OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.

This role owns the technical depth of the product lifecycle while keeping the team anchored to customer value and business outcomes.
You will be the connective tissue between Product and Engineering: fluent enough in the technical stack to make real-time tradeoff decisions with engineers, and disciplined enough in product craft to keep the roadmap grounded in customer impact. This is a hands-on, technical product role for someone energized by the details of how things work, not just what gets shipped.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 Months
Develop working fluency in Arcadia's platform architecture, data model, and the technical stack of your assigned engineering team.
Build trusted, credible working relationships with your engineering counterparts, joining sprint ceremonies and grooming sessions.
Take ownership of a product area's backlog and begin active prioritization grounded in customer and technical impact.
Demonstrate the ability to hold your own in a technical conversation about pipeline architecture, data, or implementation tradeoffs.
In 6 Months
Ship one or more meaningful product increments in close partnership with engineering, on a predictable delivery cadence.
Establish clear product and delivery metrics, and use them to guide prioritization and stakeholder reporting.
Be a go-to resource for engineering on requirements clarity, scope tradeoffs, and customer context.
Lead structured technical discovery (data investigation, feasibility checks, pipeline architecture discussions) that informs roadmap decisions.
In 12 Months
Be recognized as the product owner and technical subject-matter expert for your portfolio, trusted by engineering and business stakeholders alike.
Drive roadmap strategy that balances near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and technical health.
Proactively identify and act on opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve data quality, or unlock new technical capability.
Mentor peers on how to work effectively with engineering teams and contribute to broader product-engineering process improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined portfolio within Arcadia's platform, partnering day-to-day with an embedded engineering teams through the full SDLC.
Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical realities into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and well-scoped increments engineering can execute against.
Engage deeply with engineering on data pipeline, data models, and enrichment asking the right technical questions and making informed calls when priorities conflict.
Run and participate in agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and incident/RCA reviews, ensuring engineering has what it needs to move fast without losing quality.
Deconstruct ambiguous or large-scale goals into MVPs and iterative delivery plans, adjusting scope based on technical constraints and customer feedback.
Use SQL and product/data instrumentation to self-serve answers, validate hypotheses, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.
Replicate, triage, and help troubleshoot complex product issues alongside engineering, escalating and documenting bugs and workarounds as needed.
Communicate roadmap progress, technical risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with agentic designers, operations, commercial, marketing, and analytic teams to ensure what engineering ships is adopted and drives measurable value.
Advocate for a healthy balance between shipping new capability and managing technical debt, performance, and platform scalability.
What You'll Bring
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience
4–7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven track record taking products from requirements through SDLC to launch, including scoping MVPs and iterating post-launch.
Experience engaging in real technical tradeoff discussions architecture, APIs, data flows, scalability, and implementation approach.
Healthcare, health-tech, or complex B2B data/SaaS experience strongly preferred; population health, value-based care, or interoperability experience is a plus.
Technical Fluency
Hands-on SQL proficiency, comfortable writing queries to self-serve analysis and validate product decisions.
Working understanding of database and data-platform technologies (e.g., Snowflake, cloud data warehouses) and how data model design affects product capability.
Comfort partnering with engineers on API design, system architecture, and technical constraints without needing everything translated into non-technical terms.
Qualities & Skills
Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and hands-on execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to move fluidly between engineering detail and executive-level summary.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, breaking large problems into deliverable increments.
Calm, confident facilitator of trade-off conversations across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to clear, current documentation.
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with healthcare data standards or interoperability frameworks (e.g., FHIR) and regulatory-grade data environments.
Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation, automation, or predictive analytics.
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) and large-scale data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or similar).
A background in a hard science (math, statistics, computer science, or engineering) or prior experience as a software engineer or data analyst.
What You'll Get
The chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of extremely talented, dedicated engineers and product builders.

We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B footprint in Singapore . This isn't a traditional marketing role; we need a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from high-level campaign planning to setting up complex outbound sequences in the same afternoon.
You will be the primary driver for growth in Singapore, taking full ownership of projects from inception to the final outcome. You are someone who views "chaos" as an opportunity to build and thrives when managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive the Singapore B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the North Asia markets, owning the pipeline target from lead gen to conversion.
- Outbound Mastery: Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-makers.
- Event & Campaign Execution: Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from start to finish.
- Performance & Analysis: Work closely with the performance team on retargeting and ABM, while being comfortable diving deep into the numbers to analyze what’s working.
- Creative Content: Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging tailored to the regional tech landscape.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and orchestrate top-tier local partnerships and sponsorships.
REQUIREMENTS
- English and Mandarin Speaker.
- The "Owner" Mentality: Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish and taking full accountability for the results.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Ideally, you have founded a company, worked in an early-stage startup, or have a history of high-engagement "side quests."
- Chaos Compatibility: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have the mental bandwidth to handle multiple complex workstreams without dropping the ball.
- The Growth Toolkit: Broad knowledge across performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization.
- Bias toward Action: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to experiment and scale.
- Strategic Instincts: Ability to understand our customer base and craft positioning that resonates with the Singapore market.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- SEO and content strategy expertise.
- Design skills (Figma/Adobe Suite).
- Experience with AI-native workflows.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Singapore.

We’re looking for a Founding ML Engineer at Senior or Principal level to lead the transition of Newton, Aghanim’s AI product for partners, from proprietary model APIs to models we control.
Newton already runs in production on frontier models. You’ll own the model layer end to end: data collection, evaluation, post-training, serving, and rollout. The goal is to preserve the quality partners rely on while reducing cost, improving speed, and keeping partner data within our infrastructure.
You’ll work closely with the product to understand its behavior and partner expectations, then independently define the technical approach and priorities. Decisions about training, routing, and model replacement should be backed by production data and evaluations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build production data pipelines that capture versioned instructions, tool calls, outputs, costs, and outcomes, with anonymization, partner-level deletion, and expert corrections.
- Develop benchmarks, regression tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators using real Newton runs to measure factual accuracy, tool use, answer quality, cost, and latency.
- Compare frontier and open-weight models, route tasks to suitable models, and identify where prompting, distillation, or post-training delivers the best results.
- Train and adapt models using distillation, SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and DPO on accepted trajectories and expert feedback; use RL where simpler approaches fall short.
- Deploy models behind Newton’s existing interface, validate them through shadow runs, and manage rollout based on quality benchmarks and serving economics.
Tech stack: Python, TypeScript, SQL, self-hosted Langfuse, TRL / Unsloth / Axolotl or managed training platforms, vLLM, serverless GPUs, GCP / Modal; open-weight models including Qwen, Gemma, DeepSeek, and GLM.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience post-training LLMs and shipping them to production using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, and distillation.
- Experience building evaluation systems from production data, including offline benchmarks, regression and behavior tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators.
- Understanding of agentic systems, including tool calling, multi-step trajectories, structured outputs, and the impact of changing the underlying model.
- Practical experience serving models with vLLM or similar tools, quantization, and GPU deployment, including latency, cold-start, and cost tradeoffs.
- Strong production Python and SQL skills, with enough TypeScript proficiency to modify product code and instrumentation independently.
- Ability to understand product behavior and user expectations, translate them into measurable quality requirements, and decide when training is justified.
- Experience independently owning a technical area, setting priorities, and working across an unfamiliar codebase and its design documents.
- Regular use of AI coding agents, with a clear approach to verifying their output.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience migrating a production product from proprietary model APIs to self-hosted or open-weight models.
- Experience with RL for LLMs, particularly GRPO with automatic verifiers.
- Familiarity with Langfuse, Braintrust, or similar tracing and evaluation tools.
- Experience with GCP, including Vertex AI, Cloud Run GPU, and BigQuery.
- Interest in game monetization and analytics.
WHY JOIN US
- World-class team – work alongside experienced professionals from around the globe who have built products used by millions of players

We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Marketing Team
The Marketing Team at OpenZeppelin drives awareness and adoption across every product and service we ship, from the flagship OpenZeppelin Contracts Libraries to security audits, developer tooling, and solutions for financial institutions.
Working hand-in-hand with Product, Design, Sales, and Open Source Engineering, the team owns messaging, go-to-market strategy, content, and events that position OpenZeppelin as the security standard for onchain finance.
What you'll be doing
As OpenZeppelin’s Senior Product Marketer for Financial Services, you will own how we position, launch, and sell our solutions to banks, asset managers, and financial market infrastructures. You will lead the go-to-market for new institutional solutions, from positioning through launch and adoption, and make sure Sales has what it needs to win. You will work AI-native by default: building the workflows, agents, and tools that let you research faster, create better content, and give Sales assets that adapt to every account instead of going stale.
You will
Own positioning and messaging
for our institutional solutions, defining value propositions, differentiators, and messaging by use case and buyer persona.
Lead product launches
for new institutional solutions, from launch plans and timelines through announcement, assets, and post-launch adoption.
Enable Sales with AI-native assets:
sales kits, pitch narratives, one-pagers, battlecards, and evaluation materials built to be customized per account and kept current, not static decks.
Run AI-powered competitive and market intelligence
by building workflows that track competitors, regulatory developments, and industry news, and turn them into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and leadership.
Build use-case and solution pages
directly in our CMS, explaining clearly what we offer, who it is for, and why it matters.
Support early adopter and design partner programs,
shaping the materials and narrative that turn institutional interest into qualified opportunities.
Contribute to institutional content,
including research reports, thought leadership, and newsletter topics, using AI workflows to research, draft, and repurpose efficiently.
Create light social media content
when valuable content or launches go live, in coordination with the wider Marketing team.
Close the loop with the product owners
by bringing customer and market feedback into roadmap and packaging discussions.
Measure what matters
by defining launch and adoption metrics and reporting on results.
Location
All positions at OpenZeppelin are 100% remote, however you should
be located between UTC-5 and UTC+2 to be seriously considered for this position.
You have
3+ years in product marketing at companies selling to institutions: financial services, digital asset service providers, or blockchain companies with an institutional customer base.
A proven track record of marketing to banks, asset managers, or market infrastructures at a company that actually won their business. You already know what these buyers want, how they evaluate, and what makes them move.
An AI-native way of working. You build and use AI workflows daily for content creation, research, competitive monitoring, and sales assets, and can show examples of what you’ve built.
A solid understanding of digital asset and tokenization use cases, such as tokenized deposits, money market funds, repo, and stablecoins.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to make complex technical and regulatory topics clear and credible for senior audiences.
Experience working closely with Sales and Product to turn strategy into assets that are actually used in deals.
Strong project management skills and comfort working through compliance and approval processes.
A self-driven, collaborative mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
Experience in product marketing for services (security, consulting, or professional services), not only software products.
Experience building web pages through a headless CMS such as Sanity.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contract development.
Experience running beta, pilot, or design partner programs.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are offered as a hosted service in Grafana Cloud, and additionally as on-premise solutions with
Grafana Enterprise Metrics
,
Grafana Enterprise Logs
, and
Grafana Enterprise Traces
. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and operating at scale on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
Mimir Squad
The Mimir squad has two sub-squads, Ingest and Query, which together maintain the
Mimir OSS project
, and additionally own and operate Grafana Cloud Metrics across three major cloud providers. Engineers on the team focus on optimizing the efficiency and resilience of processing, storing, and querying metrics at large volumes. These services operate at a large scale and performance is key to keeping the offering competitive and running smoothly.
A Mimir engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. They are also responsible for writing and reviewing PRs and design documents from other engineers in the squad, shepherding automated release rollouts, and participating in the on-call rotation for their systems.
What will you be doing?
Take a very active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is entirely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code

We are looking for a
n Accounting Manager to join our Finance Department!
Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
Run parallel accounting across our corporate ERP and QuickBooks, monitoring automated transaction feeds and catching duplicates or mismatches before they reach the books.
Lead the annual statutory audits for the Cyprus and Hong Kong entities end to end with external auditors, and coordinate outsourced partners on US tax filings and local returns.
Maintain and execute the group tax calendar — CIT, VAT and local returns filed and paid on time, every time, with zero penalties.

We expect from you:
3+ years as a Senior, International or General Ledger Accountant in a multi-entity international company, working under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is a plus, not a must — and your industry doesn't matter.
Hands-on experience with statutory reporting, audits and local tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. US, Cyprus or Hong Kong exposure is highly desirable; other international jurisdictions are fully acceptable.
Experience with parallel accounting in an ERP alongside QuickBooks or Xero, and a working understanding of automated data ingestion (bank feeds, API integrations).
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel for complex reconciliations and anomaly detection, plus practical skill in P&L forecasting and variance analysis.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken, for daily work with auditors, banking compliance officers and international service providers — and the autonomy to push an audit to completion without being chased.
