At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page.
The Code Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. We are responsible for agentic workflows enabling ideation and prototyping on production codebases as well as accelerating the journey from design to code. In 2023,
we launched Dev Mode
, a suite of features that give developers everything they need to navigate design files and transform designs into code. In 2025,
we introduced Figma’s MCP
, accelerating how ideas get to production. Looking to the future, we aim to further reduce the barriers between design to code and code to design allowing ideation, prototyping and productionisation to happen seamlessly where it most makes sense.
Our Code organization is expanding, and we’re hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels in the UK. We’re looking for people who have built generative AI products and are eager to lead AI efforts end-to-end, from early ideas to production.
Join us in shaping the future of AI at Figma!
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and evolve Dev Mode our MCP tools and Make Figma’s leading tools for dev/design collaboration
Take part in building new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers craft high quality products
Be a mentor to, and be mentored by, exceptional peers across engineering, product & design
Build strong personal connections with your teammates and help shape Figma’s culture.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer
Demonstrated strong fluency with React & Typescript
Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions
Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
High velocity & a focus on user impact

As a Senior Product Designer in Airalo’s User Experience division, you will shape consumer product experiences across native mobile and web for millions of people around the world. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leading design from problem framing through delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the Airalo Product Design Guild - our community for craft, critique, design systems, research-led decision-making, accessibility, experimentation, AI, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead end-to-end product design for Airalo’s consumer mobile and web experiences, from discovery through delivery.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, Growth, and other designers to translate customer needs, insights, and strategy into high-quality product improvements.
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, UX copy, and production-ready specifications.
Facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and stakeholder conversations that create alignment and momentum.
Contribute to Airalo’s Design System, improving consistency, accessibility, quality, and efficiency across products.
Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, critique, and shared practice.
Help strengthen the Product Design Guild by raising the bar for craft, collaboration, research-led decision-making, and thoughtful use of AI.
Must-haves:
6+ years or similar of dedicated experience in product design at a tech startup, scale-up, product-led company, or product-focused agency.
A strong portfolio showing high-quality UI, thoughtful interaction design, strong product thinking, and measurable impact.
Extensive experience designing, testing, and shipping native mobile and web applications for B2C products.
Ability to lead ambiguous design problems from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and product strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
Advanced Figma and FigJam skills, with experience creating flows, prototypes, product specifications, and production-ready design assets.
Advanced experience working with design systems, native mobile guidelines, responsive design, accessibility, and product quality across mobile and web.
Advanced experience with motion, prototyping, or interaction details that bring product experiences to life.
Experience working in Lean and/or Agile product development environments, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Data, and Growth.
Able to facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and alignment conversations.
Experience using AI and emerging tools to improve the design workflow beyond simple prototyping.
Good to have:
Experience in telecommunications, travel, marketplaces, subscriptions, or global consumer products.
Knowledge of eSIMs, GSMA-related technologies, or mobile connectivity services.
Experience partnering deeply with Research, Data, Growth, or Content Design teams.
You should apply if…
You lead through craft, clarity, and systems thinking.
You can turn complex problems into simple, well-crafted experiences while considering journeys, patterns, accessibility, content, edge cases, and scale.
You can own ambiguous problems.
You do not need every answer before you start. You ask good questions, define the path forward, make smart trade-offs, and keep momentum without waiting to be told what to do.
You care about outcomes, not just output.
You use research, data, customer feedback, and product strategy to make decisions that improve the user experience and support business goals.
You communicate with confidence and humility.
You can explain design decisions clearly to designers, engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders without becoming defensive.
You raise the bar for the design community.
You give thoughtful feedback, invite critique early, mentor others, and contribute to a Product Design Guild where designers learn and improve together.
You are curious about AI and new ways of working.
You actively explore how AI and emerging tools can improve design workflows, speed up learning, and help teams make better decisions.
This isn't for you if…
You only want to design screens.
This role requires shaping problems, influencing direction, collaborating across disciplines, and staying involved from discovery through delivery.
You need certainty or close direction to make progress.
Senior designers at Airalo are expected to move through ambiguity, create momentum, and make thoughtful decisions independently.
You avoid feedback or critique.
Our design culture depends on sharing unfinished work, challenging ideas respectfully, and changing direction when the evidence points elsewhere.
You optimize for perfection over impact.
We care deeply about quality, but we also need to make pragmatic decisions, learn quickly, and ship improvements.
You are not interested in customers or the community.
Speaking to customers, learning from them, and contributing to the Product Design Guild are central to how we build better products.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S.
The Opportunity
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Engineer (AI & Automation) to own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers our Marketing Operations organization. You’ll build multi-agent architectures, LLM integrations, and backend services that connect AI models to internal and third-party data platforms. You’ll ship production systems that teams depend on daily.
This is a high-autonomy role where you own the technical direction. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems across Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams, design the solutions, and ship them. You’ll define the technical direction for the automation platform (data models, API contracts, shared libraries, reference architectures) and partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, and Field Operations to build scalable, self-service automation that eliminates manual work and drives operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Agentic Systems & AI Infrastructure
Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operation
Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Anthropic MCP, or similar) that operate 24/7 across teams
Develop reusable agentic skills that agents invoke across interfaces (Slack, dashboards, internal apps, CLIs)
Implement observability and feedback loops including logging, performance metrics, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and cost management
Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows including access controls, audit trails, PII handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths
Systems Integration & Backend Services
Build MCP servers, APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems (BigQuery, Slack, CRMs, email, calendars, analytics tools)
Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), connecting LLMs to internal knowledge bases, customer data, and real-time business context
Build serverless or containerized services (GCP Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) that scale with usage and integrate with Grafana's cloud infrastructure
Automation & Workflow Enablement
Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and SDR teams to scope high-impact automation problems, identify bottlenecks, and build solutions with measurable business outcomes
Design and deploy workflows using orchestration tools (n8n, Workato, or custom platforms) with CI/CD, testing, and production reliability standards
Build systems designed for self-service with documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that let partner teams operate independently
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You'll have access to AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex, and others of your choice within security guidelines). We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development paired with strong code review and quality standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering
2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows, not just prototypes
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and testing discipline
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, structured output parsing, and evaluation
Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale including agent decomposition, orchestration patterns (sequential chains, router/dispatcher, parallel fan-out), state management, and production monitoring
You diagnose business problems before writing code. You think in workflows and outcomes, not just functions.
Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)
Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigations including confidence thresholds, fallback logic, human escalation, and cost/latency management
Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems, push back on low-impact requests, and deliver end-to-end with minimal direction
Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code). You use AI to build AI systems
Clear technical communicator who can explain complex systems in simple terms to both engineers and business stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with vector databases or retrieval pipelines (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant, pgvector)
Familiarity with marketing or sales platforms (Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Slack Block Kit) for building user-facing AI tool interfaces
Observability tooling for AI systems (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, custom evaluation frameworks)
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (n8n, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow)
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for connecting AI systems to data sources
Prior work automating marketing, sales, or customer success workflows in a B2B SaaS environment
Active in open-source communities. Grafana is built on OSS and we value engineers who share that DNA
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
$154,445
- USD $185,334. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Developers increasingly pick their tools through AI assistants and coding agents. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or a coding agent where to deploy their app, we want Render to be the answer. That depends on content that exists, is accurate, and stays current.
As Render’s Senior Content Engineer, you’ll own the strategy and the system behind that content. You’ll find the gaps in our content catalog based on how Render shows up in LLM and answer-engine results, decide which gaps matter most, and build and run the content factory that fills them. The role sits close to DX Engineering and is fully focused on content. You’ll work directly with the Head of Developer Experience, the DX team, Render’s docs owners, and external content partners.
The primary audience for this content is coding agents and LLMs. You’ll ship focused, technically grounded pieces that help them answer developer questions and cite Render: use-case articles, stack-specific guides, comparisons, and docs. The field is still taking shape, so you’ll test what works and help write the playbook.
This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render’s content gap analysis. Use AEO benchmarks, citation tracking, and AI agent traffic data to find where Render is missing, wrong, or out-cited in LLM answers, and turn noisy signals into clear priorities.
- Turn that analysis into a prioritized backlog across articles, guides, and docs, with clear reasoning for what ships first.
- Build and improve Render’s content factory: the AI-assisted pipelines, built on Render Workflows, that research, draft, fact-check, and assist us in publishing technical content. Test changes with evals and keep the system reliable as output grows.
- Own the review loop. Make expert review faster and cheaper, track factual accuracy, and keep the quality bar high at higher volume.
- Run the refresh cycle for existing content so pages stay accurate as the product changes.
- Manage day-to-day work with external content partners: briefs, feedback, quality, and output.
- Partner with docs owners to expand docs coverage where it drives citations.
- Define and report the metrics that show whether content moves Render’s visibility and signups. Volume published is one input among several.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- The content factory is reliable, well maintained, and keeps up as our content needs grow.
- Render shows up more often in agent and LLM answers for the topics the content plan targets.
- Content stays technically accurate, and expert review takes less time per piece as output grows.
- The content plan responds to gaps in our catalog and to what we learn about Render’s visibility in agent and LLM answers.
- We have a plan and a workflow to keep the catalog up to date as the product changes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in technical content, developer education, content engineering, or software engineering with a strong content focus, ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
- A working understanding of AEO or generative engine optimization (GEO) and how answer engines choose sources. The field is new, so we care about what you’ve built and measured, and how fast you learn.
- Strong working knowledge of AI agents. You use coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor every day, and you know agent workloads (long-running tasks, tool calls, sandboxed code execution) well enough to judge whether content about them is correct.
- A builder’s approach to AI. You’ve built content systems in code (scripts, pipelines, LLM and agent workflows) and use evals to understand what a change affects. Comfortable with Python or TypeScript, Git, and APIs.
- Strong technical judgment. You can read a docs page or code sample and tell whether it’s correct.
- Sharp editorial taste. You catch weak structure, generic AI-generated prose, and factual errors fast.
- Comfort owning a system end to end and holding external partners to a quality bar.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience running SEO or programmatic content at scale, especially for developer audiences.
- Experience with LLM benchmarking or answer-engine measurement.
- Experience building agents or MCP servers.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, or infrastructure products.
- You’ve used Render before, professionally or on side projects.
PROJECTS YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- Sizing the long tail of developer questions where Render should be cited and isn’t, then building the plan to cover it.
- Adding an automated fact-check stage to the content pipeline that verifies claims against live Render docs.
- Building a refresh system that flags stale content when the product changes.
- Running a recurring survey of LLM answers to measure where Render appears and who gets cited instead.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Forget crypto. Fintech/crypto are now one of the same. Come join us to lead Product Design for the building of elite AI products, end-to-end. A personal finance agent that shapes how people spend, save invest and live.
You’ll have real ownership of the design work: the experiences you shape, and how they look, feel and behave. You’ll work directly with product, engineering and leadership, with no layers of process between you and the work.
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity. The choices you make will shape the products and the people who use them.
We’re a small, hardworking team that moves fast and ships with purpose. We’re straight-talking, no-nonsense, and deeply invested in the quality of what we build. We care about craft, we care about our customers, and we care about getting things right.
If you’re excited by hard problems, high standards, no egos and the chance to build something genuinely new, climb aboard.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own design end to end: discovery, concept, prototyping, delivery and launch. You are the designer, with real ownership of the outcome.
- Take products from zero to one, turning an early idea or a rough problem space into something real that people use.
- Build new AI products for external B2C customers, and internal AI products that shape and redefine the way that Payward works.
- Thrive in ambiguity. Define the problem, set the direction and make the call when nobody has handed you a brief.
- Design for non-deterministic experiences, where outputs vary and the system doesn’t behave the same way twice. Shape how people interact with, understand and trust intelligent systems.
- Create visually rich, forward-thinking work that sets new benchmarks for what AI products can look and feel like.
- Partner directly with product, engineering and leadership, and influence strategy and roadmap decisions, not just execution.
- Prototype fast to make ideas tangible, test them and learn, then move on to the next one.
- Conduct user research and use customer insights, data and experimentation to decide what to build, and keep improving it after launch.
- Hold a high bar for craft and user experience in everything you ship.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and impact.
- A track record of taking products from zero to launch as the lead or only designer, owning the full design process end to end.
- World class product thinking: Real comfort with ambiguity, you find direction when requirements are unclear, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and adapt as things change.
- Experience designing for non-deterministic experiences, such as AI-powered, generative or probabilistic products, is highly desirable.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with a record of solving open-ended problems with clarity and elegance.
- Advanced prototyping skills, with the ability to communicate complex interactions and ideas quickly.
- Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to create coherent, scalable experiences from scratch.
These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
