Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

An overview of this role
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).
About the team
You'll join
Tenant Controls
within Production Engineering, where we own application-level rate limiting on GitLab.com. We build the framework that defines, counts, and observes every application rate limit and migrate existing implementations onto it. Our mission is to give GitLab.com a single way to define, configure, and observe these limits, so operators can understand them during an incident and change them without a deploy.

About the Company
Born from groundbreaking research at Columbia University and Yale University, CertiK is a leading Web3 security company focused on securing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications through cutting-edge security research, formal verification, and AI-powered technology. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, CertiK provides end-to-end security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services for some of the largest projects in the digital asset ecosystem.
Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.
You will gather client needs directly and through our client-facing consultants, turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and present our products to clients, prospects and regulators in North America and, when needed, abroad. Inside the company, you represent the customer.
What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field
Build and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client
Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership
Present CertiK's products and services to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos, workshops and tender presentations
Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering
Requirements
5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
Compensation: If the role is performed in the US, the target annual compensation is $120,000 - $180,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Sales Director for the Indian and ASEAN market. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who can accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across the region.
This is a quota-carrying role responsible for working hand-in-hand with our field sales teams and strategic partners, including hyperscalers, system integrators (SIs), channel partners, and ISV/OEM partners, to identify, influence, and close new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in expanding and deepening our partnerships (especially regional SIs), helping source new opportunities, develop joint solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales instincts, partnership acumen, and executive presence. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while executing rigorously to deliver incremental revenue and pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver against a regional revenue quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings.
- Collaborate closely with the India & ASEAN field sales teams to integrate partners into key account strategies and deal cycles.
- Build and execute strong joint sales motions with hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners to expand ClickHouse’s reach and accelerate pipeline.
- Serve as the primary partner sales interface for India and ASEAN, ensuring alignment between regional sellers, partners’ field teams, and global partner programs.
- Develop and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities with priority partners.
- Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to ensure partner contributions are tracked and recognized.
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic system integrator (SI) partnerships that can both source new opportunities and deliver successful implementations.
- Define joint GTM plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths to ensure scalable, repeatable customer success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive SI delivery readiness and certification.
- Work closely with the global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy, programs, and field execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to support partner-led projects, and proof-of-concepts.
- Serve as the voice of the ASEAN/India partner ecosystem, providing feedback and insights to shape ClickHouse’s broader partner strategy.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously refine partner engagement models based on data-driven insights and field feedback.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; ideally in cloud, data, or analytics space.
- Quota-Carrying Performer: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Partner-Savvy: Deep understanding of hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), SI, and channel partner models — including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.
- Strategic + Tactical Operator: Can develop GTM strategy and also roll up sleeves to drive execution with field and partner teams.
- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both internally and externally at executive levels.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations, aligning incentives, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Self-Starter with Grit: Operates autonomously, thrives in high-growth environments, and drives outcomes without heavy structure.
- Collaborative Team Player: Works seamlessly across sales, marketing, product, and partner functions; coachable and open to feedback.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sierra’s AI agents depend on foundation models to reason and act in real time. The Inference team builds the systems that make those models fast, reliable, and efficient at scale.
As a Software Engineer on Inference, you’ll help define Sierra’s inference architecture across both self-hosted models and third-party inference providers. You’ll work on the systems responsible for serving and routing inference, managing capacity and quota, and optimizing for latency, reliability, and cost.
This is a systems-first role at the intersection of distributed infrastructure and AI. You don’t need to be an ML researcher—we’re looking for engineers who love complex systems problems and are excited to apply that expertise to one of the fastest-moving areas of AI infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with frontier labs and providers. At our scale, we rely on frontier labs, and inference providers to supply capacity, training and inference infrastructure.
- Shape Sierra’s inference architecture. Design how inference traffic flows across models, infrastructure, and providers, including new serving and proxy layers as Sierra scales.
- Build for low latency and high reliability. Develop systems for routing, failover, capacity management, and quota that keep inference performant and available across large-scale production workloads.
- Build and operate self-hosted inference. Run models on GPU infrastructure, from building containers and operating inference engines to managing the underlying compute capacity.
- Optimize inference performance. Work with the Applied Research team on techniques such as speculative decoding and serving-engine optimizations that improve latency, throughput, and cost.
- Build across a hybrid inference stack. Work with both Sierra-managed infrastructure and leading inference platforms, making architectural decisions about where and how workloads should run.
- Push the serving stack forward. Work closely with inference providers to tune engines and infrastructure for Sierra’s workloads.
- Support the broader model lifecycle. Contribute to infrastructure that enables post-training while partnering closely with our Models and Agent Runtime teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Deep systems thinking and strong distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production systems.
- Strong judgment around tradeoffs involving latency, reliability, capacity, and cost.
- Experience taking ownership of complex infrastructure from architecture through production operation.
- Excitement about applying systems expertise to AI infrastructure and learning quickly as the underlying technology evolves.
EVEN BETTER
- Experience with ML infrastructure, MLOps, or production inference systems.
- Experience serving LLMs or other large models at scale.
- Experience operating self-hosted inference and GPU infrastructure.
- Familiarity with inference frameworks such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Experience with post-training infrastructure or inference-performance optimization.
