Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer to help customers run Qdrant's vector search engine reliably in production. You'll work Kubernetes-heavy, cloud-native environments every day, investigate hard technical issues, and turn what you learn into tools and workflows that make the whole support function faster. This is a chance to help shape a growing support team at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face.
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer.
- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.
- Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
Who You Are
- 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus.
- Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives as the technical authority rather than a supporting player. You'll lead the scoping, pricing, and deployment of semantic search, image and video search, and on-premise and edge deployment solutions for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with real depth in solutions engineering who's ready to run high-stakes deals independently.
What you will own:
- Own Technical-to-Commercial Strategy: Translate complex architectural requirements (multi-AZ, sharding, replication) into accurate pricing models and contract terms, independently protecting deal value in high-stakes negotiations.
- Drive Deal Execution End to End: Own the technical sales workflow across Support, Product, and Engineering to unblock POCs, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks without escalation.
- Identify and Mitigate Deployment Risk: Proactively spot noisy neighbor issues, latency bottlenecks, and resource contention before they threaten renewals or expansions, and advise customers on architectural fixes.
- Lead Architectural Reviews and Migration Assessments: Run discovery sessions solo, validate use cases, and design migration paths from legacy search engines like Elastic, Solr, and OpenSearch to Qdrant.
- Design Resilient, Production-Grade Architecture: Spec high-availability search clusters that meet demanding customer SLAs and throughput requirements, including for the most technically complex accounts.
- Own Client Trust at the Executive Level: Serve as the primary technical authority during evaluation, guiding customers to value quickly and acting as a long-term advisor beyond the initial sale.
Who you are
- 2-5 years of technical, customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a track record of owning complex, high-value deals independently, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on vector search experience (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zilliz/Milvus, or similar). Background in data science, computer engineering, or a previous DevOps/SRE role, with demonstrated depth rather than surface exposure is preferred.
- Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash, used to build reusable tools and validate business value at scale, not just one-off scripts.
- Fluency in calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and estimating hardware requirements (RAM, CPU, disk) for distributed systems, including for multi-region or highly regulated deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a clear point of view on how infrastructure choices affect cost and performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable running the room with engineers, VPs, and business stakeholders alike, and able to influence without authority across internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes, infosec questionnaires, or MSA redlines.
WHY JOIN US

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the electrical architecture, design, and development of next-generation power and charging systems for WHOOP wearable technology. As a member of the Hardware Engineering team, you will own critical electrical architectures, designs, and subsystems, translating product and system requirements into robust, highly integrated hardware. You will work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to make critical design tradeoffs, solve complex technical challenges, and drive electrical systems from early development through validation and high-volume production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own electrical architectures, designs, and subsystems, translating product and system requirements into electrical specifications, component selections, schematics, and production-ready hardware
- Design highly integrated, miniaturized, low-power, mixed-signal electronics, making informed tradeoffs across performance, power, size, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and schedule
- Drive electrical designs through schematic capture, PCB layout and design review, prototype bring-up, characterization, debugging, design iteration, verification, and production readiness
- Partner closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, and other engineering teams to define interfaces, resolve system-level challenges, and ensure electrical designs perform reliably within the complete product
- Evaluate new components, technologies, and design approaches to improve electrical system performance, address technical risks, and enable future product capabilities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing through design for manufacturability, functional testing, failure analysis, and production ramp, partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers and traveling up to 15% domestically and internationally as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of electrical hardware designs through development, prototyping, validation, or production
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals across analog and digital circuit design, power architecture and management, component selection, communication interfaces, and debugging of complex electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience designing highly integrated electronics, including schematic capture, PCB design and layout review, and making architecture-, component-, and subsystem-level design tradeoffs
- Experience with ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent
- Strong hands-on hardware development skills, including prototype bring-up, circuit characterization, debugging, and use of electrical test and measurement equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive ambiguous technical problems, make sound engineering decisions, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
