What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$250,000
—
$280,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:

Who You Are:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (Growth, Development, Power) is the PMO's embedded project management partner to the Growth, Development, and Power functions, providing the cross-functional coordination and execution structure required to move sites and related initiatives through the broader organization. Growth, Development, and Power sits at the intersection of numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Progress may depend on Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, consultants, and external agencies. While Growth, Development, and Power leadership and subject matter experts retain ownership of technical and development decisions, the PM ensures that the work surrounding those decisions is coordinated across the business.
The role creates visibility into what needs to happen, by whom, and when; identifies downstream impacts and dependencies early; and ensures other departments are engaged before gaps become schedule, resource, or business risks. This allows Growth, Development, and Power leaders to focus on development strategy and technical execution while the PM ensures that cross-functional commitments, dependencies, decisions, and business processes remain aligned and moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Growth, Development, and Power leadership to understand the development pipeline, departmental priorities, upcoming milestones, constraints, and cross-functional requirements.
Break complex initiatives into clear workstreams, milestones, tasks, dependencies, owners, and decision points.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into Growth, Development, and Power activities and ensure key initiatives are accurately represented in the PMO project management systems.
Identify and manage dependencies between Site Development and Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, and other stakeholders.
Engage impacted departments early when Growth, Development, and Power activities have downstream implications for scope, timing, resources, cost, or execution.
Establish and facilitate cross-functional meetings needed to resolve dependencies, align plans, make decisions, and maintain progress.
Track commitments and action items across departments and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.
Support prioritization and sequencing across sites and initiatives by maintaining visibility into dependencies, capacity, timing, and competing demands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support functions to ensure required business processes are understood, planned for, and initiated at the appropriate stage.
Support Growth, Development, and Power leadership with capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into the volume and complexity of current and upcoming work.
Improve communication and handoffs between Growth, Development and downstream teams, particularly Pre-Construction and EHS.
Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
Act as an impartial facilitator when cross-department priorities or expectations are misaligned.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
Working knowledge of site development processes sufficient to understand key milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
Basic knowledge of real estate contracts, with a general understanding of common gating items in the closing process.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage, streamline, and enhance project workstreams.
Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions.
Strong ability to translate complex or loosely defined initiatives into structured, trackable execution plans.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, particularly in environments where accountability spans multiple departments.
Ability to identify dependencies, organizational gaps, and risks and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve them.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience with project/work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise reporting to department and business leadership.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are
You're a seasoned project controls professional with 7+ years managing schedule, cost, change, and documentation on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs — ideally in data centers, schedule-driven sector where downtime isn't an option. You read a P6 schedule critically — spotting broken logic, float that's been quietly manipulated, and a critical path that's about to move before it shows up in next week's update. You can pick apart a change order line by line and know a GMP well enough to catch a buyout gap before it becomes a claim.
You're equally comfortable pushing back on a general contractor in a weekly OAC meeting and briefing an executive on cost and schedule risk in five minutes flat. You don't wait to be asked for bad news — you surface it early, with the data to back it up. You build trust with GCs, design consultants, finance, and leadership not by being agreeable, but by being fair, prepared, and unwilling to accept a story that doesn't add up.
You think in systems — cost, schedule, risk, and change aren't separate disciplines to you, they're one integrated view of program health — and you're comfortable operating in an environment where the schedule compresses, the scope shifts, and the stakes don't.
What You'll Do
Manage the third-party scheduling consultants who review, analyze, and maintain the master schedule, setting expectations for quality, cadence, and reporting
Work directly with general contractors to review and validate their schedules — testing logic, durations, critical path, float, and sequencing against owner milestones
Own schedule health reporting to leadership, giving a clear, honest picture of progress, risk, and forecast, and escalating issues before they become delays
Own the change order process end-to-end: intake, review, verification, negotiation, and resolution
Critically evaluate change orders for scope, pricing, and schedule impact — verifying quantities, labor, markups, and backup rather than taking submissions at face value
Negotiate change orders directly with the general contractor to protect Galaxy's cost and schedule position
Represent Galaxy in weekly change and progress meetings with the GC, driving accountability and timely closure of open items
Maintain a complete, auditable change order log reconciled against the project budget and GMP
Serve as the bridge between field/GC reality and Finance's cost picture, ensuring both tell the same story
Own documentation control for active projects — RFIs, submittals, change documentation, meeting records, and contractual correspondence
Establish and improve project controls standards, templates, reporting, and governance across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of project controls or construction management experience on large-scale, complex programs; mission-critical or data center experience required
Proven experience managing schedule on the owner's side, including oversight of scheduling consultants and review of GC-maintained schedules
Deep, hands-on command of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 — enough to interrogate a schedule, not just read one
Demonstrated experience owning the change order process, including verification and direct negotiation with general contractors
Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and GMP structures (AIA A133/A201 or similar)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to hold GCs accountable and brief executives with equal credibility
Ability to manage controls across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You Bring
An owner's mindset — you protect the schedule, the GMP, and the record as if the capital were your own, and you hold contractors and consultants to that same standard.
The credibility to sit across from a general contractor and negotiate change with confidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter.
A sharp, detail-driven eye that catches the number that doesn't hold up, the logic that doesn't sequence, and the risk before it becomes a delay.
The versatility to move fluidly between the field, the GC, Finance, and the executive table, tailoring the message to each without losing the thread.
A bias for order and structure — you bring discipline to controls, documentation, and reporting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% to Data Center sites as the work requires.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
Company paid Holidays (14)
Company paid sick leave
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
3% 401(k) company contribution
Generous paid Parental Leave
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Ginger
Free daily snacks in-office
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Employee Resource Groups
*Benefits may vary depending on location.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Cybersecurity is one of the areas where AI could do the most good — and one where the capability must be built with particular care. As a Research Engineer on this track, you'll push our models' capabilities in vulnerability discovery and remediation, security analysis, incident response, and across the offensive-to-defensive spectrum of cybersecurity, and it will be your job to develop that ability deliberately and safely.
The work sits at the meeting point of research and engineering: you'll devise new approaches and be the one to implement them. Concretely, that means designing and building RL environments that reproduce realistic security scenarios, pipelines that generate synthetic training instances at scale, and experiments and evaluations that show what our models can actually do. Your results feed directly into the production training runs that shape our frontier models, in close collaboration with Mistral's researchers, engineers, and security specialists.
Security specialists and ML engineers are both welcome here — what matters is that you can hold your own in both worlds, and are eager to go deeper on the one you know less.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement RL environments simulating cybersecurity scenarios.
- Build the pipelines and infrastructure that generate synthetic cybersecurity training instances at scale — thousands of scenarios, not one hand-crafted exercise.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations of model capabilities on these environments, from quick prototypes to controlled benchmark runs.
- Own the infrastructure behind the environments: containers, sandboxes, VMs, cloud deployments, and orchestration (Kubernetes), all managed as code.
- Partner with researchers and security specialists across Mistral, distilling their domain expertise into reproducible environments and datasets.
- Write clear, efficient code in Python and enforce strong software-design practices: testing, code review, CI/CD.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on expertise in offensive and/or defensive cybersecurity: vulnerability analysis, web/network/cloud security, secure coding practices, and SOC.
- Strong software engineering skills: clean, reliable, well-tested code — not just exploit scripts.
- Fluency in Python plus comfort reading lower-level languages (C/C++) for vulnerability analysis.
- DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, sandboxed or simulated environments.
- A pragmatic research-to-engineering mindset: ship a working first version, then refine and scale it.
- Working knowledge of RL techniques and LLM training methodologies, or strong motivation to develop it.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative — comfortable working across research and engineering.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- CTF, cyber-range, or bug-bounty experience — as a player, challenge author, or platform builder.
- A research background in cybersecurity, academic or industrial, or in another experimental discipline.
- Prior experience building RL environments or large-scale ML training infrastructure.
- Relevant open-source contributions and projects.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At Deliveroo we’re striving to build London’s best and most admired Security Engineering organisation as part of our global team based across North America and Europe.
Our London based Security Engineering team is looking for a
Senior GRC Engineer.
You will be a part of our inclusive, collaborative global team responsible.
This is a London based position reporting directly to the Security Compliance Manager based in London.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior GRC Engineer
to help take DoorDash's compliance program from something people run to something the platform runs on its own. You'll take primary ownership of how regulatory and framework change gets tracked, interpreted, and turned into real controls - one part of a broader GRC function that spans audit, policy, and risk. Day to day, that means less time updating spreadsheets and more time writing the automation, integrations, and control logic that let audit evidence collect itself.
You'll also lead major external audits from start to finish and help shape the policies and control standards the rest of the program is built on.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has deep audit and assurance experience, wants to spend more time building than briefing and can move a program forward, and change how people work, without needing the title to make it happen.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build the regulatory and framework change-management process that keeps DoorDash ahead of new obligations, instead of reacting to them.
Move manual, point-in-time compliance work onto Compliance-as-Code foundations: policy-as-code, automated control testing, and continuous evidence collection wired into CI/CD, so audit readiness holds up between audits, not just during them.
Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation, with a human in the loop where assurance demands it.
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to design controls into new systems at build time and translate that technical work into the narratives auditors actually need.
Partner with the Security Compliance Manager to shape and mature the global compliance program.
Design, implement and validate security controls relevant to DoorDash’s regulatory environment, not just document them.
Support development and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidance.
Mentor other members of the compliance team and help set the technical bar the rest of the function grows into.
Ensure policies are actionable, testable, and aligned to real-world controls.
We’re excited about you because you have…
6+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience building large language models and agent workflows with daily use of AI in your own work, grounded judgment on what to delegate to agents versus what needs a human, and the ability to evidence both to an auditor. DoorDash is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2 and CRA.
Real, hands-on experience implementing and assessing controls against frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 - not just reading them.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing, implementing and improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are operational and effective.
Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure.
Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Comfort owning compliance metrics and reporting - you can show, not just assert, that a program is working.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
- Be curious: Go deep, ask questions, listen carefully, and think critically. Understand the why behind decisions.
- See the big picture: Stay close to what’s happening across the company so you can make better decisions. Consider how your work affects others.
- Drive effective teamwork: Create psychological safety, invite different perspectives, and build inclusive teams. There are no bad questions.
- Act as one team: We win together. We match tasks to the right owner and stay agile as priorities shift.
- Have fun: What we do matters and it should be enjoyable. Celebrate progress, take pride in results, and share the wins.
