About the job
As we expand our partner ecosystem to support global growth targets, we are expanding our team to scale responsibly. We are seeking a versatile
Partner Program Manager
to drive an exceptional experience across our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. This balanced role bridges the gap between high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and advanced lifecycle automation. If you have a deep background in partnerships, an AI-forward mindset for process optimization, and hands-on experience with modern ecosystem toolsets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our global network.
In this role, you won't just follow a static blueprint—you will help build it. We are seeking a highly proactive partner program manager to drive exceptional experiences for our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. You will take the lead on optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction.
This position requires a "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for transforming manual workflows into automated, scalable systems, managing key vendor capabilities, and implementing strategic initiatives that directly unlock ecosystem revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Modernization & Scale:
Act as an operational engine for the team, identifying process bottlenecks and proactively designing new ways to automate existing manual workflows.

Accelerate Partner Revenue Mechanics:
Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities:
Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance.
Orchestrate High-Touch Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments.
Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution:
Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
The "Get-Stuff-Done" Mindset:
A proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results without a rigid instructions script.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional timelines, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Communication & Content:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex program guidelines into clear, compelling partner assets, guides, and updates.
Desired:
Ecosystem Acumen:
Solid understanding of modern partner program structures, lifecycle methodologies, and experience working with SIs, ISVs, Resell, or Technology tracks.
Tech Stack & Automation Familiarity:
Hands-on exposure to CRM and partner ecosystem technologies (such as PRMs, account-mapping utilities, or data integration tools) with a strong desire to leverage software and AI to remove manual tasks.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGER ROLE ⭐️
You'll be the driving force behind the commercial activation of the Belfius Business network in Flanders or Wallonia & Brussels.
Your mission: help bankers identify the right companies (especially those with 20+ and 50+ employees), introduce the right Alan proposition, and turn our collaboration into measurable growth. You'll combine relationship building, commercial coaching and hands-on field activation, working closely with Alan's Belfius Partnership Lead, Sales teams and Field Marketing.
Your key missions
1. Activate the partner network. Build strong relationships with Belfius offices, zone directors and bankers across your territory. Identify the highest-potential offices and bankers (A/B/C prioritisation) and focus your energy where it has the most impact. Help bankers spot relevant opportunities in their portfolio and generate qualified leads.
2. Enable commercial success. Run trainings, workshops and commercial meetings (on-site and remote). Make Alan's proposition simple: which offer for which type of client, how to handle the most common questions, when to bring in an Alan Account Executive. Equip bankers with playbooks, customer stories and materials, within a compliant sales flow.
3. Turn strategy into action. Translate the quarterly Belfius x Alan commercial plan into a concrete local activation calendar: duo meetings with Alan Sales, focus groups, campaigns, incentives and events. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales so that every lead has a clear owner and a fast follow-up.
4. Own your impact. Track activity, leads, meetings, conversions and premium per customer across your network. Spot what works, challenge what doesn't, bring field feedback back to Alan and Belfius, and continuously improve the playbook.
You'll typically spend half or more of your time in the field, in Belfius offices and at client events.
⭐ Is it you we're looking for?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, partner or network activation, ideally with distribution networks (banks, insurers, brokers, HR or payroll services, benefits providers...).
- Love building relationships and know how to turn them into commercial results, even with people you don't manage.
- Are at ease facilitating a workshop for 20 bankers in the morning and coaching one banker on a client call in the afternoon.
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with a structured, numbers-driven mindset: you know your funnel and where it leaks.
- Are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously on a territory.
- Are native in Dutch and/or French and comfortable working in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits or healthcare is a plus. What matters most is your ability to activate people, build trust and drive results.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

Our work is to drive safety, health and uptime of our platform, and the ability to remedy unforeseen problems. By removing some of the complex burdens on how to scale and maintain uptime in distributed systems, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer allows development teams to focus on feature development instead of the nuances of achieving and maintaining service level commitments.
About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a creative and driven individual that can spearhead our effort to push “outside the box” infrastructure implementations, that will have a tremendous impact on our platform’s stability and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the deployment, maintenance and scaling of big data and machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Aliyun DSW) to enable data processing and model training workflows
Own the Databricks platform on AWS end to end: workspace provisioning, account/workspace configuration, cluster policies, instance pools, and SQL warehouses, managed as code via the Databricks Terraform provider
Monitor and optimize Databricks cost and performance, including cluster sizing and autoscaling, Photon/serverless adoption, DBU usage tracking via system tables, and job reliability tuning
Automate the provisioning, scaling, and configuration of infrastructure resources using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving production database issues during incidents
Monitor company services and handle alerts in a timely manner to ensure service stability and uptime
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
Design, build and maintain internal platforms and tooling to improve operational efficiency, and support unified multi-cloud management across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other providers
What We Look For In You:
Bachelors degree or above, major in Computer Science or relevant domains, with over 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, DBA or related positions
Proficient in AWS distributed management, large-scale clustering, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies

Have solid Linux platform operation and maintenance and debugging capabilities, and be proficient in troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and performance analysis
Familiar with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration and management
Familiar with the functional features of AWS products and core products, and have rich practical experience in deployment and tuning of EC2, EKS, VPC, or big data products
Experience with microservices architecture, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance
Experience in monitoring, O&M and management of AWS large-scale servers and containers
Experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL or big-data storage systems (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, HBase) is a plus
Hands-on experience with big data / machine learning platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Aliyun DSW, including supporting data pipelines, notebook environments, and model training/deployment workflows
Familiar with the deployment, configuration and maintenance of Nginx, kong and other software
Proficient in using Python/Go/shell for development
Strong engineering skills, proficient in at least one infrastructure sub-area, public cloud networking, SRE, DevOps or cloud-native
Experience with internal developer platforms and proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to improve engineering efficiency
Working knowledge of Terraform or similar IaC tools is a plus
Excellent business analysis ability, system architecture ability, and problem-solving ability. and strong self-drive

About Flosum
Every large company now runs critical parts of its business on Salesforce: sales, service, financial data, patient records, citizen services. When a release breaks something or data goes missing, revenue stops and regulators call. Flosum is the platform these companies trust to ship changes safely, protect their data, and recover fast.
We are in the middle of the most exciting chapter in our history. Our customers have relied on our Salesforce-native platform for years. Now we are bringing them a new cloud-native platform they can run on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or on-premises. We have also launched sandbox management built for the AI era, so teams can test AI agents such as Agentforce on production-ready environments in minutes instead of days.
Our customers include some of the most demanding enterprises in banking, insurance, healthcare, the public sector, and technology. They don’t buy us casually, and they don’t leave us casually. Your job is to make sure they never want to.
The role
You will own a book of enterprise accounts and one number: retained revenue. You decide which accounts need you most this week, and you go there. This is a commercial role. You will spend your time with executives, not running support tickets.
What you will do
Own renewals across your book, from strategic accounts to smaller ones, and protect every dollar of recurring revenue.
Build relationships with the executives who decide: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of Salesforce platforms. Reach past your champion when the account needs it.
Turn red accounts green. Spot risk early, build a save plan, and run it with urgency.
Move customers from our Salesforce-native products to our cloud-native platform, and make the business case for why it matters to them.
Defend your accounts against competitors, in-house builds, and new enterprise architectures.
Pull the right people in. Hold product, support, engineering, and customer success accountable for what your customers need.
Find expansion opportunities and hand them to our sales team with a clear plan.
Run your book with discipline: accurate forecasts, clean renewal pipeline in Salesforce, no surprises.
Requirements
What you bring
7+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales at a B2B software company.
You have carried a significant book of business (ideally $5M+ in annual recurring revenue) with individual accounts above $250K.
You have sold or renewed complex IT solutions: DevOps, data protection, security, infrastructure, or developer platforms. Technical buyers trust you.
A track record of saving at-risk renewals by going to the executive level, with the numbers to prove it.
Commercial intensity. You negotiate well, you push for multi-year terms, and you are comfortable with hard conversations about price and value.
You know how NRR and GRR are calculated and how your work moves them.
Clear, concise writing and speaking. You can brief a CIO in five minutes.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
Benefits
Why join now
You will work with customers at the moment they move to the cloud. Few account managers get to shape a transition this large.
Our products sit in the path of AI adoption. Every company deploying AI agents on Salesforce needs to test, release, and protect them safely.
You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the room to build how account management works here.
Competitive base plus variable compensation tied to retention.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data center in Bessé-sur-Braye, Pays de la Loire.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.
