We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth runs on data, and this role owns it.
This role owns the analytical engine behind growth:
- Data parsing & pipelines
- Dashboards & reporting
- Funnel analysis
- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why
- Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately
- Hypotheses that could grow reach and revenue are surfaced constantly
- Decisions are made on data, not gut feeling
You are the person who turns raw data into growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data & Analytics
- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.
- Analyze the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and find where we're suboptimal.
- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Insights & Hypotheses
- Constantly look for insights: anomalies, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts – we use AI heavily, so resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Reduce manual work and increase reliability as volume scales.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a high-agency https://www.highagency.com analyst.
You should have:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
- Python at entry level is fine – we use AI heavily, resourcefulness matters more than syntax.
- Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.
- Ability to visualize data for humans: clear, decision-ready charts.
- An always-on instinct for insights.
- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias
- Growth Ops / BizOps people
- Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait to be told what to analyze
- Prefer building models over driving decisions
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.

About the Opportunity
The Workplace IT Specialist ensures a reliable, secure, and high-quality workplace technology experience for employees across our EEA-region offices. Based in our Malta office, this role is the primary owner of local office IT and workplace facilities, and the first-line point of contact for EEA-region user support. The role also provides remote backup and support for other EEA offices as needed, and works as part of our Global IT team.
Second-line support for SaaS platforms and network infrastructure is handled by the broader Global IT team; this role focuses on delivering first-line support and knowing when to escalate. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, works well independently, and looks for ways to improve day-to-day IT operations through automation and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, and workplace technology, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues for the Malta office and EEA-region users.
Provide first-line, user-facing support for our collaboration, productivity, and business applications, helping employees resolve day-to-day usage questions.
Manage the local endpoint lifecycle — device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset inventory, and secure device retirement — in line with Global IT standards and security policies.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding: device preparation, account provisioning, access requests, and introducing new employees to IT systems, security practices, and workplace technology.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the local office's workplace technology, including conference room AV systems, video conferencing, VOIP, printers, CCTV, access control systems, and other office infrastructure.
Troubleshoot first-line endpoint, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, identity, and access issues, escalating to and collaborating with the Global IT Operations team on anything beyond first-line.
Support Global IT initiatives, office moves, technology refreshes, and security projects as they affect the local office and the EEA region.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation, using AI-powered tools and automation to improve documentation quality and reduce repetitive work.
Own the local end-user support experience: manage support requests, maintain SLA adherence, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements to IT service delivery.
What We Look For In You
2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, IT Operations, or a similar enterprise technical support environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting enterprise productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and Lark Suite, with a working understanding of SSO authentication fundamentals, endpoint security, password management, and drive encryption.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, operating systems, networking basics, and endpoint technologies.
Fluent, professional English, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. (Hard requirement.)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT presence in Malta, with sound judgment on when to escalate to the broader Global IT team.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and produce high-quality documentation.
Nice to Haves
Experience supporting enterprise environments with global or multi-office operations.
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Security Engineer to own and strengthen the security of our corporate technology environment. This is a hands-on role spanning identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS security, Zero Trust, security automation, and incident response.
You’ll work closely with Security, IT, Engineering, and business teams to build secure, scalable systems and automate the controls that protect our people, devices, applications, and data.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT
- Own and strengthen identity and access controls across our corporate environment, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement and maintain SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
- Build and improve automated joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows.
- Regularly review permissions, privileged access, and authentication policies to reduce unnecessary access and security risk.
- Help establish identity as the foundation of our Zero Trust security model.
ENDPOINT SECURITY
- Manage and improve endpoint security through Microsoft Intune/MDM, device compliance policies, and endpoint protection tooling.
- Deploy and maintain EDR capabilities across the corporate fleet.

- Build tooling to automate access reviews, provisioning, compliance checks, alert enrichment, remediation, and other security processes.
- Use scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript to improve security operations and reduce manual work.
- Look for opportunities to turn manual security processes into scalable, reliable systems.
DETECTION & INCIDENT RESPONSE
- Monitor and investigate security alerts across identity, endpoint, and corporate systems.
- Perform initial investigation and triage of suspicious activity and potential security incidents.
- Support incident containment, remediation, and post-incident improvements.
- Build lightweight detections and alerts for meaningful risks within the corporate environment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong hands-on experience with identity and access management, ideally within Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience implementing or managing SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and JML workflows.
- Experience with MDM and endpoint security, ideally Microsoft Intune and modern EDR tooling.
- Understanding of SaaS and corporate application security.
- Experience implementing or operating within a Zero Trust security model.
- Ability to automate workflows using scripts and APIs, with experience in a language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of security detection, investigation, and incident response.
- Strong security judgment — you can distinguish theoretical risk from meaningful business risk and prioritize accordingly.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.

Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.

- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.

- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
