About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships behind how we reward Wealthsimple clients for their everyday spend and deepen their relationship with us. You'll own our perks and rewards ecosystem end to end: credit card partnerships, Milestone Rewards, Wealthsimple Offers, and the credit card cashback marketplace. The job is to turn these programs into a reason clients bring more of their financial lives to us, measured in adoption, consolidation, and engagement. You'll source, negotiate, and launch partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the country, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for someone who's done perks and rewards before and wants to own the function end to end.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own credit card partnerships end to end: source, negotiate, and land partner-funded, card-native perks with national, household-name brands.
- Grow Wealthsimple Offers and the credit card cashback marketplace: build the roster across our top spend categories (travel, telecom, insurance, entertainment, grocery, transportation) and drive client adoption and redemption.
- Own Milestone Rewards: shape the mechanics and partner mix, and make the calls on when to revamp, expand, or retire.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing economics that work for both our clients and the business.
- Turn card and marketplace data into a pipeline: find where the spend, the frequency, and the client value actually are, then go win those partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, PMM, Brand, Product, and data to launch, measure, and scale each program.
- Own the targets: offers live, unique clients engaging, redemption rates, and perks live per quarter, all tied to adoption, consolidation, and engagement.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, partnerships, and/or product-adjacent roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Perks and rewards experience. You've built or run a perks, rewards, or loyalty program before. This is the core of the role and we're looking for someone who's lived it, not read about it.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial outcomes, hitting targets, and turning partnerships into value.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to assess trade-offs, economics, and scalability, and real comfort in spend and redemption data.
- Strategic partnership execution. Demonstrated experience developing and executing partnerships that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- A 0-to-1 operator. Experience launching, building, or scaling programs in a new market with a high degree of autonomy.
- High urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Credit card, card-linked offer, interchange, or payments experience. If you've worked on card perks or a card-linked marketplace, we especially want to talk.
- A loyalty pedigree: experience at a fintech, a financial institution, or a consumer brand with a serious loyalty program.
- Hands-on data skills: SQL or a BI tool (Looker, Preset, Tableau, or similar) to interrogate spend and redemption yourself.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Executive working remotely in the UK and focused on the UK region, you manage target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 501 - 2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You are also responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role with a regular travel component. You will be expected to work from 1Password’s London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
You will also regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel required to effectively support your territory. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts OR top performance in SMB and ready to step up.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience closing deals with $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly articulate deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to both new customers and across a book of business, and in uncovering customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
What you can expect:
- Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your designated territory in the UK region, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing our formalized sales process (MEDPICC preferred).
- Drive New Business Growth: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Developing and closing new business opportunities within your territory.
- Drive Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of Extended Access Management.
- Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.

- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and developments, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as an industry leader.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction, optimize client engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health and long-term success.
- Strategically leverage Partner, Alliance, and MSP relationships to create and close opportunities.
- Focus on Solution Selling:
- Implement selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives, focusing on their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential, strategic tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Present and Negotiate:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, using a consultative approach while articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create mutual action plans to align the sales team and prospects on responsibilities, steps and timelines for closing deals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with a focus on driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis.
As a Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in San Francisco/Bay Area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of closing experience in commercial, mid-market, or enterprise sales, including experience selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- A consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas in the range of $1 million or more and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms or integrated solutions rather than only transactional or stand-alone products.
- Experience creating pipeline through account planning, territory prioritization, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up, with the persistence to build new opportunities.
- The ability to engage security, identity, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders, connecting technical priorities to clear business outcomes.
- Strong account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with a track record of winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, software as a service (SaaS) governance, or related technologies; experience selling to technology companies is also valuable.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), identity leaders, security architects, and engineering teams.
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, compelling events, and new use cases across identity security, AI adoption, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that connect an immediate customer need to a broader Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, information technology, DevOps, engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-product agreements while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, mutual action plans, and close plans.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, channels, alliances, product, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win new customers and expand existing relationships through meaningful customer engagement.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $82,000 USD and $115,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Reinforcement learning is how Claude learns to reason, write code, and act autonomously over long horizons. The RL Scaling team works on how RL scales: what happens to throughput, stability, and learning efficiency as models get larger, episodes get longer, and compute grows by orders of magnitude, and what has to change in our algorithms and systems to keep getting returns from that scale.
This role sits squarely across research and engineering. You'll develop next-generation architectures and RL algorithms, take them from a small-scale result to a frontier-scale run, and understand every place they behave differently along the way. You'll build the systems that set how fast the team can iterate: how many experiments, at what scale, and how quickly we can trust the results. And you'll work on Anthropic's largest and fastest RL runs, where the gap between a good idea and a working one is often a problem no one has solved yet.
Key responsibilities
Study how RL training and sampling scale with model size, context length, and compute, and find the algorithmic and systems changes that keep scaling efficient
Develop next-generation model architectures and RL algorithms, and make them run efficiently at frontier scale
Take promising small-scale results to frontier-scale runs, and diagnose why they behave differently when they get there, whether the cause is numerical, algorithmic, or systemic
Build the experimental infrastructure that sets research velocity: fast, reproducible comparisons of architecture and algorithm variants at meaningful scale
Own end-to-end performance of our largest RL runs, from research code down to the hardware
Build performance and cost models for proposed architecture and algorithm changes, and use them to decide which ideas get scaled
Investigate training dynamics at scale, including instabilities, divergence, and throughput regressions, and trace them to root cause
Minimum qualifications
Deep familiarity with modern transformer language models, including their architecture, training dynamics, and the behavior of large-scale optimization
Hands-on experience training large models in a distributed setting, including the tradeoffs between data, tensor, and pipeline parallelism
A track record of original technical work in ML training or systems, such as new methods, architectures, or optimizations, demonstrated through research, open-source, or production impact
Ability to design rigorous experiments at scale, including baselines, ablations, and enough statistical care to trust a result that costs real compute
Ability to reason quantitatively about the compute, memory, and communication costs of a model or algorithm
Strong programming skills in Python and JAX or PyTorch, and comfort reading and changing code at every layer of the stack
Preferred qualifications
Research experience in reinforcement learning, optimization, or large-scale training, published or otherwise
Experience developing RL algorithms for language models
Experience with scaling laws or other quantitative models of training efficiency
Experience designing or modifying transformer architectures beyond standard configurations
Experience scaling training to large fleets of accelerators and debugging the problems that only appear at scale
Deep understanding of numerics in large-scale training, including low-precision formats and sources of instability
Familiarity with how GPU or TPU performance characteristics shape architecture and algorithm choices
Experience with C++ or Rust
Representative projects
Characterize how a new RL algorithm's throughput and learning efficiency change from small models to frontier scale, and fix what breaks
Develop a new attention variant, get it working at full scale, and measure how its quality and throughput compare to the baseline
Prepare our next largest-ever RL run: find what breaks when model size, context length, and compute all grow at once, and fix it before launch
Trace a loss instability that only appears past a certain scale to its root cause, and work out whether the fix belongs in the algorithm, the numerics, or the system
Build a model that predicts the throughput and cost of a proposed architecture change before anyone writes the kernel
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$500,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
