ABOUT THE TEAM
Mural helps teams think, decide, and follow through together. AI made producing content cheap. It did not make agreement, commitment, or follow-through any easier. The AI Workflows team builds the AI and agentic experiences inside Mural that help teams reach decisions and keep them.
YOUR MISSION
You will own the outcomes for new AI experiences from first idea to proven value. You will partner with the Engineering Manager and the Agentic Design Director for AI Workflows as counterparts, and together you will own the strategy. You will work with a wider team of engineers, ML engineers, designers, and product managers, moving from hypothesis to working prototype to evidence in weeks, not quarters. You will build prototypes yourself and decide what ships, what changes, and what we stop, based on what users do and what the evals tell us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set strategy for AI Workflows together with your engineering and design counterparts, own the outcomes and the evidence behind what we build, and engage deeply in the end-to-end user experience
- Find the team workflows where AI adds clear value, at the intersection of collaboration, alignment, and decision making.
- Build working prototypes with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to test ideas with users before committing further investment.
- Turn each release into a hypothesis with pass/fail criteria, and make the call on whether to iterate, scale, or kill it.
- Define product-quality evals with engineering that measure usefulness, trust, and reliability, and own the call on whether an experience meets the bar to ship.
- Decide with engineering and ML when to use frontier models, when to route across models, when to bring in a new model, and when a model of our own is worth building.
- Understand the cost to serve each workflow, and work with growth and finance on how usage is metered and what the unit of value is.
- Set up the data loops that improve quality, including what we collect, how we label it, and how it feeds evals and model work.
- Design agentic experiences that work in real multiplayer sessions, where people need to understand, steer, and correct what the agent does.
- Talk with users every week and bring what you learn back into the work.
- Work with design, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and security teams to align on shipping decisions.
- Share what you learn across the product organization so other teams can adopt the practices that work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years in product management, including shipping at least one AI product from concept to real users.
- Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based products, including what went wrong and what you changed.
- Technical fluency to design and read evals, and to work as a peer with engineers and ML engineers on context management, latency, reliability, and failure modes.
- Sound judgment on model decisions: comparing models, routing across them, adopting new ones, and deciding when fine-tuning or a custom model is worth it.
- Understanding of AI unit economics, including cost to serve, usage-based metering, and how model choices change margin.
- A record of launching, rebuilding, changing direction, and killing ideas based on evidence
- Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and being candid about the tradeoffs.
- Experience owning outcomes while partnering with expert engineering and design leaders as true counterparts.
- Experience creating structure where no playbook exists.
- Experience with collaboration or productivity software.
- Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product work.
- Experience with agent interoperability, including MCP.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
Total Compensation:
• Base Salary Range: $160,000-$185,000
• Offers Commission: 75/25 OTE
• Offers Equity

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
Supabase is the backend of choice for a growing wave of AI-native builders, and we're deepening structured partnerships with the platforms they build on top of — Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable. These partners' teams are talking to thousands of developers and agents who need exactly what we build—a full backend platform with Postgres at the core—without the vendor lock-in. This is an opportunity to get Supabase in front of the right partner SAs and make us the default recommendation for a modern, AI-ready backend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Platform Solutions Architect to join our Success Team and help embed Supabase into the Solutions and Engineering communities with AI Builders.
You’ll work closely with Partner Solutions Architects and Partner Engineers at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, helping us proactively identify builder problems where Supabase is the right solution and closing the gap between partner intent and real developer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions of AI-native apps and agents.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you’ll focus on three core pillars:
TECHNICAL EVANGELISM & EDUCATION
- Build deep relationships with Technical counterparts at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, focusing initially on defined use cases and agent/app-migration motions.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content to give partner SAs the fluency to position Supabase.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that make Supabase’s fit with Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable immediately legible.
- Partner with SAs at these companies on active opportunities to move deals forward and feeding technical pipeline intelligence back to the alliance lead.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ENABLEMENT
- Resolve blockers for partner SAs working on Supabase implementations to maintain their credibility with the builders they support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance reflects the latest platform capabilities.
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics across the Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable partnerships.
CONTENT CREATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Write technical blog posts and case studies that demonstrate real-world Supabase implementations built on Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and partner-sponsored events (e.g. Anthropic and OpenAI dev days, Vercel Ship, Lovable community events).
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce the "time-to-fluency" for partner SAs.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on experience building on modern AI infrastructure. Previous experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable (or a similar AI builder platform) or as a partner to one is required.
- Understand how partner SAs at AI builder platforms are incentivized, how they make recommendations, and how the partner ecosystem influences developer decisions.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts with ease.
- Have a strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js, plus fluency with AI/agent tooling (LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks).
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers building the next generation of AI-native products.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of a growing set of partner-facing systems: Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and the integrations that connect them. Our systems lead owns the architecture and data model. Our GTM Systems team builds and releases changes in Salesforce. Our AI Operations Engineer builds the agentic workflows that run on top of it. This role connects the business to all of them: a senior business systems analyst who runs discovery, captures requirements, leads UAT, and publishes release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build, and who is hands-on enough as a Salesforce admin to keep the platform healthy in production. You'll use Claude every day to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current, and you'll be the person who spots which recurring requests should become automations.
As our Senior Partner Systems Analyst, you'll own how change happens on the partner systems stack. When a partner program launches, a partner manager needs a new workflow, or a partner can't see their deal registration, you're the first call. You'll sit down with the people who raised it to understand the problem, write requirements the GTM Systems team or the AI Operations Engineer can build from, run UAT with the people who will use it, and publish release notes so nobody has to ask what changed. For smaller fixes, you'll make the change yourself as a Salesforce admin.
This is a senior analyst role with real ownership. You'll set up the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes rather than inherit them, decide what gets worked on first, and make sure nothing ships without agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery for new requests: meet with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change before anything is built.
Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds: user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, precise enough that the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, or an implementation partner can build from them.
Work with the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer through the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes: hand over requirements, answer questions during the build, review what was built against the acceptance criteria, and coordinate the release.
Own UAT for every change: write the test plan and test cases from the acceptance criteria, coordinate testers from the partner team, log and retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release.
Write and publish release notes for every release: what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do differently, in language partner managers can act on.
Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, weighing partner impact, risk, and effort, and keep a clear, visible view of what's coming next and why.
Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal, and own the intake queue end to end.
Triage production incidents: reproduce the issue, assess impact and severity, resolve it or route it to the right owner, and keep affected teams updated until it's closed.
Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
Understand how data moves between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
Document the platform: system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, and admin runbooks.
Identify repeatable admin and support requests, log them as automation candidates, and partner with the AI Operations Engineer to move them off the manual queue.
Minimum qualifications
Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
A track record of working with a systems or engineering team through a build, from requirements handover to release.
Disciplined testing habits: you have planned and run UAT with business users, with test cases written from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, and sign-off before release, and you don't consider a change done until it has been smoke tested.
Clear written communication: your requirements get built correctly the first time, your release notes tell non-technical users what changed and what to do, and your documentation is something people actually use.
You already use LLM tools like Claude in your day-to-day work and can show where it changed how you gather requirements, test, or document.
A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes around it.
Strong Salesforce admin skills: declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting.
Working knowledge of integrations: how records sync between systems through APIs or middleware, how to read an error log, and how to trace a data issue back to its source.
A structured approach to incidents: you separate symptoms from root cause and communicate clearly while things are broken.
Judgment about priorities: you can say "no" or "not yet" and explain why.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role where you owned discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization.
Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model, with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
Salesforce release management experience: sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
How this role works with the team
You'll work day to day with our Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal, the GTM Systems team, who build and release changes in Salesforce, and our AI Operations Engineer, who builds the agentic workflows that run across those systems. The systems lead designs the platform, the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer build on it, and you connect the business to the build: you run discovery, capture the requirements, lead UAT, and publish the release notes for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes. You'll also be the main point of contact for partner managers and other internal teams who depend on these systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT SVIX
Svix is a fast-growing startup building the future of server-to-server communication, starting with webhooks. We build high-quality, scalable, and fast infrastructure trusted by companies like Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, and the Fortune 500.
We have a top 1% product & team, our customers love us, and we are working towards building a generation defining developer infrastructure company. We also wrote the spec for webhooks (Standard Webhooks https://www.standardwebhooks.com) which has since been adopted by Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and many others.
To support our efforts, we have raised $11M from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator, along with founders and CTOs from companies like GitHub, Segment, Lookout, and Fly.io.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Hey, I'm Tom, the founder and CEO of Svix.
I'm looking for someone smart and ambitious that wants to operate like a founder at a company that provides critical infrastructure to fast growing startups and the Fortune 500 (Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, Benchling, Vanta, Drata, and more).
You will work directly with me, engineering and GTM to evolve the product that got us here into one that takes us to $100M ARR and beyond, by establishing our place as the core communication primitive for backends and agents.
This is not some lofty goal, we are actually on track on becoming that. In addition to our ever-growing roster of customers, we also created Standard Webhooks, the spec for webhooks, which has since been adopted by Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, and many others.
I want you to make a high impact on the business, so your focus would be the product roadmap and strategy, and you’ll be expected to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast, and help define how our product serves AI agents as first-class users.
You won’t be expected to write lengthy PRDs and we don’t want to have a product-engineering divide. We have product engineers on the team that can make many of the tactical product decisions. It’s therefore your job to focus on the direction and to ensure what we build matches what our customers need.
I enjoy working with exceptional people, so if you're the best or on track to being the best I'd love for us to work together.
If this sounds like what you’re after, come join us in person at our San Francisco office and do the best work of your life, surrounded by others doing the same!
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- We like candidates with varied backgrounds - don't be shy, apply!
- Hackers/OSS devs welcome, even without extensive work history. Checkout our OSS repo on Github https://github.com/svix/svix-webhooks.
- Please include a few words on why you'd like to work at Svix.
- All roles are full-time - no students or part-time.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role
GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer.
This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits.

Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back.
Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel Requirement:
Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses.
What you’ll do:
Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it.
Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable.
Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality.
Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria.
Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs.
Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions.
Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last.
Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption.
Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow.
Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly.
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance.
Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts.
The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice.
Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again.
Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly.
Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required.
Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus.
Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed.
Experience designing training material that changed how non-specialist colleagues used a data source.
Comfort in fast-moving contexts where the brief may often shift, and where your technical expertise and understanding may not be shared by other stakeholders.
Additional desirable experience may include: poverty modeling; familiarity with survey data and survey instruments; experience inside a mobile network operator or working closely with one; open-source contributions in the mobility estimation space.
Comfortable with travel to fragile and post-disaster contexts.
Language Requirement: English.
Language Preferences: French, Portuguese, Swahili or Spanish.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives,
and define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements and milestone schedules
for finance-related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, system administrators and
business analysts, to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budget, from kickoff
through go-live and handover to support.
• Establish project governance: project charters, RACI, steering committees, decision logs and
clear escalation paths, so ownership and decisions are never ambiguous.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, managing the critical path, dependencies and
milestones across several workstreams and teams.
• Implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches) to
streamline workflows, adapting them to fixed finance deadlines such as month-end, quarter-end
and audit dates.
• Identify manual, repetitive Finance processes and deliver AI-driven process automation: define
the business case, success metrics and controls, run pilots, and track adoption and measured
savings.
• Conduct risk assessments, anticipate blockers, and deploy prompt mitigation or escalation
strategies, maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs, including data quality, security, access-
control, AI-use and regulatory risks specific to financial data and multi-country operations.
• Prepare regular status reports, track KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with
leadership, Finance stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecast resource allocation, and manage third-party vendor
relationships, including statements of work, acceptance criteria and escalations.
• Work directly with engineers and architects on integrations between finance and business
systems, data flows, testing, environments and releases, and challenge technical estimates
when needed.
• Run the change request pipeline, release planning, cutover and go-live coordination, and post-
implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops so Finance and IT stakeholders can adopt
new solutions and automations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply that
knowledge to improve finance operations and delivery practices.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business
Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 to 8 years) managing IT projects, including technical or digital
transformation projects delivered end to end as the accountable lead.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
in parallel, plan critical paths and dependencies, and track delivery through KPIs and risk, issue
and dependency logs.
• Experience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering
committees, change control and post-implementation reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.
PMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.
• Experience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or
integration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based
assistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including
assessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing
pilots through to adoption.
• Experience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as
reporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables
tooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,
databases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for
budget tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
information to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,
negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Fluent English.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
OnePay’s Pay Later helps Walmart customers spread out the cost of what they buy, and we’re focused on getting it in front of more of them. This PM owns that growth: finding new places and moments to offer it, and turning interest into customers who start a loan. You’ll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and Walmart-facing teams. It’s a growth role with Walmart-scale distribution, and priorities move fast, so we want someone who would rather ship and measure than plan. You will:
- Own how customers discover Pay Later and start a first loan from places other than checkout
- Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from first test through scaled rollout
- Set demand and conversion targets with analytics, then run experiments against them continuously
- Work with the team building our personalization platform so the right customer sees the right offer at the right moment, and push it to perform for Pay Later
- Ship with Engineering, Design, Risk, and our Walmart partners
You bring
- 3-5+ years in product, mostly at startups, owning a funnel or growth surface end to end. You can tell us what you moved and by how much
- A record of getting things shipped through teams you did not manage, such as platform, data, and partners
- Strong ownership, with experience being a decision maker
- Experience in payments, lending, consumer banking platforms. BNPL helps but is not required
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
