About the Team
Commercial & Play Network (Wizards)
Job Overview
The Wizards Play Network (WPN) plays a key role in this mission — assisting retailers, nurturing active play communities, and delivering excellent player experiences. The WPN Retail Development Representative takes charge of growing and sustaining the Wizards Play Network throughout a varied, multi-market region spanning APAC. This position handles partner onboarding, retailer relationship management, and market expansion work across multiple markets characterized by diverse languages, regulatory settings, and retail progression levels. Based in Singapore, the role is at the operational hub of the region. It enables efficient travel connectivity, aligns timezones across the group, and is close to the region's most developed WPN market.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Singapore office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
WPN Partner Onboarding & Retailer Support
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new WPN retail partners across all seven markets
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing WPN retailers, handling critical issues, product support queries, and account management
Maintain accurate records of retailer status, tier, and engagement across the region
Wizards Play Network Development
Develop and carry out Wizards Play Network growth plans, to drive store growth and develop the Southeast Asia region.
Identify and prioritize new partner opportunities based on local market potential to help expand play and commercial availability across the region.
Support in-store and community play programs to drive product velocity through the retail channel
Track and report on regional Wizards Play Network metrics
Regional & Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with the wider APAC team to ensure consistent regional strategy and shared findings
Liaise with global WPN, marketing, and product teams on regional programs, launches, and promotional calendars
Provide market intelligence and on-the-ground insight to inform APAC-wide planning and headcount/coverage decisions
Travel & Market Presence
Travel regularly within the region to visit retail partners, attend/support events, and assess market conditions directly
Represent the company behind Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons at regional trade shows, conventions, and retailer events as required
What You'll Bring
Experience in retail development, channel sales, account management, or distributor/partner management, ideally within gaming, hobby, toy, or FMCG retail
Proven track record to manage a multi-market or multi-country portfolio independently
Familiarity with the tabletop gaming, trading card game (TCG), or collectible hobby retail landscape
Existing network of retail contacts in one or more of the covered markets
Prior experience working within a global brand's regional field team, reporting to an offshore manager
Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills; comfortable working across markets with differing languages and business norms
Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel across APAC

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
