An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.

You will be responsible for building the Map representing a living geospatial world model that can be simultaneously used to generate a high-fidelity 3D representations via Gaussian Splatting and Meshing, as well as the centimeter-level accuracy Visual Positioning System (VPS) that allows people and robots to explore the real world.

- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable production-grade Computer Vision systems that power Niantic Spatial’s VPS, 3D Reconstruction and 3D Mapping pipelines.
- Algorithm optimization and production implementation: develop and optimize algorithms, train models, for high-accuracy and high-performance execution on CPU/GPU on the cloud or device as part of a reliable production system.
- Quality & Benchmarking: Drive decision-making creating high quality data that allows the accurate spatial grounding of AI queries with structural, semantic and location specific knowledge.
- Technical Strategy & Mentorship: Work with engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap and quarterly objectives for the Applied CV Team; provide high-level mentorship and code governance to elevate the team’s technical bar.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Research, and Operations teams to ensure that state-of-the-art Computer Vision solutions translate into delightful user experiences.

Provisioning helps organizations of all sizes deploy and manage 1Password through scalable provisioning and organization-management experiences. We build the workflows that help admins onboard people, manage access, and support long-term adoption, with a focus on reliable, secure, and intuitive experiences. As an intern on the team, you’ll work on frontend web experiences in React and TypeScript alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Our current roadmap includes improving activation, invitation and provisioning-pipeline visibility, error recovery, and other Admin Console workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Contribute to frontend features in the 1Password Admin Console using React, TypeScript, CSS, and established design-system patterns.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and admin needs into simple, accessible experiences.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality improvements.

- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ruby Labs, we are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to own and drive a new cross-platform desktop product from first commit to production.
This is a high-ownership role with an unusually deep systems component. The application is not a wrapped web app: it captures system and microphone audio in real time, renders an always-on-top overlay across the user's workspace, registers global shortcuts, and integrates with the operating system at a level that requires native code on both macOS and Windows.
Our architecture is Electron for the application and UI layer, with native modules and helper processes in Swift and C++ where the platform requires it. You will own that boundary, deciding what belongs in TypeScript, what belongs in native code, and making the two halves behave as one reliable product.
You will also own everything that happens after the build: code signing, notarization, entitlements, permission onboarding, auto-update, and crash reporting. On this product, those are not an afterthought; they are a significant share of the engineering work, and getting them wrong is what stops users from ever running the app.
You will operate as the senior technical voice for desktop within your team, setting the engineering standard for the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DESKTOP APPLICATION & ENGINEERING QUALITY
- Own the Electron architecture end to end — main, renderer and helper processes, IPC design, context isolation, process lifecycle — and deliver major features within agreed timelines.
- Build transparent, frameless, always-on-top overlay windows that behave correctly across full-screen spaces, multiple displays and mixed-DPI setups, alongside global shortcuts, tray presence and low-latency UI under continuous background load.
- Design a clean platform abstraction in TypeScript so the macOS and Windows implementations stay isolated and independently testable, and write idiomatic Swift and C++ in the native layer.
- Keep the product reliable: defensive handling of unstable platform APIs, tests and code reviews, performance, memory and battery budgets, and remediation of security-review and penetration-test findings within agreed severity SLAs.
NATIVE PLATFORM INTEGRATION
- Build and maintain the native layer: Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) and out-of-process helpers in Swift and C++.
- Implement real-time system audio capture — Core Audio process taps and ScreenCaptureKit on macOS, WASAPI loopback on Windows — including device change handling, format negotiation and graceful recovery from driver-level failures.
- Integrate with the Accessibility API (AXUIElement) on macOS and UI Automation on Windows to read application context reliably.
- Own the IPC protocol and lifecycle between Electron and the native helpers, and keep the application working as Apple and Microsoft change their platforms.
DISTRIBUTION, PERMISSIONS & RELEASE RELIABILITY
- Own code signing and notarization on macOS — hardened runtime, entitlements, nested binary signing, provisioning profiles — and Authenticode signing, SmartScreen reputation and antivirus false positives on Windows.
- Design the permission onboarding flow — microphone, system audio, screen recording, accessibility — so that grant rates stay high and failure states are recoverable.
- Build and maintain the release pipeline: CI matrix builds, signing from CI with HSM-backed certificates, auto-update, staged rollout and rollback.
- Own crash reporting and production telemetry for the desktop client, and act on what it tells you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production-grade TypeScript/Node.js.
- 3+ years building and shipping Electron applications to real end users, not internal tools or proofs of concept.
- Hands-on native macOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C, with AppKit and at least one system-level framework such as Core Audio, AVFoundation, ScreenCaptureKit, or the Accessibility API.
- Practical experience writing native Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) or bundling and communicating with out-of-process native helpers.
- Demonstrated experience with macOS code signing, notarization, entitlements, and the TCC permission model — you have debugged a rejected notarization and know how to read the log.
- Working knowledge of the Windows desktop platform: Win32 APIs, Authenticode signing, and the practical realities of SmartScreen and antivirus reputation.
- Strong grasp of multi-process architecture, IPC, and debugging issues that only reproduce on a user's machine.
NICE TO HAVE
- Real-time audio pipelines — buffering, resampling, mixing multiple sources, or streaming to speech-to-text services.
- Signing from CI with hardware-backed certificates (Azure Key Vault, DigiCert KeyLocker, or similar), and antivirus whitelisting or SmartScreen reputation building for a new product.
- Auto-update infrastructure such as Squirrel, electron-updater or Sparkle, including staged rollouts.
- Crash reporting and symbolication for native code (Crashpad, Sentry, or similar).
- Prior experience shipping a consumer desktop product at meaningful scale.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
💡 1Password University access and learning sessions
🥳 Monthly internship events and socials

We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:
Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
Modern tools and AI-forward work:
Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer at GitLab, you'll help build strong candidate pipelines for our sales team in the APJ region in a fully remote, distributed company. You'll focus on finding and engaging passive talent for sales roles, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics.
This is a highly outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring outcomes. You'll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven environment. In this role, you will primarily focus on engaging with Account Executive talent to build proactive pipelines and benches, in addition to working active requisitions.
Please note this is a 12 month contract.
What you'll do
Source, screen and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Map talent markets and gather intelligence on competitors, locations, and candidate pools to inform sourcing strategies.
Assess candidate alignment for specific roles, teams, and GitLab's values, and share clear recommendations with recruiting partners.
Screen and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent benches across multiple countries in the APJ region to ensure strong pipeline depth and readiness for evolving business needs.
Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship building.
Continuously improve sourcing workflows, outreach approaches, and research methods to increase efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate activity and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, and stay open to learning new tools and processes.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the software industry.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.
Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams, candidates, and time zones.
Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous environment, along with willingness to learn and use tools such as GitLab.
About the team
The Talent Acquisition team at GitLab helps the company grow by finding people who can contribute to our mission and thrive in our all-remote environment. Within that group, sourcing plays a key role in reaching talent that may not be actively applying, especially in competitive markets and business-critical functions. You'll work with teammates who care deeply about candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in APJ, where strong regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more focus and confidence.
