We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
Looking for a hands-on implementation role focused on custom delivery, bespoke integrations, and scoped consulting projects? Please check out the Deployed Engineer (Professional Services) roles.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as our first Korea-based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across Korea, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.

Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of Korean customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-visibility & high-impact role driving AI adoption for one of our largest accounts in the Tech segment. As a dedicated Enterprise Customer Success Manager you’ll be their strategic partner and trusted advisor helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude Code, Cowork, and other surface areas.
You'll work with a global technology leader to actively deploy and adopt AI to reshape the technology landscape. You’ll be working with key partners who are moving fast and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLM technology. Your role will entail developing genuine partnerships with the customer and key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their multi-pronged business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will provide your customer best practices and guidance to getting the most impact with Claude in a safe, sustainable way while supporting them as their consumption grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the ROI of their investment. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers in complex, matrixed organizations; understand their business and objectives and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Cowork, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Own the customer operations across their lifecycle, maintaining a structured operational assessment of the account (customer readiness, operational health, strategic alignment, enablement strategy, adoption intelligence) that grounds comprehensive account and success plans and Quarterly Business Reviews
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales/Product to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer to proactively drive consumption planning and the value story behind it, developing credible ROI hypotheses, and quantifying outcomes that build the case for continued and expanded investment
Ruthlessly prioritize across the account's many business units and workstreams, building programmatic, repeatable motions
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and/or Strategy Consulting
Experience working with F10 companies at the exec level — ideally including established tech companies – you understand what it means to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs (multiple functions, thousands of users) for a product that required C-suite sponsorship
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders—from end users to executives
You build with AI daily, automating your own workflows with agents, skills, and tooling is second nature, preferred experience with Claude Code
Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes inside a single, highly matrixed organization with many business units. You treat customer asks as two-way exchanges: comfortable asking for commitments, references, and access in return, and pushing back on requests that aren't leveraged.
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs.

About Flosum
Flosum is the only end-to-end platform purpose-built for Salesforce — trusted by Fortune 1000 enterprises, federal agencies, and high-growth organizations around the world. Our five integrated products — DevOps, Security Orchestration, CodeScan, Backup & Archive, and Data Migrator — give enterprises the confidence to accelerate delivery, simplify compliance, and scale Salesforce with precision.
Founded in Silicon Valley and proudly self-funded, Flosum operates on a single guiding principle: your success is our success. We’re not optimizing for investor optics. We move fast, build with conviction, and put our customers at the center of every decision. The result is a 4.97-star rating on the Salesforce AppExchange and a customer roster that includes Cargill, Hilton, Cushman & Wakefield, and some of the largest federal agencies in the country. We serve enterprise IT leaders, Salesforce architects, DevOps teams, compliance officers, and government agencies — anyone whose organization depends on Salesforce operating securely, efficiently, and at scale.
The Opportunity
Flosum is at an inflection point. We have multiple product lines gaining traction across enterprise and mid-market segments, four active go-to-market motions — outbound sales, inbound/marketing-led, channel/partners, and product-led growth — and a lean, high-performing team that moves with urgency. What we need now is the operating infrastructure to match our
ambition. We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to be the architect of our revenue engine: the person who transforms disconnected GTM motions into a single, data-driven, capital-efficient machine. This is a builder role — not a maintainer role. You will design systems that don’t yet exist, enforce standards that currently aren’t enforced, and build the reporting infrastructure that makes every decision at Flosum smarter. This role reports directly to the CEO and is the highest-leverage operations hire we will make. You will touch every dollar of pipeline, every GTM motion, and every customer-facing team.
What You’ll Own
1. Data, Reporting & Forecasting — Your Primary Mandate
Your first 90 days are about establishing truth. Flosum runs on Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong.io. You will audit each, identify where data integrity breaks down, and rebuild the foundation:
Design and own the forecasting architecture: weighted pipeline using actual historical conversion rates, forecast categories (Commit, Best Case, Upside), and a weekly cadence that drives ±10% accuracy within two quarters
Build a standardized reporting hierarchy from the CEO’s decision-making needs down to frontline dashboards — eliminating the proliferation of reports nobody trusts Implement Salesforce data governance: mandatory stage-exit criteria, validation rules,
controlled picklists, and loss-reason capture on every Closed Lost opportunity Segment reporting and forecasting by GTM motion — PLG self-serve revenue behaves differently from enterprise outbound and must be modeled and tracked separately
Build and maintain the unit economics dashboard: CAC by motion, CAC payback period, LTV:CAC ratio, Magic Number, NRR/GRR, and S&M efficiency trends
2. Marketing Performance & Marketo Operations
You don’t run campaigns — you govern the infrastructure that makes marketing measurable and accountable:
Own the full lead lifecycle in Marketo: definitions, entry/exit criteria, and scoring model governance (with separate demographic and behavioral scores calibrated monthly against SQL conversion rates)
Own Marketo-Salesforce sync governance: field mapping audits, sync log review, and API consumption monitoring
Own multi-touch attribution: first-touch, last-touch, and influence models consistently applied across all four GTM motions
Build and enforce speed-to-lead SLAs and SAL acceptance standards; build recycle plays for disqualified leads
Monitor and report marketing funnel performance — lead volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion, channel efficiency, and marketing-sourced vs. marketing-influenced pipeline — and escalate anomalies before they show up in quarterly misses
3. Sales Process Governance
You are the steward of how Flosum’s revenue actually gets created — not a gatekeeper, but the person who builds the standards:
Design and enforce stage definitions with mandatory exit criteria; build deal desk processes for non-standard pricing and terms
Own territory design, quota allocation methodology, and annual capacity planning — including ramp rates, hiring timelines, and coverage ratio targets by segment
Run the weekly pipeline review cadence with sales leadership: stage conversion anomalies, stale deals, and forecast accuracy
Design compensation plans that drive the right behaviors across all four GTM motions — with clear rules of engagement for multi-touch deals where outbound, inbound, PLG, and partner motions converge on the same account
4. Enablement Execution Through Gong.io
At Flosum, enablement has historically been about delivery — training sessions, playbooks, messaging. You will own the other half: measurement and execution. After any messaging launch or methodology change, you will:
Create Gong AI Trackers for the specific language, frameworks, and discovery questions reps should be using — and build adoption dashboards segmented by rep, team, and region
Surface the gap between what was trained and what is actually happening on calls, and work with sales managers to close it with specific, Gong-sourced coaching examples
Use Gong deal boards for pipeline inspection: multi-threading health, next-steps coverage, competitor mentions, and conversation-based risk signals layered onto CRM data
Build the feedback loop: Enablement trains → Gong measures → RevOps reports gaps → Managers coach with specific call evidence → Enablement iterates. Without this loop, enablement is a cost center. With it, it’s a growth driver.
5. GTM Alignment Across All Four Motions
Running outbound, inbound, channel, and PLG simultaneously creates real operational complexity. You will design the systems that prevent chaos:
Build account-level ownership rules and real-time routing logic to prevent motion collisions (e.g., SDRs prospecting into accounts already working inbound MQLs, AEs working accounts with active PLG users)
Design PQL routing logic with product usage trigger thresholds, account-level checks, and comp plan rules for sales-assisted PLG conversions
Build deal registration governance and conflict resolution SLAs for the partner channel
Own separate Opportunity Record Types per motion in Salesforce with unified roll-up reporting
Run a monthly cross-functional GTM alignment meeting with sales, marketing, CS, and partner leadership — reviewing funnel health per motion and resolving ownership disputes before they fester
What This Role Is Not
We want to be honest about scope. A great RevOps leader at Flosum will push back when the role is being misused:
You will implement an intake process, maintain a visible quarterly roadmap of four to five initiatives, and force trade-off conversations when new requests arrive. You say “not now” to good ideas that aren’t the most important idea.
This is not sales operations with a rebrand. You serve the company, not any single department leader. Your loyalty is to revenue truth — even when the forecast is uncomfortable to present.
Metrics You’ll Own
Pipeline & Forecasting
Forecast accuracy (±10% target within two quarters)
Pipeline coverage by segment (3× SMB, 4× mid-market, 5× enterprise)
Pipeline velocity: (Opportunities × Deal Size × Win Rate) ÷ Cycle Length, targeting +10% improvement QoQ
Stage-to-stage conversion rates trended over time
Marketing (Marketo)
Lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-Opportunity, and Opportunity-to-Close rates by motion and channel
Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline (targets: 30–50% sourced, 50–70% influenced)
Lead velocity rate (month-over-month qualified lead growth)
Speed-to-lead SLA compliance and SAL acceptance rate
Sales (Salesforce + Gong)
Win rates by segment and motion
Quota attainment distribution across the team (healthy target: 70–75% of reps at quota)
Average selling price trends and discounting rate
Sales cycle length by segment
Enablement (Gong)
Gong tracker adoption rates for key messaging and methodology by rep, team, and region
Talk-to-listen ratios and topic coverage by deal stage
Multi-threading indicators per deal stage
Unit Economics
CAC and CAC payback period by GTM motion
LTV:CAC ratio by customer segment (target ≥3:1)
Magic Number (Net New ARR × 4 ÷ prior quarter S&M spend; target >1.0)
Net Revenue Retention and Gross Revenue Retention
S&M as % of revenue (tracking toward 35% as we scale)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
Direct experience operating across multiple GTM motions simultaneously (outbound, inbound, channel, and/or PLG)
Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience — you can build Flows, design the data model, and implement validation rules without delegating everything to a developer
Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation) operational experience: lifecycle architecture, lead scoring, and Marketo-Salesforce sync governance
Gong.io (or equivalent conversation intelligence tool) experience: tracker creation, coaching dashboards, and deal inspection
Demonstrated experience building a forecasting methodology from scratch — not just inheriting one
Financial modeling comfort: unit economics, capacity planning, quota modeling, and comp plan design
Experience at a company with $15M–$75M in ARR; you have built things with your hands, not just directed others to build them
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (ISV, SI, or AppExchange partner) — you understand our buyers, our competitive landscape, and our channel dynamics
Experience designing and governing partner/channel ops within a multi-motion GTMmodel
SQL proficiency or experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or equivalent)
Prior experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
The Mindset We’re Hiring For
You Are a Builder
You ask “Why does this exist, and should we rebuild it?” before touching a tool. You ship minimum viable systems and iterate
relentlessly rather than designing perfect architectures that never launch.
You Are Company-First
Your loyalty is to revenue truth, not to any individual department leader. You present the forecast even when it’s uncomfortable. You push back when requests don’t serve the company’s priorities.
You Are a Systems Thinker
You see the revenue engine as an interconnected system. Changing lead scoring
You Are Cost-Conscious
You evaluate every tool, hire, and program through a unit economics lens. You resist “just thresholds ripples into pipeline coverage. Changing stage definitions changes forecast accuracy. You trace causes, not just symptoms add a tool” thinking. Flosum is self-funded and profitable — efficiency isn’t a constraint, it’s a competitive advantage.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an AI Outcome Manager in a high-impact role driving AI adoption across our Financial Services segment. As an AI Outcome Manager for FSI, you'll be the strategic partner and a trusted advisor to our most complex customers with a portfolio spanning Banking, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, and Data Providers — helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.
You'll work with organizations across diverse sub-segments that are transforming their businesses with AI technology. Developing genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and their industry vertical to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for your Industry portfolio, balancing high-touch strategic accounts with efficient coverage models to maximize impact across all customers
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
Experience working with enterprises in Financial Services
Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders—from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality—you're a true team player

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.
You'll be the commercial owner of a brand-new product entering the market. That means building demand from the ground up, opening the right doors, and turning early interest into signed business, primarily across the Japanese market.
We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.

You'll guide organisations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical and AI expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.

Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and expand your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies by creating reusable examples, best-practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve the Solutions Architect team's impact continuously.
What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Fluent Mandarin language skills are required for this role, with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through to end-user buyers confidently. This role covers markets where Mandarin is essential to effective customer engagement, primarily Singapore and Taiwan.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Team
Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's card issuing and stablecoin infrastructure to market. The Cards product pillar is our longest-standing product, and includes stablecoin cards that work across the Visa and Mastercard networks, onchain rewards infrastructure that drives loyalty, and thoughtfully crafted capabilities, like scoped cards, that support agentic payments as agents take on more of the world's transacting. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category gets more crowded.
What you’ll do
- Own go-to-market for new card-related product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout
- Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate card program mechanics like interchange, network rules, program economics, and agentic use cases into materials teams can act on
- Track issuers and networks entering the stablecoin card space in key global markets and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins
- Build and run training for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams on card issuing fundamentals so they can sell and support credibly
- Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a card network, issuer, processor, or program manager (not a fintech or neobank that simply offered a card to consumers)
- Deep knowledge of card issuing economics, including interchange, network fees, program management, and compliance
- A track record selling or marketing card programs to enterprise-level companies
- Genuine interest in agentic payments and how cards like Rain's scoped cards will become a primary way agents transact
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear
Bonus attributes:
- Existing relationships across the card issuing and network ecosystem
- Familiarity with agentic commerce, AI agents, or emerging payment rails

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first BDR Manager in our London office, you will lead the onsite team building Ramp’s presence across the European market. In this high-velocity front-line manager role, you will develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives, and work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the executive team to define and scale Ramp’s BDR motion across the UK and Europe.
This is a player-coach role: you will lead from the front, contribute directly to key prospecting initiatives, and help recruit and develop the team. If you are excited by building high-performing teams, embracing challenges, and playing a defining role in Ramp’s European growth, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting and qualification.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team focused on building qualified European pipeline.
- Build and evolve Ramp’s European BDR playbook, from ICP and competitive positioning to qualification and handoff standards.
- Create and refine collateral, including messaging, sequences, call scripts, discovery frameworks, and objection handling.
- Set clear activity, conversion, and pipeline goals; use data and coaching to improve team performance.
- Partner with AEs and cross-functional counterparts to sharpen targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion.
- Experiment with new campaigns and outreach approaches.
- Help define Ramp’s go-to-market motion and build the BDR organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- 1+ Minimum of year of quota-carrying sales experience as an IC
- History of consistent quota over-attainment
- Evidence of helping individuals and/or peers improve performance and progress in their careers.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 5x a week in office, in London, United Kingdom
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience leading BDR teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build one of Avoca's most important revenue engines: partnerships with the HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. Avoca has established itself as the leading brand and AI partner in the home services industry through partnerships across several channels, and this role owns distribution through the OEM and supplier layer. These partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, with the credibility of brands they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of these relationships, from OEMs like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier to their distribution networks. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue
- Build partnerships across HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and their territory managers, including the co-op programs that fund and shape how these partnerships work
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors like Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson
- Existing relationships you can activate quickly, with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of how co-op works
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 6 to 10 years the ideal range
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency and pace: you build the playbook and move at the speed of a high-growth startup, not a legacy player
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
