experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Working fluency in the cybersecurity landscape, across areas such as security operations, detection and response, threat intelligence, application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance, risk and compliance, with enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with both CISOs and hands-on practitioners
A track record of partnering with sales teams on pipeline and on expansion within existing accounts, including account-based programs and executive engagement, with results to show for them
Experience across both integrated campaigns and field marketing, and the judgment to know which one a given goal calls for
Experience operating globally: you have led programs across multiple regions and enabled local teams to run them well
Strong influence without authority: able to set direction for campaigns and regional field marketers who do not report to you
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Experience working alongside product marketing and technical experts, and turning their positioning and messaging into field programs and campaigns
Range across customer segments: you can adapt a program for a large enterprise, a mid-size company, and a fast-growing startup
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field marketing or demand generation for cybersecurity buyers at a security vendor or an enterprise technology company
Hands-on background in security, such as time as a practitioner, sales engineer, or product marketer for a security product
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products, including how AI is changing security work for defenders
Experience marketing trust-sensitive or dual-use products, where responsible deployment is central to the story
Existing relationships in the security community: CISO networks, analysts, industry groups, and event organizers
Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector buyers, where security review shapes the deal
Experience working with security technology partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), or global systems integrators

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Lead, US to build and scale our relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates across the US market. The role combines business development, creator and affiliate partnerships and performance marketing, with a clear commercial mandate: drive attributable funded accounts and trading volume from active traders and investors, starting with Margin.
This is not a crypto-native KOL role. The audience we want to reach already trades and invests, and we reach them through the creators and publishers they trust in traditional finance, trading education and wealth management.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates, building a high-quality pipeline of trading educators, finance YouTubers and podcasters, newsletter authors, and wealth-management and advisor-creators.
- Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, starting with a focus on driving Margin trading volume and funded accounts, with the scope to expand across Kraken's other trading products.
- Own partner acquisition and relationship development, from initial outreach and commercial conversations through activation and ongoing growth.
- Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships that tie partner incentives to funded accounts and trading activity.
- Set up and manage the tracking, attribution, payout and reporting needed to measure partners through funded and traded accounts.
- Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosure, content review and approved messaging, so that promotion of leveraged products is responsible and consistent.
- Partner across Growth, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams to turn creator and affiliate opportunities into effective campaigns, and bring partner and audience feedback back into the product.
- Coordinate with the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team so each creator has a single point of contact and relationships are not duplicated.
- Track attributable trading volume, funded accounts, active-trader retention and CAC per partner, and use the results to prioritize partners and investment.
- Continuously identify emerging creators, communities and affiliate publishers that reach active traders and investors in the US.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management or affiliate-led growth in the US, with a track record of running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform or investing product.
- Experience growing margin, options, futures or other leveraged or active-trading products.
- A strong existing network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem, including trading educators, finance YouTubers, newsletter authors, podcasters and wealth-management or advisor-creators.
- Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with the ability to explain crypto trading products clearly to audiences who are new to them.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, negotiate and grow commercially meaningful partnerships, including CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deal structures.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- A record of turning creator or affiliate activity into measurable outcomes such as funded accounts, trading volume, revenue or acquisition, with results you can describe in numbers.
- Familiarity with US financial advertising rules, including FTC paid-endorsement disclosure, and experience getting creator content through compliance review.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to work with creators who protect their audience's trust and are selective about the brands they promote.
- Commercial judgment: you prioritize partners based on expected impact on conversion and trading activity, not on reach or activity alone.
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate partners, diagnose results, adjust strategy and end partnerships that do not perform.
- Strong cross-functional execution skills and the ability to move opportunities from prospecting through launch and ongoing growth.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in wealth management or fintech.
- Experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm.
- Existing relationships with US crypto-native creators.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The Field Architect role at MinIO is a senior customer-facing technical position focused on defining, validating, and guiding architectures for AI, analytics, cloud-native applications, and large-scale data platforms. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, translating business and application requirements into robust technical designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the broader MinIO team through technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concept (PoC) delivery, production onboarding, performance validation, and long-term expansion. Success in this role requires hands-on expertise across the data stack, strong architecture and communication skills, and ownership of customer technical outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Technical Architecture and Discovery:
Lead technical discovery with customers and partners to understand their business goals, data sources, application requirements, infrastructure constraints, and success criteria. Design end-to-end architectures that address those requirements.
Data Platform Architecture:
Design solutions across the full data stack, including ingestion and change data capture (CDC), batch and streaming pipelines, data processing, lakehouse storage and table formats, catalogs, query and analytics engines, orchestration, data quality, governance, and AI integration. Understand how these components work together and guide customers through architecture decisions and tradeoffs.
AI and Analytics Workload Design:
Define and validate architectures for AI/ML training and inference, analytics, lakehouse environments, high-performance data pipelines, and modern application data services.
Object Storage and S3 Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in AIStor, object storage, S3-compatible architectures, distributed systems, replication, erasure coding, security, performance tuning, and large-scale namespace design.
Customer Engagement & PoC Delivery
Customer Technical Advisor:
Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, AI, infrastructure, platform, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions.
PoC Ownership and Delivery:
Plan and conduct customer PoCs from initial scope through final technical review. Agree on success criteria, design and deploy the solution, integrate the required data stack components, build representative use cases, run functional and performance tests, troubleshoot issues, document results, and drive the PoC to a clear outcome and production plan.
Customer Success Beyond the Win:
Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers move from PoC to production and expand adoption across additional workloads and teams.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance:
Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and deployment patterns across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Solution Integration:
Work with customer teams and technology partners to integrate data sources, ingestion and streaming tools, processing and analytics engines, AI platforms, identity systems, observability tools, and infrastructure components.
Technical Presentations and Enablement:
Deliver architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support:
Lead or contribute to technical responses covering the full data platform, including architecture, integrations, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.
Product Intelligence & Market Expertise
Product and Engineering Feedback:
Capture customer requirements, PoC findings, integration needs, and field feedback. Work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve gaps and inform priorities.
Competitive and Market Expertise:
Stay current on object storage, data lakehouse, AI infrastructure, analytics, Kubernetes, cloud, and competing data platforms. Explain technical differentiation in the context of customer use cases.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in a senior customer-facing technical role such as Field Architect, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Hands-on experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting end-to-end data platforms. This should include several of the following: ingestion, CDC, batch and streaming processing, lakehouse architecture, catalogs, query engines, orchestration, data quality, governance, and AI/analytics workloads.
Demonstrated experience leading customer PoCs, including defining success criteria, deploying and integrating components, validating functionality and performance, resolving technical issues, and presenting results.
Strong understanding of object storage and S3-compatible architectures, including security, replication, data protection, performance, and scale-out design.
Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, storage systems, containers, Kubernetes, and modern data center infrastructure.
Practical experience with relevant data stack technologies, such as Kafka, Debezium, NiFi, Spark, Flink, Trino, Starburst, Iceberg, Delta Lake, or data catalogs. Experience with every listed technology is not required.
Experience designing or supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, lakehouse, or large-scale data pipeline environments.
Experience with public and hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or private cloud platforms.
Ability to lead technical discovery, design architectures, build demonstrations, analyze performance, troubleshoot integrations, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Strong verbal, written, whiteboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across customers, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams.
Strong customer-success orientation, intellectual curiosity, sense of ownership, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, field events, and internal team activities.

European governments, research institutions, and public bodies are investing in large-scale AI, analytics, and data infrastructure. MinIO's software-defined, S3-compatible, cloud-native object storage is built for the performance and scale these workloads demand.
We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Sr Regional Sales Manager to lead MinIO's growth in the public sector across EU Region. You will sell to national and regional government, research and HPC centres, universities, healthcare bodies, defence and security agencies, and EU institutions. You will combine technical depth in storage, data lake/lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC with a real understanding of how the public sector buys, so you can shape and win complex, multi-stakeholder deals of €250K+.
What You Will Do
Drive Public Sector Business Development:
Identify and develop opportunities across ministries, agencies, research organisations, and public institutions. Engage early, before requirements are written, to influence strategy, architecture, and budget planning.
Lead Technical and Vision Selling:
Articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, analytics, and HPC, not just incremental improvements. Translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes and public value.
Navigate Public Procurement:
Manage the full cycle from early engagement through tender, evaluation, and award. This includes EU and national procurement rules, framework agreements, and dynamic purchasing systems. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Contracts.
Close Complex Deals:
Own opportunities with longer, committee-driven sales cycles, from first contact through to award.
Compete and Win Against Legacy Vendors:
Position cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage against traditional storage vendors by demonstrating its advantages for modern workloads. Make the case on cost, flexibility, and performance.
Support Security Reviews:
Work with customers and internal teams to respond to security questionnaires and architecture reviews, involving Product and Legal as needed.
Build the Business Case:
Develop ROI and total-cost-of-ownership models that speak to public-sector priorities: value for money, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability.
Partner-First Territory Strategy:
Build and run co-selling plans with resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners, including those holding public-sector frameworks, to extend coverage and reach buyers who purchase through partners.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing on tailored solutions, successful POCs and pilots, and a smooth path from award to deployment.
Forecast with Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management, realistic forecasting that reflects procurement timelines and budget cycles, and clear account plans.
Your Skills and Experience
Public Sector Sales Expertise:
7+ years of enterprise or public-sector sales in the EU, with consistent quota attainment and average deal sizes of €250K+.
Procurement Fluency:
Hands-on experience with public tenders and frameworks, and with working through procurement officers, technical evaluators, and budget holders.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You can engage architects and researchers and connect technical concepts to mission and policy outcomes.
Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.
Education:
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Senior Director of Product Management for Developer & AI will lead product strategy and execution across one of 1Password’s most future-defining portfolios. This role spans our Developer Experience (DevX) products, Security for AI, and AI for Security initiatives, as well as the product surface area that supports standards adoption and developer engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering, this leader will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how developers and AI-powered systems securely interact with 1Password—from local development and secrets management, to programmatic agent access, to secure runtime environments.
This role requires deep partnership with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and GTM teams, and leadership of a senior group of product managers operating across highly technical, platform-oriented problem spaces.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading senior PMs or product portfolios.
- Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products strongly preferred.
- Track record of shipping impactful developer tools, platforms, or security products used by large or fast-growing audiences.
- Strong familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to reason about AI capabilities and limitations through a product and customer lens.
- Solid understanding of modern security concepts such as identity, secrets management, access control, and secure system design.
- Comfort operating in highly technical problem spaces alongside senior engineers.
- Ability to connect long-term product vision with near-term priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
- Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
What you can expect:
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1Password’s Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
- Ensure clear articulation of customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
- Lead product definition for secure, agentic workflows including identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control for both developers and AI agents.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities and risks into durable, differentiated product primitives.
- Work in lockstep with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering to align product strategy with technical vision, architecture, and delivery.
- Enable strong product-engineering collaboration that balances innovation, speed, and long-term platform integrity.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches, platform integrations, and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent product strategy internally and externally, ensuring consistency across messaging, documentation, and developer engagement.
- Provide product leadership and input into standards participation and developer advocacy efforts, ensuring standards work is grounded in real customer needs and product direction.
- Help position 1Password as a trusted product leader in the AI and security ecosystem.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers working across complex, technical domains.
- Establish product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.

You'll work with large volumes of real-time payment data, using tools like Oracle SQL, Postman, OpenSearch, and Grafana to trace transactions, diagnose root causes, and keep critical payment services running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a tangible impact on the experience of millions of customers around the world.

Incident Management & Resolution:
Conduct incident response efforts, including root-cause investigations, documentation of incident reports, and coordination of cross-functional teams to resolution.
Stuck & Flagged Transaction Handling:
Resolve transactions flagged for manual parsing and investigate payouts or funding stuck in pending status (>3 days), updating statuses or escalating as needed.
Partner & Bank Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for partners and banks to resolve processing issues, file-loading discrepancies, and data reporting corrections.
SAR & PDP Reconciliation:
Troubleshoot SAR reconciliation issues, including unmatched transactions, missing/duplicate report data, and platform data mismatches.
Releases & Deployment:
Coordinate, execute, and roll back service releases, verifying post-release system health and performance graphs.
What You Bring to the Team:
Problem-solving mindset
with the drive to investigate novel issues and determine solution steps independently
Technical Troubleshooting:
Practical experience using SQL for data querying, alongside Postman to read API documentation and debug partner integrations.
Monitoring & Operations:
Basic Linux, network, or cloud administration experience.
Incident & Escalation Management:
Ability to manage concurrent, time-sensitive incidents under strict SLA windows, moving from root-cause analysis to final resolution.

Experience interfacing with external entities (banks, PSPs, processors) and internal stakeholders (Engineering, Settlement, Customer Support).
Programming Literacy:
Basic skills in any programming language to read code, run scripts, or inspect data payloads.
Communication Skills:
Advanced written and verbal English skills for managing communications with internal teams and external financial partners.
Nice To Have
Experience working directly with OpenSearch for log and transaction analysis.
