About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About the Role
Hi, I'm Roxy, and I lead GTM Recruiting here at
Customer.io
! I'm looking for a
Senior GTM Recruiter
to join my team! This is a full life-cycle role, with a heavy lean towards sourcing. Sourcing will be a huge majority of the job: building candidate lists, running targeted outreach, and personally engaging the passive Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations talent who aren't checking job boards. We're not looking for someone to run high volume across a wide net. We're looking for someone who can go deep on a small, well-defined set of roles and build the kind of relationships that convert hard-to-reach GTM talent.
What We Value
Ownership:
You don't wait to be told what needs attention. You track your pipeline, know where things are slipping, and fix it before anyone has to ask.
Targeted over broad:
You'd rather have real conversations with the right ten people than send outreach to a hundred. You know the difference between a role that needs volume and one that needs precision.
Partnership:
You work with hiring managers as a true thought partner, pushing back when a role needs recalibrating and bringing market data when it says something different than the brief.
High standards with real output:
You move quickly without cutting corners on candidate experience or rigor.
What You'll Do
Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly, including candidates who are not actively job searching and would not otherwise apply
Build and run targeted search strategies for a number of open, hard-to-fill GTM roles (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Operations) rather than a high-volume requisition load
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles end to end, from candidate list and outreach through offer and close
Partner with GTM hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations against the current market, and adjust search strategy in real time
Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Bring market insight on GTM talent availability and compensation to hiring conversations
Use AI tools to sharpen search strategy and speed up sourcing research, so more of your time goes to actual conversations
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM roles
(Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or RevOps.)
A track record of personally sourcing and closing majority of your hires through outbound outreach
(not inbound applicants) over the last 12 months, including passive candidates who weren't actively job searching.
Experience owning 10+ concurrent GTM searches at a time
, rather than a high-volume req load — with an average time-to-fill you can speak to.
Direct sourcing and recruiting experience across at least 2 of these 4 functions
: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Operations.
Deep GTM business acumen
— you can speak concretely about what makes someone great in a specific GTM function, not just whether they seem like a fit.
Regular, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing or search strategy
— able to give 1-2 specific examples of what changed in your workflow (e.g., faster candidate list-building, sharper Boolean strings, more relevant outreach personalization.)
Comfortable operating without a team
— This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; you'll own your searches end to end.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $142,000 - $170,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.
See full benefits here →
Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions, just a clear, human process designed to help both of us decide if this is a good fit.
30 minute Zoom call with Hiring Manager
45 minute Zoom call with TA Leader
60 minute Zoom call, prompt exercise and review session with various members of our People Team
30 minute Zoom call with GTM Leader
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verification as part of our pre-engagement process.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Secure Build builds and operates the infrastructure behind Docker's container builds. The team owns Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds while developing the next generation of trusted build and CI capabilities. Its direction is to make Docker the trusted place CI runs: isolated execution, brokered access to secrets and networks, and verifiable evidence of what each build or test job did. The work spans Go services, container and build technology, cloud infrastructure, sandboxing and software supply-chain security, alongside the operational responsibility for production systems customers already depend on.
SCS Services builds the backend systems and product capabilities that help developers understand, secure and ship software with confidence. The team powers important parts of Docker Scout and Docker Hardened Images, including the services and workflows that turn supply-chain data into useful developer, customer and agent experiences. Its estate is deliberately polyglot, with Clojure and Go services, event-driven workflows, Kafka, legacy Datomic components and newer Spanner-backed services. It also supports the customer journey around discovering, assessing, subscribing to and managing hardened artefacts.
We are looking for one Engineering Manager to lead both teams. Together they sit at the centre of Docker's secure software supply-chain work: one creates trusted build outcomes, while the other turns build, artifact and dependency data into services and experiences used across Scout and Docker Hardened Images. This is a two-team leadership role with separate roadmaps, production responsibilities and technical domains. The teams should deliver independently, with explicit contracts and joined-up ownership where their services connect.
You will own the health, delivery and growth of both teams and make the trade-offs that keep them effective as a portfolio. You will not be expected to be the deepest expert in every language or domain. You will need enough technical breadth and current engineering judgement to engage credibly in designs, reviews and incidents across both teams, set direction with strong senior engineers, and recognise when the right answer is to create space for their expertise.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate leads first. They are an experienced engineering manager who can inherit two capable teams, earn trust quickly and help each become a high-performing, value-delivering part of the wider Docker organisation. They are deliberate about where they spend their attention, protect both teams from becoming the second priority, and make portfolio trade-offs visible rather than allowing urgency, proximity or the loudest stakeholder to decide.
They stay close to the technical work without trying to own every technical decision. They can hold a substantive conversation about distributed backend systems, event and data pipelines, build and CI infrastructure, trust boundaries and production operations. They are active in design and review, useful during incidents and willing to get hands-on where that moves the work forward. The balance still tilts strongly to leadership, coaching, delivery and organisational judgement.
They care about security as a product and engineering property, not only as compliance. They understand how modern attacks exploit identity, secrets, dependencies and build systems, and they can reason about the evidence customers need to trust an artefact or workflow. They lead through judgement, clarity and unblocking rather than ceremony for its own sake. Above all, they grow the engineers around them and help both teams ship outcomes developers and enterprises can rely on.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Secure Build and SCS Services, owning delivery, team health, growth, performance and operational excellence across both.
- Turn two changing roadmaps into a coherent portfolio plan with explicit priorities, capacity and trade-offs, and create leadership coverage so neither team becomes the permanent second priority.
- Partner with Product to shape strategy and roadmaps for secure build, Docker Scout, Docker Hardened Images and the services that connect them.
- Stay close to the technical work through design and code review, incident response and selective hands-on contribution where it adds leverage.
- Ensure each team's technical direction supports product, security, reliability and customer priorities, setting it collaboratively with Staff and senior engineers while leaving clear decision ownership with them.
- Own the interfaces between the teams, including trust boundaries, contracts, data quality, versioning, operational ownership and customer-facing failure modes.
- Balance new product work with inherited systems and on-call, and invest in reliability improvements driven by recurring operational pain.
- Own engineer growth and performance, handle difficult conversations directly, hire and retain strong people and build succession depth within both teams.
- Align Product, Design, Security, DHI Content, Registry, Hub, sales, support, commercial and legal partners while shielding the teams from churn.
- Lead disciplined use of AI-assisted engineering and communicate decisions, risks and progress clearly across UK and US working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, with meaningful responsibility across more than one team or distinct technical domain.
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, platform or developer tooling.
- Experience leading, growing and retaining engineers at or above your own technical seniority, including teams you did not build and difficult performance conversations.
- A leader-first operating model, with current enough technical judgement to participate in design and review across unfamiliar systems without needing to be the best engineer in the room.
- Experience prioritising across competing roadmaps, operational load and stakeholder commitments, with clear mechanisms for allocating attention and capacity.
- Strong backend and distributed-systems judgement, including APIs, event-driven architectures, data stores, cloud-native infrastructure and production operations.
- Understanding of CI or build-system internals, containers and artefact workflows, plus a strong interest in software supply-chain security and trust boundaries.

- Experience with OCI, BuildKit, Buildx, GitHub Actions or comparable build and CI platforms.

WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build relationships with every engineer and the Product partners for both teams before changing structure, process or roadmap.
- Understand Secure Build's product direction, production estate and on-call load, including Docker Build Cloud and Docker Hub Automated Builds.
- Understand the SCS Services products, customers, architecture and operational profile, and map the dependencies, trust boundaries and ownership lines between the teams.
FIRST 90 DAYS.
- Own a coherent portfolio plan with both teams and Product, including explicit capacity for roadmap, reliability and cross-team work.
- Establish a sustainable operating cadence and leadership coverage that prevents either team depending on your constant presence.
- Agree ownership and escalation paths for shared services and failures, start one material improvement in each team and make progress and risk visible.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Both teams deliver predictably against a portfolio that connects secure build, Scout and Docker Hardened Images outcomes without collapsing their distinct missions.
- Secure Build has delivered material trusted-build or secure-CI capability and reduced operational risk in its inherited production systems.
- SCS Services has delivered material customer outcomes, while both teams have sustainable on-call, clearer ownership and senior engineers leading broader work.

- Prepare group financial statements, including consolidation and entity-level reporting, with consideration for a multinational legal entity structure.
- Own the preparation of Controllership’s quarterly reporting for the Board and investors, including financial results, key accounting matters, and supporting analyses, subject to Controller review.
- Partner with FP&A and Finance leadership to ensure Board and investor materials are accurate, consistent, and clearly supported by the underlying financials.
- Evaluate accounting implications that arise as Coder operates across jurisdictions, partnering with internal and external experts where needed.
- Serve as the primary technical accounting partner for external auditors on revenue, equity, and other complex accounting matters.
- Translate complex technical accounting guidance into clear, practical recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate technical research, memo drafting, and improvements to accounting processes.
- Support SOX readiness by maintaining strong controls and clear documentation across your workstreams.
- Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, and ad hoc analysis as the business scales.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Working knowledge of the accounting considerations that come with operating across jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to research and apply FASB ASC guidance, evaluate complex accounting issues, and document well-supported conclusions in clear memos.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience managing and reconciling large data sets across multiple systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex accounting concepts clear to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus tacos if you have
- Experience helping a growing company build or expand its technical accounting function.
- Experience with international accounting matters such as foreign currency, intercompany arrangements, or cross-border entity structures.

- Experience partnering directly with Product, Sales Operations, or Legal on new offerings and contract structures.

Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field.
The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't.
- Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps actually act on. A build isn't done until the field is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day.
- Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role — ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
- You’ve shipped production agents on Vercel — build custom internal GTM apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) — you're actively building with these tools in production, not just experimenting
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool — you have opinions about how to use it well and you've pushed it to its limits
- Direct experience with Salesforce — you know the data model, you've built on it, and you're comfortable owning CRM-level changes
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong judgment on the build decision — you know when low-code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with highly technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions
- An instinct for stack consolidation — you've inherited a messy tool environment before and helped bring it toward something more intentional without breaking what works
- Systems thinker — you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they're reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
- Comfortable with a little sprawl — you're not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go
- Challenging work and exposure to a variety of ML startups.

THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Technical Account Management function. Where an individual TAM is the primary technical partner for their own portfolio of accounts, the TAM Leader is accountable for the entire TAM book — every account covered by the team, every partner relationship with a technical dimension, and the people who deliver against them.
The TAM Leader is both a player and a coach: they carry direct accountability for coverage decisions, escalation outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing the individual TAMs so the team's proactive, relationship-first approach scales without becoming a response channel.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
The TAM Leader hires, coaches, and grows the TAM team so each member operates as a credible, proactive technical partner to their accounts. This includes:
- Hiring and onboarding new TAMs, including running them through the TAM Path ramp
- Running regular 1:1s, setting individual development plans, and giving direct feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalation handling
- Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (upgrade runbooks, optimization playbooks, escalation patterns) so quality doesn't depend on tenure
- Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, proactivity, and communication
PORTFOLIO & COVERAGE OWNERSHIP
The TAM Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and refreshing who is assigned where, and closing gaps as they surface. This includes the two account universes the role is accountable for:
- Named accounts — the full book currently ~$33.1M ARR across 120 accounts split across the team, capped at 20 accounts per TAM
- Partner-mapped accounts — every partner with a named Technical Account Manager spanning Strategic AI, Growth, and Other tiers
- Running the quarterly review/refresh of assigned accounts, rebalancing books as ARR and strategic relationships shift
- Resolving open coverage gaps (e.g. regions or account types with no TAM alignment) and deciding when a controlled exception, a new hire, or a change in tier definition is the right fix
- Approving leadership-discretion assignments and cap exceptions, and making the trim/reassign calls when an account is dropped for capacity
CUSTOMER TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures every assigned account — named or partner-mapped — has a clear, accountable technical owner. They spot-check account documentation, architecture understanding, and risk tracking across the book, and step in directly on the most strategic or highest-risk accounts.
ONBOARDING AND ADOPTION (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures the team consistently shortens time to value for new accounts by:
- Auditing that architecture and deployment validation is happening post-sale, not skipped
- Coaching TAMs on configuration guidance and best-practice delivery
- Tracking early success milestones across the portfolio, not just account by account
PROACTIVE TECHNICAL GUIDANCE (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures environment reviews and risk/optimization surfacing happen on a regular cadence across the whole book, covering scalability, reliability, security, and lifecycle planning — and holds the team accountable when reviews lapse.
ISSUE MANAGEMENT AND ESCALATION
The TAM Leader is the escalation layer above the individual TAM — brought in on complex, high-impact, or multi-stakeholder issues rather than replacing the TAM as primary contact. This includes:
- Coordinating across support, engineering, and success during major incidents
- Owning execution of the Named Account Escalation SLA sequence when it's triggered
- Ensuring root cause analysis and preventative action actually close out, not just the immediate fire
- Isolating TAMs from technical repair work so they can stay focused on the relationship while the right team handles the fix
STRATEGIC TECHNICAL PLANNING (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures account plans across the book stay aligned to customer roadmaps, and personally engages on capacity, architecture, or growth planning for the largest or most strategic accounts and partners.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
ENGINEERING AND PRODUCT
The TAM Leader represents the aggregated voice of the customer — patterns across accounts, not just one-off feedback — to engineering and product, and prioritizes which recurring pain points or gaps get pushed for a fix versus handled as one-offs.
SUPPORT
The TAM Leader maintains the operating agreement between TAM and Support (TAMs are not frontline support) and is the point of escalation when that boundary needs adjudicating on a specific account.
SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS
The TAM Leader partners with Sales and Success leadership on account health and retention at the portfolio level — surfacing which accounts or partners are trending at risk, and where TAM coverage itself needs to change to protect NRR.
PARTNERSHIPS
Because the TAM Leader owns the Technical Account Manager assignments inside the Partner Mappings, they work directly with each partner's Account Quarterback, Partner Manager, and Solutions Architect to make sure the technical relationship keeps pace with partner stage (Prospecting through Scaling) and tier (Strategic AI, Growth, Other) — while staying out of commercial terms, which live with the Partner Manager.
SUCCESS METRICS
Common indicators of TAM Leader effectiveness include:
- Coverage: % of the $33.1M+ named-account book and partner-mapped accounts with an assigned, active TAM
- Team health: ramp time to productivity for new TAMs, retention of the TAM team itself
- Customer adoption and usage depth across the book
- Reduction in critical incidents and time to resolution for escalated issues, portfolio-wide
- Customer satisfaction and retention (NRR) across named and partner-mapped accounts
- Consistency: QBR completion rate and account plan quality across the team, not just top performers
TOOLS USED BY THE TAM TEAM
This section documents the tools and systems used by the Technical Account Management team. It is intended to be kept up to date as tooling evolves.
- Admin Studio
- Grafana
- Hex
- pgAdmin
- HubSpot (account ARR, tier, and health data)
- Notion — Draft TAM Accounts doc and Partner Mappings database
SCOPE OF COVERAGE
The TAM Leader is accountable for the full combined book the function covers, not a single portfolio:
1. Named accounts — every account already assigned to one of the individual TAMs, plus resolution of open decisions such as the current APAC coverage gap
2. Partner-mapped accounts — ensuring every partner that warrants a technical relationship has a named TAM against it, and that the mapping stays current as partners move through Stage and Tier
ACCOUNT MAPPING
TAM Standard (Pooled)
1. Spend — For customers at $100K ARR, access to pooled TAM resources for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Pooled TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase pooled access to the TAM team (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
TAM Premium (Dedicated)
1. Spend — For customers at $250K ARR, access to a dedicated TAM resource for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Dedicated TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase an assigned TAM (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
The TAM Leader owns tier decisions, the quarterly refresh of this mapping, and any leadership-discretion exceptions.
WHAT TAM LEADERS DO NOT DO
To keep the function focused and scaling, the TAM Leader does not:
- Replace the individual TAM as an account's day-to-day technical relationship owner — accounts scale by layering support on, not by handing off
- Perform day-to-day operational work for customers
- Own or negotiate commercial terms for either named accounts or partner deals — that stays with the AE or Partner Manager
- Act as professional services for custom implementations
- Manage frontline support case queues
IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
A world-class Technical Account Manager Leader at Supabase has done the individual TAM job well and now wants to multiply it across a team.
- Technical depth — Same bar as an individual TAM: can go deep on database internals, scalability, security posture, and infrastructure tradeoffs, and can still credibly work a strategic account directly when needed
- People leadership — Has hired, coached, and grown a technical team before; gives direct, specific feedback and knows how to develop someone from good to great
- Portfolio-level judgment — Can look across 100+ accounts and a partner book and tell where coverage is thin, where an account should move tiers, and where to spend leadership discretion
- Escalation command — Comfortable being the senior voice in a high-severity, multi-stakeholder incident, coordinating support, engineering, and success without adding noise
- Cross-functional influence at altitude — Represents patterns across the whole book to engineering, product, sales, and partnerships leadership — not just one account's feedback
- Communication clarity — Can brief an executive on portfolio health and coach a TAM through a root cause analysis in the same day
- Retention and expansion awareness — Understands that TAM Leader performance shows up in aggregate NRR across the book; proactively rebalances coverage toward the accounts and partners most at risk
- Experience — Background in engineering, SRE, or technical consulting, plus a track record of leading a technical customer-facing team
SUMMARY
The Technical Account Manager Leader exists to make sure every account and partner relationship the TAM function is accountable for — the full Draft TAM Accounts book and the entire Partner Mappings coverage — has a technical owner, and that the team delivering against it keeps getting better.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and French
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.
