About the Role
OneDome is a UK-based property technology company on a mission to make buying, selling and financing a home simpler and faster. Our platform connects homebuyers, estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers into a single digital journey, and it is scaling quickly.
We hold a great deal of data on how customers move through buying, financing and conveyancing, and very little of it can currently be queried in one place. This is our first dedicated data engineering role. You will own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it, decide what the data platform looks like, and become the person the business relies on for answers.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain our AWS-based data platform for a quickly scaling business.
Build and own our data warehouse and the pipelines that feed it from product, CRM and third-party systems.
Model data for analytics and reporting so analysts, product and leadership can rely on it, and keep those models tested and documented.
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction across the platform.
Ensure data quality, performance and scalability.
Own data protection obligations within our pipelines, including retention, deletion and subject access requests.
Collaborate with product managers, analysts and engineers across distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, security and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience building and running production data pipelines end to end.
Data warehouse design and modelling, including dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions, incremental and full-refresh builds, and schemas analysts can query unaided.
Hands-on production experience with Redshift, including loading strategies, distribution and sort key design, workload management, query tuning and cost control. An equivalent columnar warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) is acceptable with a credible transfer story.
Experience running dbt in production, including testing, documentation and CI.
Strong SQL, including tuning analytical queries, and strong Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including Postgres (with JSONB) and DynamoDB or equivalent, and real experience getting analytical value out of NoSQL stores through change data capture, export patterns, denormalisation and schema drift.
Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating data services on AWS, including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis/Firehose, RDS, IAM and CloudWatch.
Experience with infrastructure automation and observability, including infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience handling regulated personal data in the UK, including GDPR, retention and subject access requests.
Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of the development workflow.
Strong communication skills in English. Russian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data extraction (Synapse Link, Dataverse API).
Mortgage, property or financial services domain experience.
Experience with BI tooling such as Looker or Metabase.
Familiarity with managed ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte.
AWS certification.
What We Offer
Challenging tasks with a great opportunity to level up your skills.
20 working days of paid vacation, with additional days off following the UK holiday calendar.
Working hours of 9:00-17:00 London time.
An international team spread across Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Ready to Build?
OneDome is small enough that your work is visible and large enough that it matters. This is the first data role here, so the warehouse, the models and the standards will be yours to set. If you want to help reshape one of the biggest transactions in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500
Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field.
The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't.
- Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps actually act on. A build isn't done until the field is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day.
- Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role — ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
- You’ve shipped production agents on Vercel — build custom internal GTM apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) — you're actively building with these tools in production, not just experimenting
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool — you have opinions about how to use it well and you've pushed it to its limits
- Direct experience with Salesforce — you know the data model, you've built on it, and you're comfortable owning CRM-level changes
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong judgment on the build decision — you know when low-code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with highly technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions
- An instinct for stack consolidation — you've inherited a messy tool environment before and helped bring it toward something more intentional without breaking what works
- Systems thinker — you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they're reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
- Comfortable with a little sprawl — you're not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go
- Challenging work and exposure to a variety of ML startups.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, 1Password’s product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern the applications their employees use. You’ll shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, connecting deep technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs involved in building for enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
• Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including single sign-on (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns, as well as responsible AI-assisted product development.
What you can expect:
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences should be sequenced to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $172,000 USD and $249,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

As the Reporting and Controls Lead, you'll own the single view of where every project in the delivery portfolio stands: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service, the integrity of the data behind it, and the capacity projections leadership plans against. You'll build and run the reporting the delivery team and executives rely on, and chase down the schedule and data discrepancies it surfaces.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work with Senior Delivery Managers and Regional Managers in the field, our third-party project-management partners, and the planning, transaction, design, and deployment teams whose inputs and outputs the portfolio schedule depends on.
MOC (Mission + Outcomes + Competencies)
Mission
Give the delivery team and leadership one trustworthy view of where every project stands.
Outcomes
Consolidated milestone tracking (early floor access, floor access, RFS) current across all projects.
Schedule and status data reconciled at the source.
Portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan maintained.
Delivery-review and executive reporting built; data-quality checks automated where possible.
Competencies
Project controls / scheduling on large capital programs.
Portfolio-level, not single-job, reporting.
Scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling fluency.
Identifying, qualifying, and packaging data driven insights that define project and portfolio health.
Responsibilities
Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects — early floor access, floor access, ready for service — and keep it current
Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party partners; challenge what doesn't reconcile and fix it at the source
Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them
Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
Define the data standards and integrated-schedule and tooling conventions projects report against, with the Program Management Lead
Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools
You may be a good fit if you
Have [7+] years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs — data center, energy, or industrial
Have run consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio, not a single job
Are fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling [e.g. Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI — confirm]
Communicate clearly, in writing and in charts, to technical and executive audiences
Are comfortable building the process while running it
Strong candidates may also have
Hyperscaler, colo, or developer-side program-controls experience
Owner's-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience
Built planning or reporting tools leveraging AI-assisted development
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
