Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team in London. You will run and improve the core operational processes that keep finance moving across our global entities, from supplier onboarding and invoice processing through to payment runs, expenses and reconciliations, and you’ll help us build an automated, well-controlled procure-to-pay process as we scale into manufacturing volumes.
Accounts payable is the core of the role today, but this is deliberately a broad finance operations position rather than a purely transactional one. As the finance function grows, there will be opportunities to take ownership of additional accounting processes, including accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and other areas of the finance function. You’ll help design the processes, not just run them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Finance Operations
- Process supplier invoices end to end across multiple entities and currencies, including coding, approvals and matching to purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute weekly multi-currency payment runs with clean approvals and a full audit trail.
- Own supplier onboarding and vendor master data, including bank detail verification and compliance checks.
- Administer employee expenses and corporate cards on our spend platform, driving policy adoption and timely receipts.
- Manage supplier statements and queries, and act as the go-to contact for suppliers and internal teams.
Accounting and Close
- Deliver AP cutoff, accruals, aged creditors analysis and supplier statement reconciliations to the monthly close calendar.
- Support bank reconciliations and other month-end close tasks, taking on more ownership as the function develops.
- Work alongside the Senior Group Accountant to ensure operational data feeds cleanly into the group close.
Analysis and Insight
- Produce supplier spend and payment analysis, and AP ageing and working capital reporting to support cash management.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment terms, purchasing controls and process efficiency, and support ad hoc finance reporting and analysis.
Systems and Process
- Use our spend and AP tooling, including its AI features, to drive touchless invoice processing.
- Support the rollout of PO-based purchasing and three-way match as procurement volumes grow.
- Support integrations between our spend tooling and ERP, and document processes and controls clearly as we build them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in finance operations, accounting or accounts payable, ideally within a fast-growing or multi-entity environment.
- Experience with modern spend and AP platforms (for example Ramp, Payhawk or Tipalti) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Xero or similar).
- Strong controls instincts, including accuracy, segregation of duties and a clean audit trail.
- Comfortable with data and analysis, using spreadsheets and finance systems to spot trends, errors and opportunities.
- Highly organised and process-driven, with the initiative to improve and document as you go.
- Comfortable with high volume and ambiguity in a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Ambition to grow beyond finance operations into broader accounting and finance responsibility.
- An accounting qualification, or being on the journey towards one, is a plus and can be supported.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas to New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, meaningful input, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in London. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly and statutory reporting and group consolidation across our global entities, and will help build the reporting, close and audit processes that carry Humanoid from high-growth startup to public-company standards. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, audit-trained accountant who wants their work to become the foundation of a global finance function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Close and Consolidation
- Run the month-end and year-end close to the group close calendar, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and payroll postings, and own full balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and support the wider reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, investors, lenders and auditors.
- Operate and improve the group consolidation across all entities, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations, and multi-currency translation.
- Prepare group cash flow reporting and supporting schedules, working with FP&A and Treasury as the function grows.
Technical Accounting
- Own technical accounting assessments and prepare accounting papers and memos on judgemental areas and complex transactions.
- Develop accounting policies across revenue, inventory, R&D, leases and share-based payments as the business scales.
- Lead the accounting for inventory and manufacturing costs as we move from R&D and prototypes into production, including standard costing, cost of sales and stock provisioning.
- Support the transition of group reporting from FRS 102 to IFRS.
Statutory Reporting and Audit
- Prepare UK statutory financial statements and support local filings across our other jurisdictions alongside external advisors.
- Own the external audit process end to end, including PBC lists, auditor relationships and technical position papers.
Controls, Systems and Process
- Build and document internal controls as the group scales, ensuring we stay compliant and are ready for the reporting standards expected of a public company.
- Document processes and controls as you build them, and play a central role in our ERP build-out and finance systems integrations.
- Use AI and modern workflow tooling to accelerate the close, automate reconciliation and reporting, and find efficiencies across the function.
- Collaborate end to end across the finance team and the wider business, including tax, FP&A, finance operations, supply chain and people teams, picking up work that falls outside the standard remit as an early-stage company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- ACA or ACCA qualified (CIMA considered), ideally audit-firm trained, with 4+ years’ relevant post-qualified or equivalent accounting experience across multi-entity, multi-currency groups, ideally including US entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with experience preparing statutory accounts, drafting technical papers and managing external audits end to end.
- Hands-on close and consolidation experience, comfortable owning journals, reconciliations, intercompany and eliminations rather than only reviewing them.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, standard costing or cost centre reporting in a manufacturing, physical goods or high-volume environment.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience in a high-growth environment where process, controls and documentation still need to be created.
- Comfortable in a modern finance stack, using AI and automation to speed up close and reporting; ERP implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware, robotics or deep tech, is a plus.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
You own the company's identity provider: who signs in, from where, with which factors, into which applications — and how that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked.
Microsoft Entra ID is the primary identity plane and the center of gravity for the role. Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM form a secondary domain. Microsoft 365 is in scope for tenant, licensing, and access administration.
You are the escalation point for identity incidents from operations, security, service desk, and application teams — expected to resolve them, not route them onward.
What you'll own
Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
– Users, dynamic and assigned groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities.
– Conditional Access design and rollout: named locations, client app and platform conditions, session controls, sign-in frequency, break-glass exclusions, report-only staging.
– Authentication methods policy and phishing-resistant factors.
– Application onboarding over SAML 2.0 (NameID, claims mapping, signing certificate rollover, encrypted assertions) and OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, client credentials, device code).
– App registrations: redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflow, secret and certificate lifecycle.
– SCIM 2.0 provisioning: attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, drift reconciliation.
– Tenant consent settings, OAuth grant review, remediation of over-permissioned and stale applications; defensible controls for SaaS without SSO or SCIM support.
– Joiner-mover-leaver as an automated pipeline: provisioning, group-based licensing, revocation with session and refresh token invalidation.
– Least privilege for admin access: scoped role assignments, RBAC, PIM, access reviews, entitlement management access packages.
– Service account and workload identity governance: ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, decommissioning.
– Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, admin roles; access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.
– Diagnostics from sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, with diagnostic settings routed to Log Analytics and KQL queries.
– Cross-tenant access settings and B2B external collaboration.
Automation
– PowerShell tooling on the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API: lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, recertification.
– Google-side automation through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud.
– Scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
– Unattended execution on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations, with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries.
– Automation treated as production code: version control, peer review, documented rollback.
What you'll bring
We care about what you can do, not which products appear on your CV. Concretely, you can:
– Decode a SAML assertion or JWT and pinpoint the failure — audience mismatch, NameID format, expired signing certificate, missing claim — without escalating to the vendor.
– Diagnose a failing SCIM job and tell scoping from attribute mapping, transformation expressions, or target schema.
– Replace a manual lifecycle process with automation that logs, retries, and can be handed to someone else to run.
Experience we expect
– 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility.
– Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health
– Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
– Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace
– Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access
– PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK
– Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning.
– Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms.
– Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented.
– Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
Nice to haves
– SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 — or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
– Microsoft Entra ID Governance: entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, Privileged Identity Management.
– Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft Sentinel.
– Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, OAuth credentials.
– Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, organization policy constraints.
– Git, CI/CD practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform.
– Access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Team
The Security team protects Anthropic's AI systems and maintains the trust of our users and society.
About the Role
At Anthropic, we are pioneering new frontiers in AI that have the potential to greatly benefit society. However, developing advanced AI also comes with risks if not properly safeguarded. As a Research Engineer, you'll help to safely advance the capabilities of our models in incident response, security analysis, vulnerability remediation, and other areas of defensive cybersecurity.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
