About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Job Scope:
- Own the data platform roadmap - Define and deliver the product roadmap for our data platform — covering data ingestion, on-chain data parsing, metrics frameworks, data-as-a-service, and data asset management — turning scattered data capabilities into reusable platform products.
- Build on-chain data capabilities - Lead multi-chain data ingestion and parsing (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos, etc.). Define standardized parsing logic for transactions, transfers, contract calls, and DeFi interactions. Drive the buildout of address labels, protocol labels, and transaction attribution.
- Own token and market data - Own the selection and governance of token metadata, pricing, and liquidity data sources. Establish source priority, fallback, and cross-validation mechanisms across CEX, DEX, third-party aggregators, and in-house indexers. Be accountable for data accuracy, coverage, and latency.
- Serve downstream consumers - Partner with business, growth, risk, and BI teams to package data capabilities into APIs, datasets, and self-serve analytics tools that cut the cost of getting answers.
- Data quality and governance - Build monitoring, metric definition management, and incident response processes. Eliminate the "same metric, five definitions" problem.
- Cross-functional execution - Work closely with data engineering, backend, algorithm, and BI teams on requirement breakdown, prioritization, and delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in product management, including 3+ years on data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products
- Hands-on Web3 experience (wallet, exchange, L1/L2, data provider, DeFi protocol) with real understanding of the business and user behavior
- Practical knowledge of on-chain data: blocks, transactions, event logs, internal transactions, and the differences between UTXO and account models; familiarity with the data structures and parsing challenges of major chains
- Familiarity with the token data landscape — the strengths, limitations, and appropriate use cases of CoinGecko, CMC, Chainlink oracles, DEX pool pricing, and similar sources
- Solid grasp of data warehouse layering (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS), metrics frameworks, and event tracking design
- Able to read and write SQL; can pull and validate data independently
Nice to Have
- Built a data platform from zero to one
- Experience with Dune, The Graph, Nansen, Covalent, Etherscan APIs, or similar tooling
- Working knowledge of Flink, Spark, ClickHouse, or Airflow — enough to hold a technical design discussion with engineers
- Experience commercializing data products or running external data services

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
Who we are:

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
AI Gateway gives developers one place to connect applications and agents to hundreds of models with one API key. It handles provider routing and fallbacks, unifies billing and observability, and lets teams manage spend and security controls across production AI workloads.
Designing this well is a systems problem. A developer should be able to choose the right model, make and verify a first request, diagnose a failed request, and configure routing, budgets, credentials, and security controls without losing sight of the application they are trying to build. The right interface might be in the dashboard, on the public model catalog, in the CLI, in an API response, or in code.
You will be the Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across those surfaces. You will work with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand the problem, explore solutions, build the production experience, ship it, and learn from what happens after launch.
AI Gateway is live, the model ecosystem changes every week, and the team can move from an observed problem to production quickly. This is a rare chance to use your product judgment, design craft, and code to shape a developer product and ship the experience yourself.
You will be the design owner embedded with a Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team. You will also have the Product Design team around you for critique, collaboration, and support. AI Gateway will be your main product area, with room to pursue design-led improvements across Vercel. You will report to the Design Team.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own product design and frontend implementation for meaningful parts of the journey from discovering a model to making a first successful request and operating AI in production.
Design and build production experiences across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs, choosing the right medium for each problem.
Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create patterns that extend across new providers, modalities, and workloads.
Talk directly with customers and use product data to understand problems, define success, make tradeoffs, and improve what ships.
Own quality after launch, including visual and interaction craft, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge cases.
Use coding agents to explore and implement ideas quickly, while testing, debugging, and taking responsibility for what ships.
What you need
Your work shows what you personally identified, designed, built, shipped, and learned after launch.
You build production-quality web applications with React and TypeScript and can contribute confidently in a large, existing codebase.
You bring strong visual and interaction craft and have made technical or data-rich products understandable without removing the control advanced users need.
You can move between graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, API behavior, and implementation details, treating accessibility, performance, failure recovery, and instrumentation as part of the design.
You use customer research and product data to make decisions, communicate your reasoning clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and change direction when the evidence changes.
You use coding agents in your daily work, but you can explain, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code they help produce.
There is no required path into this role. You may come from product design, frontend engineering, creative development, or a career that does not fit a standard title. We care about the quality of what you have shipped and the judgment behind it.
Bonus if you
Have experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, model marketplaces, or observability experiences.
Have worked with AI models, providers, inference platforms, guardrails, or AI application tooling.
Have experience with APIs, command-line tools, structured product content, or agent-facing interfaces.
Have built an application or agent with Vercel’s AI SDK or AI Gateway.

- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director, Education Video
As a Senior Developer Educator you’ll …
- Build the reference websites that anchor Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training — real, production-quality sites and components that hold up to scrutiny from developers and designers, not just demos that survive a screen recording (see examples in our videos at Webflow University https://university.webflow.com/videos)
- Shape technical curriculum in partnership with instructional designers and video producers, scoping what each lesson needs to demonstrate and why, before anything gets built or shot
- Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions — walking through code and craft with the clarity of someone who actually built the thing
- Work alongside video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review, so what's on screen empowers learners to do the thing
- Serve as the education team's technical subject matter expert, reviewing content for accuracy and pressure-testing it against how people really work and build
- Keep the technical library current as the platform ships, deciding what's gone stale, what needs rebuilding, and what's newly worth teaching
- Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming, so education is ready when it launches rather than catching up after
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code - leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera - from an outline or word-for-word script, in studio or from your own home setup
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Educator if you:
- Build things because you need to understand them, not just to ship them
- Can address multiple audiences — the visual developer who's never opened a code editor, the engineer evaluating how Webflow can help them build better, and the marketer who’s been handed off components and templates to build with
- Take feedback on your on-camera work as craft input rather than personal critique
- Enjoy collaborating with technical and less technical education teammates alike, recognizing the unique role each person plays in the success of a project
- Are passionate about learning, education, and helping others succeed
- Are equally confident showing the messy middle of a build or the polished result
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.

- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.

- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Teams do their best work when they’re aligned, and alignment depends on shared context. Today, the context that matters most to a team is scattered across a dozen tools: tickets in Jira and Linear, specs in Confluence and Google Docs, decisions buried in meeting notes, threads in Slack and Teams. Every new conversation starts with someone hunting it down.
We’re changing that. The Integrated Workflows team is building the layer that brings a team’s real working context into Mural, so people (and the AI working alongside them) can align on shared knowledge and design the workflows they need. When this works, a person opens a canvas and the project, the open work, the last three meetings, and the doc everyone keeps referencing are already there. No team should have to start from a blank canvas. That’s the problem we’re solving, and we’re early enough that the person in this seat will shape how it’s done.
YOUR MISSION
This isn’t connector maintenance. You’ll be defining how an AI-native product reaches into the outside world: what context to pull, how to represent it so models can reason over it, how to respect permissions and privacy across systems that each model them differently, and how to make all of that feel effortless to the end user. Few teams anywhere are working at this intersection of AI, integrations, and collaborative product design.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build connectors, including MCP-based connectors, that bring context from systems of record, docs and wikis (Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, and others), meeting notes, and communication tools into the Mural canvas
- Shape how that context is modeled, normalized, and made useful to users, so the canvas becomes a live picture of how a team works rather than a snapshot of one meeting
- Bridge product and engineering: translate messy realities (different auth models, data shapes, rate limits, permission systems, partner review processes) into a product experience that just works
- Build the integration platform, the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship connected, context-aware experiences without starting from scratch
- Own the security and trust posture of everything crossing our system boundary, including permissions, data handling, and graceful behavior when an upstream service misbehaves
- Maintain and evolve our public API with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands
- Lead projects end to end, from research and prototyping through release and iteration, with a bias toward getting value into customers’ hands quickly
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you build, and help the team get better at it
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to technical design, and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and documentation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A product mindset: you care about why something is being built and who it’s for, not just how
- 5+ years building and shipping production software at scale, with fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js (React and Python are a plus)
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and degrading gracefully when things fail
- Genuine curiosity about AI-driven products and development practices, and a willingness to experiment
- A track record of designing scalable, reliable systems and delivering them iteratively
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions and navigating trade-offs
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or interest in learning it
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Office add-ins) or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process
- Experience designing or maintaining a public developer API
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

We are looking for a Director of Partner Programs & Operations to work with Partner, Sales and Operations leadership to design, build, and run the partner ecosystem at ClickHouse. The function covers four capabilities: partner programs, partner operations, channel development, and partner enablement.
This is a design and build role before it is a management one. The program, the systems and data underneath it, the onboarding and readiness motions, and the way the ecosystem is measured are yours to design.
Working closely with the VP, Global Partners and Alliances, and reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you share accountability for what the partner ecosystem produces and for what it can deliver: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and the certified capacity to implement ClickHouse. You own the programs, standards, and measurement behind both.
You will inherit a small team and grow it as the partner business does. The function runs globally, working through the regional field operations teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the partner program definition and the annual refresh: tiering, benefits, requirements, the partner business planning cadence across cloud, ISV, and SI partners, and the MDF budget with the rebate and funding mechanics behind it. Design the program so it pays for the behavior we want.
- Own the operational counterpart relationships at the hyperscalers and our top-tier partners: program compliance, competencies, the funding and credits those programs make available, and the standing reviews that keep us qualified and keep the joint motion moving.
- Own how the partner business is measured. Set what pipeline contribution and certified delivery capacity mean, and own the reporting that shows where that capacity exists and where it is thin. Defend the numbers to sales leadership, Finance, and the partners.
- Design and own the partner systems, process, and data layer everything else runs on: the PRM, the partner data model in Salesforce, deal registration rules and SLAs, conflict resolution with direct sellers, and co-sell submission hygiene and partner-of-record accuracy. You define the requirements and the logic, and the systems team builds and maintains against them.
- Co-own channel development with the Partners team. You own the onboarding and activation framework that carries a partner from signed to productive, and you run it directly for the long tail. The Partners team leads development for strategic partners and works from the same framework.
- Own partner enablement and readiness: certification paths, competency requirements, and the partner-facing curriculum and content library, built with the enablement and learning teams that own the platform and delivery. You own the readiness bar that determines whether an SI can implement ClickHouse well without us in the room.
- Own the partner-of-record and attribution side of marketplace transactions, with the commercial team owning execution.
- Develop the team and build out the capability the partner business needs next. Design how a small function supports a global partner surface, and expect to carry work yourself before it is staffed.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, alliances, or revenue operations with direct partner scope, including at least five years leading a team.
- A builder's bias. You would rather design a program than administer one, and you have taken one from early to real: you can point to the tiering, economics, and deal registration you designed or rebuilt, and what it produced. You are comfortable making the platform, process, and data model decisions the function needs, and standing up a motion from a thin starting point.
- Direct hyperscaler experience, required. You have worked AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs from the operational side: co-sell, program tiers and competencies, marketplace mechanics, and funding.
- Experience building SI and services partner capability, not only transacting partners. You know what it takes for a partner to deliver competently on a technical product: certification that means something, real practice investment, and delivery quality you can measure rather than assume.
- Fluency with partner economics. Margin, referral fees, rebates, and MDF, and how each shows up in revenue, in the P&L, and in partner behavior.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat partner programs and operations as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces, not by activity.
- Systems depth. Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce partner data model and a PRM platform (Impartner, Allbound, Salesforce PRM, or similar), with enough depth to specify what needs to be built rather than describe the problem.
- SQL fluency required. Comfortable building your own analysis on partner performance.
- Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred. You understand marketplace transaction mechanics, commit drawdown, and why a marketplace deal is not just a differently-papered direct deal.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building distributed and scalable systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
Responsibilities:
Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system
Develop monitoring systems to detect unwanted behaviors from our API partners and potentially take automated enforcement actions; surface these in internal dashboards to analysts for manual review
Stand up and run deployments of those monitoring systems across multiple clouds, including inside cloud-provider partner environments where data residency laws apply. Keep the deployments consistent through shared deployment pipelines, smoke tests, observability, and alerting
Design and harden the sandboxed runtime that AI agents execute in: isolation, network egress controls, least-privilege data access, audit logging, and insider-risk controls
Manage cost and capacity for large volumes of long-running agent work, and set and meet service-level objectives for the platform
Partner with the engineers and researchers who write and evaluate the monitoring agents, and with security, privacy, and legal teams, so new detection work can ship quickly on a platform everyone trusts
You may be a good fit if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience
Proficiency in Python, Distributed Systems, and Infrastructure as Code
Have worked across multiple cloud providers, or built infrastructure designed to be provider-agnostic
Have built and operated large-scale, distributed infrastructure, such as data platforms, control planes, or job schedulers
Have experience with sandboxing and isolation technologies (containers, microVMs, network policy) or with a systems language such as Rust
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships
Have built systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with requirements around access control, auditability, retention, and data residency
Have experience running LLM-based agents in production
Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on migrations to join our growing team in India. You will help deliver complex, production-grade data migrations, integrations, and automations for customers across APAC.
This is initially an internally focused, hands-on engineering role. You will partner closely with regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who own customer discovery, solution architecture, stakeholder communication, risk management, and final customer validation. You will own the behind-the-scenes technical execution layer from feasibility assessment and implementation through testing, production rollout, QA, reconciliation, reporting, and operational handoff.
You will work across multiple customer environments and source systems, often with incomplete requirements, imperfect data, and real-world constraints. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, careful validation, and the ability to turn one-off delivery work into reusable tools and repeatable playbooks.
As a founding engineer in India, you will help build a new regional engineering capability from the ground up. You will create migration infrastructure, standards, and reusable tooling used by FDEs across APAC, while establishing practices that can scale globally. The role offers an opportunity to become a technical authority for production migration delivery, shaping how Notion approaches reliability, validation, and operational quality across complex customer environments. As the team grows, the role may also expand toward customer-facing FDE work, technical leadership, or a deeper engineering path, depending on business needs and demonstrated capability.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the technical execution layer after customer requirements, scope, and solution architecture have been established with the regional FDE. Contribute to feasibility assessment, estimation, implementation planning, and risk identification while the regional FDE remains accountable for customer discovery, scope, architecture, stakeholder communication, and final acceptance.
- Apply a repeatable migration lifecycle covering source inventory and sampling, scope and pruning decisions, compatibility and degradation assessment, transformation design, pilot or dry run, user acceptance testing, production cutover, reconciliation, remediation, hypercare, and documented handoff.
- Translate approved customer and regional FDE requirements into clear technical designs, implementation plans, test strategies, runbooks, and delivery estimates.
- Build production-quality migration utilities, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and automations using Python, SQL, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate source-system behavior, data quality issues, permissions, rate limits, authentication constraints, and edge cases, then recommend practical solutions.
- Design and validate permissions, ownership, and inheritance mappings against the approved migration plan. Make unsupported or ambiguous access requirements explicit, obtain the required decision or approval, and preserve evidence of validation.
- Design migrations for reliability, scale, security, observability, idempotency, failure recovery, and safe reruns.
- Execute migrations only through approved environments, devices, accounts, and tooling. Follow least-privilege access, customer-specific security and data-residency requirements, and approved handling procedures. Do not store customer data in unmanaged local or external systems, and escalate privacy, security, or sovereignty concerns before execution.
- Build validation and reconciliation frameworks that provide clear evidence of migration completeness, accuracy, and exceptions.
- Debug failures across application code, infrastructure, customer data, third-party systems, and the Notion platform, then drive issues through resolution.
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams, dependencies, and priorities while communicating scope, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Surface scope changes, unsupported requirements, timeline risks, and material effort increases early. Document assumptions and trade-offs, and escalate with options and a recommended path rather than silently absorbing additional work.
- Maintain an auditable record of scope, decisions, risks, approvals, validation evidence, and customer acceptance criteria in the agreed shared workspace or channel.
- Convert repeated delivery patterns into reusable components, automation, documentation, and playbooks that improve speed, quality, and cost over time.
- Bring field learnings back to Notion's Product and Engineering teams as actionable platform feedback and technical requirements.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, data engineering, integration engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Working experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience owning a production migration, integration, or technical implementation through mapping, transformation, testing, rollout, validation, and handoff.
- Experience taking a technical problem from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, release practices, and production deployment.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills across code, data, infrastructure, and external systems.
- Evidence of working on production systems, not only prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
- Clear written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions, constraints, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High agency and ownership. You are comfortable making progress with incomplete information, challenging assumptions, and escalating with options and a recommendation.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, job orchestration, or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems, distributed-system patterns, retries, concurrency, and rate limits.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, or other observability tools.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, professional services, or large-scale customer implementations.
- Experience migrating large volumes of content or structured data between enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AI or LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with MCP, tool calling, Notion Workers, Custom Agents, or similar extensibility platforms.
- Experience working with distributed global or APAC teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Learn Notion's migration and implementation ecosystem, engineering standards, and APAC delivery model.
- Establish a productive working rhythm with regional FDE partners.
- Contribute to at least one migration or integration workstream through production delivery.
- Leave behind clear technical documentation, validation evidence, and an operational runbook.
Within your first six months, you will:
- Independently own production migration or integration workstreams from technical design through rollout and handoff.
- Deliver measurable improvements in migration turnaround time, validation quality, delivery cost, or regional FDE execution hours through reusable engineering.
- Help establish repeatable quality controls, code review practices, runbooks, and observability patterns for the India team.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization and communication across multiple concurrent APAC engagements.
- Turn at least one repeated delivery pattern into a reusable tool, component, or playbook that is adopted by a subsequent engagement.
