Partner with hiring teams on structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback; challenge assumptions and escalate risks or blockers early.
Use talent-market research, compensation and on-target earnings (OTE) benchmarks, funnel metrics, and candidate feedback to shape search strategy and address hiring issues.

A data-informed approach that turns funnel insights into practical actions.
Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear written and verbal communication across time zones, with attention to detail and candidate care.

As Channel Sales Lead at Perplexity, you’ll build and lead the channel sales function that help more organizations adopt Perplexity Computer and our API products. You’ll develop partners who bring us into new customer opportunities, help us sell and deploy effectively, and turn those relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer value.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll recruit and activate partners, work directly on important deals, and build the programs and team that help us scale. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Applied AI, Marketing, and Business Development to make the channel a repeatable source of enterprise pipeline and revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set the enterprise channel strategy, prioritizing the partners and routes to market that can generate incremental business and help customers succeed
- Recruit, develop, and activate a focused portfolio of partners, which may include resellers, systems integrators, consulting and implementation firms, technology partners, and cloud marketplaces
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and work with Sales on opportunities where partners help advance or expand a deal
- Build joint business plans with priority partners, with clear customer segments, account plans, commitments, and measures of success
- Work directly with partner sellers and Perplexity AEs on prospecting, qualification, customer meetings, and closing, staying involved until partnerships produce repeatable results
- Establish the operating model for referrals, co-selling, and resale, including partner onboarding, deal registration, account ownership, and rules for resolving channel conflict
- Structure and negotiate partner agreements with Finance and Legal, balancing partner incentives, customer experience, and the economics of each relationship
- Partner with Applied AI, Enablement, and Customer Success to prepare partners to demonstrate, deploy, and support our products, with clear standards for delivery quality and customer handoffs
- Work with Partner Marketing on joint campaigns, partner-facing materials, and field activation, connecting that work to qualified opportunities and revenue
- Build the team as the channel grows, hiring, coaching, and developing channel sales managers while remaining personally involved in priority relationships
- Run regular partner and pipeline reviews, and work with RevOps and Finance on forecasting, attribution, and reporting that distinguish sourced business from partner influence and avoid double counting
- Bring partner and customer feedback into product and go-to-market planning, and adjust or exit partnerships that do not deliver meaningful results
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have 8+ years in channel sales, enterprise sales, or revenue-generating alliances at enterprise software companies, including direct responsibility for growing business through partners
- You’ve built a partner program or opened a new partner-led route to market during rapid growth, not only managed an established set of relationships
- You’ve owned partner pipeline and revenue targets and can explain how your work created incremental business
- You have experience across more than one partner model and can judge when to use co-selling, referrals, resale, or services-led partnerships
- You’ve recruited and activated partners, earning commitment from their leaders and helping their sellers and delivery teams become productive
- You have experience hiring, coaching, or leading partner teams, and are comfortable doing the work directly while building the function
- You understand enterprise sales cycles and can work effectively alongside AEs, technical teams, and executive buyers to move opportunities forward
- You’re comfortable with partner economics and commercial negotiations, including incentives, margins, revenue sharing, and rules of engagement with direct sales
- You use Salesforce and pipeline data to prioritize work, forecast outcomes, and hold partners and internal teams accountable
- You’re hands-on with AI products and can build enough product fluency to identify useful customer workflows and earn trust with business and technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable operating without an established playbook, making focused bets and using evidence to decide what to scale

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Company
Help us build the world's most reliable, on-demand logistics engine for last-mile delivery! We're bringing on experienced engineers to help us create and maintain a 24x7, no downtime, global infrastructure system that powers the company’s three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and riders.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced engineers to join the EU Traffic team, based at Deliveroo, part of DoorDash, and help build the next generation of DoorDash’s Traffic platform. We are building a single, shared platform designed to serve DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, so your work will shape reliability and security for all three marketplaces. Our team owns the infrastructure that carries every request into and through that platform: the edge, where we manage Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, rate limiting, bot mitigation) and the ingress systems for external traffic, and service-to-service (S2S) communication, where we run the service mesh and the authentication that secures calls between thousands of services across multiple regions.
You will work on core components of our traffic stack, including our Cloudflare edge configuration (managed as code), and service-to-service authentication and authorization (workload identity, token issuance and validation at the mesh layer). This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, networking, and security. It includes designing, building, and maintaining systems that must operate reliably and efficiently across some of the most critical and latency-sensitive workloads at DoorDash, from the first byte at the edge to the last hop between services.
You will report to the Engineering Manager of the EU-Traffic Team within the Infrastructure organization. This role is hybrid working from London.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design and build large-scale distributed systems that are high RPS and latency sensitive
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues that affect production and maintain our SLAs
Work collaboratively with other platform and product engineers to deliver on feature requests and solve their problems
Find ways to improve the team’s productivity and operational capabilities through the use of automation, AI tools, and other avenues
Participate in a shared on-call rotation and help lead production investigations and incidents, with support from teammates
Mentor and learn from teammates through design reviews, pairing, and incident reviews
We’re excited about you because…
You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in infrastructure, networking, or platform engineering/SRE
Experience operating edge technologies at scale, such as CDN, WAF, proxy layers, and DNS
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTP/2, gRPC, Load Balancing
Background working on and debugging high-QPS or latency-sensitive systems
You’re curious, collaborative, and comfortable making progress in ambiguity
You work AI-first: you delegate to and orchestrate coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) across design, implementation, testing, incident response, and releases
If you don’t meet every requirement but are excited about this work, we’d still love to hear from you.
Bonus points if you…
Experience with programming languages like Go, C++, Python or Rust
Experience with AWS, especially with networking primitives like LBs, Privatelink, etc. and Kubernetes or other container management tool
Experience with service mesh technologies such as Envoy, Istio or Linkerd
Familiarity with xDS or control plane architectures
Experience building RPC frameworks or client-side networking libraries
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform
Experience with Gitops delivery tooling such as ArgoCD, Helm, Atlantis.
Track record of sharing prompts, tooling, and practices that make a whole team faster with AI
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.
What you’ll be doing
Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
Our humble expectations
Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.
Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just reporting them.
Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Life Sciences team, you'll build biology software that our own scientists and the wider research community can depend on, and you'll be one of the main people representing that work to computational biologists outside Anthropic.
The Life Sciences team works to accelerate progress in biology with AI, combining frontier models with hands-on computational and experimental research. We want the tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks we build in genomics and structural biology to be useful beyond our own projects, so we plan to release them to the community. Computational biology has a long tradition of open, shared software, and we want to contribute to it well. Every release should be something a researcher can install, run on their own data, and trust: correct on real inputs, validated against reference data and established methods, documented, versioned, and maintained after launch.
You'll own that standard. You'll write a large share of the code yourself, decide when something is ready to ship, and stay with it once people start using it. You'll also be an active member of the biology software community: maintaining public repositories, answering issues, speaking at conferences and workshops, and bringing what you hear from researchers back into what we build next.
We use Claude and AI coding agents heavily to build software, and we expect you to do the same across design, implementation, testing, and review. Code written by an agent is held to the same standard as code written by hand: you should understand it, test it, and measure its performance before it ships. We're looking for someone with deep software engineering experience who already works this way.
The shape of the role is flexible. You might spend most of your time as an individual contributor, or you might lead a small group of engineers and scientists while continuing to contribute directly. Your focus can be genomics, structural biology, or both. Experience in other areas of computational biology is welcome, and we expect the work to range more widely over time.
What matters most is a record of biology software that other people have adopted and relied on.
This is a chance to shape how AI is put to work in biological research, on problems that matter for human health and scientific understanding. If building software that scientists trust is the work you want to do, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain biology software in genomics and structural biology (libraries, command-line tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks) for use by researchers and AI agents, inside Anthropic and externally
Own the path from research code to public release, including testing, validation against reference data and established tools, benchmarking, documentation, and packaging, and make the call on when something is ready to ship
Maintain what we release: triage issues, review outside contributions, and manage breaking changes
Represent the team in the biology community through conferences, workshops, tutorials, and direct work with researchers and maintainers, and turn what you learn about their needs into priorities for the team
Partner with the team's computational and experimental scientists to turn research code into well-tested, reusable software
Lead the technical direction of the projects you own through design review, code review, and mentoring, and, depending on your interests and the team's needs, lead a small team
Build with Claude and AI coding agents as your default way of working, hold agent-written code to the same standard as your own, and set the team's practices for reviewing and validating it
Minimum qualifications
Have built, released, and maintained biology software that researchers outside your own group use, with evidence of adoption you can point to (for example public repositories, package downloads, citations, or use in other groups' pipelines)
Have deep working expertise in genomics or structural biology, including the data types, file formats, standard tools, and common failure modes of at least one of these fields
Are proficient in Python and comfortable working with large datasets in Linux and cloud or cluster computing environments
Practice rigorous testing and release engineering: unit and integration tests, continuous integration, validation against reference data, packaging, and versioning
Use AI coding tools as a central part of how you build software, and can show how you verify the correctness and performance of code you did not write by hand
Have led a technical project with multiple contributors, setting direction and reviewing others' work while continuing to write code yourself
Can explain technical work clearly to both biologists and engineers, in writing (documentation, tutorials) and in person (talks, workshops)
Preferred qualifications
Depth in both genomics and structural biology
A record as the creator or a core maintainer of a widely used open-source tool in computational biology
Experience managing or formally leading a team of engineers or scientists
A graduate degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in a systems language such as Rust, C++, or C, and experience with performance work on large biological datasets
Experience building software in other areas of computational biology, such as phylogenetics, proteomics, cheminformatics, or high-throughput screen analysis
Experience shipping software built largely with AI coding agents, building agentic systems on large language models, or training machine learning models on biological sequence or structure data

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As Customer Success Lead at Perplexity, you’ll lead the team responsible for helping enterprises adopt Perplexity Computer and our API products, turning adoption into measurable business value. You’ll own the customer success strategy and operating model, lead CSMs across customer segments, and be accountable for gross and net revenue retention across the post-sale book, with expansion targets shared with Sales.

- Partner with Sales to identify self-serve customers ready to move to Enterprise and to plan expansion in named accounts
- Work with RevOps and Finance on capacity planning, account assignment, book-of-business design, and accurate reporting in Salesforce
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey, with clear ownership and handoffs from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Coordinate customer readiness and communications for product launches, migrations, pricing and usage changes, and incidents, partnering with Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on accurate guidance
- Bring customer needs and recurring friction into product planning, and close the loop with customers on decisions and progress
- Engage executive sponsors at our largest accounts and step in personally on strategic adoption efforts, high-stakes renewals, and escalations while building the team’s ability to own day-to-day execution
You may be a good fit if
- You have 10+ years in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles at enterprise software companies
- You have 5+ years leading CS teams, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing CSMs
- You’ve owned GRR and NRR targets and can show how your team moved them
- You’ve built or rebuilt a CS function during rapid growth, not only run an established one
- You’ve run both high-touch and scaled or digital coverage models and know when each one fits
- You can show how your team helped customers move from initial onboarding to sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes
- You’re comfortable with usage and consumption data, and ideally have supported usage-based or API products
- You have strong command of Salesforce, forecasting, and customer health tooling
- You’re hands-on with AI products and can build enough product fluency to understand customer workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, and earn trust with business and technical stakeholders
- You communicate clearly with executive buyers, administrators, and technical teams, including during sensitive product changes or escalations
- You’re comfortable operating without an established playbook, using AI and automation where they improve execution and knowing where human judgment matters

About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
We’re excited about you because you have…
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures
Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds
The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps
Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies
A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment

Additional information
What to expect from our hiring process:
Talent Acquisition screen — an introductory conversation with our recruiter to learn more about your background and answer any initial questions about the role.
