About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a research group focused on biological discoveries by combining AI with hands-on biological research. We're seeking a research scientist with deep expertise in therapeutic antibodies to join the team. Our goal is to speed up progress in the life sciences by an order of magnitude, and this role puts that mission into practice. You'll be an expert in antibody design and engineering who has taken antibodies through the whole process, from target selection and lead optimization to candidate selection and IND-enabling studies. Above all, you'll close the loop between AI-generated hypotheses and experimental data to share with the community. Working alongside AI researchers and engineers, you'll drive antibody programs end to end and pressure-test AI-designed antibodies against the bar a real drug candidate has to clear.
This role is fully on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key responsibilities
Design and engineer therapeutic antibodies and oversee programs end to end, including target and epitope selection, choice of format (IgG, Fab, scFv, VHH, bispecific), humanization, affinity maturation, Fc engineering, and candidate selection
Define the screening cascade for each program, from binding kinetics (SPR, BLI), epitope binning, and species cross-reactivity to cell-based functional assays and developability (expression, aggregation, polyreactivity, stability, viscosity, immunogenicity risk)
Plan the path from lead to IND-enabling studies, including in vivo pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and the handoff to process development and manufacturing
Coordinate antibody production, characterization, and in vitro and in vivo studies with external contract research organizations and academic partners
Evaluate AI-designed antibodies, drive them to experimental readout, and feed results back to research teams
Ensure experimental data across programs is high quality and well documented, including sequences, protocols, raw data, and failure modes
Communicate findings clearly to biology, AI research, and life sciences audiences
Minimum qualifications
PhD in biochemistry, protein engineering, immunology, molecular biology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in therapeutic antibody discovery and engineering, including at least one antibody you helped take from discovery through candidate selection and IND-enabling studies
Working knowledge of what an antibody IND requires across pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC)
Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining problems in a rapidly evolving research environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of therapeutic antibody experience beyond the PhD
Track record of advancing more than one antibody program into IND-enabling studies or the clinic, with contributions to pre-IND or IND documents
Hands-on experience with antibody expression, purification, and biophysical characterization
Experience directing antibody production, assays, and in vivo studies at contract research organizations
Structural biology, computational protein design, or coding skills, for example Python for sequence and assay data analysis or structure prediction and protein design tools
Experience using AI or ML tools in the life sciences
Publications and/or patents demonstrating scientific impact
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal builds the infrastructure that lets engineers run AI workloads without the usual pain. To do this well, we need exceptional people – and that’s where you come in.
As the first dedicated technical recruiter on our Talent team, you’ll own engineering and AI/ML searches end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, founders, and technical leads to shape how we hire and help bring in the people who will define what Modal becomes.
What you’ll do:
- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles (sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates)
- Partner with technical leaders to understand the real work and calibrate on what great looks like
- Help set our technical hiring bar and how we evaluate talent
- Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies that resonate with a strong community of talented, experienced engineers
- Deliver a fast, respectful, honest candidate experience
- Bring an equity lens to every stage of the process
- Use data and market context to keep searches on track and expectations aligned
- Support candidates as a trusted guide through high-stakes decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
- You know technical recruiting inside and out and enjoy the challenge of deeply technical roles
- You’re curious – you ask the right questions and love understanding how things actually work
- You influence with insight and honesty, not by simply having the loudest voice in the room
- You move quickly and communicate clearly, even when things get messy
- You’re a strong closer who builds trust early and stays ahead of concerns
- You’re steady when priorities shift and can recalibrate without losing momentum
- You care about people and want them to have a thoughtful, fair, and human experience throughout the process

We are seeking an experienced People Programs Manager to join our Performance & Talent Programs team. This role will own the design and end-to-end execution of some of Anthropic's performance and talent programs producing the year-round performance signal that feeds our talent intelligence layer and upholds our performance bar as we scale. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Performance & Talent Programs, and a great fit for a true builder who has both seen performance management excellence at scale and is excited to roll up their sleeves in a rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environment. You will also work closely with our internal products team, helping guide product decisions as we build and design the architecture that supports performance.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of some of Anthropic's cyclical performance and talent programs (performance pulses, promotions, review cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, etc) and the continuous feedback practices between them
Ensure these programs scale durably and uphold Anthropic's performance bar and talent density as the company grows
Design programs to produce useful performance signal year-round and feed it into the talent intelligence layer to inform talent planning decisions
Partner cross-functionally with People Services on cycle execution, People Analytics on connecting performance data to broader people data and insights, and People Products and engineering on program tooling
Act as the product partner for our internal tools team: bring the needs of managers, employees, and People Partners to the table, help decide what to build and in what order, and shape the architecture so our performance systems connect cleanly and scale
Iterate on program frameworks (calibration, rating constructs, feedback formats, promotion criteria) based on data, manager feedback, and Anthropic's evolving needs
Lead program redesigns and change management, including stakeholder alignment, rollout planning, and communications
Develop and deliver enablement that helps managers and People Partners run each cycle confidently and consistently
Minimum qualifications
Systems thinker who treats programs as performance drivers, caring as much about data quality and downstream usefulness as about cycles landing on time
Demonstrated experience shaping performance tooling (Workday, Lattice, CultureAmp, or homegrown), including time working with an internal tools or engineering team to guide product decisions, and partnering with People Analytics, with comfort getting into the data yourself
Experience building manager enablement that changes behavior, and supporting leaders through performance, promotion, and talent conversations
Strong program management skills and operational rigor, with a track record of running complex multi-month cycles and keeping dozens of stakeholders in sync
Exceptional communicator, particularly in writing, who thrives in ambiguity and evolving scope
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience designing, running, and owning performance management, talent review, or promotion programs, preferably through periods of rapid headcount growth
Experience helping define requirements, priorities, and system design for internal people tools, from early idea through adoption
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$240,000
—
$240,000 USD
Logistics

About Incode

Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast.
The Impact You’ll Make
Everyone in our Mexico City office relies on IT to get their work done. As our
IT Support Analyst
, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT in the office — the person colleagues come to when a laptop won’t connect, an account is locked, a meeting room won’t start, or a new hire needs to be up and running on day one.
You’ll work onsite, resolve Level 1–2 issues across identity, laptops and devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and office technology, and escalate the deeper problems to Level 2 with the context already gathered. The goal is simple: fast, reliable help in person, clean handovers when an issue needs more than you can fix, and an office that runs smoothly every day — with room to grow into deeper Level 2 work as you build depth across our stack.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Level 1–2 onsite support
— Be the first point of contact for the CDMX office. Gather the right context, resolve common software, hardware, access and connectivity issues on macOS and Windows, and escalate what needs Level 2 with a clear summary, the steps already taken and the evidence collected. Confirm the fix with the person and record it in the ticket.
Identity and access operations
— Handle password and MFA resets, account unlocks, and group and app assignments in Okta. Run the onboarding and offboarding checklists end to end, so new hires have their account, apps and laptop ready on day one and leavers’ access is removed on time and confirmed.
Devices and inventory
— Prepare, enroll, wipe and reassign Mac and Windows laptops in Iru (Kandji) and Intune. Troubleshoot devices that won’t enroll, show non-compliant or miss an app. Keep the asset inventory accurate from receipt through reassignment and retirement, and keep spares ready so a replacement is never far away.
Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
— Assign and reclaim licenses, create shared mailboxes and distribution groups, and fix common Outlook, Teams and OneDrive issues. Support colleagues on Slack, Zoom and Notion, and escalate mail-flow, security or tenant-level issues to Level 2 with the evidence in hand.
Office technology
— Keep Zoom Rooms, AV, Wi-Fi and printers working with a routine of checks, not only when something breaks. Run first-level network troubleshooting and hand the rest to Level 2 or the vendor with clear symptoms. Prepare rooms, guest Wi-Fi and loaner equipment for events and customer visits, and work with Security and Facilities on badges, doors and cameras.
Licenses, vendors and purchasing
— Reclaim licenses at offboarding and track renewals. Request and compare quotes, raise purchase requests, check deliveries against orders and flag invoices that don’t match. Keep vendor contacts, warranties and serial numbers where the team can find them.
Service desk practice and documentation
— Work the ticket queue in Unthread, our Slack-based service desk: keep tickets updated, prioritize by impact and urgency, and separate one-off incidents from recurring problems. Write short help articles and checklists that reduce repeat tickets, and raise the patterns you see to Level 2.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You diagnose before you fix
— You ask what changed, when it started and who else is affected, and you know where to look first.
You follow through
— You stay with an issue until the person confirms it’s fixed, even when it crosses teams or vendors.
You stay calm under pressure
— A meeting room failing before an important call or a busy office day doesn’t throw you off.
You care about the people you support
— A good experience for colleagues matters to you as much as the fix itself.
You communicate clearly
— You explain technical things in plain language, in English and Spanish, in person and in writing.
You keep things in order
— Tickets updated, checklists current, inventory accurate; you notice recurring issues and raise them.
You’re curious
— You want to understand how things work, and you learn from Level 2 to grow into deeper work.
Your Background
3+ years
in IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk roles, including time as the first point of contact for an office — and the ability to work
onsite from our Mexico City office
.
Identity and access
— hands-on, day-to-day operation of
Okta
or a comparable identity provider: password and MFA resets, unlocks, groups and app assignments, and onboarding/offboarding from a checklist.
Device management
— hands-on preparation and support of macOS and Windows laptops in an MDM such as
Iru (Kandji)
, Jamf or
Microsoft Intune
: enrollment, app installs, compliance troubleshooting, remote wipe.
Microsoft 365
— user-level administration (users, licenses, shared mailboxes, groups) and troubleshooting of Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Service desk
— experience working a ticket queue with clear notes and priorities, and writing help articles or runbooks others use.
Office technology
— Zoom Rooms or similar video-conferencing systems, printers, and first-level Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
Licenses and purchasing
— tracking software licenses and renewals, and supporting hardware purchases: quotes, purchase requests, deliveries and invoice checks.
Tools
— Slack, Zoom, Notion, macOS and Windows.
Language
— fluent English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
Nice to have:
ITIL
Foundation or working knowledge of ITSM practices.
Meraki
or other cloud-managed networking at dashboard level, and access-control systems.
Scripting (
PowerShell
,
Bash
or
Python
) or no-code automation tools (
Okta Workflows
,
Tines
,
n8n
) to remove recurring manual work.
Experience with IT asset management tools.
Experience supporting a global or multi-site company through a Slack-based service desk.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to semiconductor organisations across the Netherlands. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with semiconductor equipment makers, chip designers and manufacturers, and the specialist suppliers around them. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to semiconductor stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across hardware and software engineering, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with semiconductor decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the semiconductor sector. Navigate complex, global, engineering-led organisations to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to semiconductor procurement cycles, R&D and capex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse semiconductor market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within hardware and software engineering, design and verification, R&D, manufacturing and quality, supply chain and procurement, and customer support and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for semiconductor applications
Navigate complex semiconductor stakeholder ecosystems including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, IT and security teams, digital transformation functions, legal and compliance, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying semiconductor market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for semiconductor clients
Continuously refine the semiconductor sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within semiconductor, high-tech or advanced manufacturing organisations, ideally in the Netherlands or wider Benelux, and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and engineering use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, global, engineering-led organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within high-tech procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, IP protection, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various technical and business audiences, from engineering and R&D leads to senior executives
Deep understanding of semiconductor buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the IP sensitivity, export control and supply chain pressures the industry operates within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the semiconductor market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for semiconductor and high-tech use

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
More than 7 million developers use Render, and most of them found us through other developers. We're building a team to further drive this developer led growth. As our first Developer Programs Lead, you'll own Render's social presence, developer community, developer programs, and developer voice.
You'll set the strategy across all four areas, decide where to hire, where to use agencies or creators, and in what order.
You'll report to Raph Terrier, Head of Developer Experience. The DX team owns content: tutorials, videos, docs, and articles. Your team owns how Render sounds, how that content reaches developers, and the programs and community around it. You'll also work closely with our VP of Marketing, product marketing, and product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead the team
- Set the strategy and goals for social, community, developer programs, and developer brand.
- Decide what to build first, what to hand to agencies or contractors, and when to hire. Then hire and manage the team.
- Report on what's working to Developer Experience and Marketing leadership, and change course when something isn't.
Own Social
- Run Render's accounts on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit yourself at first. Write the posts, reply to developers, and join the conversations where Render has something useful to say.
- Set the channel strategy: where we show up, how often, and what we measure.
- Handle the hard moments in public, including outages, pricing changes, and sharp criticism, with the right people inside Render.
Grow our Developer Community
- Build Render's presence in Discord, Reddit, and the other places developers gather, with the DX team.
- Run AMAs, livestreams, and community events with DX.
- Bring what you hear from developers back to Product and Engineering.
Run developer programs
- Build programs that grow Render's reach through other people: developer creators, ambassadors, referrals, speaking, and employee advocacy.
Own the developer voice
- Define Render's voice and style for developers, and write it down so engineers, product managers, and marketers sound like Render when they write or post.
- Work with the VP of Marketing and product marketing on Render's external narrative and how each launch shows up in public.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years across social, community, developer marketing, or brand, including time building or leading a function at a growing company.
- Experience hiring and leading a team, or building a function from early stage with a clear plan for who to add and when.
- Recent hands-on ownership of a company's social channels. You can show us accounts you ran and copy you wrote.
- Experience building a developer community or program, with results you can explain.
- Experience shaping a brand voice, and examples of how it changed the way a company sounded.
- Fluency with developer audiences and enough technical comfort to write accurately about infrastructure, with the judgment to check with an engineer first.
- You work without a playbook and with little direction across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Steady judgment when something goes wrong in public.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
- You've run a creator, influencer, or ambassador program.
- An active personal presence on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or another platform developers use.
- Comfort on camera or behind a mic.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position.
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
