About the Role:
Knock is looking for a proven sales leader to own the performance and growth of Knock's Account Executive organization. You will be accountable for delivering the company plan for leads and loan applications across Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Wholesale Account Executives. Knock originates the Knock Bridge Loan™, which enables homeowners to use the money tied up in their current home to purchase their next one — buy before you sell. You will choose the partner segments worth pursuing, set the coverage model, own the positioning against every alternative in the market, and sharpen the team that delivers the volume.
What You'll Do:
— Own the AE organization's number — outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume against the company plan
— Set and defend the team's production standards, and revisit them as the lead mix and product set evolve
— Hire, develop, coach, and hold accountable the Account Executive team
— Own AE onboarding and ramp as a repeatable program with measurable time-to-productivity
— Own org design and the territory and coverage model, and build the AE headcount plan with Finance
— Maintain distinct playbooks for retail lending partners and for the broader lender and agent set, rather than forcing a single motion across both
— Design and evaluate AE compensation plans in partnership with the People team and Finance, grounded in applications generated and modeled against cost of sale
— Deliver an accurate rolling forecast to the leadership team, and run the pipeline and forecast cadence behind it
— Serve as the company's subject matter expert on the Account Executive channel — turning partner and borrower feedback into product, marketing, and lending operations changes, and driving adoption of those changes in the field
What You'll Bring:
— Minimum of 8 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech, including at least 4 years leading sales teams
— Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sellers into consistent performers
— Demonstrated ownership of a sales number, with a track record of growing lead and application volume while forecasting accurately against plan
— Deep understanding of how to sell into retail lending — how loan officers, team leads, and branch managers make decisions, and what moves them: closing clients stuck in the process, excluding the departing property from DTI, and winning offers with no home sale contingency — and the ability to turn that into the playbooks, training, and coaching the team runs on
— Ability to set the positioning strategy for a Buy Before You Sell product — including the case to lenders that Knock is a bridge to a mortgage they retain — and how the team handles cost, rate, and timing objections from both the lending partner and the borrower
— Command of the competitive landscape, with the judgment to keep Knock's positioning ahead of the alternatives and to equip the team to sell against them
— Experience designing or materially influencing sales compensation plans that drive the right selling behavior
— Strong analytical judgment — comfortable building the model, reading the data, and acting on what it says
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief leadership and represent Knock externally to partners
— A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock's core values
— Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment
— Recent lending experience required
— Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
— Set up and constantly operate a computer
— Communicate and exchange accurate information to others via telephone or internet video applications
— Must be able to travel, including overnight travel at least 4 times per year
— Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 20 lbs
— The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Compensation:
— Salary range estimate: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD per year
— Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of plan metrics
— Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance
Offer & Employment Terms:
— Total compensation package & benefits determined by company discretion including experience, job level, location, and other factors
— Company reserves the right to amend job description, perks, and benefits at any time
— Bonus and/or commission details provided in offer letter
Why Knock:
— Purpose-driven work improving homeownership journey

Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Scientists use Claude across the life sciences, from drug discovery and research biology to clinical development and manufacturing. To support that work, Anthropic introduced the Life Sciences Verification Program (LSVP), which gives verified life science professionals access to Claude with a refined set of safeguards that is more permissive for biology-related work. The program is in beta. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the program of work that expands that access and helps scale it with safety in mind.
Each expansion depends on many teams at once and no single team owns the path end to end. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows what each expansion requires, where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. This is a cross-org execution role, not a research role, and it does not require a life sciences background. LSVP is the starting point, and the scope will grow alongside Anthropic's broader work in the life sciences. Over time, more of the life sciences community can get verified access, and each new expansion takes less bespoke effort than the last.
Responsibilities
Own the program for expanding access to Anthropic's life sciences verification programs: scoping, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across safeguards, platform, and product engineering teams
Scope and drive the cross-org engineering work that each expansion requires, from new plan and account types to new platforms
Partner with the product manager to turn program goals into a sequenced plan with clear owners and dates
Drive clarity on data access, retention, and review requirements, and on the changes they require across safeguards, access, and provisioning
Drive user experience scoping across the Claude product surfaces where the program is available
Find and remove the technical blockers that keep eligible organizations from accessing life sciences capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new expansion requires less bespoke coordination
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including safeguards, platform, and product partners
Can engage meaningfully with the engineers doing the work, from platform and access systems to product surfaces
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Have worked on cloud or platform programs (preferred but not required)
Do not need a life sciences background. This is not a research role, and no life sciences experience is required
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to the life sciences community safely and reliably
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Experience supporting developer tools as a product: gathering feedback, measuring friction, improving diagnostics, and simplifying onboarding.
Working knowledge of one or more additional languages used in tooling or platform development, such as Python, Rust, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
