About the Role
As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up — from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.
- Leverage your existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.
- Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.
- Run a tight product feedback loop with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features.
- Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana.
What we’re looking for
- Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them.
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.
- Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets — and to build the playbook as you go.
- A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.

Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal builds AI infrastructure products that developers love. That’s how we grew so quickly, and why word of mouth remains one of our most important channels today.
In this role, you will primarily create and distribute technical content that is unique, educational, and practical. This content will be the first Modal touchpoint for many of our users. We want to not only showcase the power and developer experience of Modal, but also serve as a trusted resource for them when implementing new AI technologies.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Distill the latest advancements in AI technology and educate developers on how to incorporate them
- Give demos and talks about Modal and adjacent tools at developer events
- Engage with users in our community, both online (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack) and at in-person events
- Build relationships, integrations, and joint marketing activities with other developer-focused companies
- Set objectives that are aligned with the greater GTM team and track the impact of the initiatives you work on
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- You’re energized by the AI developer community and want to help developers adopt new technologies
- You love teaching
- You have excellent technical communication skills
- You’re metrics-driven and take quantitative approaches to prioritizing initiatives
- You’re excited about working in person in our NYC, SF, or Stockholm office
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- A willingness to think outside the box when it comes to compelling technical content
- An existing developer following on social media

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Account Executive you close deals by understanding the customer, understanding the product and making magic happen. Who knew?
The Tennr product is great, but people are stubborn and tend to not talk to strangers.
To help, we’ve got a team of Sales Development representatives working to help you generate opportunities. Also some pretty crafty marketing initiatives (the Tennr Taco Truck really means something to medical providers in Texas)
If you’re good, you’ll get paid an egregious sum, so in exchange, you have to own the whole sales cycle from discovery to close, and keep a tight process along the way. You’ll negotiate pricing. You will never sell what you wouldn’t buy. You must deeply care about your customers and the craft of sales. And since the product is loved, you’ll love selling it.
You’ll have to hit quotas of course. Wouldn’t be much fun otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning: As an enterprise rep it is your responsibility to understand your patch of accounts better than anyone at the company. You, along with your manager, will be responsible for mapping out the accounts that fit our ICP, the key contacts associated with them, and your hypothesis around the value we can provide. It’s your job to test and iterate your perspective throughout an evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Use Tennr’s sales process to manage your pipeline. It’s not just putting deals into our CRM, but understanding the reality and risks of the deal based on the exit criteria associated with deal stages in our sales process. When you’re stuck, you proactively ask for help.
- Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Tennr Leadership and channel partners to build, advance and close opportunities. Lone-wolves need not apply.
- Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a relationship with the customer, renewing that customer, and cross-selling into that customer.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience preferred, with experience selling a complex workflow technology solution
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated intellectual capacity: this candidate must be able to understand the underlying technology and be able to collaborate with clients on how it fits into their business needs
- Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.
- Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
BENEFITS
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
