We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Sierra, we are building a fast-scaling, mission-driven AI company where people are at the center of everything we do. - Support the design, launch, and execution of Sierra’s core people programs including onboarding, manager training, targeted development initiatives, and more. You’ll build scalable, repeatable processes to strengthen existing programs and be part of the development and launch of new programs such as feedback, performance, engagement, recognition, and more.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on company-wide people programs, ensuring all programs meet the needs of the business and are executed with operational excellence and compliance.
- Advise and support employees and leaders by providing clear guidance on people policies, programs, and best practices, backed by strong documentation and communication.
- Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs, while staying ahead of trends in People Ops and employee experience.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional program and project management capability, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency.
- A passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools, etc.).
- Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development.
OUR VALUES

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As the only company focused 100% on Java, Azul is building the Java platform for the modern cloud enterprise. We are reimagining how customers use Java, bringing them the tools and insight they need to deliver faster, more performant, more dependable, and less expensive Java services. Come join one of the most influential members of the Java and OpenJDK community and help influence the future of Java.
Falcon is the optimizing just in time (JIT) compiler in Azul Platform Prime. It compiles hot Java bytecode into highly optimized machine code and delivers Java performance that standard JVMs do not reach. Falcon is built on LLVM.
We are looking for a Compiler Performance Engineer to make Falcon generate even faster code. This is not a compiler front end role and not a compiler built from scratch: the compiler exists, runs in production at large enterprises, and your job is to find where the generated code is slower than it should be and fix it in the optimizer and code generator.
You will join a distributed team of compiler experts and work on real workloads with direct, measurable impact on customer performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze performance of Java benchmarks and customer workloads, find gaps in generated code and trace them to their root cause in the compiler
Implement and improve optimizations in Falcon's middle end and back end: inlining, loop optimizations, vectorization, redundancy elimination, speculative optimizations and their interaction with the runtime
Improve code generation for x86_64 and AArch64
Write tests and benchmarks that prove the improvement and protect it from regressions
Contribute changes upstream to LLVM where it makes sense
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in compilers, JIT compilers or low level performance engineering
Strong C++ design and coding skills
Solid understanding of compiler optimization theory: SSA, data flow analysis, loop transformations
Ability to read assembly and reason about why one instruction sequence is faster than another
Nice to Have
Experience with LLVM IR and LLVM optimization passes, or with another optimizing compiler such as HotSpot C2, Graal, GCC or V8
Experience with profilers such as perf, VTune or async profiler
Knowledge of x86_64 and/or AArch64 microarchitecture
Experience with Java, Scala or Kotlin, or with JVM internals
MSc or PhD in Computer Science with a compiler or performance focus
What We Offer
Opportunity to make a high impact at a growing, global company
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem
Referral Program — help us grow with great people
Premium IT equipment — MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice
Competitive paid holidays and sick time
Flexible working hours

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale The Function: Lead, coach, and develop a high-caliber SE team, providing guidance, assigning projects and ensuring technical excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations, foster professional growth, and coach team members to reach their full potential.
- Player-Coach: Be a true player-coach who stays in the work: own your own enterprise deals as an individual contributor, running discovery, demos, and technical deep dives alongside your team, while leading and growing a team of high-growth enterprise SEs. Set the bar by example, jump into the most strategic cycles, and turn what you learn in the field into coaching and playbooks that raise the whole team. As the team grows, become a strategic leader and more manager focused.
- GTM Technical Expert: Guide your team in designing and delivering compelling technical demos and proofs of concept for Sierra’s platform, providing technical solutions to customer challenges, and addressing technical questions throughout the sales cycle.
- Cross-Functional Work: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to define best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes that enable your team and partnership to scale beyond 1:1 customer interactions.
- Lead & Support Customers: Act as a technical leader in early-stage customer conversations, helping your team understand, anticipate, and solve customer needs to advance Sierra’s industry-leading AI solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience developing frameworks for how SEs partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver impact efficiently across accounts.
- History of establishing metrics and systems that measure SE impact on pipeline health, win rates, and customer adoption.
- Track record of leading presales processes and supporting enterprise and strategic sales cycles from discovery through close.
- Ability to translate customer business problems into Sierra’s technical solutions and clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across complex organizations.
EVEN BETTER
- Experience building Sales Engineering orgs in emerging categories (e.g., AI, data, security).
- Comfort with workflows, AI and ML concepts, APIs/webhooks, and JSON.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
At Finom, we're transforming how small and medium businesses across Europe manage their money - and financial crime prevention sits right at the heart of that promise. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS) across all markets — daily scoring of the full client base that feeds decisioning across the client lifecycle.
Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection inside, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts.
Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production, and develop the champion-challenger framework so the best-performing model is always the one live in production.
Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, so models of varying complexity can be served and inferred.
Who You Are
At least 5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, with production deployment experience (incl. API services like FastAPI).
Strong in SQL and Python, and with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
Strong architectural skills — able to design and improve infrastructure that serves models of varying complexity.
Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger / A-B evaluation in production. Exposure to graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is a plus.
Critical, analytical thinker — proactive, result-driven, comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting.
A quantitative education (math, engineering, economics, or CS) and full working proficiency in English.
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.
Work in the EU
Embark on this exciting journey with us and enjoy the flexibility of traveling and working remotely or in a hybrid model across Europe.
Become a stock options holder
Unlock your inner entrepreneur and align your aspirations with ours through our Stock Options Program. This exciting opportunity is available to every team member, from junior team members to our founders.
Receive unwavering support and care
Finom stands by you at every step, embodying our commitment to your well-being and success reflected in our modern, friendly, and eco-conscious corporate culture. We offer constant support and care to ensure your Finom experience is successful and fulfilling.
Work & Swim program
Immerse yourself in our exclusive Work & Swim Program. Spend one month in a comfortable corporate apartment in enchanting Cyprus. It's the ideal opportunity to strike the perfect work-life balance while enjoying breathtaking Mediterranean views.
Equal Opportunity Statement
At Finom, we're an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We embrace diversity and invite applications from all walks of life. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.

We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a people-leadership role from day one. You will manage the team — hiring, coaching, performance, growth paths, honest feedback — while staying close to the code: roughly half your time in architecture decisions and the hardest technical problems the team faces, the other half leading your squad. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will lead the team building our serverless containers product: the way developers run AI apps, MCP servers, APIs, and managed workers on our cloud without thinking about servers. Push a container, get an endpoint, scale from zero to thousands of instances and back down — across CPU and GPU.
On a hyperscaler, the serverless layer is a product someone else built. Here you own it end to end: the scheduler that decides where a container lands, the routing path a request takes, the machinery that turns a scaled-to-zero service into a warm instance before a customer notices. All of it runs on metal, network, and datacenters we own.
That tension is the product: scale-to-zero economics with cold starts in milliseconds, autoscaling that absorbs a launch spike without a config change, GPUs scheduled onto containers the way other platforms schedule CPU. The customers betting on this layer are the developers building the next generation of AI software on European infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the container platform end to end: image delivery, placement, request routing, scale-up, scale-to-zero — across CPU and GPU.
- Make cold starts a solved problem: snapshotting, prewarming, image-layer caching, whatever it takes for scale-from-zero to feel instant.
- Treat AI workloads as the normal case: GPU-backed containers, streaming responses, long-lived connections, MCP servers that cost almost nothing while idle.
- Write Go alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Grow the engineers, not just the software — set the standard for ownership and coach people past their comfort zone.
- Own people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn platform decisions into a product developers want to deploy on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have built container or workload platforms — orchestration, scheduling, isolation, request routing — not just deployed onto someone else's serverless platform.
- Deep Linux: namespaces, cgroups, image layers, page cache — comfortable well below the application layer.
- Multi-tenancy instincts: density, isolation, and fairness when hundreds of customers share one fleet.
- Significant experience building complex backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production, using real-world data to track performance and surface issues.
- Develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines and tooling to make data work faster and reproducible, partnering with ML engineers on what "training-ready" looks like.
Who you are
- Experience as a Data Scientist, or similar, working with real-world datasets and ML models.
- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
