SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The team
The Hardware Automation team builds the internal platforms and tooling that power how Nebius operates its data center infrastructure at scale. Our mission is to eliminate manual effort, reduce human error, and give every team in the Hardware Infrastructure department real-time visibility and control over the systems they own.
We operate as a product engineering team embedded within hardware infrastructure — meaning we don't just write requirements and hand them off. We own the full stack: from requirements gathering with data center operations and hardware engineering, through design and build, all the way to rollout and ongoing reliability.
The role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the programs that turn manual hardware operations into automated, scalable workflows. You will own the delivery of automation initiatives across the full hardware lifecycle — from automated server provisioning and firmware update orchestration through intelligent fault detection, self-healing remediation, and data-centre-scale operational tooling — coordinating engineers, operations teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ship systems that meaningfully reduce human toil at fleet scale.
The responsibilities
Initiating and driving cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
Aligning conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level
Facilitating technical and procedural decision-making
Establishing and scaling repeatable processes
Collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
The profile :
Engineering Manager
wanting to move from vertical to horizontal impact, from team to org level, designing and carrying a unified roadmap and strategy across multiple engineering teams. In this case, we are talking about 6 teams for more than 30 engineers.
Technical Project/Program Manager
with an Engineering Management background.
Strong operational risk awareness: track record of structuring staged rollouts, defining rollback criteria, and insisting on safety gates before automation runs unsupervised on production infrastructure.
Experience coordinating across engineering and operations stakeholders with different risk tolerances — bridging teams that move fast and teams that prioritise stability without letting that tension stall delivery.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with specific hardware automation domains: zero-touch provisioning, firmware orchestration, automated hardware testing frameworks, or self-healing remediation systems.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) from a delivery and rollout management perspective.
Exposure to data centre operations — rack and stack, cabling, power and cooling management — sufficient to understand what automation means to a technician on the floor.
Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices: toil measurement, error budgets, and the discipline of treating operational automation as a first-class engineering investment.
Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent) used to monitor automation system health and measure operational outcomes.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our ClickUp Engineering team, with a focus on AI evaluations. You'll own how we measure and improve the quality of ClickUp's AI: building the eval systems that tell us how well our AI is performing, the core agent harness, and the AI that performs well on those evals. You'll work on backend systems that make AI-powered capabilities scalable, reliable, and secure, while working hands-on with LLMs to solve real user problems and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and own ClickUp's AI evaluation system, including golden datasets, LLM-as-judge and automated scorers, regression detection, and quality tracking across AI features.
- Build and evolve the core agent harness, and the AI that performs well on those evals, partnering closely with product and engineering to define what "great" looks like.
- Build self-improvement loops where agents modify other agents or prompts, rerun evals, and iterate automatically.
- Benchmark new models as they're released and own model selection, routing, and fallback strategies across providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-weight), balancing quality, latency, and cost.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable AI platform services that support the deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management of LLMs and other AI models.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend systems that integrate AI-powered features into ClickUp's core platform.
- Develop infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, logging, and automated evaluation to ensure high reliability and performance of AI services in production.
- Drive best practices in AI privacy, security, and compliance, including data anonymization, secure data handling, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and user-centric AI experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building production LLM or ML systems.
- Hands-on experience building LLM evaluation systems in production (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge, judge calibration, offline and online evals), tied to real product quality.
- Strong experiment design and statistical rigor, including A/B testing, offline vs. online metrics, and separating real regressions from noisy or variable results.
- Proven track record of applying LLMs and AI models to real-world, customer-facing product features.
- Proven experience integrating and managing multiple LLMs, including benchmarking, routing, and cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
- Deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Go, TypeScript, or similar languages used for backend and AI platform development.
- Proficiency in orchestration frameworks and workflow engines (e.g., LangGraph, Airflow, Ray, or similar).
- Familiarity with search and retrieval technologies and their integration into AI-driven applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying at the forefront of AI and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems at scale.
Nice to Have:
- Background in data science, applied science, or machine learning engineering.
- Experience with eval tooling (e.g., Braintrust, LangSmith, Weave, Arize, or in-house frameworks).

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum (Pune, India)
Location
This role is based in Pune, India. You will work overlap hours with US Pacific Time for key syncs and will operate with significant autonomy outside those windows.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.
While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals
Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products

We are hiring a
Senior Director/Vice President of Product, AI & Agent
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
