About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to take on recruiting's most complex, cross-cutting work: the high-stakes decisions and initiatives that span many teams and don't fit neatly into any one group's remit. You'll bring the structure, coordination, and follow-through that help these get made well, and see them through as the company scales.
You'll work across every team that touches hiring, and you'll move work forward through partnership, not ownership. The job is influence: bring the right people together, make sure decisions are principled and well-documented, and keep recruiting's approach coherent over time. You'll be the most senior individual contributor for how recruiting operates, and success depends as much as on building trust across senior stakeholders with different priorities as it does on building good systems.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You know recruiting well enough to feel where it breaks, and you're energized by holding several very different problems at once and driving each to a clear resolution.
Key responsibilities
Take on recruiting's biggest ambiguous bets: define the problem, ship the smallest testable version, and hand each one off as a repeatable program before moving to the next
Own the operating rhythm across the teams that support recruiting, so we plan, review, and decide as one function
Spot recurring friction and fix the system behind it, not just the case in front of you
Own process design when company-wide changes run through recruiting, and drive them to real adoption with the partners who own the build and the comms
Be recruiting's DRI for headcount and workforce planning, including hiring pace and readiness for new regions
Own the operating standard for interviewing, like scheduling lead time and interviewer load, and lead the cross-team diagnosis when it slips
Turn analytics into standards and simple SOPs, and build documentation a new leader could pick up without you in the room
Keep the right people informed at the right time without becoming a bottleneck, and stay fluent in our recruiting systems and data so you can call the downstream impact of any decision
You'll partner directly with the leads for Recruiting Systems, Analytics, Interview Programs, and other teams. You won't run their teams or build their systems, but you'll know each well enough to make calls that hold up across all of them.
Minimum qualifications
Have 8-10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company, with increasing scope over time
Have been part of a talent team or partnered closely with one, and understand how recruiting operates day to day
Think in systems: you see how the pieces connect, anticipate downstream effects, and design fixes that work across team boundaries
Have owned several complex workstreams at once and made hard prioritization calls without much guidance
Set the strategy and vision for your area rather than executing someone else's plan
Create structure and clarity in genuinely ambiguous environments
Have put AI to work in real workflows: redesigning process, automating the repetitive layer, and shipping faster
Test the smallest version of an idea in the real world before building the big one, and say clearly what you're not doing and why
Can lose a decision cleanly: disagree, commit, and execute with full credibility, knowing which calls are reversible and which aren't
Have taken a big process or policy change through an organization end to end and made it stick
Close the loop, hold the bar, and finish the unglamorous work
Preferred qualifications
Experience running recruiting or talent operations at global scale
Working knowledge of recruiting compliance, like OFCCP, GDPR, and regional employment law, and how it shapes process and systems decisions
Experience in deep-tech environments with technical recruiting complexity
Experience operating across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$235,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

You sit where product, engineering and the business overlap, turning advanced technology into real-world solutions that move a metric.
You translate complex, often ambiguous business requirements into engineered solutions that work at scale. You act as the technical lead for your departments and contribute as an Individual contributor you guide the technical choices, build the solution end to end, drive adoption, and keep improving it. Your goal is to build clients trust, and deliver high ROI solutions, not a hit-and-run POC.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run discovery with department heads and key users, map their workflows, and turn ambiguous needs into a prioritized use-case backlog with clear expected value.
- Deliver end to end: design and ship production-grade full-stack apps (Python/FastAPI, React) and AI systems, from scoping through deployment and adoption.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years building and deploying production AI software.
- Strong full-stack engineer: Python/TypeScript, scalable backends (FastAPI/Node), and enough frontend (React/Vue) to ship a usable app yourself.

- Strong command of vibe-coding tools, paired with genuine care for clean code and architecture: speed without slop.
- Strong ownership and a bias for delivery. This is made for high-velocity engineers who already have experience.
- Fluent in AI-native tools (Slack, Linear, etc.).
- Passionate about solving customer problems. Here, your customers are Mistral's own teams.
- Excellent communication in fluent English: you can explain a technical idea to a lawyer, a marketer and a staff engineer in the same afternoon.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to Legal, Public Affairs, Marketing or Compute/Infra domains, or a track record of getting fluent in an unfamiliar domain fast.
- Data engineering or analytics experience (warehouse modeling, dbt, dashboards).
- Contributions to open-source projects, especially around LLMs.
- A builder's instinct for internal tooling and platform reuse.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

Galaxy is seeking a People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to join our People team in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting our global workforce. This position will initially join on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will play a critical role in two key areas: global payroll operations and the implementation of Workday, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. In your first three-six months, success will mean helping Galaxy deliver a clean and well-controlled Workday go-live, ensuring payroll readiness and data integrity, and establishing scalable processes that can transition into steady-state People Operations
Leading up to go-live, this individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Technology, external implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of Workday. This will include data validation and migration, business process design, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, documentation, and change management.
At the same time, this person will help manage and strengthen Galaxy's global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll processes, controls, data, and vendor relationships can scale with the organization.
Following implementation, the role will transition toward ongoing ownership and optimization of Workday and global payroll operations, including system administration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, controls, and the employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the details while understanding the broader operational picture - someone who can identify an issue in a payroll reconciliation or employee record, work cross-functionally to resolve it, and then improve the underlying process so it doesn't happen again.
What You’ll Do:
Workday Implementation & HRIS
Serve as a key People Operations partner for Galaxy's Workday implementation ahead of the January 1, 2027 go-live.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources to support requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, integrations, and implementation activities.
Coordinate and execute data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure accurate employee and payroll data within Workday
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, identify issues, and partner with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
Support payroll parallel testing and other payroll-readiness activities ahead of go-live.
Help establish scalable HRIS processes, controls, documentation, and governance.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and resources for People team members, managers, and employees.
Support change management, training, and communications associated with the Workday launch.
Following go-live, help manage ongoing Workday administration, including business processes, employee data, reporting, security/access, system updates, and issue resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People processes through Workday and other technologies.
Global Payroll
Support the end-to-end administration of payroll across Galaxy's global employee population, partnering with internal teams and third-party payroll providers as appropriate.
Review payroll inputs and outputs to ensure employees are paid accurately, completely, and on time.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits deductions, leaves, and other employee changes.
Partner with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliations, reporting, and related accounting requirements.
Work with People team partners to ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data remain aligned across systems and vendors.
Support payroll compliance requirements across applicable jurisdictions and partner with internal and external subject-matter experts as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll vendors, escalating and resolving issues while holding partners accountable for service and accuracy.
Maintain payroll calendars, controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen global payroll processes as Galaxy continues to grow.
People Operations
Maintain a high standard of employee data accuracy and integrity across People systems.
Produce and analyze People and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support employee inquiries related to payroll, HR systems, and People processes, providing a high level of service and discretion.
Partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other teams on projects affecting employee data and operations.
Support audits, compliance requests, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with sound judgment and discretion.
Support global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, Ireland, Portugal, and EOR-supported countries), including timesheet approvals, payroll data prep, and coordination with in-country payroll vendors.
Assist with new hire onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, and offboarding processes within Workday and related HR systems.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses to support payroll and people operations initiatives.
Help document processes and maintain SOPs for HRIS, payroll, and people operations workflows.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, HR data, and system access with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations; global or multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with Workday or another enterprise HRIS; direct Workday implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in an HRIS implementation, migration, configuration, or significant system transformation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the connection between HRIS data, payroll, benefits, Finance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution.
