ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Finance Data Scientist to join our central Data team as the first dedicated analytics partner to Finance. You'll turn billing, revenue and forecasting data into audit-ready numbers, and the analysis that shapes pricing and planning decisions as we scale towards IPO.
- Own finance-facing analysis: revenue and ARR reconciliation, cohort and retention economics, pricing and packaging experiments.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified finance KPI layer (ARR, billing, revenue), and be the first to catch when a number is quietly wrong.
- Build forecasting and scenario models that FP&A uses directly in planning and board reporting.
- Translate ambiguous finance questions from FP&A, RevOps and leadership into clear, reusable analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated experience as a data scientist or analyst embedded with a Finance / FP&A function, ideally at a growth-stage or pre-IPO company.
- Strong SQL and Python, with comfort reconciling data across Stripe, Salesforce and a dbt-modelled warehouse.
- Finance fluency: ARR, billing, revenue recognition, cohort economics — you can speak FP&A's language.
- Rigour around data quality: you reconcile by default and can explain a variance, not just report it.
- Strong stakeholder management with Finance leadership, and the ability to push back on ambiguous asks.
BONUS
- Experience preparing finance data for audit, SOX or IPO readiness.
- Experience with pricing / packaging experimentation or revenue forecasting at a subscription or usage-based business.
- Experience with dbt or a modern warehouse (BigQuery), partnering directly with analytics engineers.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Grow into a Lead Finance Data Scientist role as the central Data team scales.
- Expand scope into broader strategic finance or RevOps analytics.
- Path into a Head of FP&A Analytics or data leadership track.

We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Ledger has secured digital assets for millions of people. Ledger Enterprise brings the same security to institutions. Banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers use our platform to hold, move and govern digital assets on infrastructure they control: Vault for self-custody, HSM On-Premises for institutions that need keys inside their own perimeter, TradeLink for off-exchange settlement, and Multisig for on-chain governance.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal and Support, covering clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Join a young, international, driven team in one of Ledger’s fastest-growing areas.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own a portfolio of institutional clients from signature onward. That covers onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal and expansion. You will be their trusted advisor inside Ledger and their voice in our product roadmap.
- Own client relationships end to end. Be the primary contact for a portfolio of exchanges, banks, custodians and fintechs, and build relationships from operations teams up to C-level.
- Drive integration and adoption. Explain product features clearly, run workshops, and guide clients through technical integration together with our Solutions Engineers.
- Grow accounts. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as new products, additional users, assets or entities. Own your expansion and retention targets.
- Negotiate renewals and contracts. Lead commercial discussions on renewals, amendments and pricing, working with Legal on terms.
- Shape the product. Turn client feedback into clear, prioritised input for Product and influence what we build next.
- Run the account rhythm. Lead QBRs, maintain account plans, keep the CRM accurate, and flag risks early.
- Represent Ledger. Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA, with occasional travel.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a similar account management or customer success role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven experience managing financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians or payment providers.
- A track record of upselling and expanding accounts against targets.
- Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with enterprise clients.
- Comfort with technical conversations: you can explain APIs, integration flows and security concepts without needing an engineer in every meeting.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, or a clear and demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can adapt your message for a CISO, a head of operations or a CFO.
- A structured, self-driven way of working. You manage a portfolio without being chased.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to EMEA clients, such as MiCAR, DORA, the Travel Rule, the Basel crypto-asset standards, FINMA requirements, or Middle East regimes like VARA (Dubai) and ADGM.
- Familiarity with custody and key management concepts like MPC, HSMs and cold/warm/hot wallet setups.
- Additional languages, especially German, French or Arabic.
- Experience at a crypto-native firm, a bank’s digital asset desk or a custody provider.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.

- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.

Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations

- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations

- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and offsites

Who You Are
The Data Center Business Operations Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the operating frameworks, processes, and services that enable the business to operate consistently and effectively across locations and functions. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: designing scalable enterprise processes, partnering with corporate functions, building operational programs, and ensuring those programs can be successfully implemented in the field.
What You’ll Do
Business Operations & Enterprise Standards
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level business operations processes, procedures, workflows, governance standards, templates, tools, and operating expectations.
Establish and maintain consistent standards for how information is organized and managed, including taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, project structures, reporting conventions, and other common ways of working.
Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that teams can use to execute work consistently across departments, projects, and locations.
Identify recurring friction, process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies across the business and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of business operations processes and standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Process & Project Support
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company-wide requirements into practical processes that appropriately support the needs of the business.
Partner with Finance and Procurement on the development and rollout of processes related to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, financial controls, and other requirements.
Support Legal with project management and cross-functional coordination for initiatives requiring structured planning, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through.
Workplace Services Programs
Build and oversee enterprise Workplace Services programs that support consistent, efficient operations across locations.
Establish the strategy, standards, processes, service expectations, and governance for programs such as vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary services, onsite office space and other shared workplace or operational services.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate vendor strategies, contracts, budgets, controls, and service-level expectations for Workplace Services programs.
Develop enterprise playbooks and implementation standards for Workplace Services programs, providing clear direction to onsite Program Managers and local teams responsible for execution.
Monitor program performance, service quality, cost, compliance, and business needs across locations and continuously improve programs as the organization evolves.
Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve the employee experience, reduce operational friction, create efficiencies, and appropriately leverage enterprise scale.
Standards & Governance
Establish enterprise program management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and expectations that the team can apply across the organization.
Develop and maintain standards for work management systems, ensuring information is structured consistently and provides meaningful visibility across projects, departments, and locations.
Partner with PMO to establish appropriate reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and operating reviews to provide visibility into business priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and capacity.Establish effective meeting, communication, and operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews, leadership updates, cross-functional operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
Establish priorities, expectations, and operating standards for regional Program Managers and ensure their work aligns with broader business priorities and enterprise operating practices.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development to regional Program Managers while creating accountability for execution and results.
Ensure regional Program Managers effectively support sites within their respective regions by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving operational issues, implementing enterprise programs, and maintaining visibility into local priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with site and functional leaders to ensure regional Program Manager resources are deployed against the highest-priority business needs.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations rather than simply administering existing processes.
Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, documentation standards, and common ways of working.
Strong understanding of how business operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes that meet the needs of the business.
Experience building or managing shared operational or Workplace Services programs, such as fleet, transportation, food and beverage/culinary, uniforms, facilities-related services, or other enterprise services.
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms across complex organizations.
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project/work management platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes, simplify workflows, standardize where appropriate, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Ability to influence and create accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable processes.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels—able to design enterprise operating models and programs while remaining close enough to execution to ensure they work in practice.

We work from the very lowest levels of the Linux system - BIOS and boot loaders, firmware, kernel and drivers, all the way up to desktop applications and containers. We work on tiny devices like the Raspberry Pi and new RISC-V boards, all the way up to supercomputers, clouds and Kubernetes clusters. We work on compilers and toolchains, and we work on security, cryptography, performance and documentation. Even though you work from home, we try to ensure you always have colleagues alongside to coach and mentor you, and for the companionship of shared problem solving and pair programming. Larger projects have multiple teams and might span the globe. We work with the open source community and specialize in building teams that work well in the 'fishbowl' of open source engineering. This is full time work, five days a week, often solving hard problems with significant responsibility. We bring all our engineering teams together in person twice a year for a deep 'sprint' with other teams to stimulate discussion and enable a wide range of career development paths. This is a fantastic way to demonstrate and develop your skill in software, learn about a wide range of technologies, make a meaningful impact to open source, and see some very interesting new cities that you might never otherwise get to visit.

What We’re Looking For

You should be comfortable defining where the domain needs to go, translating that direction into concrete initiatives, and stepping directly into execution when a complex problem requires hands-on leadership.
The role is designed for a mature product leader who can operate independently today and take on broader product leadership responsibility as the organization and domain evolve.

- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) AI team builds models that turn satellite imagery into intelligence for defense customers. Your job is to work with data scientists to build sustainable infrastructure, workflows, and deployment practices for the AI models, both in the cloud and for on-premise systems. You sit with the AI team and work with them to build the infrastructure they train, evaluate and ship on. Like our platform work, every environment is temporary and must be reproducible from code; a model is only done when it runs, monitored, on hardware we don't control.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build training, evaluation and packaging pipelines that take a model from experiment to versioned, deployable release.
- Deploy and serve models on Kubernetes with GPUs, in the cloud and on-prem, including air-gapped sites.
- Package models, weights and dependencies so they install and upgrade offline.
- Manage GPU compute: scheduling, drivers, utilization and cost, across cloud and on-prem hardware.
- Track data, experiments and model lineage, so any result can be reproduced and audited.
- Monitor models in production for performance, drift and failures, without relying on outside connectivity.
- Write tooling in Python that the AI team uses every day, and work in the model codebase alongside them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production and running them there, not only training them.
- Strong Python, and comfort reading and changing ML code (PyTorch or similar).
- Hands-on Kubernetes and containers, including GPU workloads.
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD for ML (for example Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions).
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests.
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- Deployed models to on-prem, edge or air-gapped environments.
- Model serving and optimization: Triton, TorchServe, KServe, ONNX, TensorRT, quantization.
- Computer vision or geospatial data (satellite, SAR, raster, PostGIS).
- ML pipeline and tracking tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows, DVC or Weights & Biases.
- Large-scale data processing for imagery (Dask, Ray, Spark, object storage).
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Clear communicator who works well with researchers and experienced engineers.

- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ISR Analytics
- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) team builds products that put ICEYE satellite data to work for military and intelligence users. We deliver tactical and strategic intelligence to sovereign mission customers, many of them using space-based data at scale for the first time. The team brings together military intelligence, data science and AI, and software engineering.
Our products run in secure, sovereign environments. We develop in the cloud for convenience, but customers run the product on their own servers, often in air-gapped networks.
This role is not about keeping one system running and tuning it. Here, every environment is temporary: you build the automation that creates, ships, upgrades and tears down complete deployments, reliably and repeatably, in places with no internet access. You work inside the product team, not beside it, and many of your changes will touch the application codebase.

- Build and own the automation that packages our product and deploys it to on-prem and air-gapped customer environments.
- Write tooling (mostly Python) that fills the gaps between off-the-shelf tools, rather than only configuring them.
- Provision and manage infrastructure from bare metal and hypervisors up to Kubernetes, and make it reproducible from code.
- Keep cloud development environments fast and disposable, so engineers can spin up a full stack on demand.
- Build CI/CD pipelines that produce signed, versioned, offline-installable releases.
- Set up observability that works when nobody can reach the system from outside.
- Spot what the team needs next and raise it, without waiting to be asked.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Strong experience building infrastructure and deployment automation, not only operating existing systems.
- Solid coding skills in Python, or deep experience in another language (for example Go) and willingness to work in Python.
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests (for example Claude Code, Cursor).
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- On-prem or datacenter experience: bootstrapping servers, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox), storage and networking, not just public cloud.
- Delivered to air-gapped or otherwise restricted environments.
- Release engineering: shipping a packaged product to many customer environments on a fixed schedule.
- Built internal tools and automation used by other engineers (a CLI, an operator, a provisioning service).
- Operated PostgreSQL in production (upgrades, backups, migrations); PostGIS a plus.
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Comfortable in an environment where process and requirements change often and are not always fully defined.
- Clear communicator who works well with experienced, opinionated engineers.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Outline the stages of this role, including task stages.
