Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

As Lead Deployment Strategist on our founding office in Korea, you will bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring our customers not only see the potential of AI but realize its value in their operations. This role is a unique blend of strategic advisory and hands-on deployment leadership, spanning both presales and postsales phases. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, architecting AI solutions that drive transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will be embedded in our most strategic accounts, diagnosing business challenges, designing AI-powered solutions, and leading their deployment from concept to full-scale adoption. This role demands a rare combination of executive presence, technical credibility, and commercial acumen, with a focus on both winning and delivering high-impact AI initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Advisory & C-Suite Partnership
• Serve as the lead strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive leadership (CEO, CTO, CIO).
• Lead C-suite workshops to diagnose business drivers and co-create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop and present compelling business cases and proposals, articulating the ROI of AI adoption and the value of Mistral’s platform.
Presales: Shaping the Vision
• Partner with sales and product teams to identify and qualify opportunities, positioning Mistral’s solutions as the catalyst for enterprise transformation.
• Design tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts that address critical business challenges and demonstrate tangible value.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client engagements, ensuring our solutions are understood, trusted, and adopted.
Postsales: Driving Deployment & Adoption
• Own the end-to-end success of AI deployments, from strategic planning to operational integration, ensuring solutions are embedded into the customer’s core workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute deployment roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Navigate organizational complexity and drive change management to ensure seamless adoption and long-term success.
Commercial Growth & Thought Leadership
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within accounts, connecting Mistral’s capabilities to new business challenges and driving commercial growth.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and playbooks for customer engagement.
• Represent Mistral AI as a thought leader through speaking engagements, executive briefings, and industry contributions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You have 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role, with a focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation.
• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
• You are fluent in both English and Korean
• You possess a deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on development of AI solutions—enough to credibly engage with technical teams and executives alike.
• You have a proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and align AI strategies with business objectives.
• You excel at structuring ambiguous problems into actionable programs and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• You are equally comfortable in presales and postsales: shaping deals, designing solutions, and ensuring their successful deployment.
• You have experience managing high-value accounts, understanding deal mechanics, and building compelling cases for investment.
• You are a collaborative leader who can motivate cross-functional teams and drive results through influence, not authority.
We are looking for adaptable, low-ego team players who are passionate about turning AI vision into reality and delivering transformative impact for our customers.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About
Tavily
We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent — but also informed.
We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI — from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it's powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we're the missing link between LLMs and the real world.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the billing platform behind a novel search engine tailored for agentic AI consumption. This role is based in our New York office, hybrid with the NYC team.
Our APIs are used by millions of developers and the AI agents acting on their behalf, all paying based on what they consume. You will own the systems that turn product usage into accurate, trustworthy revenue, supporting flexible billing models—usage-based pricing, subscriptions, prepaid balances with auto top-up, and enterprise contracts. Correctness is non-negotiable: every event must be measured precisely and every invoice must be right to the cent.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and operate the billing platform end to end, from usage events to invoices
Build metering and usage-aggregation pipelines that turn high-volume events into billable amounts
Design and operate prepaid credit/wallet systems with auto top-up and balance management
Support enterprise/contract billing with custom pricing, negotiated terms, and scheduled invoicing
Build reconciliation, idempotency, and invoice-accuracy safeguards to ensure revenue data is always correct
Lead the migration to the next generation of our billing system with no revenue loss or downtime
Define observability and quality metrics for billing correctness, freshness, and throughput
Ensure billing systems meet audit and compliance requirements (
SOX
, financial audit)
What
we're
looking for
:
6+ years building production backend systems, of which 3+ years actively building and operating billing or metering systems in production
Hands-on experience with usage-based / metered billing: rating, aggregation, and proration logic
Hands-on experience with subscription / recurring billing alongside usage-based models
Hands-on experience with prepaid credits / wallet systems and auto top-up mechanics
Hands-on experience with enterprise / contract billing: custom pricing and negotiated terms
End-to-end integration of a third-party billing platform (Stripe Billing, Metronome, Orb, or Zuora)
Strong expertise in Python and TypeScript/Node (Go a plus)
Production experience with transactional databases (Postgres or equivalent) for financial-grade data
Built high-volume event / usage pipelines into a data warehouse (Kafka or Kinesis → Snowflake or BigQuery)
Owned billing correctness in production: reconciliation, idempotency, invoice accuracy
Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience: worked on billing for high-volume, self-serve users
Hands-on with Auth0, Okta, or similar identity systems in production
Shipped revenue systems under
SOX
or financial audit constraints
Nice to have:
Led a billing system migration or re-platform with zero revenue loss or downtime
Built hybrid billing combining usage, subscriptions, and prepaid in one system
Worked across both a payments layer (Stripe) and a metering / rating layer (Metronome / Orb)
Billed a developer-facing / API product with pay-as-you-go and API-key metering
Used Snowflake for usage aggregation and revenue analytics
Why
Tavily
?
Full ownership
— small team, you own the entire infrastructure, not a slice of it
Real scaling challenges
— bursty scraping workloads, cache invalidation, multi-region, millions of daily requests
AI-native company
— your infra directly powers AI agents used by leading companies in the space.

ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We're a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Experiments team at Constructor builds an experimentation platform: traffic allocation, exposure logging, metric computation, statistical analysis, and a UI for launching experiments and interpreting results. It’s used both internally and by customers running experiments on production traffic.
We’re scaling customer experimentation usage and investing in making experiments faster, more reliable, and easier to interpret. Unlike boxed experimentation tools, our platform has to support a wide range of customer integrations, traffic patterns, and industry constraints — which makes the engineering problems unusually real-world and high-leverage.
Team: 3 Software Engineers, 1 Data Analyst, an Engineering Manager, and a Product Manager.
THE ROLE
This is primarily a backend role (Python services + data-heavy systems). You’ll occasionally work in the Dash UI and contribute to Spark jobs, but those are not the main focus. We care about correctness, observability, and product usability more than complex infrastructure.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Plotly Dash, PySpark/Databricks, AWS, CloudWatch, Sentry
(Spark work is ~5–10% — we don’t expect you to be a data engineer or own the data platform.)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services for experiment assignment, logging, and report generation
- Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of experiment reporting pipelines
- Add product-facing features to the UI to help users launch experiments and interpret results
- Take technical ownership of projects: shape solutions, break down work, and drive execution with the team
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (investigating occasional issues and answering internal questions)
You’ll collaborate closely with Search/Recommendations engineers, ML/DS partners, and customer-facing teams when needed. This role does not require frequent direct customer calls.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVE
- Strong experience building and owning production backend services in Python
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems (metrics, logging, analytics)
- Ability to ship maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery)
MINDSET
- You take ownership: you can turn ambiguous problems into an executable technical plan
- You care about building systems people trust and rely on
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with experimentation systems, metrics platforms, or A/B testing workflows
- Experience with PySpark and/or Databricks
- We don’t expect you to already be an expert in experimentation methodology — but we do expect strong backend fundamentals and the ability to ramp up effectively in a data-heavy domain
LOCATION / TIME ZONES
- We’re a distributed team. Preferred time zones are UTC+1 to UTC+7, but we’re flexible
BENEFITS
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all employees to take at least 3 weeks per year
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend - we want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget - refreshed each year for every employee
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees
- 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact
- 💵 Base salary: $80k–$110k USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary
- 🎉 Regular team offsites to connect and collaborate

As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of their education, diversity of opinion, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or affiliation in any other protected group.
Studies have shown that women and people of color may be less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every one of the qualifications listed. Our primary interest is in finding the best candidate for the job. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of our listed qualifications.
How we handle your data. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Constructor will collect and process the personal data you provide for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for this role. ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI team is Mistral's customer-facing technical organization. We work directly with enterprise clients from pre-sales through implementation to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Our team combines deep ML expertise with strong customer engagement skills, operating like startup CTOs who own end-to-end project execution. Our SRE team works transversally across customer engagements, enabling value creation through Mistral tech - at scale. By joining the team you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise applications, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with both customer needs and Mistral's technological vision.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be one of the founding engineers of the Applied AI SRE sub-team.
Your mission, alongside the team, is to build and operate the framework to ensure Mistral’s solution delivery is reliable and sustainable - and applied uniformly across all our accounts, both Mistral-hosted and customer-hosted. You should already have a strong understanding of what operational excellence looks like, and you’re ready to scale your impact.
You will operate in four concurrent modes:
- BUILD - Design for a fleet of Mistral platforms and apps. Build proactivity to reduce reactivity.
Productize reliability, author runbooks, create SLO templates, implement observability.
- RUN - Operate the Tier-1 customer environments that Mistral are contracted to operate.
Ensure SLO compliance, own on-call and incident response, manage drift, partner with Technical Support as L3 escalation, champion high signal post-mortems.
- ENABLE - Productize how Mistral deploy, secure, and scale our Applied AI solutions.
Engineer on-demand provisioning, author security baseline packages, embed security guardrails, automate everything.
- SECURE - Own the security operations layer for our customer-side deployments.
Lead CVE response across the fleet, ship supply-chain integrity controls (SBOM, signed images, provenance), co-page with InfoSec on security incidents, enforce secure-config baselines.
This is a framework-first, fleet management role at heart. If you're excited by the difference between solving one customer's problem and structurally solving the class of problem for every customer, this is the role.
HOW WE WORK IN APPLIED AI
• We care about people and outputs.
• What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it
• Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
• Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before
• We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
• No politics. Low ego, high standards.
• We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps, with a record of shipping tooling.
• Strong multi-tenant Kubernetes fluency, namespace segmentation, network policy, RBAC, admission control, operations at scale.
• On-call discipline: incident response, blameless post-mortem culture, runbook-first mindset.
• Observability stack in production: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, Signoz.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible (or close equivalents).
• Proficient in Python and/or Golang for tooling and automation.
• Security mindset: you treat secure-SDLC, CVE response, and supply-chain integrity as reliability properties of the shipped artifact, not as someone else's job.
• Strong written communication skills: runbooks, post-mortems, and customer-facing incident comms are core deliverables of this role.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment — and disciplined enough to defend the team's scope when work tries to spill in.
• Solid Linux internals, networking debug, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
STRONG PLUS
• Cloud or application security background (AppSec, K8s security, supply chain — SBOM, cosign, SLSA). At least one of our early hires must bring this; if it's you, flag it.
• Experience operating LLM / model-serving stacks in production
• Experience with multi-cloud or on-prem hybrid customer environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, sovereign clouds).
• Open-source contributions, particularly in SRE, observability, or security tooling.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow one of Avoca's most important revenue engines. Partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, through the networks, platforms, and industry players they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of partner relationships across the home services ecosystem, from integration and technology partners to the manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue, across technology partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors
- Leverage Avoca’s network of investors, partners, and industry influencers to generate inbound interest and warm introductions.
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure every partnership is effectively enabled and integrated into our existing GTM motions, not left to sit on paper
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry, you understand how this ecosystem works and who the players are
- Existing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, or other key players in the space that you can activate quickly
- 6+ years in the industry or in partnerships, channel, or business development adjacent to it
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency: you build the playbook, you don't wait for one
- Bonus points: Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions and familiarity with the CRMs home services operators use (ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, Housecall Pro, and others)
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
- You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
