About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's compute runs on a growing global portfolio of data centers built with development partners. As a Senior Field Engineer on the Data Center Design and Engineering team, you will work side by side with developers, general contractors and engineers of record to resolve technical issues on site and speed up construction. You will spend most of your time on active sites, acting as our team's eyes, voice and technical judgment in the field. You will spot problems first, get the right people moving, and stay with each issue until it is closed.
You don't need a data center background. We care more about whether you have delivered complex industrial projects from the field and can get contractors and partners to act when you have no formal authority over them.
What you'll do
Be our engineering presence on site.
You will walk installed work against the approved design and build working relationships with developers, general contractors, engineers of record, vendors and commissioning teams. You will hold design acceptance on our team's behalf, deciding whether installed work meets the design. When field conditions and drawings disagree, you will be the first call. You will settle what you can on the spot and bring in the right discipline engineer for the rest. More than 50% of your working time will be at project sites, often with overnight travel across multiple sites. The rest will be remote from your home base.
Get issues closed.
You will keep one prioritized list of open engineering issues for your sites, each with an owner and a date. You will follow up in person, challenge dates that don't hold up, and escalate early with a clear recommendation when something is stuck.
Find out why things fail.
When equipment, an installation or a test fails, you will gather the evidence, test the first explanation, and trace the failure to its underlying cause. You will confirm that the fix works and check whether other sites carry the same risk.
Clear the path to commissioning and handover.
You will check the interfaces between power, cooling, controls and structure before they surface as test failures. You will drive RFIs, deviations and field changes to decisions, so that open engineering questions don't hold up the crews.
Bring the field back into the design.
You will turn recurring site problems into changes to our designs, standards and audit checklists. Each project should make the next one easier to deliver.
What this role is not
You won't manage construction crews or direct contractors' means and methods; those stay with our construction delivery partners. You will work with our discipline engineers and hold the field view, rather than produce design documents.
You may be a good fit if you
Have spent years on active project sites in energy, power, heavy industrial, data center or similar environments, as an engineer, project manager, or construction or commissioning lead
Can read drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, specifications and schedules well enough to see where they disagree with what's been installed
Can give specific examples of persuading contractors, vendors or partners who didn't report to you to change course
Hold your position under pressure, back it with evidence, deliver bad news early, and change your mind when the facts change
Have led structured failure investigations, using a method such as 5 Whys or 8D, and seen the corrective actions through
Write short, factual reports that a busy reader can act on
Treat safety as your own job, and will stop work that isn't safe
Have a degree in engineering, construction management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong candidates may also have
Experience as an owner's representative overseeing an EPC or general contractor
Commissioning, startup or system turnover experience
Worked in LNG, refining, offshore, power generation, semiconductor or naval environments
An electrical, mechanical or civil, structural and architectural (CSA) engineering background
A PE license, PMP or OSHA 30 certification
Familiarity with tools such as Procore or Primavera P6
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases,
MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
About the role
We’re looking for a growth and performance marketer who goes after 10x, not 10%... someone who can dream up an unorthodox bet on Monday, ship the landing page by Wednesday, and tell us whether it worked by Friday. You’ll own the creative and demand gen side of growth, with support on strategy from your manager and full ownership of execution.
Right now that means landing page and conversion testing, campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle, social, webinars, events, AEO, re-engagement, and creative bets to get more of the right people signing up. But that’s a starting point, not a queue... we expect you to bring your own ideas about where the next win is.
What you’ll do
Own campaigns from idea to results
- Take plays from spec to live: audience, message, channel, landing page, conversion.
- Work both motions: self-serve signups that need to activate, and accounts that need to become sales pipeline.
- Build the demand gen assets that make campaigns go: landing pages, ad creative, emails, webinar promos, and whatever else the idea needs.
Think big and be unorthodox
- Run creative bets that a more cautious team wouldn’t try. Some will flop... that’s part of it, as long as you know why.
- Spot what no one owns and treat it as an opening, not a blocker.
Test a lot, and be honest about it
- Run a real volume of tests: landing pages, signup flow, ad creative, email, audiences. A high test count is the job, not a sign you’re thrashing.
- Decide what success looks like before something ships, and call out a loss out loud, even when it’s your own play.
Sweat the details
- Tracking, UTMs, audience setup, page QA... the unglamorous stuff that makes results trustworthy.
Own social and nurture
- Own social strategy end to end, including managing our social agency.
- Own email nurture content and design, with your manager weighing in on strategy and voice.
Scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Hand proven winners to marketing ops to productionize, then move on to the next unproven thing.
- Flag plateaus early instead of keeping a play alive just because it’s yours.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in performance marketing, channel marketing, demand gen, or a scrappy generalist marketing role, or a track record of building growth things on your own that speaks for itself.
- Creative and detail-oriented in equal measure. You come up with the idea and catch the broken UTM.
- Real growth instincts. You think in funnels and conversion, not just impressions and reach.
- A resume with real quantitative results: signups, conversion lifts, pipeline contribution, cost per lead or SQA, that kind of thing.
- Hands-on with the tools of the trade: HubSpot, landing page builders, and AI tools you actually use to move faster.
- Background at a high-growth company (data/AI space preferred, but a Ramp-equivalent is fine too).
- Great writing, and credibility with a developer and data audience.
- A bias toward shipping.
- Experience with AEO: getting a brand to show up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and the like.
- Hands-on paid experience across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, from audience setup through creative testing and optimization.
- Experience building segments and audiences in Clay (or similar), especially ones that feed ad platforms or campaigns.
What people should be saying if you’re doing ducking awesome
- “I stopped worrying about whether the campaign was set up right months ago.”
- “That campaign is why we booked that meeting.”
- “I just productionized three of their plays this month and they’re already onto the next thing.”
- “That play flopped, here’s exactly why, here’s what I’m testing next.”
Our Interview Process
We like to keep things transparent, so here’s what to expect if you apply...
1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we’re a mutual fit
2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the campaigns you’ve run, the unorthodox bets you’ve taken, and how you think about turning attention into signups and pipeline
3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering landing page and conversion testing, how you’d measure a campaign, and a walkthrough of a campaign or test you’ve owned, including what flopped and why
4. A final conversation with our CEO focused on values and vision
PLEASE APPLY
Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.
MotherDuck is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. MotherDuck is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities.
Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview

The Role
We are looking for a senior Applied AI Engineer to join Operations and improve how our business teams work. You will work directly with Support, Finance, Sales Ops, HR, IT, and Legal to turn repetitive tasks and disconnected workflows into reliable AI-powered tools and automations.
We build AI to solve real problems, not to follow hype or impress investors. You will investigate how work gets done, propose improvements, and own technical decisions and delivery. We expect you to take initiative, deliver useful results quickly, and improve solutions through short iterations and feedback.
What you’ll do
Work with teams to understand their workflows, find bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Agree process changes with the COO and relevant teams before implementation.
Build AI tools and automations that connect business systems and handle tasks such as document processing or ticket triage. Deliver working versions quickly and improve them through feedback.
Prioritize opportunities by time saved, error reduction, and risk. Measure whether solutions deliver those benefits, reduce costs, and are actually used.
Run and support what you build. Test AI outputs, keep integrations reliable as systems change, and manage failures, latency, and cost.
Protect customer and employee data through limited access, minimal exposure, and redaction before model calls. Work with IT and Security on safeguards, audit trails, and human review where needed.
Evaluate AI tools and vendors, and recommend when to use an existing solution versus building one.
Document workflows and runbooks, train teams to use the solutions, and help them identify and request further automations.
What we’re looking for
4+ years in operations engineering, business systems, automation, or a similar role, with 1+ years building production LLM or AI-enabled workflows.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
Strong working knowledge of prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent/tool-use patterns.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and comfort with cloud services; AWS preferred.
Experience with at least one major business system, such as NetSuite, Salesforce or ServiceNow.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain trade-offs to non-technical leaders.
Sound judgment and practical knowledge of AI security, privacy, and data governance, including least-privilege access, sensitive-data protection, data minimization, and approval controls for sensitive actions.
Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Teams integrations and Microsoft Graph.
Background in finance, revenue, or support operations processes.
Familiarity with process mining, BI tools, or SQL.
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
Relevant AWS, Azure, or security certifications.
Familiarity with IT management, RMM, or endpoint security concepts.
Experience shipping software with coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, including harnesses, development loops, reusable skills, and context and specification management.
Hands-on ownership of production backend services/APIs, with practical database and container experience.
Systematic AI evaluation using datasets, metrics, baselines, reproducible experiments, and regression detection.
Deeper ML foundations, statistical experimentation, and model training or fine-tuning.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days:
Understand key workflows and systems, and deliver a prioritized automation backlog
First 90 days:
Ship 3-5 production automations or integrations with measured impact, and publish AI usage and data-handling standards
First year:
Establish a repeatable intake-to-deployment process, show clear gains in hours saved and error reduction, and make AI tooling a trusted part of daily operations
How We Measure Impact
Hours saved, cycle-time reduction, error and rework rates, automation reliability (uptime and failure rate), AI cost per task, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Role overview
The Global Head of QHSE Systems and Assurance owns the design, integrity, and continual improvement of the EnerMech Integrated QHSE Management System across all regions and business lines. Reporting to the VP QHSE, the role sets one global standard for how QHSE work gets done: the policies, standards, procedures, digital tools, performance data, and assurance processes that sit behind every job EnerMech delivers. The role is accountable for keeping the system simple enough to use at the worksite, robust enough to satisfy clients, certification bodies, and regulators, and built around how work is actually done rather than how it is imagined. The position leads the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification program, the Group QHSE audit and assurance program, and the QHSE performance reporting framework that informs executive decision making.
Responsibilities
Act as global system owner and single point of accountability for the structure, content, and performance of the EnerMech Integrated QHSE Management System (IMS)
Develop and deliver a multi-year QHSE Systems and Assurance roadmap aligned with the Global QHSE Strategy and business objectives
Harmonize regional and business line QHSE systems into one global framework, removing duplication and conflicting requirements while allowing for legitimate local legislative and client variation
Own the QHSE document hierarchy (policies, global standards, procedures, work instructions, and forms) and ensure documents are controlled, current, and written for the people who use them
Lead the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification program, including certification body management, multi-site certificate scope, surveillance and recertification audits, and closure of nonconformities
Ensure the business works in accordance with applicable legislation, client requirements, and industry standards such as OSHA, UK HSE regulations, LOLER, PUWER, API, ASME, and IOGP guidance as relevant to region and scope
Establish and maintain a global process for identifying, registering, and evaluating compliance with legal and other requirements in every operating region
Develop and implement the Group QHSE Audit and Assurance Program on an annual, risk-based plan covering first, second, and third line assurance, and ensure findings are tracked to verified closure
Lead management of change for the IMS so changes to standards and procedures are risk assessed, communicated, trained, and verified before taking effect
Own the QHSE digital platform strategy (incident management, audit, action tracking, document control, competence, and permit systems) and partner with IT to select, configure, and drive adoption of QHSE software
Define the global QHSE KPI framework, including leading and lagging indicators, SIF potential classification, data definitions, and incident reporting thresholds, so performance is measured the same way in every region
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual QHSE performance reporting to the VP QHSE, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, turning data into clear insight and recommended action
Own the global incident management and investigation standard, including classification, notification, investigation methodology, and quality review of investigation outputs
Establish a global learning process so insights from incidents, near misses, audits, and successful work are shared across regions and business lines and lead to real change
Integrate Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles into system design so procedures, controls, and processes support the people doing the work
Lead the global nonconformance, corrective and preventive action, and continual improvement process; hold owners to account for closure and verify effectiveness
Facilitate Group-level management review of the IMS and support regional management reviews
Standardize core QHSE processes including risk assessment, permit to work interfaces, contractor and supplier QHSE management, competence assurance, emergency response, environmental management, and customer quality requirements
Support tendering, pre-qualification, and client audit requests with management system evidence, and work with regional teams to maintain third-party verification platform compliance
Coordinate environmental and sustainability data collection and assurance in support of Group ESG reporting obligations
Develop the QHSE training framework for management system awareness, internal auditor competence, and incident investigation competence
Benchmark the IMS against industry good practice and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies and peer organizations
Manage the QHSE Systems function budget, including software licensing and certification costs
Line management, development, and performance management of the global QHSE Systems team, and build regional capability through a network of QHSE systems leads

- Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of machine learning systems that support critical business decision-making and performance optimization.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ML engineering in Python with production-deployed models (not just Jupyter notebooks). You should be comfortable writing production-grade code, not just prototypes.
Experience with gradient boosted trees (XGBoost, CatBoost, or LightGBM) in a production setting, including hyperparameter tuning, feature importance analysis, and model evaluation beyond default metrics.
Strong SQL and BigQuery fluency. You will write complex feature engineering queries, scheduled transformations, and data validation logic directly in BigQuery.
GCP production experience. Cloud Run, Airflow/Composer, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub. You have deployed and maintained ML workloads on GCP, not just completed certification exercises.
Understanding of model calibration. You know the difference between a model that minimizes RMSE and a model that maximizes business value. You have experience with or strong intuition about how prediction errors compound when consumed by a downstream optimization system.
Outbound API integration experience. You have pushed model outputs into external systems that act on them (ad platforms, recommendation engines, pricing systems, bidding systems).
Strongly Preferred:
E-commerce or DTC domain experience. Customer lifetime value, purchase prediction, churn modeling, or customer segmentation for retail or subscription businesses.
Familiarity with probabilistic customer models (BG/NBD, Gamma-Gamma, or similar frameworks). If you haven't used these specifically, strong Bayesian statistics foundations are equally valuable.
Ad platform signal engineering. Experience with Google Ads API (ConversionUploadService, Enhanced Conversions), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), or similar server-side event dispatch systems.
Identity resolution or entity matching. Graph-based identity stitching, probabilistic matching, or CDP-style cross-device identity work.
Nice-to-have:
Terraform, CI/CD pipeline design, Docker containerization for ML workloads.
Experience with causal inference methods, A/B testing in ad spend environments, or multi-armed bandit allocation.
Familiarity with agentic development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted coding tools).

Key reponsibilities will include:
Design, build, quality and reliable operation of assigned workstreams on the Azure Databricks data platform, from scoping through to production deployment.
Integrity of the medallion data model (bronze/silver/gold) for assigned data domains, ensuring data is modelled, validated, documented and certified for downstream reporting and analytics.
Build and optimise Delta tables and materialized views, with attention to performance at scale.
Design and implement data quality frameworks (preferably DQX or equivalent), including quarantine/error handling and validation against data contracts.
Define job-specific compute configurations appropriate to each workload, balancing performance and cost.
Contribute to and troubleshoot Terraform-managed infrastructure (networking, storage, Key Vaults, Managed DevOps Pools, Dev Centers).
Own and maintain Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, variable groups/libraries, and repository security, permissions and branch policies.
Support environment-level Azure configuration, including subscription-level access, RBAC for user and pipeline (service principal) identities, and Terraform state backend management across multiple storage accounts and environments.
Operate autonomously across a workstream, from scoping through to production deployment.
Use AI-assisted tooling to support day-to-day development, validating outputs against authoritative sources (architecture decisions, technical leads, documentation) before acting on them.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including across time zones with colleagues in the UK, Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
